Guys were fantastic. The transfer from our old carrier to AT&T was made easy through the crew. They were exceptionally professional and very easy to talk to. Answered all our questions. Would definitely recommend this store to everyone. Even learned my next cruise will be to Puerto Rico. Thanks to Justin and the Edgar duo.
Thank you to Justin and Edgar for helping us yesterday, they were very easy to work with. After explaining the transition process to one of their phone plans to us, we were able to successfully transfer both phone lines onto our phone plan with AT&T. Will return again when we can upgrade my phone.
I had a major problem with my phone iPhone 12 since June 2021. I’ve asked for help from professionals . I have even sought help from Apple support for 2 hours and they were unsuccessful. However I walked into the AT & T store and met the miracle work and professional genius Mia . Solved my unsolvable expeditiously with accuracy .Mia can only be an asset to your company. Awesome. Her assistant made my life so much easier . Very polite & professional. I do not know Mia nor have I ever met her . She’s honestly just a great worker.
Mia was our rep & she was beyond fabulous! She is actually now officially my go to if I need to go to the store in Middletown, NY! She has actually helped me a couple times now and Im impressed with the service! You dont get that kind of service anywhere today. Mia went above and beyond! Like she brought the magic as we say in the Shipting World, of personal shopping! Thank you Mia for spectacular customer service, helping us come back to AT&T and getting my son hooked up with the new iPhone. You made his day as awesome as a Christmas morning. God bless you girl!
Terrible experience when trying to change phone company. AT&T made it IMPOSSIBLE! Spend HOURS of frustrating calls week after week, multiple in person visits to this store that resulted in NO results. The manager promised to call after my last visit, I called him and left 3 messages, no return. They literally held the phone numbers/lines hostage for months costing me hundreds of unnecessary dollars and loss of time. VERY FRUSTRATING!!
We called ahead and found out they were not crowded so ran over without an appointment. Chris greeted us as soon as we arrived. He was very patient and helpful to a couple of non-tech-savvy customers. He knows his stuff, and represents this business well!I did not take off points, but as a person with back/hip/leg issues, the stores bar height tables and slick, high chairs are hazardous. Chris offered for me to sit on the couch, but then I would have missed the conversations he was having with my brother. I suggest you have at least one standard table and chairs in every store. Then, someone like me, or even a person in a wheelchair, could be comfortable.
Had a great experience at this store with the manager Danny.. super knowledgeable and helpful.. real down to earth guy and makes you feel valued .. i live down in the bronx and whenever i need something i take the ride up to middletown because i know he and his staff will do right by me! worth the drive! thanks guys!
My experience was great! I didn’t have to wait at all, I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and I’ve never had a issue. The employees were very attentive, and professional. Thank you! I know people are quick to share their bad experiences but not so quick when the experience was good. Thank you!
My husband and I went in to upgrade our phones. The gentleman who helped us didnt provide much information on different phone options. At times seemed more interested of what was playing on the TV behind us than engaging with us. Came home and went on AT&T website and saw that the same phones that were given to us are only $5 a month opposed to the $20+ that we will be charged for on our bill. When I asked if we could receive a discount as Im an union worker, he didnt provide much help on how to go about it but just mentioned we would have to separate our phone and TV from each other as were direct TV customers. I felt as if every time we asked a question his answers were super vague. He also never took the time to help us set up our new phones. The entire transaction put a bad taste in my mouth. We stick with AT&T only because other service providers have extremely poor service where we live, its never for the customer service (or lack thereof) that keeps us loyal.
The staffs working ability is really poor. The first time there was a problem with my password, they couldnt solve it. The funny thing is that the supervisor thought it couldnt be solved. I went to the at & T store in flushing and helped me in 10 minutes. The second time I asked for the function of sending text messages to other countries. They couldnt solve it. I also saw a young employee quarreling with customers. He said if Wait impatiently can go out, the customer said I want to complain to your boss, he said to the customer, do you want me to take you? But there are only two employees in the store. The rest of them dont know what they are doing in the lounge. really dont understand how at & T can have such employees. feel that the director didnt fulfill his responsibilities
I had a great experience today at ATT with Daniel and Joe. I switched my service today and they worked with me for an hour to do so with Google Fi. Despite no real person customer service at Google Fi. Joe and Dan knew what to do and got it done for me. I highly recommend them and this store. Its so nice to be able to speak directly to a person about my phone. I might add that I also got a free phone out of the deal, an iPhone 8. That was great!! Thank you guys!
Stores listed hours were posted as being open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. which was not the case. We had a few questions about switching carriers and when we could pick up the phone that werent answered because the store wasnt open around 6:50 pm. When we were able to get in contact with an employee she was rude both times we spoke. In all i would prefer to shop online or anywhere else to avoid going there again.
Service was OK the guy Steve I dealt with was nice and knew what he was doing, but there was a girl that would greet you at the door she had a bad attitude and didnt do anything didnt catch her name but you will know who she is right away. Had at least 7 people in line waiting and she sat there scrolling on Facebook. Shes the reason for three stars..
My mother has a contract with them and we went in looking for help with her new phone and the lady there said she couldn’t anything. Every question we asked help for the answer was “no”or “I can’t do anything for you”...simply helping put a screen protector on that was bought, we had to take home and do ourselves. Ridiculous. Highly disappointed in the customer service there. Would not recommend to anyone.
Brought in 2 international phones to purchase sim cards for. Rushing + anxiety ridden, customer service rep mistakingly gives me 2 tablet plans and proceeds to be baffled as to why the phones wont make local calls. Manager equally as confounded and of no use. Branch manager also present with little care or help. I had to call customer service myself, while at the store, to troubleshoot and identify that the mistake was that they had given me 2 tablet plans instead of phone plans. I should not be the one troubleshooting while you are the professionals. Proceeded to let the branch manager know my discontent for their lack of knowledge and he immediately became defensive citing the error as a machine error, rather than the human error of his employee. Left disappointed by their customer service on all levels.
Let’s just say I’ve been with Verizon since 7th grade and I finally decided to switch to ATT at the age of 30.I had a few issues here and there with Verizon for over charging me for data and it continued to happen so I finally left. It was hard to do that because I had been with Verizon for 17 years. It’s tough to try something new.Anyhow, the first day I started with ATT we put both SIM cards into our phones. My wife’s would not work at all. It just said “no service”. Mine worked but the data did not work. We called twice. The calls dropped and they never called us back. It’s very frustrating when your service drops while you’re talking to the people who are “giving it to you”. We were busy so had no time to call again but a few hours later my data started working. My phone has been okay. Calls still drop here and there and data is slower but I’m fine.MY WIFES PHONE STILL DID NOT WORK so she went to this ATT STORE to see if they could help us out directly because of our previous issues we had calling in. While she was there, she was told by a sales rep that HER PHONE WAS TOO OLD AND THATS WHY IT DID NOT TURN ON, AND SHE NEEDED TO UPGRADE. HE SAID THE NEW SERVICE WAS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH HER OLD PHONE.She called me and told me about everything and so I tried to call ATT main line again to see if I could get through. I was transferred to the “sales Dept” who originally told us we could use her IPHONE 6 with our new plan. I got through and explained the situation and was told that was NOT TRUE and that it just required a specific activation process. The agent activated the phone.Either the sales rep FLAT OUT LIED to try to make a sale or he DID NOT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING AND CHOSE NOT TO CONFIRM WITH A MANAGER OR SOMEONE ELSE before telling my wife that.The world is filled with scammers these days but it would be nice to not have to deal with them at BIG NAME BRANDS like ATT.
This is the worst retail store I have ever been in. The employees do not care about you or their jobs. After 1 hour waiting we finally got help. To start they didnt have the phone they said they had on the phone not 15 minutes before. Then when I asked I was told I was wrong and must have called the wrong store. Then the employee who was pushing the insurance plan, repeatedly called all their phones crap and informed us that they would break. So finally when we got to the point of finishing up the employees tablet didnt work so he stated he didnt know what to do. So he proceeded to bang the corner of the tablet on the table and shrug for 45 mins. I contacted AT&T when I got home and strongly suggested that they retrain their employees. This was the worst retail experience of my life. Avoid this store and go to Best Buy
Ive recently switched to T-Mobile... AT&Ts cell service is pretty good, clearly among the top 3 carriers, but dont get fooled into the great combo price they offer when bundling with DirecTV - its literally the WORST television service Ive had in my entire life. Literally a few clouds and a tiny rain shower interrupts the signal every single time. Stay away from DirecTV!
Avoid this store!!!! 3 hour wait time just to talk to a customer service rep. The door says closing time on Sunday is 6pm but the door was locked 10-15 before that time. Came back the next day, 1 hour wait minimum. For the last 10 yrs I’ve had AT&T service, upgrading my phone is ALWAYS a nightmare. Literally 3 people working in this huge store. One time I came and no one came from the back to sign me in. Every customer service rep they had working was in the back. Customers walking out the store, giving up hope of getting help. I’m one step away from complaining to the corporate office.
The place is understaffed, or alternatively I only choose to go there during their busiest times. I cant speak to the latter. Literally every time I go in there Ive got to wait five to fifteen minutes to speak with someone, very occasionally longer. Once I get someone they are invariably courteous and knowledgeable so that Im always satisfied with the outcome and annoyed by the wait.
Its the typical AT&T store. People just hanging around staring at Ipads or whatever while customers wait. Seemed that only one person was helping people out of the 4 that appeared to work there. Went in to purchase a new Iphone for my daughter. This is something I couldve purchased online but figured I was right there, so why not. This shouldve been a 15 minute ordeal. It managed to drag out over an hour.
The place is clean not bad, just found it interesting when I wanted to trade my Moto z Force Droid for the I phone se, one of the gentleman mentioned that AT&T had the value of my phone for$47.00. When I know now its worth much more, $147.00 to be exact. Well AT&T supports the Liberal egenda, so that just tells me many interesting meanings of the company its self. Iam sure they looked me up & know for themselves now that iam a Republican & I hate Hillary Clinton, she looks like a Dike if you ask me, I enjoy the playboy lifestyle & beuitful women, so that tells allot about me as well, I have standards. Hahahaha.
I got an iPhone X from this place and five days later the phone was responding and could not reset. Took it back to this place for an exchange and they said they couldnt because of store policies. They direct me to Apple store. Why would I get phone from them if I need to take my phone to Apple for repair or exchanged. Apple wanted to change the screen but I wanted a new phone. They said to go to an ATT store in Nanuet, NY in which I did and I explained what happen to me at ATT Middletown, NY. The manage at Nanuet said he would replace the phone with a new iPhone X. They earned my business in Nanuet. Thank you.
Im going to say it in Spanish, I recommend the service of the AT&T Middletown NY store... its the best, for a moment I forgot that AT&T is a big company, I forgot because Justin and Edgar made me feel like I was in a mom and dad business! Good job guys 🤩 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU!!!!! ThanksThanks for your Fantastic Service!!

2022-02-26Thank you very much to Roosevelt for all his help. He was very helpful, patient, and understanding even as my fiancé and I had 2 young children with us. He was able to answer all of our questions and made us feel confident in our purchase. I definitely recommend this location and Roosevelt and looking forward to working with him as we plan on getting more products and services through AT&T.

Alyssa was extremely kind, knowledgeable and made sure that everything I needed was taken care of before I left the store and she was super fast. 2021-05-15While the branch was helpful I do NOT recommend adding lines! After being a customer for 22 years AT&T would NOT allow me to drop the lines or leave their service! It took MONTHS of paying for the unwanted plans and multiple visits by everyone and MANY HOURS of phone calls before they allowed me to dissolve the plan. Their final screw you was an additional FULL month of fees for ONE last DAY because they refused to release the phone number!! I will NEVER go back!

2022-03-06As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly representative named Roosevelt.He gave us plenty of time to discuss amongst ourselves and made the experience where we did not feel pressured at all.This was huge for us.Roosevelt was able to answer all of our questions, and treated us with patience and kindness.

2022-04-06My sales rep was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about what I wanted to do. I went to another location the day prior where I was there for hours and they provided little help and assistance. I wasted my entire day there.
