Actually shocked that there was a lady working there that knew her car stuff!...pleasantly surprised. She actually listened to my concerns and gave me the best advice for my lil put put! The Tech was so cool too! Great personality with great advice for a person that is very Picky!

When you get the best service, and the best results, you are obligated to make sure the world knows about it. I am a former auto repair facility manager and can honestly say that these guys are the best, and love what they do. They give you tons of options, and make sure that you get what YOU want, not what other shops are just trying to sell. When problems arise, they dont hesitate to solve them, and always have the best attitude. I have a new love for my truck, and am grateful for their help and expertise in helping me finish my audio project. I definitely recommend using these guys, never mind having crazy good pricing. I cant wait to bring the wifes car in for some love.

I called in today because I was passed my 14 days to get my car photo inspected they told me I can come right away. Rodney and Brenda were both so amazing and it so easy for me and the two people before me. I was there for 10 mins or less and they had made sure to take care of everyone well and get them in and out. They answered my questions so well too and made sure I knew what to do to get my insurance back up ASAP. Both of them were so nice and helpful. Thank you Brenda and Rodney I will definitely be back if I need anything else thanks to you two!

I cant say enough good things about this shop. They are impressively knowledgeable and really listen to what kind of sound system youre looking for. I came here two seperate times to get my windows tinted, replace my front speakers, and get a powered subwoofer installed. I purchased the stereo equipment elsewhere so I can only speak to the quality of labor/service here. They have easily the best prices I found (note: I only called for quotes at places that had good reviews). The guys took care of me. All of the installations were done very professionally and they walked me through what they did and were able to show me that it was done right. I was very particular about how I wanted the sub installed and they did it exactly how I asked.I havent experienced any problems with the sound system or the tinting. I would definitely come here again to get stereo equipment installed.

These guys know their stuff. Came in with a difficult head unit install and they troubleshot and fixed my problem. Even recommended a better way to get it done cheaper! They know their speaker classes from cheap to competition. They will definitely be doing the rest of my installs.

At the recommendation of a friend, I took my 2009 Ford Explore here and have returned a couple more times for various car problems. I cannot express how pleased I am with everyone at Astoria Sounds. They go out of their way to help you and get all items fixed. Today was no exception and Brenda , the service manager, went above and beyond to get my car fixed. I really appreciate their hard work and customer service.

Had to replace a radio and speakers in my Lexus. Because of the awkwardness and shape of the stock radio and dash, every audio shop I went to said that they couldnt do it. I went to Astoria Sounds and they did it without a problem. They put everything together and customized exactly how I wanted. They also filled in the extra space around the radio without hesitation where as other places said that it couldnt be done. Oh, and the best part was that they were cheaper than the other shops. You get great quality products and top quality service here.

A few weeks ago these guys did my sisters 2014 jeep wrangler unlimited. absolutely no complaints whatsoever and it didn’t even take that long. no doubt these are my go to guys and i will be taking my future vehicles there. 10/5 stars if i could.
