It was a very helpful, professional visit. The clerk was very patient with me and set up the cell phone for me.
He spent 1 hour trying to get rid of the voice command app my son put on my phone 📱He also did not charge meSo I gave him a nice tip for his service. ..
Helpful staff, large clean store. Plexiglass between customer and staff, hand sanitizers are available.

2021-12-02My friend and I went there today, my friend changed her plan from T-mobile to AT and T. Those guys ( There was one guy and one lady) over there were absolutely helpful, welcoming and polite. Very helpful and professional, guided us to the best possible offers with very reasonable and affordable prices. The service was just great and they definitely deserve more than 5 star! I highly recommend working with them. The staff at this shop specifically was absolutely great!

2021-11-16Terrible AT&T retail store. Which means it’s not an actual att store it’s a retailer which is run by someone else. They are not knowledgeable and were very rude. They spoke in their language as if I were not there. It was an extremely uncomfortable and grueling experience. I would never go there again and will let everyone know my horrible experience there. I do not recommend.

2020-01-15I come here for my AT&T business account needs. Rahat, the sales rep, is very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He takes care of any issues I have quickly and professionally. I’ve gone to other AT&T stores on the Island and this is by far the best one. 10/10 would recommend.

2020-06-24The help was great, ppl that work there knowledgeable.... HOWEVER, none of the Samsung phones r able to be turned on and viewed. This is crazy! Isnt that why ppl go to the store in person, right? Apparently not ATT fault; according to them Samsung will not provide them w sample phones ( but why do other stores have em?). Im a Motorola fan they have no Motorola phones either....

2019-11-22Ok, so... this place looks incredibly sketchy. It smells really bad inside. Its a cross between very serious body odor & some terrible foreign cooking. There is no air ventilation whatsoever in the place. Judging by how sparsely its furnished, it looks more like a cardboard box where some guy on the street is trying to hustle you in 3 card Monty than a cell phone store. I wouldnt dare give these people any of my personal information to look up air on a periodic table no less my account information. The workers inside look like they were pulled right out of a homeless shelter. Absolutely deplorable demeanor, terrible customer service and product knowledge. You literally couldnt pay me all the money in the world to step foot back in this sham of a hole in the wall, con artist looking place. And hey... you all know my reviews are fair & above all, honest & straight forward. I wouldnt trust this place with a single letter in my name or with the air I breathe. As for photos, well, Picture this... pre-Guilliani administration era crack down of 42nd Street NYC... guy with cardboard box and milk crate... 3 card Monty on the left of the box, 2 cell phones for sale on the right of the box... thats this store right here. Beware!!!
