Wanted to share my experience at AT&T on Ditmars Blvd and 31street. I walked in to get something explained on my phone . The gentleman so kindly greeted me. His name was Daniel. He explained the situation to me and helped me fix it in a few seconds. He was truly great , also so warm , generous with his time and friendly l would recommend that AT&T place to anyone
I was dealing with voiceover feature on my phone and I decided to go to my location att which they always are great!! GoshAnd Mery and Daniel took their time to fix my problem with so much patience and good energy!! Is a great store it make you feel you belong there. The greatest!!!!
The WORST customer service. I dropped my phone and came in for a replacement. The associate handed me a brochure and said it has been outsourced to a third party. Said If I call before 5 pm, Id get a phone the next morning. 2 days later and no phone in sight. Called ATT they are not taking ANY responsibility and said it is the associates fault for telling me that it will arrive the next day. ON THE BROCHURE it says next day delivery. ATT company and the store do not care for their customers, they just want to make the bottom line and sell new contracts. Despicable and never again.
If I could give 0 star I would, I went there for 2 things and none of them was done, I just received my new iPhone 13 pro max and needed help to transfer my data from the old phone to the new one, I asked the guy was working there for help. He was wearing glasses with extremely unprofessional hair style. I heard someone calling him jibrel but he didn’t have any name tag on him . Right after I asked him for help,he answered me with a nasty attitude telling me that he doesn’t do that kind of work and that I should do it myself, when I said I have done it multiple times in stores he said , well we don’t have WIFI in this location, so I can’t help. He was extremely angry person with such an attitude, I feel sorry for the customers they have to deal with him. The second thing I went for, was to inquire about the first Net responders deal since I am one of them but since I was treated that way, I got turned off and left that location.On my way home I stopped by different store in Brooklyn. Guess what? They transferred my data in less than 30 mins , not only that, they offered me the service I was looking for so I got a free watch and a tablet service and they converted me to the first responders network I was looking forMy advice to the customers, please please stay away from Ditmars location, and especially from that guy names Jibrel. Go to different store if you need helpAkilah J.
Came to this store to upgrade my phone and was really impressed with how they treated me. I really felt like a VIP in there . I was offered a lot of good products and promotions they had so I was happy with what I walked out of there with. The manager kept on checking in with us to make sure I had a great experience which I really appreciated. Overall great experience I will definitely come back with the family to upgrade their phones.
I had to go into this store to sort out an online order that had been cancelled. I was unhappy with AT&T because of it and the not-so-good experience I had with the corporate customer service on the phone.The manager Yanik was amazing in helping resolve all of my issues and guiding me to which products best suit my needs. We encountered many obstacles, yet he handled them all in a way that kept my time there enjoyable. Thank you Yanik!
Store was to hot to stay in , its 105 degrees outside in the middle of summer and this store has no ac . I wanted to get information to bring my numbers from tmobile however i couldn’t bare the heat and had to walk out. I feel bad for the workers there wearing short sleeves shirts and a lady who i assume is managwr was wearinf a sweater as if it was cold.Corporate do something or you will loose business
Awful service except one sales rep--Rachel. She is knowledgeable, patient, and polite. The rest of the team rude, barely answer the questions and afraid to get up from their chairs. One customer rep, not sure if she the assistant manager, helped me twice, instead of trying to assist me she suggested for me to go home and do it myself on line or to call directly to AT&T. The worse service. Rude, inattentive, totally not enthusiastic about their job. Not worth even a one star.
Very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I walked in when I lost my phone, I was helped right away. They replaced my SIM card, provided all the information I needed to get a replacement device and were a tremendous help in the process. Thank you team AT&T!
Not helpful. I bought the new iPhone here but the one I wanted had to be ordered online because they didn’t have it on stock. Then when I came to pick it up, they couldn’t take my old phone at the store, they provided a return label for me to send it back in. I did exactly as I was instructed (and have the tracking info to prove it) but my account was still charged for the old phone. When I returned to the store, the employees told me this has nothing to do with them and they couldn’t help me except to provide me the customer care number.When I visited another store (out of state) and the employees at least helped, dialed the number for us, and got us connected to the appropriate people. At this location, you won’t get the same help. If you buy a new iPhone here, DO NOT LET THEM ORDER IT ONLINE, wait until your phone is in stock so you can trade in the old phone to the store and let them handle it.
I do not understand the bad ratings. Staff here are knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. I visited here several times over a course of one year for varied issues, and have always gotten pleasant experience. They are far more reliable than the corporate 1-800 At&T customer service line which you never get connected to anyone.
I want to express and show my huge appreciation to Mr. Yannick Andrade for his very high professional customer service. I needed some paperwork for my immigration case. Yannick was very attentive and he took it very seriously and did everything he could to help me. He was very helpful, very kind and very patient. I could feel how he wanted to solve my important issue. Yannick worked thoroughly on my request till he got me his great results.I just want to add that at first I went to another store of AT&T and I asked for their help, but they didnt even bother to check my request, and right away they sent me away with no results. I feel so lucky I came to this store on 31st Street and I recommend this store to anyone who wants to get a great service and be in good hands for sure!Yannick definitely knows what customer service is all about!!Thank you so much Yannick!Best,Lital
Reevaluating from one to three stars. If you contact the service on the phone (not an easy thing) you normaly talk with someone who is very willing to help you.___Here comes my older comment. I may decide to delete it next time.If you are an international visitor to the US and need a prepaid to call back home on a mobile, stay away of AT & T. They can get the money and never deliver. Plain sad fact.. 💙
My mother and I went into the store today to see if we may be interested in switching to their company as opposed to the one we are on now. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They werent pushy in trying to make a sale right away. Sean and Nicole were very helpful and didnt get annoyed with all the questions we were asking all in all wonderful service and great/helpful staff.
The people who work at this store really take their jobs seriously. They are extremely helpful and try to solve all your issues promptly. I only use this store because of the people who work there. The customer service they provide goes above and beyond anything i experienced anywhere else. If you are wondering why they only get 4 stars... no one gets 5 stars unless im completely blown away...
Came in for the BOGO, last month. Paid taxes upfront and to my surprise the phone is charged on my account! Also he ranged my bill in the 200s and it’s 700s!!! Everything was a lie for a sale, I’m in sales myself and that is disgusting. I was wondering why he didn’t want to give me my paperwork till I had to come back for it. Sneaky moves! It’s okay I’m calling cooperate and BBB. And your district manager, I am going to make sure this is handled!!

2022-03-08My friends and I had excellent customer service in that store. Daniel and Raquel were so friendly and helpful. We appreciate their patience in answering our 100000 questions. (We have been visiting the store whenever we had a question about the plans and deals etc last couple of weeks) We came to the store for the installation very late tonight and Daniel spent an extra effort to finish our process quickly and successfully. We all left the store very happy tonight. Thank you

2022-07-20The staff and Manager at the store were super helpful. I came in to upgrade my phone but the staff went above and beyond my expectations. They noticed discrepancies about my account and helped me sort it out. They took the extra time to make sure my account was the best it could be, helping me get the best deals to save the most money. I appreciate that. Will definitely recommend the store to colleagues and friends.

2022-03-14This review is specifically for the services provided by AT&T representative Raquel who deserves a raise and then some. She was able to quickly solve an issue with my phone that three separate customer service reps were unable to across 7 hours of troubleshooting. She could have easily given up and wished me the best of luck but instead kept at it and figured it out: huge life (and money) saver!

2022-04-06Daniel, Mery & Raquel were amazing. It’ the second store I had went to, I went to previous AT&T stores where they would give me unsure answers. Legit they helped me step by step and the customer service is incredible! Definitely going back for any further assistance!!

2022-03-20I came into this AT&T location with a difficult thing to take care of. Raquel who is one of the associates there was amazing and helped us sort out our situation with great professionalism. I can’t remember the last time I was at an AT&T store where I got tested so well. Highly recommend!!!!

2022-03-04Store manager, Daniel, was very patient while navigating through my account issues. He stayed on line with the customer service to get the issue, that i had been experiencing for over a month, resolved. Greatly appreciated the service and was pleasantly treated.

2022-01-14SCAM ALERT: If I could give zero stars I would. I came to this location last week and asked a young guy with glasses about my trade in options. He told me that I could trade in my iPhone 8 for the 13 and get an $800 offer (so I would pay only $200). I agreed and he ordered the phone for me. My friend was with me and also witnessed him make this agreement. After I erased my iPhone 8 and brought it into the store for the trade, a different representative (he was not there) told me I could only receive $350 offer. She said she could not help me despite the fact that I was lied to and now I have to pay $650 instead. I had to ask her for the Customer Service phone number myself because she did not offer to help in any way, she simply said “they aren’t going to do anything.” I also asked for the name of the guy that helped me originally and she refused to give it to me because “customer service won’t ask who it was.” She rushed me into signing the trade in paperwork because they were ‘closed’ even though their store hours on Google said they didn’t close for another hour. I am on the phone with Customer Care now and he is saying that if I had stayed in the store, and not signed the paperwork/given him the name of the sales rep that lied to me, he could have spoken to the sales associates and done something for me. I feel so stupid for allowing myself to be scammed by these people. I should have read the reviews first.

2022-01-06Raquel was a total rockstar helping me pick out a new phone and the right accessories to go with it. I felt safe in choosing the right products and Raquel made sure I was comfortable knowing how to use everything before I left, as I wasn’t used to this style of phone. I’d give Raquel six out of five stars if I could for attentiveness, product knowledge, and overall and great customer experience. Well done, Raquel!

2022-02-05I came to this location just to ask a simple question about my phone that it was not working and Mery was very kind and patiently to explain to me everything. She give me all the option she could and I gladly happy I pick the right one. She was so calm and took the time to explain everything until I finally understand. If I can give her a real start to this young lady I would. Please come and see her if you want to walked with a smile and happiness. 10 stars for her.
