Easy to see right off of Walt Whitman Road servicing Melville and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. Staff is ok. Give it a try and you decide.
They helped me out of a jam after SEVEN weeks of waiting for a promised credit from online & phone support. Another corporate location told me no store was capable of assisting me, but these guys made it happen. Very much appreciate their assistance and patience. Thanks again!
Decent service. Took me a while to be helped. Strange location. Not the best stock. All and all not the worst, not the best. On par.Decent if you need service and are in the area.Local mall has no ATT store so this is the closest option.Got a new phone here. Staff made the process easy.
Horrible service. Need to buy expensive phone lady has no clue about phone and really did not care., Get phone in best buy Came back to replace seem card. Another gentleman refused to help with anything else..

Got me in and out in 10 minutes with 2 new work phones we needed in an emergency. Massapequa store sold out of phones. They called ahead for us. Mellville location had the phones un stock. Got there 20 minutes to close didnt make us feel bad for coming late and got us out in 10 minutes. Great service from both stores.
The staff took the time to help with my phone issue. I never felt rushed or pressured. Very comfortable skipping experience. Ill be in to get a new phone at the end of the month.
We had called to ask the store if we should make an appointment in order to switch to a new phone and the man told us we didn’t need an appointment he would take us when we got in. When we got to the store, he told us he isn’t with someone who can take about an hour and he has other people coming in so he doesn’t know if he can help us any time soon. He was very rude about it. There’s a lot of other at&t not too far. choose another store.
Horrible customer service. Employees act like they cannot be bothered, even if they have no other customers in store. The manger is also rude and unprofessional. Will not be coming back to this store ever. I would suggest another location unless you like being ignored.

Very helpful staff most of the time and theyre usually knowledgeable. Cant say the same for the AT&T located at the motor vehicles plaza in Bethpage

Very convenient location on Rte.110 (& almost next door to me makes it xtra easy!); usually good CS. Most recent visit on May 5th, 2017 was 5 Star, with great CS rep Kierra & Mgr. Kevin.

Worst service ever been to. I left and drove to the Farmingdale location. All I wanted was a mophie. Store was and was like being in twilight zone.
This store may not always have what you need. Best suggestion is to call them and see if they have it in stock.Other than that, its a good store to get a basic stock item.

Store is closed even though Google and AT&T say that they are still open. Wasted my time trying to find a corporate store.
I do not have a place like this close to my house when I saw this I make (a permitted) U turn to enjoy the time putting a sim card to an old tablet that I have.

2022-07-18I went to the Melville NY store looking to replace one of my business phones. I left with a brand new phone and the agent ended up lowering my monthly plan while upgrading it to 5G. Glad my phone broke!

2019-06-16We had been to 3 other AT&T stores with a flip phone Dilemma and were shut down at “flip phone”... It’s not the equipment though, it’s the service! Nico Guzman didn’t hesitate and gave us 110% of his best effort and attention. So refreshing not to be in yet another “land of no.” This store bucks the norm with employees who ask what can they do to help and then actually help!! We are so grateful!

2017-06-01This is one of the corporate centers. I was assisted almost immediately upon walking in. The saleswoman was very helpful, never made me feel rushed. I purchased the a new phone and she transferred everything over from old to new phone. She explained the features while showing me how to do it myself. After my phone was set up, she even put in her phone # to call her should I have any questions.
