I upgraded my phone at this location and the staff were super positive and comforting during these crazy times. Rob was really welcoming and super detailed when explaining everything which was really helpful. I have never experienced such customer service anywhere especially during a pandemic. I will always recommend this location.
Christian was personable and efficient, and he was able to explain each step of the transaction and any of option available to me in a way that made sense as I upgraded my phone.The store also required face masks, had plastic shields at the desks, and had hand sanitizer readily available, so I felt as safe as possible.
I went to AT&T for a quick question about my plan and I end up having a new phone and I changed my plan! Why?? I had the best customer service ever!!! Stephanie and David was amazing!! I was so comfortable like home and I had a great time with them!!!!Great job guys 👌🏿👌🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿
This location was very clean. Due to Covid-19 they had all safety precautions in place to ensure customer safety. They were constantly cleaning and making sure the area was sanitary. I believe the assistant store manager name is Joel. He helped me with my upgrade. He was very professional and took his time with me.
I saw the bad reviews and was kinda shocked but I really needed to activate my new iPhone and get help transferring info. Walked in it was two reps not crowded nice and pleasant one of them cause the other was busy. Forgot her name but one of them helped me was nice and helpful. I’ll def come back great location close to my house!
I went in here yesterday because I needed a new SIM card for a new phone and they were super friendly and got me what I needed pretty quick even though it was busy. My guess is all these bad reviews are from people who have been fired. I also noticed theyre pretty old reviews. No complaints on my end.
I called in ahead of time to make sure the product I wanted was in stock and it was. The wait wasn’t bad at all, I was helped by a gentleman named Rovin, super cool, efficient and professional. Got what I wanted and in under 20/25 minutes I was on my way. Great location
Called location and was connected to call center. All I was trying to do was pay a relative bill to have service reconnect. Agent put me on hold to type her million notes and never addressed my issue. She came back and apologized for the wait and went back to typing. I hung up on her. The issue was never resolved. I eventually went online and made a one time guest payment.
Such a Carrier that can’t afford a piece of plastic to his costumers.I want there on 02/28/18 to get that extra plastic around a Sim card since I have a Nano Sim and I want to use it with my other phone that support a Micro Sim. So when I asked an employee and explain her, she said that I have to buy it somewhere else cause they don’t have it anymore and I only can get it when purchase an at&t phone!...Anyway I want to another at&t location and they just gave it to me with no comments.NB: I’m on $45/Mo at&t Prepaid Plan
I tried to pat a bill. The employees were all busy with customers but the one lady who was available was not very interested in helping me. Then the machine started to have a glitch and would not restart. They didnt take cash payments, however. I went to the store at 181st and they helped me with cash payments.
Wanted to buy a certain htc phone. 3 employees in the store. Only one helping another customer. Other two busy playing with devices. I had to approach them. The younger one very snappy tried to suggest another phone i wasnt interested in. Even though the phone comes with only 2gb of storage space?? Do i look stupid? They said they didnt have the htc phone i was looking for. She said zte maven just az good as htc. Then i looked around and there was my htc. It advertised the financed plan and the cost of phone if you outright purchase. Neither of them pointed it out. I pointed it out and then walked out. They were not interested in gaining a new customer obviously.

2022-08-09So grateful for Jefferson for helping me with my phone/sim in the store as well as Leo (customer service via phone). It took some time, but they did not give up and triple checked everything which was great. Jefferson was calm, friendly, and knowledgeable; able to answer all my questions and provide options/recommendations. Amazing service!

2021-12-31The customer service was great the employees really assisted me in getting my service restored. The phone rep had to be navigated until one came and really assisted the employees in the store. The overall experience with phone rep made me want to leave at&t after being a loyal customer for many years. Thanks to the 145th st Bway team

2022-04-15Everything was OK at first ,But then when it was time to set up my first net account for first responders they dropped the ball and never finished setting up my account like they said they did.I had to spend an hour and a half on the phone with First Net to finish setting up my account myself ,And the bad thing about is that I was visiting from Dallas Texas and this happened to me ,I guess theyre mind set was hes never coming back to the store .very disappointed.

2022-03-02I tried to go pay my phone bill at 7:00 pm and they close at 8 pm... The lady came to the door with an attitude and tell me to go to 125 and then she wanna speak in her other language.. they wanna close early cause of the short staff it take less than 3 mins to pay a phone bill. They are very Unprofessional.

2021-03-30The specialist who has helped us twice now is Angie. I thought she was the manager because she is so awesome and knows her job and how to help customers so well. She’s so professional, friendly and knowledgeable and a real asset to this store. I would honestly come here over closer stores because of the level of customer care she gives.

2020-12-02I went to the AT&T store on 3545 Broadway and I must say Joel the manager takes pride in making sure you leave a happy customer! I came in frustrated that my old phone was being difficult to access and I couldn’t remember any of my passwords! And he reassured me I wouldn’t leave the store until I was happy! Joel is truly a man of his words, with his help I was able to access my phone, change my passwords, and he explained how my new iPhone 12 worked. I am truly happy with the customer service here! Best AT&T experience I have ever had! Thank you Joel and AT&T Broadway! I will definitely be back if I ever need help in the future!
