Nicole was a tremendous help to me and my parents. She was very patient and kind. Most of all she was very thorough with the information. The store in city line is amazing.

2022-07-04I’m am so grateful that I stepped into this exact AT&T only to meet Harman an amazing sales representative! Harman was very patient, extremely knowledgeable about the inside and outs about AT&T services. I was in an really bad situation and I was able to fix and finalize everything for my phone today with Harman. I’m very thankful, I’m hoping AT&T sees this and appreciate him for being such a great representative of what true customer service is. Thanks Harman and AT&T. I’m proud to join the family !

2022-02-24I was out of town and need Wi-Fi. I called AT&T and was informed that going to the store was best. The you man helped me get the best option for me. He was polite and answered all my questions. I also have to say that I get the same kind of great customer assistance back home when I go to the store. Maybe the store representatives should help the call center with their customer service.

2021-02-27I initially went to this store for the first time a week ago and spoke with Harman about the phones I was interested in and the upgrade specials AT&T is offering. Harman was very knowledgeable about each phone I was interested in, the cost of the phone and the trade in qualifications. Harman was extremely patient with me and all the questions I asked. I promise him I was going to return the next day but things happened and I was not able to return until today. Today I dealt with Ray, who was also very patient and knowledgeable with everything my husband and I was looking for. We upgraded our phones and even got the AT&T TV which Ray mentioned and told us all about. Ive been dealing with the same AT&T salesperson for many years but hes been promoted so I had to find a new store. I must say this store on Liberty Ave will be my new store and with great sales agents like Harmon and Ray, Im sold. Ive been an AT&T customer for almost 20 years and I must say they never fail.

2021-06-12I would like to state that both Shawon and Victor at the 1157 Liberty Avenue Brooklyn are both consummate professionals and they know their ATT business. I came to upgrade my cell phone. The process was so easy, I thought something was wrong. Their customer care was superb. They understood my limitations concerning new technology and held my hand through the process. Their manager came in at the end of the process to ensure everything went well. Yes Believe it .. this is a true experience. Trust me … where ever you are located … take the trip to Liberty Ave - it’s worth the trip.

2020-05-15I came to the store and I was unhappy with my previous provider. And the representative Noyan was so helpful and professional. Also Ivori was very helpful and courteous and also the store manager Rob was courteous as well.They helped me transfer my information, they did what they are supposed to doI am happy to be an At&t customer.
