Great store with phone that I wanted in stock. Great service, very friendly and knowledgeable staff helping me get everything transferred from my old phone over to new phone. Comfortable seating while I waited for the process to complete.

I had a problem with my service when I was in Spain a few weeks ago and when I got back I went to the AT&T store at 1411 Forest Ave. in Staten Island. A gentleman who worked there named James really helped me out. He took very good care of me and made sure that the problem was taken care of! Thank you James!!

2021-07-26I purchased a new phone today at the Forest Ave. AT&T Store. I was very satisfied with the help that I received from Yasleen A. I was given choices and good advice on what I was looking for, the prices, the stats about the phone etc. I needed to have all of my information transferred to the new phone. For some things I needed done, I had to call home for my Passwords. She was very efficient, patient and friendly, gave me her full attention and all the time that I needed. Everything was completed well. This was a great experience. I would recommend AT&T and this store and Yasleen to any of my friends or relatives.

2022-03-14Not for nothing the Buisness hours are listed online and written on the door 10am-8pm mon-Fri I got here at 10am and the woman behind the door said 11 o’clock they open, it’s now 11:15 and still doors are closed and locked 2 hours waiting to get in unbelievable I’ll switch to Verizon horrible customer service

2021-10-26Tuesday 10/26/2021 do not ask for help from the guy who currently works at this location he does not listen and will cost you more money…and is not friendly at all he do not know how to explain and really does not know what he is doing never experienced poor customer service until todayI call him the guy because he didn’t have a name tag and he did not want to provide his name should of know when he didn’t even ask if I can help you once I walked into the store

2020-10-09I am their customer. I bought three phones on 3 lines..Paid Off iPhone XS and bought iPhone 11. But they didn’t give any offers or credits... considered me as a low value cust.The business owner has replied to my above review, I want to know if I can get a credit towards my new purchase...

2020-07-02My iPhone 6 was giving me issues. I went to AT&T on Forest Avenue. Veronica took me right away. She was very knowledgeable and nice. She set my new iPhone phone 11 right away and gave me a great deal!

2019-11-02The salespeople were very friendly and knowledgeable. Trevor (the sales guy who helped me) was extremely helpful, patient, and accommodating. I will be going to this location for the foreseeable future and recommend other people do the same.
