For one the customer service was impeccable and the employee, Ian, who helped us get new phone did a spectacular job. The patience and dedication to accomplish the entire process was amazing. Definitely 5 stars for overall experience and would like to acknowledge the manager, Kevin, who helped make it all possible.
Helpful employee at this store was able to resolve my problem in minutes. The salesman who sold me my phone (a different ATT store) neglected to add my new phone to the system resulting in no internet connection for a month! The saleswoman at Carle Place store remedied the situation quickly.
Got a special promotional deal on a trade-in back in March. Still waiting for the deal to be applied correctly. If I hadnt been paying close attention to my bill, with how ridiculously confusing At&t makes them, I wouldnt have noticed.Went in on 6-15 to talk to a manager, none available. Gave my info to a sales rep who verified my eligibility and how it was not correct. He said a manager has to talk to a district manager. Took my info, no response.Went in on 6-22, no manager available again. Gave my info to a sales person who texted the manager right in front of me.Still no response.Update: Called back again 3 days after putting this review up, finally got the store mgr. Problem finally taken care of. Really shouldnt have taken this long but plus one star for resolving it.
Love the new store and staff! The rep greeted me at the door and was attentive through out the entire transaction. She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. She also went through a list of discounts and promotions I was eligible for. I will definitely be back for my next purchase.
Went in to upgrade both lines, unfortunately sat with the worst sales person I’ve ever encountered, Julian. Barely wanted to answer questions, argued when we told him we only wanted 64g phones, told us no information about what our bill would look like, have us no terms and conditions for our updated contract, didn’t tell us about any deals, just wanted to make money and get us out. I will never come here again I will find another AT&T or just do my stuff online. It’s people like Julian that force people to do business online instead of going into an actual store.
Thank you for being open in a time of Crisis. I would like to thank all members working for their service, especially Julian and Ebony . Unfortunately not everyone can recognize that these workers are putting themselves at risk. Some crazy lady was trying to get service about a wallpaper during these crazy times. This is the reason this virus is spreading. A wallpaper is not an essential. I believe her name was Linda. Very rude customer.
Worst store!!! Avoid at any cost. They don’t know what they doing. Back in April I went in the store for a BOGO deal that was being offered. One of the phones they had in stock and one had to be ordered and I agreed to ad a new lone of service to be qualified, the phone they ordered for me was supposed to be the new line I was told it will be in store the next day. Phone didn’t arrived on time and I was going away. I was called to come back and the store and pick a different phone they had in stock and they would cancel the previous phone. Guess what? Phone was indeed canceled but it got canceled along with BOGO deal because of their incompetence. When the phone arrive to the store they accepted delivery then send it back to AT&T corporate as if I canceled and was no longer getting the BOGO instead of telling them I settled for a phone in stock because shipment was delayed. I asked many times if that would affect the deal, they lied and said the promo will switch over to the new phone/ new number after 2/3 billing cycles. Now I am stuck paying for two phones instead of one because I went in there to take advantage of a BOGO deal and the store screwed it up. Worst customer service awards goes to them.
I went in there with the intentions of getting a new phone. I was told I could get a credit for my BROKEN iPhone7 (mic) and trade it in for a new phone. Needless to say when I walked in they just about got off their butts and reluctantly walked over. Trying to force me into a phone I didn’t want. Looked at me in a condescending manner and said u have a crack I can’t take this back. Meanwhile the phone mind you is ALREADY BROKE! Rude rude rude. Basically shunned me and that was it. He was so rude and I will never ever go back there. I hope ATT step up their game because this store is horrible!!!!
The AT&T store in Carle place is the best! The entire staff was excellent! I got a New AT&T TV service and it work wonders for my family and I, we LOVE IT! Janerlee demod it and showed us how awesome the google assistant can be! Its the ABSOLUTE BEST! Kevin Is by far the best store manager in the nation! thanks Kevin for bing so great to us!Thanks Att family!
What a terrible experience. I am an AT&T customer for over 15 years. I come into the store to browse at a couple of devices. A representative approached me and asked me if I needed help. I replied Im fine I just want to check out the device. He continued to ask me well what am i doing. I told him Im looking to see how the internet works on the device. He then got a manager named Alex involved. Then told me that Im unable to use any devices in the store. From this experience I am now looking to go to another provider. This is the only store that I went to that gave me this kind of service. & I am highly disappointed.
This stores had one of the worse managers.They offered me a family plan with 2 free phones, with the plan buy one get one free, and they told me that if I put $600 down I will get it back in 3 month, and 2 gift card for 1-$200 and 1-$100 and the only one I got was $100. Everything else was a big lie. And I’m paying for all the phones. And on top the first bill came $650. This I consider it a fraud. But I don’t know where to go for justice.
My friend went to the store today and the service was great. She got helped right away and the person who was helping her wished her a happy birthday. The only thing is when she was trying to do something with her email it was a pain in the a**. Did this happen to anyone else?
I went to this location hoping to purchase the new iWatch after experiencing subpar customer service at two nearby locations. I am very happy and possibly better off that I did. Juan L., the gentleman who helped me out today was exceptional! He went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and even managed to lower my monthly payments! Highly recommend and thank you, Juan! Youre awesome brother.
I see some other reviews that match my experience.I was in a jam, needed to charge my phone before work tomorrow.Representative Kevin C. was rude from the beginning.I realize it was close to closing, but Im not the type to hassle.Just wanted to see if a charger or battery could fix my problem.When explaining my dilemma his face said I dont care at all what you say.Also he tried opening my phone without my permission.I think since I wasnt buying a phone form him, he didnt want to be bothered servicing any customer.Perhaps he is a relative of the owner and feels immune to complaints.Whatever his problem is, he is bad for this store and company.A nice woman, a manager named Dawn answered my questions and was quite knowledgable.Oh yeah, Kevin C. was an iPhone guy, maybe thats why he was rude b/c I have a Samsung.Whatever the case, he was unshaven and obnoxious.Blank stares without answering, the whole bit.He didnt even know me, I was just a customer and he was totally rude!If this guy is let loose to pursue other opportunities, I will revise this review to positive. Dawn was pleasant, informative and helpful.
Worst experience ever! We had to wait over an hour. While waiting, the TV was blaring and getting annoying. I asked Nicole Lewis to please mute it. She proceeded to start up another speaker blaring music. This woman is the most ignorant, rude customer service person I have ever met. She should be terminated by AT&T.
This place is absolutely terrible! They have terrible customer service. When I bought my iPhone with my screen protector here last year, I was told that if anything ever happened to the screen protector I would be able to bring it back to this store and get a new one. When I came they did not honor this and told me something different. After some time had passed The associate who was helping me told her manager Even though [she] is helping that ( aka me ), can [she] go do something. She literally referred to a customer as that! At the time I was on the phone with customer service which is why I didnt not say anything, but the manager (Nikki) did not say a word and basically allowed the associate to disrespect me.Thankfully customer service helped, and they are sending me two free screen protectors because this retail store did not honor their word. Please do not go to this store they do not care about their customers.
If I could give this store zero stars I would. I sat and waiting for a FULL HOUR WITHOUT BEING ACKNOWLEDGED. After a full hour of waiting I asked them how much longer it was going to take and they said another 20 minutes. I understand that whatever they were setting up for another customer took a while but at least say hello and let me know its going to take AN HOUR AND A HALF until Im helped. Im super disappointed and unsatisfied with the service and I switched over a month ago. Theyre really making me regret that choice.
Outstanding customer service experience wonderful store to do business with . Received great assistance from Store rep Elijah provided all the information and knowledge I needed . Entire staff is very friendly and willing to help I highly recommend every one to go to this location thumbs up from me !
I went to the store,was having trouble saving my wallpaper.kept trying to get a rep,to help me,he was clearly preoccupied with something ElSE.then,another rep was nasty,i think her name was EBONY,getting bent out of shape,because of the virus.IM STIll a customer! There is a way to speak to PEOPLE! So,recommend this place?? No way
Was in there for 3 min..just wanted to see if my iphone was unlocked asked for att sim. worker in front dress in a fad out Att shirt and all sweaty ..basically didnt care unless I was buying something.didnt even make eye contact...and honestly i was gonna buy a car charger once they helped me.. 1 min of there time to put in a display phones sim to check and I buy the charger and leave.. he said they dont have any sim cards.. I dont even write reviews ..he pisses me off so much that I did for the 1st time...
Worst store that I’ve ever been, highly unprofessional, and they try to force you to get services I almost got sucked in but stop the deal from going through once I realized that I wasn’t getting that much of a deal, don’t get me wrong I love att, but I am probably going to the one in garden city from now on and avoid this store all together (make it a last resort)

2022-04-29Last year added extra accounts and mobile hot spots customer service was great down grading from 6 lines to 5 lines this year still waiting for help customer service Conrad said the manager Kevin would help been waiting for over an hour so far no update. Conrad left and we havent even seen Kevin come out to speak to us. Been a customer for more than a decade, considering switching worst service we have ever received. Figured we would receive better service in person than on the phone guess we thought wrong would definitely take business elsewhere and write a complaint to corporate, FCC, BBB. If I could give zero stars I could. Latoya though was very helpful.

2022-04-10Since I’ve joined AT&T as a customer l have admired there customer service. There dedication in help solve any and all problems that customer have has been outstanding. Many years ago l was with T- Moble , and l have no words for how unsatisfied and disgusting and disappointed by there service; from yelling at me to telling me it was my fault my phone was not working probably to just plain and simple rudeness. I tell my friends and family to go to AT&T all the time you want be dissatisfied or disappointed. You guys have the most outstanding and amazingly wonderful worker l have ever seen. I had Verizon as well and they were no better than T-Mobil. There prices were outrageous and the customer service was no better. Thank you so much AT&T for making my experience a lot better than the rest. Sincerely Debra Williams.

2022-03-24If I give this incompetent store no stars I would! Went in for new device and was LIED to by a rep stating she didn’t have the phone. When I called her out on her bluff she made up some story stating it was for a business deal when it wasn’t. She ends up coming out with the exact phone I wanted and claimed she found an “extra” in the back. 9 days later I come back to store because the phone was deemed a “LEMON” by Apple, the same woman & another rep pretty much ignored my concern and told me they couldn’t help me. Will NEVER go into this store again!!!!!

2022-03-29The sale peoples was very helpful in the store.. But with preordered phones the Galaxy S22 has a problem activating my 2 phones took over 2 hours each to activate. The sales representative had to call technical support which could not solve the problem They put me on hold for a 1/2 hour or so. The phone was finally activated.

2021-08-09Dan is the man. Cant wait to get back there and see more value. They have the lowest price on a decent phone I think like $72 or something. All my friends at Metro Express hate Metro now and want to become AT&t what a great values they are coming up with and the phones are much better quality too. Be careful and watch out for Metro. Only in the poor neighborhoods look on your map and try to use AT&t or Verizon

2021-10-07Went there to have new cheap compatible phone at&t says I need in order to continue getting service. Sat down with someone named Roger who while he was helping me to switch my phone over, allowed practically everyone who walked though the door to interrupt, instead of Roger saying have a seat take a number or Im helping someone, Roger is not paying attention to the customer whos turn it is, long story short, he tells me Im all done, Im thrilled because its a mad house in there, get in my car I realize the new phone is saying no service, Im not getting dial tone all my apps never went through nothing. I ended up going home and calling customer service and they set up everything. thank you roger

Mary and Kevin (manager) were great, and went above and beyond to make sure I left a happy customer. 5.0 star experience overall!

2021-05-16My fiancé was a T-Mobile customer who was looking to merge with me and add his line onto my existing AT&T plan. We were both also in the market to upgrade our existing phone models. Before deciding to walk into a brick and mortar shop, we had done our own research online on the process of adding a line and AT&T’s services. We thought we were knowledgeable enough to know exactly what we had to ask for when we visited a store.We visited this AT&T branch on Saturday 05/15 and were greeted by Andre. We told him right off the bat what we were there for, but Andre gave us different options to save us our effort and money. As a salesman, he was not pushy and he presented us with facts, numbers and information to let us independently decide for ourselves what we wanted. He was patient and took the time to explain to us the different services, as well as phone models. We did not feel like we were being rushed at all - Andre was patient as my fiancé had a slight hiccup trying to release his line from T-Mobile, and also as it took about 40 minutes for data transfer from my old phone to my new phone. We left the store as happy customers feeling like we were not swindled. We walked away very satisfied with the customer service and with the products we purchased.The space itself is very clean, bright and spacious. All the employees wore masks and there were plenty of hand sanitizers for use at different stations.A big thank you to Andre!

2021-02-22I’m sorry for my long delay in writing this review. Ian B is the best AT & T salesperson in the Western World!! Very kind man, considerate and pays attention. He asked me questions and focused on which iPhone best suited “my needs.” I am very thankful for all the time he was able to spend with me. Ian will be the bested at everything he chooses to pursue!!I won’t go back to Verizon!!!!
