So many people in the store! Oddly enough, I was the only customer. If you’re looking for a job and enjoy your friends coming in to chill all day, apply here. There was one employee here that helped me with “a secret tip” to find out my exact account balance, so that was nice.
I was very impressed with the service I received here. I was helped by Mario, who had dazzling technical skills and also exemplary customer care ability. The best balance of easy-going and professional! I really hope that management recognise that this man has what it takes.Thanks Mario!
Had to fight for 2 months for an erroneous “free phone” charge and finally ended up calling corporate in order to get an $800 charge reversed. The store had one person who tried to help, but having to fight for their mistake was extremely stressing and very disappointing.
It is clear that the staff here takes pleasure in their work. I have been an AT&T customer for about a decade and coming to this store for 4 years. They always go above and beyond. I went just the other day and a salesperson helped me put a replacement Zagg screen protector on my iPhone. I appreciate their advice and help very much.
I’m 100% sure they steal parts from the iPhone boxes to resell on the side . Bought an iPhone from them and realized some parts it came with were missing and they refuse to give me the item it never came with . Never going back to that store . They are more concerned with making a sale and having you sign up for things rather than complete a good service to their customs. When you buy a product the product should be opened in front of you ! It should not already be out the box when it comes to you and they should also show the customers what the product comes with . But they can’t do that because then they can’t make their money off the side pieces that come for free with the iPhone . Never again going back to this location .
I love coming here. We have a business account and they are always quick to help us explain our bill. My iPhone dies a lot so I come here to charge my phone. The sales team isnt too pushy which is rare because theyre always trying to push people to get new activations or upgrades. I recommend stopping in here if youre nearby and need help.
I was kept waiting 20 minutes by a saleswoman who didnt seem to be doing anything but fiddling with her iPad. When she finally helped me, it took her over an hour to add a line to my account. When I got the next bill, I learned that what she did was add a new plan with two lines, causing me to be billed for three lines.
Walk into store for plan change, stuff seems very familiar with all the plans, but the service didnt make me feel good. The senerio was: I sat there, talk and talk to a stuff, and there are 2 others stuffs are watching us talking like they wanna grab my money out of my pocket. The stuff I was talking to didnt give me any construction advice, he only give me some information about the plans. They do have knowledge of the services, but it is definetlely not CUSTOMER SERVICE. You have to think of me, the customer, you earn customers by giving them good advices, quality wireless sevice, reasonable price and respect! I am already considering to change supplier right now.PS: I am a 5 years AT&T customer and donate $$$70+ every month.
I used to get a bonus 8 GB of data but this disappeared so I went in to ask why. They couldnt give any kind of answer as to why, but told me about a promotion of $45 per month for unlimited data. I was charged $65 with autopay. They then looked into why and said they werent sure but they THINK the promotion is only for new customers, so I couldnt get it. Very disappointed that they told me this AFTER I paid for the plan, because I wouldnt have changed to unlimited for this price
My first phone was purchased from here and i loved it . it worked like a charm and mathhew a sales asssociate helped me with everything i had questions about . he was kind and generous and was honest. my mom and aunt bought there phones here and were satisfied as well
We needed to transfer the ownership of an account between me and my friend. The staff Tarik was very patient when he helped to make the transfer. Tarik knew his business really well and he always had the answer for our question. When it turned out I needed to show up for a second time to complete the transfer, he was kind enough to finish and save as much work as he can so my second visit would be a very short one. Tarik is by no doubt the best Att staff Ive met in years.
I had network issues my Samsung S7 which i got from Verizon and moved to At&T,so i had issues with Network connecttion.I met with Eddie, he is an exellent to resolve probelm. i suggest to go to this store to take any New plans or New phoneAsk Eddie, he will help you and give you better deals.Thanks,Krishna
They are lucky that i cant put 0 star... i am new in nyc and because i need to be here for few months i was in doubt if take at&t or another company famous... but the other company cost $70 for all unlimited, this cost me $65 and i was thinking was a good choice save some money, because i think they are so much for have unlimited data,text and call for just 1 month... anyway i take it and what??? IS THE WORST DATA COVER CONNECTION I HAVE IN MY LIFE, sometime i CANT TEXT OR PICS on whatsapp because is very very slowly, and now i already pay for 1 month so i need to be with them all of this month but next month for sure they not will see my money anymore... HOW THIS CAN BE POSSIBLE THAT IN MANHATTAN, the first big city and touristic of the world, there is a cover so slow and bad like this!!! BYE
Be VERY careful buying anything from AT&T. Bought a new Samsung phone 1 month ago to use while in the USA. The plug at the bottom of the phone is faulty and will no longer charge. Staff were rude and unwilling to help.. tried to tell me that it was water damage and only gave up on that when I proved to them it was a faulty plug. I wont go back!
This location people are ridiculous. i went to store to get a uncontract phone, i wait half an hour. 10 agent were working there and just two of them helping another costumers. rest of them talking, Laughing eachother. i needed just one phone from shelf but i didnt understand why all workers were waiting for.
AT&T Wireless charged me a whopping $200 for a service I didnt event use!! So I have travelled internationally for the past two months, and I put my phone on airplane mode and did not use it (as advised by AT&T service rep) throughout the entire trip period. And I just found out in my bill that AT&T charged me $200 total ($100 each month) for a service called International Day Pass which I do not recognize and I did not even use. I called the AT&T customer service and they gave me a small $50 credit for the inconvenience. Today, I am going to this corporate store location to start a formal claims process (again, as advised by AT&T service rep) and see how they manage this. I will update here how this is handled.
STAY AWAYBought an AT&T Sim Card showing my Huawei P9 lite phone, they mounted the sim, payed and it didnt work.They know they have issues with this phone and they didnt ridiculusly refund me the money I spent just two minutes before (27.21 $).Could not file a claim in the shop, the manager was too busy loughing at me.Next claim is to AT&TITALIANS STAY AWAYbig risk rip-off. I bought an AT&T sim to insert it into my Huawei P9 lite phone that they saw, opened and in which they mounted the sim.It doesnt work and they know it because it has happened before but they refuse to give back the money they just spent.Next complaint I make it to AT&T

2021-04-27I stepped into the store to purchase a new phone and was quickly greeted by Will. He showed me different phones and talked specs... unfortunately the phone I wanted was not in stock but he helped me navigate headphones and some accessories for my future purchase. Super knowledgeable, friendly and straight to the point. Highly recommend you ask for him by name!

2021-12-01My phone was very low on space, and I couldnt take any more pictures. Edward M., the clerk that helped me provided me with a SD card, since I didnt want to delete anything. He got me 64gb sd card put in for me and my space problem was solved, Im happy and all it took was about ten minutes.

2022-02-01She was on the phone with someone about some numbers for her store then she told me had a product they didnt have, and told me she didnt have a product they had, and I let them know I wanted a new Apple Pencil first generation, and they ended up giving me a used Apple Pencil that didnt work. Heavily considering switching providers.

2021-07-18Waited for 20mins in the store with essentially no other customers. 3 staff members unable to identify whether they had an iPhone 12 Mini in stock. Claimed it’s too hard to keep track of these things given all their products. Incredible lack of customer focus - claimed that one of their team has just come back from holiday so they can’t quickly find their stock…but they did have time to try to sell us ATT TV - left the store incredulous of their claims and attitude to their customers.

2021-09-05Stepped in to get a prepaid sim while on travel in NYC and was attended to very quickly. Brianna was a great staff member and did everything I needed in no time so that I was able to go about my day with access to data.

2021-02-16Went in to get a new phone. Was helped by Will; beyond amazing ! Super helpful; super nice; amazing customer service.Went back to pick up the phone sadly Will was not there.When I walked in a woman was very angry saying she wasn’t being given support. The man saw me and told me to come back later I told him I just needed to pick up my phone that I had ordered and was told earlier today it was here. He asked me to sitThe woman had enough and walked out; he came over to me and told me to come back later or another day because he would not hand me my phone. I asked why and he said he didn’t have it so I asked him if he could check he became rude and said he would not. He than explained he could not because he could not leave the floor alone.The policy is understandable but the way he said it was NOT okay.I told him that it was rude and has he explained that from the start that would of been fine; he turned around and walked away without a wordI asked him what time I could come back and he ignored meI asked if he was hearing me and he ignored meI asked for hi name and he tried to cover his name tag from meI believe his name is WALACE. I asked for a manager and if he believed he was doing a good job and he just kept rolling his eyes not speaking one word.I am lost for words at the poor service that was provided, or the lack of service at all as he couldn’t even answer a question to when I could be back. It was 100% clear he did not care nor want to pretend to careI have been with att for over 12 years and have never had a problem. If I had experienced that as a new customer I would have canceled right away.

2021-02-07The AT&T team at 217 Broadway is a STAR team. Not only they are extremely knowledgeable on the product and services, but also they are client centric and always look for the best option for their clients. I was super impressed to receive such a fantastic service snow heavy day. They definitely rolled the red-carpet for their clients!
