Geri is a wonderful person, she is very helpful and kind. I took my grandmother to the ATT store to upgrade her from an old flip phone to a basic smartphone. We needed something that would work with an ATT prepaid plan, not a monthly plan. Geri steered us in the right direction and completed the setup in store. She obviously cared about making sure we got a great deal and I trusted her judgement.
James & Barbara and the rest crew always do a great job on helping me out. They are very patient and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend them if you have any issues or need a new phone. They will explain everything to you so you won’t be surprised once you get your monthly bill
One of the utter best experiences I have had with costumer service. I was having a difficult timeUnlocking my mobile device from one carrier to another until Ted the manager takes his time to help me through my inconvenience. He was kind and understanding along with patient. Sincerely wouldn’t recommend any other at&t highly satisfied with my experience and with the kindness I was dealt with.
I had the most pleasant experience at this store. A young lady whose name is Barbara was sweet enough to help me and show me every feature on the phone that she has in the store and the different contracts that they offer. She got me when she offered me a free phone.Definitely recommending to all of my friends and family!
Barbara was amazing . She turned my whole day around . I had already been to Best Buy , and some other places . They seemed completely uninterested in helping me find the right phone for my daughters belated birthday present . I was supposed to get her in January. Barbara was pleasant,knowledgeable and I knew I would be leaving with a phone. With all these retailers going out of business customer service is more important than anything. Barbara is an asset to your company. And the store was just about to close and you’d never know it . She took her time and I felt like I was in good hands .. Barbara is amazing . I was having trouble signing up for new wireless service with AT&T, so I went to this store for help. The man (Ted, I think) that helped me was very patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. He made all the calls to clear up the issue and helped me sign up for the new service. I was able to come in without an appointment, which was incredibly convenient.
Bought my phone at this particular location recently and I really appreciate the attention and interest that they have when I have any questions about my phone or my bill. Ted rocks and his staff has been trained really well. Do not hesitate to come in this store. Great service!
We went to this store to get a new phone. The employees were very loud and were using inappropriate language. I was there with my child and I was appalled. The F-word was thrown casually by an employee right in front of us. The person who assisted us was nice enough, but overall i couldnt wait to get out of there. I also needed some accessories for my new phone but wanted to leave asap so I left without buying. Extremely unprofessional.
Terrible customer service. I went in with two new phones and told them I have a prepaid account, I just need to add one of the new phones to that account. She says she would have to create the account. I say... But I have an account I just need to add a line. Rudely she says ok whats the number then. I start 312... I thought you said you didnt have an account!. At this point I feel like she just wasnt listening. Once again I have an account, I just need to add one of the new phones to it. She says they cant do that and I need two separate accounts. I show her the website where it literally says add a line. At this point I just give up with her and say Im calling AT&T directly. A girl in a call center in manila understood what I was saying and helped me within 15 minutes...
First let me say the staff is more than helpful and quick to greet you the second you step in the door. Any questions I had were met with quick and helpful answers. I came from Verizon and compared to them at&t employees are like comic book super heros.For those of you who gave a one star and a nasty review. You shouldnt be so self centered, the world doesnt revolve around you. I understand youre most likely old and dont even know how to turn your phone on silent mode. So to get mad because of your ignorance and lack of ability to under stand what an employee is trying to tell you isnt there fault. Take your misery somewhere other then google review. Yes I read the other reviewsBut hey, from my many experiences there I have to say I love my local at&t store because they make me feel right at home.Thank you to the riverhead at&t team. You guys are GREAT!!!
This was hands down the worst experiences Ive ever had. My fiancé and I walked in hoping to sign up with AT&T and purchase new iPhones as we are not happy with our Verizon plans anymore. As we walked in a group of four or five teenagers all stared at us from the other side of the room who all turned out to be employees. One eventually greeted us with what do you want help with? She seemed like she was training so my fiancé and I brushed it off. What really made the experience bad was when the trainee employee asked the other employee for help and his response was you dont do anything. Then he proceeded to tell us that when were ready, to bring our final bill in from Verizon but we wont get a gift card for a while. With zero explanation as to what any of it meant. We were ready but apparently he had better things to do at the moment. I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody. Theres plenty of other AT&T stores that will treat you as a valued customer. Or a customer at all. Ill pick up morse code before ever purchasing a phone from this location.
I called ATT direct to ask if I could pay my cell phone bill at an ATT store , was told yes. Went to the Riverhead store, was told my balance was $5.39 and I paid it in full. Get notification from ATT my balance is over $200.00. Do not believe what you are told in this store! Better yet, I was speaking to another ATT sales rep and was told this store has had many complaints.

Luciana was absolutely amazing and helped me to get things done that my wife and I were trying to get done for over 5 days over the phone. She was courteous and professional, and absolutely knew her stuff. A great employee

2022-07-29Nancy (Manager) and Hilal were extremely helpful and courteous, and more than made up for the inconvenience of my prior visit. I would highly recommend this store to anyone that needs help with their AT&T account or anyone looking to switch their current provider or start a new account.

2022-02-03I’m not sure if he spells his name as Dylan or Dillon but this young man was so cheerful about helping his customer that I actually wanted to spend more money in the hopes of upping his commission. In addition, I noted that the staff in the store in Riverhead was very warm and helpful in general. I went there some years back and had a rather bad experience-sure seems like they’ve turned this place around and I would recommend it to anyone.

2021-07-28My husband and I came into the store to connect his mew phone. Due to a stroke he is limited to walking or standing. We were lucky enough to have had Sarah Ann help us. She sat with him on the bench because he could not sit in a chair. So sweet extremely patient and very professional. I highly recommend this store Sarah is for sure an asset to AT&T
