Brianna M. spent an amazing amount of time and effort on managing our very complex and messy phone situation. She was professional, pleasant, and efficient. I don’t think I’ll go to any other AT&T store after this - there is no room for improvement because she’s just awesome! Truth? Everyone in this store pitched in to make this experience great. So thanks to Jon & Christine as well!
Brianna Mark is phenomenal. Her patience and knowledge is beyond compair. She spent time and explained so much to us. If your a senior and lost in technology see Brianna. If you know what your doing and young, see Brianna. She can still explain the new ins and outs of the new plans and phones. AT&T dont lose this gal, you have a great employee here.
Undoubtedly the worst customer service ever experienced in our lives. If it was an option, I would give zero stars. Where do I begin? Fifteen months ago we purchased an iphone from here. The salesperson, Shawn, was undeniably very nice; he just had no idea what he was doing (unfortunately for us). The long and short of it is that he made numerous mistakes in trying to tweak the system to get us this phone for the $75 add a new family member plan. Because he did everything wrong, we have been charged incrementally since then for a $900 phone (an amount we NEVER would have considered otherwise). The manager at this store, John, also knows nothing about what he is doing. Although he knew exactly what was done wrong and AGREED with us we should be refunded, his attempts to fix it never did anything for us. We continue to be charged. We spoke with him no less than 10 times over the past YEAR in order to get this fixed to no avail. We then turned to the company headquarters. We have spoken with no fewer than 8 individuals at the company, at varying levels, for a total on the phone of what likely amounts to 24 hours, to get this problem fixed; every time they ALL AGREE that we are in the right: We were wrongly charged by a salesperson who did not know what he was doing. EVERY TIME the company of AT&T has told us the problem is fixed. The charge will be taken off of your account. WE ARE STILL PAYING THE WRONGLY CHARGED FEE of nearly $1,000 for a phone we NEVER WOULD HAVE PURCHASED for the full price. People, this is almost $1,000. At this point we realize there is nothing we can do to get this money back. The salesperson, Shawn, and the manager, John, should have this money taken out of their paychecks. We have now turned to the Better Business Bureau to file a formal complaint about AT&T. They have done nothing less than steal nearly $1,000 from us, and they have no intent of ever fixing this egregious problem. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. Better yet, dont use AT&T. They care nothing for the customer whatsoever. We have never seen nor experienced such ineptitude, unprofessionalism, nor complete lack of care from any company in our lives.
The sales representatives were very knowledgeable about the trade in of my current phone to a newer phone, they explained the data plans and the services that went along with each plan. Good experience, I waited over an hour for assistance, because I didnt have an appointment, I was a walk in.I left the store very satisfied!
Does anyone remember when you could walk into an att store and they would actually help you with a problem on your account? Today, I needed help with the att tv streaming service. Oh no we cant help at all with anything to do with att tv. You would have to call the 1-800 number and good luck with that. Okay but you sell tv service plans? Oh yes but we can help with any issues but we can sell you the service. When did att service become non existent?
Change phones and phone plans can be so hard and can lead to so many issues but this AT&T store’s staff make the process easy and pleasant. I followed Brianna M from her previous store because of how good her service is, and found that she has joined a team of helpful professionals. I wish I could give the store and Brianna six stars!
Brianna went WAAAAY above and beyond to help us with our issue!! You dont want to lose her , her knowledge was amazing. Please pay her what she is worth!! Customer service is a thing of the past these days , but not with Brianna! Thanks a million! Will be back and spread the word!
I had a 9:30 am appointment and was not called into the store until 10:00 . If you are going to take appointments then one employee should keep to the schedule while the others handle walk ins. I feel my time is valuable but clearly that is not the case at this location. Very disappointed.
I got good help with my new phone and account. There were some very negative reviews a few years ago about racial bias in the service. If that was true, it isnt any longer. Management, staff, and customers are a diverse bunch and its a comfortable store to do business.
I knocked on the employee door to see where the sales guy went... It opened the door and said are you kidding me... We are in a meetingIt said that with attitude.Previously it said. I dont know nor bother reading about cheap phonesThis was its reply when I inquired about two not expensive phones.It told me to look up the phones my self.I and another customer walked out of the building.So I am naming the sales person it to protect its name
I actually went to the Colonie store to get an upgrade because they had better reviews. But the associate there told me they didn’t have stock on the phone that I wanted and suggested I go to the Apple Store. I went to the Mohawk Commons store to see if they had stock. They did not but Jose offered to order it for me and send it to my home. He help me through the whole process and it was quick and painless. I will not be going back to the Colonie store
Ive been here a few times and the techs are always very friendly and helpful. I was there on a very busy day for them and they knew exactly who to help in the order they came in even though everyone was floating around the store and trying to cut in line. When I was being helped they treated me like I was the only one in the store and were happy to answer all of my questions. Installed a screen protector for me perfectly and were very careful that it was aligned and clean. Very satisfied with this location!
If you’re going to go here, make sure you see Sean. He moved me and my family over from Sprint, and was very kind and patient throughout the entire interaction. It took a lot of time seeing as there are 5 of us, but he answered all of our questions and helped us pick out new phones. We were incredibly pleased with him and the store in general. 10/10
Knowledgeable staff. Appointments are recommended during busy times since way more customers come in then staff is available. We (my family, all 7 of us) did have to wait almost an hour and a half to get service on a Saturday while trying to upgrade our phones. Thats why 4/5.
Have been with ATT for years and i have to say the past few weeks have been the worst ever. My daughter had the Iphone SE and ended up dropping it a few timee and the screen was beyond fixing so i went in and got her the Iphone 8 because they didnt have the SE anymore. I also bought her a lifeproof case. I have been to this store about 5 times about my bill because it just keeps going up. I went in on June 28 and the manager told me i was paying too much for insurance so he wanted to switch me over to the family plan. Ok great. He gave me a quote of 371.00 plus all the stupid fees and taxes that are added. I get my August bill and its 100.00 more then what i was told and he never took the other insurance off of each line. I sent into the store again July 30 paid off a phone that i no longer have so i was went from 6 phones to 5 phones. I guess when i got the Iphone 8 they added a line so i could get the phone half off great. I went in the store to today August 4th asked to have the additional line removed and was told that i would have to pay my daughters phone off of over 600.00 to have that extra line canceled so that im jot paying for an extra line at 50.00 a month. Are you kidding me Im only getting a credit of 11.00 a month on my bill for her phone. Ill pay the 11.00 bill credit for her phone i dont need an extra line that has no use for me. No one is using that line. The women in the store said well you had 14 days from the date you got the phone to make changes. Oh well then why wasnt that told to me when i got the phone oh thata right because you all make commission on promotions and sales in your store. I am beyond done and upset about this whole issue with ATT they are not there to help customers just there for the money and sales. My phones will be paid off and i will no longer be dealing with att for m our phones anymore. My bill should not be more then 275.00 a month and Im paying almost double that. Its just insane.
I would give it zero if I can. Ive been waiting here for 45 minutes and the sales people are chatting with other customers for ever. There are only two representatives here while there are five people waiting. And they dont care. No apology or speed up. They think it is totally okay for keeping us waiting.
I had a horrible experience at a wholesale warehouse they talked me into something that i didnt even get thue att. I cant say enough good things about the att store in mohawk commons. the manager jon and salesman Mohammed they went above and beyond to make everything right in the end. Even saved some money. Thank for everything.
Made a payment on my bill and by mistake paid full balance and not the minimum,called at and t and less and an hour funds were returned to my bank account. Thank You very much at and t costumer service great job costumer service . And thats why Iam still with at and t ......
The worst managed store I have ever seen. The employees are rude, they do not want to deal with any of your issues either with service, billing or phones. They refer you to a 1-800 number tell you to deal with customer care. Why even have a corp store if they cannot do anything for you.
After a frustrating week of dealing with customer care and another store, the staff at this store was able to help me out! In and out under 40 minutes. Friendly and knowledgable staff, great looking store. I know where Im heading from now on whenever I need anything AT&T related.
Worst customer service of any at&t Ive ever visited. Joshua D. was so completely rude when I went in to swap a phone case I purchased from a different at&t. Apparently thats like buying something at Walmart and returning it at Target. I will never recommend this store and makes me highly reconsider sticking with at&t if this is the caliber of customer service they provide customers.
Switched from Verizon to at&t and the rep that we saw that day was not knowledgeable about the phones I was asking about at all. I Would ask a question about a specific feature on a phone and the response would have nothing to do with what I just asked about. In addition, the representative also told me that they do not make screen protectors for the phone I bought because of the in screen fingerprint pad. I have now found out that was incorrect so now I am stuck with a phone that I have had for 2 weeks with a scratched up screen due to poor information.
Only giving 1 star because I have to! customer service here is TERRIBLE. the store manager is condescending and extremely rude! The employees ruined my account and when the mistake was brought to their attention I was escorted out and had the police called on me and sent to my home telling me I am BANNED from this store!!! UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE LIARS HORRIBLE WOULDNT TELL ANYONE TO GO HERE!!!!

2021-10-16My hubby and I purchased new phones (two VFold3s) from the Niskayuna AT&T branch. We were assisted by Brianna Marx. She was fantastic. So helpful answering our questions and finding us a great deal. Were very happy that we worked with her and everyone else in the store was great too! Glad we do business with AT&T.

2021-08-03I just came out of at&t store. I cant believe that someone can be this much fine and experienced in the job. My associate at the store was Brianna Marx, and she was so understanding and clear helpful. She easily understood what I say and what I want. Because we all go to these stores and mostly it takes much time to get what you are there for. So I thank Miss Brianna for making it very easy and fast for me today.

2021-09-09I needed a new phone quick and this is the store I got my last one at 3 years ago. Unfortunately they didnt have the model I wanted in stock so they referred me to another location. I was assisted by Muhammad who was very knowledgeable about what I needed, very friendly and good people work there. I would give it 4 stars but with the great customer service bumped it up.

And Derek K worked efficiently, professionally and with good hearted humor to not only keep my phone number. But creat a GREAT deal for me.I have been working with computers for 43 years and this team of professionals are in the top three I have ever encountered.
