As usual, Dr. Spyropoulos and his staff were excellent at what they do, very friendly and inviting and the place is always immaculate. Ive been a patient here for years now but coming off of the COVID shutdowns, I hadnt been to a dentist in well over a year. They welcomed me back, I got a great cleaning and consultation and I cant wait for my next appointment. My family moved out East to Long Island but I still come back to Astoria for two things: Greek seafood and my regular appointments with the best dentist in NYC.
Saw Dr Abedini today - really good experience.Explained everything clearly, was up-front that I could wait on one of the fillings as it wasnt too advanced, and the filling that he did do was super smooth and fits my bottom teeth perfectly.He also discovered that a tooth a different dentist had told me to get filled was actually pretty healthy.Really friendly front-desk too.
Dr. Abedini and Dawn were the best. I was so scared because I was having a problem swallowing. And when the doctor numbed my tooth I almost had a panic attack. Dawn and he spoke to me quietly, soothingly and changed the music to something soft. In a few minutes I felt better and they were able to finish the work for me. I am so grateful for them and how they made me feel.
DR. KAVEH ABEDINI Made a mis diagnosis and cost me more at another dentist. I also have a friend who went to him and had an issue.I really do not want to provide a picture because it was ugly.
Great to meet the staff today for the first time. everyone was friendly and understanding to my needs. George is a great doctor and i look forward to a long relationship thank you all for a great visit to the dentist ( lol )
Such a great dentist. So professional and knowledgeable. The staff is friendly, Ive never been and had a long wait. Very flexible hours is a major plus. Dr Spyropoulos takes time to explain to you whats going on . I went in for a painful tooth that was just a sensitive tooth and he explained as such. 3 years later and Im still going regularly . I cant recommend him enough.
Thank you for helping me with my emergency. Very happy with all your work and feeling a little bit better. It will take a few more days as I was told until I will see the results of the antibiotic bringing the infection down and I will have less pain as well. I will se you soon for the next visit.Anelis

Dr Syropoulos has been the family dentist for over a decade. Hes always shown professionalism, kindness, light hands and interest in how you doing beyond just your teeth and mouth. He wont do unnecessary work like many dentist youll find. Highly recommend him.

2021-11-13The best staff hands up and down! Very nice and accommodating. The team is awesome been going here for a year or two and I don’t want to go no where else! Its hard to find a dentist that makes you a priority and I have found that here!

2021-06-09This dentist came at a recommendation of a friend and rightly so.The staff is friendly knowledgeable and accommodating.While with the actual doctor he was very informative and made sure my treatment and visit was pleasant.It can be hard to get appointments because they always have patients but thats a good thing.

2021-12-24Can’t say enough good things about the staff and Dr. Spyropulos!!! The women who take the appointments are top notch!! Always help you with anything you need and make sure you get in if you have an emergency.I have been going there for at least 15years! I got so lucky when I found this Doctor. I wouldn’t think of ever going anywhere else!!! He never steers me wrong!! All his work it’s top notch!! Such a great doctor!!! I can’t say enough good things about him!!!

2021-11-24First time appointment for a clean-up. In and out (except for time spent on filling out forms for a first time visit) in less than 30 min.Very pleasant and professional staffs and they arent salesy at all.Definitely will be going back again for future check ups and cavities or any other issues (hopefully none!).

2021-02-21This dental office is the best in Astoria! Ive lived here for over 25 years and been to several dentists. They are professional and prompt! Ive never spent LESS TIME in a waiting room! All the staff are great, hygienists, reception, the techs, and the dentists themselves. Great work on my teeth as well! Highly would recommend

2021-04-01Excellent. Honest and knowledgeable. Staff are all friendly. Hygienists are very thorough.All are caring and kind. If you are looking for a dentist who knows what he’s doing and not trying to sell you on something you don’t need but genuinely cares about your health and teeth this is where you go. I can say this having grown up in a family of dentists, one who was dean at tufts dental, and Harvard medical school grad. I have sent my whole family to him. I have the most confidence and trust in Dr. Spyropoulos.

2021-04-07I thoroughly enjoyed my visit at this dentist office. From the time I walked in until the end of my visit, I felt like a valued patient. The whole staff/office has a wonderful vibe and Dr. Abedini is simply AMAZING! He is the best dentist I have ever had. His care is top notch, hes super kind, and has an overall great spirit as a dentist. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a new dentist.
