Asian Food Market in other cities:
If time here cause girlfriend said there was an Asian market near by when we went to get our car oil change and inspection. Typical Asian market I think its really an Chinese market but who knows. They carry most of all Asian products. Products from Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Laos, and Cambodia and others can be found here which is pretty neat. Definitely got fresh produce. Just didnt like the smell thats all.
The store is not a big one, yet there are plenty of choices of Asian foods. It has a small stall offering fresh seafood including fish and crabs. The fruits and vegetables are in the back of the store. Everything is super packed, and the store offers good value overall.
Love this little place . Cheaper than the big one on central ave. I always get my food at the Asian mart. Just remember its a 10 dollar min for card purchase. They also take ebt as well. Great prices and a decent size too. I love the kitchen section thats on the left of the produce section.
In my opinion, this was a very traditional Asian market, which feels hidden right off of Central Ave. The place is a lot bigger than what you expect when you first walk in. The vegetables were very fresh and the options were abundant. Overall, the place is affordable and a little gem 💎. Highly recommend!
I noticed this market received high points, well I was there today and the man behind the fish was rude and unprofessionalI could barely hear him and I asked several times to speak louder.. as I continued to seek help he stopped helping me and helped a customer of a different race. If you want our money remember its green too. They deserve a 0.
Can be super crowded both inside store and in the parking. They go out of stock for essential food/produce/items too often sometimes. However the location is convenient considering and can be super annoying for accessing - its near central Ave which is very busy and high traffic and last but not least parking is limited...I recommend this place if you truly cannot find the items you need at hannaford/market 32/shoprite/Walmart
This is a friendly, well-stocked Asian grocery store with competitive prices and clear pricing. They have a huge variety of ramen, tea, frozen goods, condiments, dried components, (mushrooms, roots, etc.), produce, imported dishes and tools (back of the store off the refrigerated vegetable section), noodles, rice, broth mixes and seasonings, exotic canned goods, and snack food. I’m vegan so I don’t bother with the meat section, which is average sized. The seafood department is large and accounts for my one docking of a star—this place has The Smell. Not terrible, but you can tell that lots of fish have been through these doors.Speaking of vegans, #protip—they have vegetarian oyster sauce, dairy- and animal-free dumplings and buns (frozen, back wall), many iterations of tofu in every texture, vegan ramen, lots of vegan snacks, and all the mushrooms you need to make convincing vegan sushi. You should also check out the “soy chicken”, vegan frozen meats (R side wall toward the back) and prepared rice noodles (drunken noodles-type).
This store is AWESOME, I only know if a couple stores in the entire state where you can pick a fresh live fish from a tank on the premises and they will clean and filet it for you on the spot in record time too. Now, hows that for fresh...lol.Also they have anything, and EVERY THING you can imagine for your Asian Supermarket. Ill definitely be returning to this store. Remarkably fresh produce and cheaper than the super market. You guys are Awesome...👍👍.
A variety of product you cannot find elsewhere in rural parts of Ny. I found what I wanted and more. Lots of product you cant read, but thats what Google is for right? The cashiers always helpful and the store always has clean unobstructed floors. The prices are also super low.
10 dollar limit on credit and debit. Produce limited but variable and lower priced than say price chopper and hannaford. If youre looking for pork belly, sliced beef, bones and rib tips or live fish youll find them. Ginger is also cheaper, larger, and better quality. But if youre looking for your every day items youll have better luck elsewhere.
Although this location is smaller and has less selections than some of the other, larger Asian groceries in the area, I find the employees more helpful and prices often cheaper here. They also carry some items other area Asian markets do not. Worth checking out if you havent been!

2022-03-15Wide selection of Aisian groceries. Extensive fresh and frozen fish, as well as meats. They have a hot bar for takeout opening around lunchtime. Large selection of fruits and vegetables, many specialty varieties. Many kinds of rice and noodles, as well as tofu and seitan products. Large frozen section. If you need it, they probably have it, but you will have to find it yourself. No real customer support for locating items.

2022-05-04Variety of fresh fish. Bass, Red Snapper, flounder, butterfish. Wouldnt say the price was cheap. A pound of butterfish cost about 3.99 or close to it. A thumbs up. Great Asian market. 👍

2022-06-27This is my favorite market! As a Chef, I drive 45 miles once a week to shop here for my family cooking needs. I love Asian, Chinese, Thai, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean food better than “American” foods! The prices are great! Awesome selection of teas, bean pastes, cereals, snacks, cookies, candy, tons of Asian condiments and noodles. A room with cooking utensils, woks, knives, dishes, etc. A room with fresh vegetables, cabbage, cukes, bok choy, beans, etc…Tons of spices, starches, dumpling mixes, they have about everything you need!! Pretty good fresh fish, shrimp, crabs, snails, etc…( they dress them for you). some baked goods and lots of dairy products tofu etc… They have a large selection of freezer items. Fresh tofu, bamboo shoots, scallions, bean sprouts, mushrooms, etc…They even have lanterns and other pretty decorating items. I have shopped every “ Ethnic Market” within 100 miles of Albany-for the selection and prices this one is the BEST!!!!!**Avoid Kims market ( very high prices, not really friendly).

2022-05-14This is the place I get my vegetables: green beans, sugar peas, coriander, chives, and leeks. They also have cheap, frozen potstickers. Got my carbon steel wok here as well.

2022-01-18Fish in cloudy, gross filthy tanks.. Surprised health department doesnt condem this place.Produce moldy and dirty, not fit for wild animals. I got to the counter and had a few bottled items that didnt total $10.00. Employee told me rudely, no cards allowed, cash only. I didnt have cash on me, so I took my business to upper Central Avenue asian grocery. They took my card.

2022-04-10They only had 3 different kinds of korean ramen and those are even not popular taste in Korea. (even Shin ramyun/ jin ramyun or samyang ramyun were not there) A lot of chinese brands but you only can kind very few/none of Korean brands in every item selection.
