The employee that was working there the evening seems bothered by my visit. He wasnt friendly, knowledgeable or helpful. All I wanted to do was upgrade my phone and I ended leaving with a deactivated Sim card. It took me 3 hours with AT@T customer service to fix whatever they did. Dont bother going there, they suck.
Today was my second trip to this place just to get the sim card( no phone, no plan). I guess they have a very cheap owner who dont want hire more people. In fact he is losing the customer.There was only two people which are super slow in helping other customers. They dont wanna ask you what you here for. Or we can help you quickly. No way. Whenever you go there make sure you have to have 2 hours of your day to waste at this location. And this is only store in this area. But very soon i will switch to Verizon. Customer pay for the service not for wasting there time. But i hope i dont have to go back to this location again. Worse experience at this location.
The store was great Brooke, David and John were super in helping me and in the set up of my phone. They stayed after the store closed and were excellent in their knowledge and all the tips for setting the phone up. I will be back when I am ready for another upgrade. AT&T should be very happy they have employees like these 3.
Went here to check out the competitor since I was a previous customer of Verizon and was getting sick of paying such a high phone bill. I went and spoke with Shane who was very knowledgeable and seemed to really care for me the customer. He analyzed my Verizon bill and saw that I could save roughly $40 a month by switching my 4 lines over to AT&T. My wife and I ended up getting the iPhone 4S and my two kids picked out their own phones as well. Shane was kind enough to fill out all rebate forms for us and ensured that we would get it promptly. I go back every month now to pay my bill. Great people over at that location from the store manager and district manager who pops in once a week to the sales people. They make you feel very comfortable and want to take care of you in every way they can. Very friendly as well. Always a plus. I refer all of my friends here and will continue to do business with them always.
Stopped in today with some questions.., John and David were very helpful in suggesting options to save $$ on my cell plan. Friendly and knowledgable staff.Previous Review: Was in again today to replace a lost phone. Jenn was so helpful over the phone authorizing my son to my account because I couldnt be there. Alex helped him get the replacement phone activated... Carly is always so friendly and Matt gave me all the available options several days ago. Always a pleasure to go with the AT&T store. No long lines like at Apple ! ( I do love Apple too but not convenient to get to ) . Keep up the great work!Previous Review: We go to this store often as we have 4 iphones. The staff is very helpful. Eddie, Alex and Carly are a pleasure to work with .
I have a family plan which includes smartphones for 3 teenagers. As a result I am in this store quite a bit with various issues. There hasnt been one time that I have walked in and not been greeted by name with a smile. Top-notch employees who know their stuff and will take the time to solve any tech issue or go over your account and make sure you are getting the best deal possible. I recommend friends to switch to AT&T all the time just based on my customer service experiences at the Monroe AT&T store. Keep up the great work guys!
Zack, was soooooo helpful with my tablet I contacted him on Facebook late at night and he replied shortly with many options . I sooo appreciate his honesty and I appericiate his great customer service. he doesnt have what i needed, but he ordered it and the price was below any other store . Thank you cellaris.
Ive been an AT&T customer for over 20 years and this store was the worst experience Ive ever had...Absolutely refused me any customer service because I didnt need to buy anything, I just needed help with activating my phone. There were no other customers in the store with 2 representatives one of which had his feet up playing video games and the other refusing me customer service.
Extremely long wait, only one person working there. Had to wait an hour until the person got to us. Most people who came in while we were in line waiting left because the wait was ridiculous. Once they got to us we had more issues, eventually was here for 3 hours for a minor issue. Waste of my day, should have gone to a mall where there were more employees working there. Never going here again.
This review is about ATT as a company, not this store. Customer service is key to any service organization and AT&T has NONE! My father recently passed away and was using ATT as his cell service before he passed. He was an 87 year old man on a fixed income, yet he was racking up bills of $400 and upward! This was because he was clearly on the wrong plan and do you think anyone from ATT contacted him to say, Hey, let us help you make the most of your cell phone plan without spending your life savings.? No. He rarely used his cell phone until his final months and that was only because my brother died and he found himself on the phone more speaking with friends and family. If ATT were attentive to their customers this should have been a red flag to anyone in billing and/or customer service. I always try and give my clients the best value for their dollar, especially if I know they are of limited means. ATT is not the type of company I would ever want to do business with because of their lack of customer service and attentiveness. I have told them repeatedly that my father is deceased and they still keep sending bills. I will not pay them another penny as they have taken more than enough from my father. There are plenty of carriers out there that will service you with the best plan that fits your needs. ATT is not one of them.
DO NOT deal with Eddie Deegan. I went there to file a claim to get a broken phone replaced. He lied to me and said it was in progress and would be delivered by a certain date. that date came, and no phone. also naturally he wasnt working that day, and hes the store! thanks to the help of another employee named Ryan, we were able to start the claim process the right way, and my phone should be arriving shortly.
I had a questionable experience with the previous manager but with the new manager Matt he really helped me out....he took care of the problem and kept me happy not only was he wonderful his whole staff is!!! Alex is great and always helpful and the girls karly and jenny are amazing ....they are very knowledgeable and very nice....I will only go to this store I agree with another comment about the Monroe location being the best in the Hudson valley..

2022-08-16I went to this store to purchase a new case for my phone and I was immediately acknowledged as soon as I walk through the door. Alan is the best worker. He helped me find the best case I needed quick and was very helpful

2022-08-15Waste of time - youll get the runaround! Horrible! Only 1 employee working at a time. They underpayment their staff 13.00 an hour in 2022! Then if the opportunity presents itself, they will send you to another store, & when troubleshooting advanced technical support will hang up on you.You will speak to 8 representatives only to be hung up on, transferred, and laughed at behind the scenes. I had made an appointment and they canceled it and said go to the corporate store Newburg store 1 hour away.

2022-08-16Alan and his crew are simply amazing! I went in because my charger wasnt working and found out that I can finance airpods! I only paid 10$ today and I got everything I needed plus more!

2022-01-30Saul Guzman he was my representative he gave very very bad customer service and he told me that AT&t is the worse service and its truth!!! they charged me every month double from my bill and he told me that he is going to refund it to me and after a few months he told me that he cant help me!! He told me that all employees did do wrong things for customers!! AND HE IS DOING ALSO WRONG THINGS FOR CUSTOMERS
