What a stunning store. Help on phone was great. They were happy to confirm availability of item before I took long drive over.
First time I went there. And I have to say I was not disappointed at all. Im definitely going back!
Awful customer service, rude/apathetic management. Huge selection of random housewares, many of which are damaged and horribly organized. Things falling off shelves and strewn out everywhere. Probably not going back. The last time I went and purchased a set of whiskey glasses, it took nearly a half hour with only 3 people in line.
The store has so much to look at you need a couple of hours

I have no words for just how amazing my experience was at this location last night! There arent many AtHomes nearby, and the previous location I had visited was NOT pleasant (dirty bathrooms, rude staff, disorganized, etc). I had a birthday coupon to use and put it off to the last day because I didnt want to go back there. Then, I saw there was a location in Nanuet I never even knew about! On a whim, I figured Id give it a shot.First off, the entire shopping area is awesome- lots of stores and parking so you can get everything handled in one trip. Had no clue it was here!But even more importantly-- THIS LOCATION IS AMAZING!! 👏👏👏 The store was clean, everything was organized and priced properly, even while being in the middle of a seasonal change (Halloween to Christmas). But the real gem was the staff-- WOW! I arrived half an hour to close, and while two staff members let me know the time, I never felt rushed or like I was being pushed out the door. One employee got me a cart when they saw I was struggling (I didnt expect to find so much!) And then my cashier helped handle a somewhat difficult transaction (clearance and coupons and rewards oh my!) With kindness and without ever getting even slightly frustrated. In fact, we were chatting like old friends and he was SO SO HELPFUL with maximizing my savings and making sure my items were packaged safely for the ride home. The woman who had gotten me the cart then came to the register for a UPC verification and, after helping wrap and bag my items, both offered to let me pull my car to the entrance and carry my items to the car for me. I wasnt far and told them Id be fine, but so immensely appreciated the offer of assistance! As I walked out, I kept telling them how this would be my location from now on, and my only disappointment was that I didnt know it was here sooner! They kept telling me to get home safe and have a nice drive and a wonderful rest of my evening. Straight up felt like I went to a spa, or therapy lol, with how good I felt after leaving there! Such incredibly wonderful people theyve got working here!! THE BEST LOCATION HANDS DOWN!!! I will certainly be returning!!😄👏👏🙌🙌 thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone involved in my shopping experience last night! Not even trying to be dramatic, but its customer service like this that gives me faith in the human race FOR REAL.
Went there for work got pulled over. Then left to go home got pulled over again. Very racist uppity area imo.
Amazing place! They have everything that you would need AT HOME! (See what I did there.) Anyways, they have lamps, pillows, couches, bar chairs, painted and wall art, vases, seasonal decor, holiday decor, themes decor, coffee tables and so much more. They even have stuff for animals and pets.

This former Macys building now holds more furniture, lamps, pillows, wall hangings and other household items than you can imagine. We never leave the store without finding just what we were looking to find ... even if we didnt know we were looking for it!!
Nice store with a good selection. When I was there it looked like a number of customers had ransacked a few areas leaving merchandise all over the floor. Other than that it seems like a good place to shop .
I ordered a large wall photo on line for in store pick up. Jackie quickly went & brought my order to the register. It was raining very hard outside & I didn’t want to get the photo wet. The largest bag was too small. Jackie went & got a trash bag & took the time to cover the photo completely. She was very friendly, kind & most helpful. Thank you Jackie.
Great employees! Manager named Raj, was more than helpful. I needed a stool and instead of just telling me where they were he brought me to the section and even helped me take down some of the stools. That guy needs a raise.

New store in Nanuet with great outdoor selections. But it also has some really interesting interior selections that make you want to redesign your home. I bought new chairs for my kitchen island which look phenomenal...👍👍👍👍
Fell in absolute love with this store! In addition, the personnel couldnt be more accommodating. They helped me out with a return, and it was fast and easy. I think I found my new favorite store!
Store is not well managed. Cannot get through aisles with merchandise, cleaning supplies and shelving left on floor. Check out is always a long wait. Nothing special and more expensive than comparable stores

I love at home because you don’t have to Go to any other stores like home goods because it’s all right there. They sell bath mats, paintings, rugs, and beds. I think at home is very is a very good store and I think everyone should go there because it is amazing.
I was underwhelmed with the lack of organization and variety. To be honest, there was no staff to ask any questions, there was little to no stock on the shelves at all. For this location to have just opened not too long ago, its definitely lacking workers and merchandise. Hopefully they will get better as time goes on.
I had the pleasure of speaking with Suraj today at the Nanuet, NY store. He was extremely customer focused and helped me tremendously over the phone while trying to find a particular item. He went way above and beyond to make me happy. I commend Suraj and am thankful that the store has an employee so well trained to help the customers. Thats what its all about!!!! Kudos to you, Suraj. Terrible customer service. I called to inquire about an item to make certain its there when I arrived and the customer service agent had a nasty attitude and hung up on me. I went to the store and the place was empty. There is no one to help you and I couldnt find anyone to ask questions.

2021-09-28Follow-up: I emailed At Home at the email they provided below, linking to this review. I never got a response.------I really liked this place when it opened a few months ago. Selection is great. But the store itself has gone down hill. The last three times I’ve gone, the store was a complete mess. So, so many aisles blocked by carts full of new merchandise that needs to be put on the shelves. Trying navigate your own cart through the aisles is brutal.Bathrooms were so gross. Only one toilet was not clogged. And the only one with toilet paper, which I had to briefly visit to get a few squares, made me gag. I’m not even sure if they’re cleaning them daily.I never get out of the checkout line in under 15 minutes. There’s pretty much always only one clerk and about four managers nearby standing and talking about non-work things, instead of ringing up. Last time I asked the managers if they could add a checkout clerk and they told me to get out of line and walk to the other end of the store where there was another checkout and no line, instead of just getting on the register themselves. And they were clearly annoyed I asked.Again, selection is usually pretty good. But this location needs attention from corporate IMO.

2021-07-25Wow… this store blew me away. Talk about selection and vast space filled with items…. Wow. I went in there as I had a few minutes before my movie started across the way in the theater and I had to come back and finish walking around. Lots of things I wanted… I’ll be back another day to walk this place again. The store is clean, well stocked and prices are respectable.

2022-04-02Quality is suspect at best. Huge selection. Some fun stuff but do not expect anything to last. Shops at Nanuet: left item in checkout line, stood for 15 minutes with only 2 checkout lines. So never bought what we tried to buy. Overall, disappointing.

2022-04-30The woman who is the manager on Saturday nights in nanuet is awful. she would not let me buy a clear cover because it didn’t have a bottom, I ended up having to pay full price because she wouldn’t adjust it for being incomplete. Then I had a birthday reward that wasn’t working and she didn’t answer the girl at the register for help. Makes me not want to go back.

2021-02-15This place is basically a HomeGoods-IKEA mix of a store. Chairs, sofas, mattresses, kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies, artificial plants and more could be found here. Great place to shop & fair priced items.You can only enter through the outdoor entrance & not the indoor entrance. At least for now.And now, lets have a moment of silence for Macys.
