2022-06-27My wife and i originally came to this location about 1 month ago. We were looking for information before switching our carrier. The representative Jessica gave us all the information we needed and advised us that our best option was to come back in a month to switch since we had just paid our bill with tmobile. Well we came in on Saturday and Jessica not only took out all our numbers that we had with tmobile, but she transferred over all of our information, she added all accessories to our phones, and even gave us a great discount on accessories. She saved us a lot of money by switching carriers. Jessica answered and addressed all of our concerns from day one. We are really appreciative of all her work, time, dedication, and patience. We will be coming to this location moving forward and will be referring family and friends here.

2021-09-18Their customer service sucks. Its great if youre there to buy something but if you go in to get help with warranty or insurance claims be warned, they throw a number at you and tell you to call even if you express that you need help doing so.
