Im student in the USA and i wanna get a family plan. When i went to this store they suggested me the best plan because of that i save my money and also got unlimited data. The representative is very helpful and supportive so its solid 5 stars to them.
The AT&T (authorized dealer) on Willis Ave. gave me the wrong Sim card for my older model phone, then told me to call AT&T to activate it.I left the store and called AT&T. AT&T said I had the wrong Sim card and would need to go to the store and get the right one.I ended up going to the actual AT&T store on Old Country Road. At this store they took care of all my phone issues. They gave me the right Sim card and activated for me. Quick and painless.
Great customer service, and knowledgeable staff i highly recommend to see anybody who needs new phone to visit this store . They helped me transfer my data without loosing anything. Very satisfied.
Amazing service here the staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. They helped me switch over from T-Mobile with ease took care of everything and switched all of my data aswell couldn’t be happier!

Worst store! The woman in there is useless! She sold me items on my plan and said don’t worry, it’s an att discount. Then you get a bill in the mail, and then you find out it’s not a discount and you are stuck paying g for things that you were told is discount! I called the store multiple times. No one is at the store on time, the workers come and go as they please and when I told her what happened, she didn’t care and said it’s up to att to decide not her at the store. SO WHY DO A SALES PITCH for me to buy add ons? Poor service and lying to customers is NOT ACCEPTABLE! I’m stilll waiting for the manager to contact me. It’s now been 4 weeks of waiting ...
I wanted to get upgrades and went to this store first time, better then any store i have ever been, great customer service, very knowledgeable staff and even did our Data transfer. Wow experience.
This location have very helpful employees , Chris & Sam helped me to get new Iphone X . saving me on my bill. I recomment this location to all my friends and family.

2021-07-29I had a terrible experience at this at&t store and I really don’t recommend anybody to come here. The person working at the store was very unprofessional and told me that I could not redeem a widely marketed promotion for an iPhone. The promotion is to trade in an old iPhone for a $700 bill credit on the new iPhone. I bought the iPhone at the Apple store and they told me that I can redeem the promotion by bringing my old iPhone to an at&t location. The person working at this at&t store told me that the Apple store isn’t allowed do that and he “knows someone at Apple.” I called two other at&t locations in the area who happily offered to accept my iPhone and told me that I was correct on the terms of the promotion. Later, I went to one of these locations and they helped me with no hassle. When I went back to this at&t location in albertson to tell the person, he told me that he doesn’t have access to do that because his store is new. In other words, he changed his story. Overall, it was a really annoying experience and it felt like the store employee or owner (whatever he was) didn’t know what he was doing and/or was trying to scam me out of a good promotion. My advice to anyone in the area - go to any of the nearby at&t stores except this one!

2020-08-31Worst experience ever! They closed my account and opened another without telling me me they were going to do that. They ported my # to T- Mobile and ported back to AAT which AAT fraud department told me. They tired too make seem like it was a new account and when I contacted AAT they said the phone I got would cost 699 instead of 350 they told me at the store it would cost because after me insisting that I had a account that was cancelled and I wasn’t a new account. Went back to store and they were rude and said they didn’t do that just lying to my face I spent all day trying to resolve this to no avail. I’m switching to Verizon as AAT did nothing to help worst ever don’t go there as they are cheats and liars

2020-07-13My phone dropped in the water I went to store to see if they could figure out if phone still viable. The women said you need a new SIM card. I said the phone is damaged from water wouldn’t it ruin SIM card? She said no no charges me 21.75 for a new one. I called AT&T the next day they said she should have never sold me one she knows better that it would also be ruined from the water. I called store she pretended she wasn’t the one who helped me. Told em make a complaint she doesn’t care! Should have read reviews they lie to customers BEWARE!!
