Highly recommended. All employee working there are professional. My case was complicated, which required significant patience and time by calling at t as I wanted to switch my service from prepaid to first net. Mr. Lee, manager, handled issues accordingly. Glad that I was able to get nice service while changing to new service and phone.​I truly enjoyed my visiting. Thanks a lot

I had a problem with a phone I purchased at this store, which is an authorized retailer. I went to another AT&T store that happened to be an AT&T corporate store. The corporate store would not help me at all because I bought from an authorized retailer. The AT&T corporate store had no records of me purchasing the phone and they did not have the authority to touch the phone. I was told I am stuck dealing with the specific authorized retailer that sold me the phone.Authorized retailers usually do not have the technical skills or equipment that a corporate store has. If you have a problem with the phone, hardware or software related, a corporate store is in a better position to handle your request. Authorized retailers are not interested in follow up service; they are interested in sales.Stick with the corporate stores if you have a choice. They are well organized, professionally managed, will provide follow up service, and you are dealing directly with AT&T corporate. Not some third party.

SUPER rude staff and SUPER long wait times.PLEASE save yourself the headache and do not go to this store. This is a third-party independent authorized retailer and not a corporate AT&T store. If youre not sure what the difference is, look it up; there are TONS of horror stories online about the shady business practices of AT&Ts authorized retailers. Their warranty and exchange policies are different, they make you sign secondary contracts, and their prices will be different from what you see on the AT&T website. Their giant AT&T signs are meant to fool you; they DO NOT WORK FOR AT&T; they work for and are trained and hired by third-party companies, NOT by AT&T. AT&T authorized retailers are widely known for cutting corners and sneaking in expensive features into customer accounts without telling customers. They are trained to be salespeople who earn COMMISSIONS, NOT technicians or customer service support, and they will talk you into upgrading to expensive contracts or smartphones so they can earn their commissions. I am not surprised AT ALL by the other reviewers story that they hustled a 93-year-old grandmother into upgrading her flip phone to an expensive smartphone and would not let her return it; authorized retailers DO NOT abide by official AT&T return/exchange policies plus the commission on her sale probably already went directly into their own pockets and they were loath to part with it. I was super confused when the salesman at this store gave me a price for a phone that was different from the price I saw on the AT&T website; now Im angry that I wasted an hour of my life first waiting to be helped while the salesman spent 45 minutes on the phone in the back of the store, and then arguing with the salesman, not knowing the prices were different because this was an authorized retailer and not an official AT&T store. The AT&T store on Northern Blvd less than 5 minutes away from this store is an official corporate AT&T store, not a third-party, shady, scammy authorized retailer, and youll get much better customer service there and you will feel safer knowing youre under AT&Ts official warranty/exchange/refund policies, contracts, and prices and not some shady third-party companys. I repeat, SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE and go to the official corporate AT&T store 5 minutes away, as all the horror stories online will warn you.

My family and I were helped by Ben, the general manager at this AT&T store. He was the most courteous, knowledgeable, and resourceful representative I have ever worked with while purchasing new phones. He made the process and everything simple. I had been putting it off for a long time and just found it to be a truly pleasurable experience to work with him. We not only got the best deals that could be had on our phones, but a complementary review of our current service plan that resulted in saving money on a monthly basis for a superior plan moving forward. I would not send my friends or family to anyone else. I would give him 10 stars if I could. Thank you, Ben!

I had the best experience ever!! Your employee Ben was really useful and kind, he helped me with my mother’s phone that was blocked and helped my mother remain out of stress while doing it. Ben went above and beyond to help me transfer my number from my previous provider to AT&T. I had Lycamobile and dealing with their customer service was insufferable. Ben patiently waited with me for over 5+ hours to get through to them, over a span of two different days. He recommended an AT&T plan with unlimited mobile data, and I am impressed with how quick the internet is. I also purchased the Galaxy Active Watch 2, and both my phone and the watch are working seamlessly via AT&Ts network.Ben also helped me trade-in my phone from my prior provider, so I can take advantage of a promotion AT&T was holding for the month of March. He went above and beyond to send my phone to AT&T so I may submit my phone on time and not miss out. He even called me several times to remind me when it kept slipping my mind, and helped me save $1,200 on my new phone. Thank you Ben! I highly recommend this AT&T store. Bens strong adherence to detail and support through every step of the process is unmatchable!

I had the best experience yesterday at this location! First time visiting and Ben was extremely helpful. My phone had fallen into a lake while I was on vacation and was giving me a lot of trouble. Ben helped fix the problem and then gave extra solutions that worked.I got an upgrade and walked out with a brand new phone. Very Satisfied!!
