AT&T Store in other cities:
Terrible experience. As a new customer, when I complained that I was having dropped calls and slow internet, the salesperson told me that I chose the cheaper plan and that I needed to purchase the better, more expensive plan in order to receive a better signal! Then, when I decided to return the phone and cancel service, I was told that the store would not accept the return even though it was within 11 days (14 days being the maximum)!I had to contact At&t customer service to receive a shipping label in order to cancel service and return the phone. Of course, it appears that At&t contacted the store and told them that they needed to accept the return. The store representative then called me with a totally different, apologetic attitude and said that they would process the return.

2019-06-14Chris was very helpful, friendly and professional. He helped me with ordering a replacement Samsung Galaxy S8 for myself, and a new Tablet for my youngest child. Chris went so far as to let me know that I was paying for certain things on my AT&T account that I didnt need. 2021-12-16Nice store on busy Northern Blvd but parking is surprisingly easy. I stopped here twice to pickup my AT&T online orders and the owner was very helpful in applying a screen protector on my wifes phone with surgical precision and in record time. Flawless. Thanks!

2021-09-22Ive gone to many phone stores in my life but had my best experience here today. Chris was really genuine, helpful, kind and patient. Nothing like the AT&T in Mainstreet or other places where theyre busy trying to sell you stuffs or get easily impatient. I didnt had to wait long and he spent hours for me with setting up my phone.
