Perfection! Had to make on site adjustments to make new kitchen floor perfectly level with the floor on the adjoining room-- on an old house! Resourceful, skilled, efficient and courteous. This is our fourth installation by Associated Carpet in 17 years. No one else except Abbey will install any flooring in our home if we ever need it again. Thanks!!
I went in and Ward was very attentive to my needs right away. He came to my home and measured for my stair runner and am expecting it to be installed soon! Very happy with the exceptional service!
I have used Associated Abbey several times and I am very happy with the product and service. Actually I had a contractor put a floor down in my kitchen and he said he had to put a new subfloor in. I agreed and he put that in and new linoleum on top. The new floor started to crack within the first week.I had Joe come in from Associated Abbey and he fixed it for much less than the original contractor charged and the floor is still beautiful today after 5 years of hard wear!
Total experience from the selection process , Deborah Belding was our girl, to the installation of all of the floors was fantastic.. Professional floor installers.Forget those big box stores.I highly recommend the professionals at Abbey .
Thank you for a beautiful wall to wall carpet. Your men where quick and polite. They took out the old carpet, installed the new one in 1/2 a day.

Luke Dorney helped me select new carpeting for three bedrooms and a finished basement; at every step, he was a fantastic communicator, responsive, helpful, and honest. 2021-03-03Nice selection. Trisha was very knowledgeable & helped with my color scheme & recommended carpet for high traffic area. She even carried the sample board out to my car as I had a broken wrist. Would highly recommend.

2019-07-02They have been great to do business with, I used to only use Heritage, but since they closed I have been using Associated. Mike is really knowledgeable and honest and the prices and service are much better than bigger chain stores. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for new carpeting. I havent used them for wood or tile, but I am sure they are just as good.

2015-10-27I recently had a kitchen floor installed by them and they were excellent from start to finish. I was originally going to have home depot install the floor. I scheduled a measurement. When they arrived to measure the floor the person they sent out could not have been more useless. He could not offer me any guidance on what flooring options would work best for my situation. Whats worse is they charge you $35 for this service. I emailed the professionals at Associated carpet and the scheduled a free consultation appointment immediately. Joe was great he saw my kitchen and was able to offer several different options that would work best for my floor. The installer was excellent and took the time to make sure everything looked clean and custom.

2020-07-05After looking at the big box stores for carpeting, we went to Associated Abbey and had out eyes opened on the selection, the service and most of all, the pricing.We are able to get better carpeting and vinyl flooring for our entryway at a much better price than we would have gotten for the carpet alone at Lowes. And there were no hidden fees tacked on like Lowes was going to do to us. So long story short, I highly recommend going to Associated Abbey.

2019-10-29They did an ok job. But I must have asked the man that measured and helped me pick out the carpet and padding six times if the carpet would cover the unpainted part of the baseboard. Guess what! It didn’t. And they stressed how important it was to remove all furniture from the room to get a good stretch. Guess what! The one man and his 9 year old daughter they sent to do my installation didn’t remove the armoire in my bedroom. And they walls and furniture are all scratched up. Not a flawless installation for sure.
