We’ve ordered many times & like this better than China Garden. However, just ordered chicken with cashew nuts which I’ve ordered several times. It’s more expensive because of the cashew nuts. Got my meal with not even 1 cashew but. Thanks guys! Going to try other places now or maybe remind them to actually include the cashews. Just paid $9.80 for rice, veggies & some chicken.
Only place around here that delivers sushi
The food was barely edible. It was our first time trying it. I dont think wed give them a second chance, and or even recommend it to anyone.
Ordered the sushi and sashimi combo and I couldnt be more disappointed, the rolls were tiny and the rice was mush, if the cooks cant cook rice right they shouldnt be working there, and as for the fish, it was frozen and smelled disgusting every bite I took I felt like I was biting on water, the salmon was breaking apart and had a weird color as if they had slightly cooked it. The portions were way too small and I got a seaweed salad in a dressing container(yes, those tiny containers), I laughed so hard when I got my salad in a tiny dressing container... Im ordering a 20 dollar meal would you please not be a cheapo and give me at least a regular size side salad? So I ended up throwing $20 in the trash because Im not putting my life at risk eating their disgusting food. I will never order from this place ever again. If I could give this place -5 stars I would.
I ordered food one hour before closing. They said it would be an hour since I was so far away (11 minutes). They called back for my credit card tip amount since they were closing out transactions. Then they never showed up and wouldnt answer the phone 30 minutes after the store closed when I tried to call. Never again. They got one star only because you dont get an option to post your review if you dont pick at least one star.
No one expects magic when they order from a Chinese take out place but when you end up throwing out the majority of your order, you know theres a problem. How does a Chinese place mess up fried rice, the same fried rice they actually up charged for v. white rice! The beef dish ratio was 15 little beef strips to 2 whole onions. The hot and sour soup was inedible unless you like a bowl of snot. 1 star for the pint of vegetables we didnt throw out.
Do not order sushi! Im a sushi guy and I know my fish. We received a menu in the mail and when I tried to order sushi, they only had extremely limited options for nigiri - most things on menu were not available. There were several red flags in the conversation when I ordered, but I finally found an order that they supposedly had. What showed up via delivery had miniscule portions of fish and was not the fish I ordered. How do they not have salmon?? I received mackarel instead. The chinese combination my gf ordered wasnt bad - so.stick.to.the.chinese!!!
Dining area was clearly neglected. Their Spring Rolls were delicious, but the fried Crab Rangoons were the worst Ive ever had (extremely chewy -- not the light, crispy and flaky shell Im used to, though they could have been over cooked).
Terrible! The skimped on literally everything. The sushi was terrible, I didn’t even finish eating it because it was so bad. The crab Rangoon was barely filled and tasted old! I will not be coming back here. I hope I don’t get sick!
Generals chicken is the best around. Not over cooked like other places give you. They also dont appear to use a ton of MSG. Thank you Asian Garden for the great meal.
Only spot around liverpool or Bville that has French fries on the menu. Sometimes you just want French fries with ur order.
I order from them a couple times a month. My order is always perfect, hot and comes to me within 30 minutes! Everyone I talk to there seems very polite, too.
Our family has been going here since they opened back up and love them! We know several people that have followed them for years and heard so many good things we decided to try them. We havent regretted it! Yum!
Ive been getting food from May and Jason here and at their prior restaurant for MANY years and its always good. Their service is friendly and cheerful, and the quality is very consistent. Ive always been satisfied.
DO NOT use grubhub for delivery. Call the restaurant and order direct. Its fast and reliable, grubhub is a mess.

The orange chicken didnt taste like orange. The general tsos chicken tasted somehow sour. The rice was yellow. Not sure what Im eating, but Im disappointed.

2022-08-06I order from here all the time. Super fast delivery, fresh hot food, large portions, consistently good. Ive never had a reason to complain. The bad reviews must order thru an app instead of just calling the place direct, which can mean slow delivery, cold food, and mistakes.

2021-04-09I have ordered egg foo young, egg roll & won ton soup from Asian Garden for a no. of years; however, the last time I ordered was sushi. OMG... the sushi made me very ill. I did not look at it in full light & later saw it was gray. I was so sick from it... be very wary. With my history with Asian Garden, I thought they were trustworthy.

2019-03-10Twice now weve had the same problem. Ordered for delivery, they say an hour. An hour and 10 minutes goes by. We call, they say itll be another 10 or 20 minutes. We ask for a discount and they give 3 dollars off.... Or 10% like thats supposed to do something.On a side note I remember when this used to be the best Chinese place around. I could order sushi and have it done in about 10 minutes. Now it takes over an hour to fill one simple order.

2020-10-20Our meal took 2 hours for delivery and came with no sweet and sour sauce for the sweet and sour chicken, no sauce for the fried dumplings and no sauce for the egg roll. When I called I was told it would take 40 more minutes if I wanted the sauces. So disappointing.

2021-08-02Placed an order. They got part of my order wrong. I called to let them know. They insisted I was wrong. But they did bring me my correct order but said I had to give them back the wrong order even if it was eaten out of. Random and hope they dont resell lol

2018-08-25Incredible lunch combos for incredible prices! I was treated very nicely as well! I recently moved to the area, read reviews and avoided this place at first. Proof that reviews sometimes cost businesses business. I felt it was very necessary for me to leave a review because these folks deserve praise! Originally ordered from China Wong based on reviews and it wasn’t very good at all, so please keep an open mind and give these folks a shot, you won’t regret it! A++++

2020-01-17This is the worst Chinese restaurant in Liverpool/Syracuse that Ive ordered from. They are deceptive and misleading. I ordered a pint of LOBSTER chow mien. There was no LOBSTER in it. It came with imitation crab meat, which I dont eat, and some canned craw fish in it, which was disgusting. Thats false advertising. I will never order from them again. When I called about it I was told thats how we make it. I said but youre lying and misleading the consumer. There was no type of restitution to be had. I dont see how they stay in business. I dont see how anyone can say their food is good, the flavor left much to be desired. NEVER AGAIN. I didnt even want to give them one star but I had to in order to post this. Do yourself a favor and stay clear Asian Garden on Rt 57 Liverpool.
