I visited the AT&T store today I was please how welcoming the representative was they listen about what am looking for everything went so smooth the manager was the one helping she was so kind thank you I switch from spectrum am excited to start with this company 🙏👌✨
There was an agreement made with Customer Loyalty which stated that the restocking fee should be waved. Store representative said they would honor the agreement as long as it was noted on the account. Account was properly noted. Store manager refused to honor agreement and representative had to take the blame. Staying with AT & T because Customer Loyalty made me whole but NEVER using this store again.

Verlon really went the extra mile to help me migrate from T-Mobile. He worked real hard to get my situation taken care of even though, for no fault of the store it took more than 2 hours. Word of advice: If you ever want to migrate to a new carrier, make sure you have your correct account number!
Marsha was incredible! She helped me with getting new accessories as well as putting on my screen protector. She was very personable and made this transaction smooth and fun. Please see her when you come in!

I had this incredible employee help me figure out a solution to something 5 other employees couldnt figure out over the phone. Service is always polite and generally knowledgeable. Also, usually pretty quick, but you can occasionally wind up waiting way to Long for relatively routine items.
On my lunch break my phone started flickering had no idea what to do, passed by the store and found out I had an upgrade thanks to Mr Goodman decided to finally get a new iPhone. Thanks AT&T.

Store hours are posted as open until 9pm on weekdays, but when I got there at 8:48 they had already locked the door. Even though they saw me knocking, the two people visible on the floor told me they were closed. Blatantly wrong, there were still customers inside the store, and I was standing right next to their posted hours that said they close at 9!
The only reason that I gave a star is because you cannot give no stars. Horrible, horrible customer service. I purchased a samsung galaxy phone and was suppose to receive a free tablet. After cashing out the guy told me I would get the tablet some other time they are out of stock.. and I havent heard from them since. Poor poor service. Sales guy name is Demetrius.
The only store in whole of the NYC area to have Lumia 920 on the day of release. Was pleasantly surprised to discover a very big show room (on par with Apple stores) with what looks-like every smartphone available on display.Customer service was very good. While waiting for the phone to be activated another customer wanted to replace broken phone case, rep replaced the case even though it was 1 day past due warranty period.At the end of transaction rep walked me to the door and thanked me for the business. What more can you ask for?

2022-02-22Wayne was so much help, super kind and patient. Explained all of the deals and best options AT&T had for the upgrade I needed. He kindly put on my phone case and screen protector for me without me having to ask. Definitely recommend this location!

2022-03-09I have had MULTIPLE bad experiences at this specific AT&T. I tried again a few times because I figured maybe it was just the employees I dealt with at the time but at this point it has to be the entire store. Unfortunate this is the store closest to my job; I guess I’ll have to find another one to go too. This latest time, I went in regarding an order that I placed that was canceled because that specific store didn’t have the items in stock. In THIS store they did have the items but wanted to charge 148 for my 41 dollar order and when I refused, the employee AND manager proceeded to condescend me and when I ask for their names or badge numbers they literally walked away and refused to give it to me. The absolute worst, would only recommend for life or death emergencies, so pretty much never.

2022-05-12Representative (Richard/Wayne) was VERY helpful and knowledgeable!!!!! They helped me with my IPhone 13 spent time with my troubles and was patient when I couldnt remember my iCloud password. Even at closing NEVER ONCE did they show attitudes#BestRepresentativeEver!

2020-03-06TERRIBLE customer service! I came in after work asking to switch info from my old phone to my new phone... The petite black woman told me right away, “oh no that is TOO MUCH WORK for us... you need to do that yourself at home & if you run out of room just buy more space in your iCloud...next!”Like how rude of her!!! Miss you applied to work here NOT ME! Stop being lazy. Your job is customer service!!!!!!!!! Very rude!! Worst AT&T store I have ever been to! DO NOT COME HERE.
