I bought the phone with the plan I wanted, and thats perfect, but I was sold a iphone screen protector, on a Android phone, an a phone cover that didnt fit right on my phone just to make a sell.
I am extremely satisfied with the service because the AT&T service providers were extremely polite and did everything I asked efficiently. They were both extremely helpful and kind. I couldnt have asked for a better experience!
I have visited the Monticello NY store on a couple occasions in the past year. I have always been treated with respect & on a timely manner. They are always customer first and took care of everything I needed. Treated me very nice. I definitely recommend this store to my friends and family.
I had spent about 2 hours there but it was bec of my old service provider making issues. The representative there was extremely patient and wouldnt stop trying different ways to solve the issue. Thank u Marco I greatly appreciate what u did for me.
The sales person very knowledgeable and polite. I needed a new power cord for my cell, definitely will come again if I need tooI have a AT&T plan, it would of been nice if they could give a rebate or a discount. For the purchase.
Marc the manager was very patient while I was dealing with an issue. Stayed an hour after closing to allow me to resolve my problem with AT&T via his landline as my service was off due to an error on their part... I do have to say that I am bewildered and angry with AT&T for not having an option via 611 to speak to someone but that has nothing to do with the store. Thanks again Marco :)
Best AT&T Store in Orange & Sullivan County. Malcolm is an amazing rep who takes lots of pride in his job. The new store manager Ryan is so much better than the previous one. Great place to do business!!

Att is terrible. 2 hours on the phone, then they sent us to the store promising to get the problem resolved. No luck another hour waisted and still no phone. Go to another carrier!!!!!
Hate it,,the worst mistake in my life,the rep Marco is a good con man. Looking to finish paying my phns so I can go to another provider. At&t has the worst customer service.

Terrible customer service. Literally have no clue what to do. Go to the actual store.. They are just an authorized retailer and will lie to you and worse. You can get everything cheaper and better at an authentic store.

Went to store and was closed sign said open at 10 and voicemail with hours call custpmer service tjey say 11 but itd now 1122 and still no one in site and csnnpt help. Me bc they are not a direct att store
The staff in the store were rude and intolerable to my 80year old parents and wife I am a surgeon who works in Orange County I use Verizon and I will tell all my patients never to go there it is horrendous rude people who don’t deserve a job working with customers I don’t know if my wife being puertorican had something to do with it
Had a minor issue with setting up 2 phones, but I came back the second day and Marco took care of everything.

Store hours for Sunday are wrong and good luck opening on time in general. Phone number is a personal cell phone line which has an issue being answered.

2022-05-27Excellent customer care service, very personal, and accommodating to my exact needs. The place was very clean,calm, and able to serve multiple customers at once. I thought I was going to be neglected when more customers were coming in, but they stayed on top of my issues at all times. Truly a pleasant experience.

2022-05-30Avoid that store for every price thats the worstid store I have been in my life.they convinced me to take a plan in they told me it will be $65 a month for 2 Phones in I and up getting a bill of $200 a month.and I go back and I ask from them cancel my plan they sad they cannot cancel it.so I asked them why?they start screaming on me get out of the store if not we will call cops on you.Avoid that store such a shame

2022-02-17Horrible experience, nothing I was told yesterday was accurate today. I will never go back to this at&t. Ill be looking into Verizon and straight talk. Do not fall for the pre-order scam. Go to another at&t and you will have a much better experience. No stars.

2021-01-28I went rushing in 10 minutes before the store was closed and the representative was so very helpful and wasnt upset about last minute customer. She absolutely helped me with upmost customer care and I appreciate her. Ive had some bad experience in the past but never left a review because you dont know if the person was just having a bad day. Bit the customer service was excellent and I want to thank the girl for helping me at a 5 star level.

2018-11-23As is often the case in this type of business, my review reflects more on the person we dealt with than the product. Sales rep Marco was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Never saw a person multi-task so effectively before. Made everyone in a busy store feel welcome and comfortable. Appreciated his personal attention and ability to listen to our concerns. A true customer service professional.
