I was here with my parents planing to switch mobile provider. The rep Tim who helped us, he was super professional and answers all our questions about their plans. He introduced us to different plans are suitable for my parents. He was super patience and introduce us the phones and tell us the pros and cons so we know which phones to get from my parents. Definitely recommend getting help from Tim. He was super patience and taking his time explaining to us about their services. We didn’t feel rush nor force to get their service. Would definitely go back to Tim if we have issues
On 12/28/2020 I and my husband went to AT&T store on Main St In flushing. We had a really good experience with the rep Tim who took his time to explain our plan and gave us the best option for our new phones since we were due for upgrades. The staff was very helpful and courteous! Please go see Tim if you need someone professional.
I dealt with Stan recently for my & my wife’s iPhone 12 upgrade, he was super friendly, professional, and most of all the process was seamless. Even tho our phones was not in stock due to the color of our liking at the time, Stan ordered for us and inform us via text once the phone arrives at the store, on top of it he gave took care of us with screen protectors and a temporary phone casing. He even suggested and upgraded my family plan, I didn’t just saved money monthly but most of all we all got the fastest unlimited internet plus we now all have hotspots. He also offered me the AT&T TV Box to try at home for free for 2 week, we’ll def recommend Stan with our friends and family for the service he provided.
Really bad attitude the one worker over there. No help, no information, just a stupid attitude Si quieren vender deberian dejar la pataneria en casa. Suerte, Ill never come back to this place. And, seriously thinking to switch to Verizon. Good luck guys, you are going to need it.
I have been to so many att stores, because my family has 5 lines with 2 ipad line with them. This one is the best of the best with super helpful customer service. So long store short. My dad has never used internet on his phone(He used a grandpa phone before) and we have been with att for around 10 years. He suddenly decided to buy a smart phone and not from att. For some reason, the phone doesnt have internet no matter what we try to do. So we went to att store next to our house, they tried to replace the simcard, but doesnt work, even putting the sim card into my phone, still have no internet, so they decided to give up and tell me to call att myself. Then I decided to try out another att store before I call them(coz I know its going to be a long phone call). So this is the att I end up solved my dads issue. Stan was the rep name if I remember correctly. He is really nice and willing to call att for us. After 2 hours of calling att, he figured out that for some reason, my simcard is keep replacing my dads simcard for some reason, and my dad was still on granpa plan since he never had used any internet. So Stan added the internet for me by talking to the internal att service department. Fixed the simcard mixing issue. We were out of the store after 2 hours. But the problem fixed. He is being really patient and easy to talk to, and he has never even try to sell us any new lines or accessories like other store did. Highly recommend this guys for your service. Best of the best!
On Oct 13,2020 I went to the AT&T store located on 39-15 Main Street Flushing NY and signed a contract for 5 family lines with salesperson, Charlie Tsoi. He stated that since I am a first responder I will get a 25% discount. However, a few days later I found that I was charged twice, one for $348.89 and another for $89.97, on 10/23/2020. I came back to the store to find out why and the same sales associate as well as the manager stated the charge is correct and said the first bill is an expensive charge. In addition, as for my complaint of poor signal receiving on my cell phone, the manger Mujtaba committed that he would personally pay $134.09 for a signal booster in order to increase the signal for me and this would show up as credit for my next month’s bill. However I haven’t received any credit from him. I visited this store many times and tried to find out the solution. Every time the same Manager and salesman repeated and promised they would solve the issue and give me back the credit. Also I sent many text messages on text message to inquire about the progress but received no feedback at all.On 10/24/2020 830 am I called AT&T customer service line and spoke to operator Mary who stated she did not see any record indicating a credit refund. Later went to Main Street ATT store, salesman Charlie Tsoi and Maneger Mujtaba started they would fix the issue immediately.On 10/26/2020 I happened to speak to a retail store of AT&T in Brooklyn. After the salesman reviewed my case and account he said I was scammed. For 5 lines with First responder discount I should have been charged only 112.50$ plus tax. Also he said he is pretty sure the prior sales could have definitely been made using one account instead of two in order to save customer’s money. So I just realized the salesman Charlie Tsoi and Maneger Mujtaba created two accounts for me without my acknowledgement. The number of 917306XXXX is using the first net plan and other number of 917302XXXX is using regular plan which has other three lines together. I made numerous call to make compliant of this issue however neither AT&T customer service nor first net service can help me due to these two are different companies.On oct 10/23/2020 0938 am I called AT&T customer service and spoke to operator Jay service ID number JV5634 who stated he attempted to fix the issue of my account as well as any credit refund record. Later that afternoon I went back to the store and spoke to Maneger Mujtaba who promised he would fix the issue immediately.11/01/2020 I received the bill statement showing a total of monthly service charge for 4 lines(the second account 917302XXXX) is $266.23. And the first net account (917306XXXX) charged 89.97$ plus tax which is much more than the salesman told me of 154$ plus tax. At 923 am I called ATT customer service and spoke to operator Sara service ID number D2VNV27 who stated no record showing any attempt to fix the issue. The afternoon of that day, I went back to store and spoke to Maneger Mujtaba who promised he would fix the issue immediately.11/13/2020 I called ATT service line again , operator Lois service ID LL4313 who stated no record showing any attempt to fix the issue. The afternoon of that same day, I went back to store and spoke to Maneger Mujtaba who promised he would fix the issue immediately.On 11/23/2020 I received a bill statement from AT&T with charge of 282.98$ and 16.57$ which I really don’t understand where it came from. The same day I called Main Street ATT store for help, I was told the Maneger was on the meeting would call me back later. No thing happened.(ATT store Maneger Mujtaba and his employee, Charles Tios) Already filed lawsuit against this business fraud.

Went to get my moms phone plan upgraded cuz her phone always runs out of data towards the end of my billing cycle. We were helped by this rep name Charles. Super nice and easy to talk to, he helped us with patience although my mom had a bunch of questions... Would totally recommend my friends to this at&t store, look for Charles!
PLEASE READ!!!I wish I had read the reviews before coming to this store!! people who are giving one start are not lying and I just experienced a scam from these retailers. please before you open an account in this store ask all type of questions regarding credits and promotions and double check the numbers to make sure theyre not tricking you like they did to me! 4 months ago I came to this store because I wanted to switch from Tmobile and Stan (retailer) helped me and he offered me a 1000$ credit on my trade in because that was the promo they were offering at that moment to buy the galaxy note 20, he was really good and helpful but also good lier (of course) he never gave me the real total price of my plan at the moment and never mention the 1000$ credit was going to be applied to my plan instead of going towards my new cell phone payment, long story short 4 months later yesterday I found out I had 26 payments remaining towards the new cell phone plus the 4 months I paid already and the 320$ down-payment wich equals to 1300$. where is the 1000$ credit? I went to the store yesterday and I spoke to Stan again asking him where was my trade in credit and obviously he knew I found out already so he tried to play it off until I kept asking and asking until he finally told me the credit was going towards my plan and not to the new cell phone, he also gave me the real plan price before the 1000$ credit and after! this is something he shouldve done since day one. guys please be careful Im not writing this review just because Im bored or I hate this store staff, Im doing it beacuse is not fair to the people who doesnt know much about this things and gets scammed. unfortunately honest people dont exist anymore. dont make the same mistake I did and ask questions before you buy or get a promotion. you have the right to know the true!!!
If there was a way to give -5 stars, I would. The manager, Mujtaba, is incompetent, unhelpful and likely not deserving of the role. He was adamant about not helping even after the customer service team asked him to, based on policy. Pathetic. AT&T should take action against him.
My hubby and I highly recommend Steven P. He took care of us when we were inquiring about upgrading our phones. When we came back to get the phones that we ordered, he helped us in putting the screen protectors and covers. All our questions were also answered.Will definitely come back to this place again and look for him.
I set up a family plan in this store with help from Charles, the very professional and efficient sales representative. His detailed and descrptive illustration makes the whole registration process so smooth! Id definitely recommend my friends who seek for wonderful customer service to go contact Charles at this ATT store. Btw, it applies to all who speak English, Mandarin, or Cantonese. You deserve the best!
I met Steven P. in the Flushing store and he was super helpful! I was so impressed by Stevens willingness to assist that it made my visit smooth as possible. He is definitely an asset to AT&T and the Flushing store. I will definitely recommend Steven and this location. The store wasnt like it was years ago. Once I entered the store, I was warmly greeted by Kevin who promptly added me to the list for customer service. In no time, I was being assisted by Steven. Im really surprised that there were unhappy customers or people who entered the store. This definitely wasnt my experience. Give this store a try. You wont be disappointed and I have high standards for customer service but they got it right.
I was on my way to work and was having issues with my phone. So I stopped into this at&t store, which I hate doing because the majority of them have rude reps. But as soon I walked in I was greeted by the store manager David and was helped immediately by Mr.Charles! Great service and knowledgeable people. Highly recommend this location!!! #BestAt&tStore

The staff here was extremely unhelpful, not to mention rude. When we entered not a single staff member tried helping us, even though there were staff members who were free and not assisting anyone. When we tried to explain what we wanted the staff member refused to listen to what we were saying and treated us as though we didn’t know anything. Even the manager was extremely unhelpful. If I could give them zero stars, I totally would.
Very friendly stuff. I believe they are the only att store that provide free upgrade from iPhone 6 to iPhone 7. The other thing that they are better than T-mobile, which is across the street, is they are more advanced in technology. All the sales persons are equipped with wireless devices that help you to pay, to register, to sign you in and etc. Means you dont have to line up just to put your name for the next sales person.
After 2 years on At&t, today I found out that one of the 2 lines I have dont have insurance! Even thought few months ago a representative ensure me that both lines have insurance & it renews automatically...today an other one told me that one line never had insurance!!!! Thank you so much Julia! If you still work there!In general not happy with at&t service as far as their representatives. It takes forever & may not find solution for your issue.Im changing company!
Horrible customer service and attitude. I went in to inquire about changing my plan to a pay to go option. The associate lied at first that they dont offer that since they have never done this before, until I told them that AT&T phone rep told me otherwise. He then proceed to ask me pick my option without explaining what each option entails. When I ask, his response was they are whats shown on the page so just pick one. There is no patience and respect for customer at all! Very disappointed by how AT&T recruits and trains its retail staff.
For starters, I waited around for 15 minutes before a customer service rep came up to me and ask me for assistance. This took way too long when there were only 4 customers at the store. There were 2 Asian customer service reps way too busy into their conversation that they decided to even say anything to me until I went up to them and asked for help. These 2 guys were extremely rude to me and didn’t even hear me out entirely. They just dismissed me right away. I wanted to go purchase a phone and plan but I needed to charge my phone in order to see what was the device my girlfriend wanted me to purchase and they decided to not hear me out period. You need new and good customer service reps that have superb customer service skills. This is unacceptable.
AT&T and this store in particular has lost me as a customer. I signed up for international coverage for my iPad for a single 12 day trip and was billed on a recurring charge for several months. I had used international AT&T many times before without any problems. When I brought this concern to AT&T they refused to refund me even a single dime. I recommend avoiding AT&T because of their deceptive practices. They changed their online platform to trap unwary customers into recurring plans.
Dont understand much english also dont understand correct laws about mask wearing if you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing a mask you dont have to but they dont understand that since they dont understand much english go to different att store not here been have issues with customers since 2015
I wash I can do less then one star I made the order online and I went to the store to get my order the said the name doesn’t match.When I called the customer service the said the name it’s match and everything good but the store cancelled the order without any reason!!!!!!!
I want to transfer my friends T-mobile number to the At&t family plan, and upgrade his mobile phone to iPhone 12 pro by the way, the managers Eileen and Ali are very patient and professional, and quickly helped us handle the whole process! Free 3 months mobile phone insurance, very generous! Thanks for your help!
Fighter in the trashThere is a little brother named Li in the customer service staff who is very nice. Be patient. Thank you. The others are really rubbish. They are very polite to open the card. If you have any questions, you can push it around. The same price is recommended to go to Verizon

2022-05-14Transfer from Verizon to AT&T. The people who helped me was having good attitude. And helped me to save as money as possible. But, he put the SIM card into my phone without properly activated. And, I was told to call Verizon to asking why. After one hour of calling, it’s still not working because it’s not Verizon’s fault. So I let the staff help me re-activate my SIM card. Which is working after that. The staff doesn’t know what did he do wrong Until I told him to re-activate my card. Plus, wasted over an hour in the store means the staff should be trained properly before handle this type of transaction.

2019-06-03My mom really needed to upgrade her phone and we only had this past Saturday available to go to her local AT&T. She’s old-school and likes to check out phones in person. Since this location was the closest to her house, we went and hoped for the best. I was really dreading coming to this AT&T location after reading all the bad reviews. Luckily, we had a great experience.Shout out to Vince for helping us out! As soon as we walked in, Vince came over and introduced himself. He walked us over to the Samsung section of the store and showed us the different Samsung phones they offered. He was able to answer all the questions my mom had and did not rush us. My mom was not interested in paying for the phone in monthly increments. She wanted to outright buy the phone so that her monthly cell phone bill stayed the same. Surprisingly, Vince ended up recommending Best Buy to purchase the phone. He said that we would save on the upgrade fee that AT&T will charge us if we were to get the phone with them.I was blown away by his honesty and really appreciated the recommendation. I think others would have steered us into buying a phone that day without thought on how we could save a little money on this transaction. This is the type of customer service that will keep us as a customer. Thanks Vince! This five star review is for you!

2021-09-12Went to this branch to buy a tablet. Was entertained by somewhat a lady supervisor. He asked me questions about the tablet that Im interested to buy but not minding on my answers; instead kept on looking and listening at the other customer rep who was attending to other customers. Took my ID card from her table and went out the door. She doesnt have time for her own customer. That lady supervisor is a fool!

2021-02-10Walked into this store trying to get a new Iphone 12. I was comparing the deal they have for AT&T versus switching to T-Mobile. My old sales was the manager in this location but they told me he is no longer working there. So i was working with Stan and his new manager. They helped me changed my plan and i got the phone only paying $300, plus discount on buying accessory for my phone. Helping me saved money and keeping me as their customer.

I was on my lunch break trying to change my prepaid plan which is usually done online but the guy helping me still explained everything and sat with me till I resolved my problem. I kept rushing him but he remained professional and patient with me.Manager is also pretty cute.
