The store was nice and clean customer service was a little iffy because the representative that I had was worried about how many people he can hurry up and see so I felt really rushed. My only recovery I love AT&T! The representatives that you call are usually fantastic genuine people, I love that it’s so diverse.
I came in today and Mr.Bernard was very helpful. He helped me purchase a Apple Watch, IPhone 11 and the At @T tv box. He was patient and helped me all my devices. You guys have a good employee on your hands.. thank you Bernard and AT @T for being great
The young man that was helping us made us feel comfortable and explained everything that we asked about. He was very friendly and helpful.

In and out of the store within the hour and was still able to get a case for a good price and save money on a new phone. The employees are amazing and I would refer everybody to check them out.

Customer service was exceptional. Although, the store was getting ready to close, the staff continue to reset my phone and transfer the data. Note, the wifi was slow.
Shaun was such a great rep he was very patient & helpful he answered all my questions didn’t let me leave the store until everything was perfect I will definitely recommend him to a family member or friend
Went in for promotion if any so I can change company but had none and was informed AT&T in PR is now simple mobile but using their name?!
This place need to be shut down. Horrible customer service and honestly I think the folks that work there are a bunch of racist. They treat black folks like thieves in there. Manipulative and lying staff. I went in there to get a device and explained to them exactly what I wanted. Rather then helping me find what I was looking for, They lied and manipulated me to get another device. STAY AWAY!
Service here is unprofessional, Ive had issues they could have helped me with but they directed me to call AT&T and when I did AT&T operator said it didnt make sense because the AT&T store should have been able to help me with my issue which was a new sim card
Charlene, Orquedia were outstanding inservice while the mgr julio was on vacation.This is my store were a community.
Good service waited for some time 10-15 minutes rep. was good and lively at the end I resolved with the reason of my visit.
Excelente service employees are well trained because they work together and the manager Stevie and his crew are awesome...

I bought a AT&T, prepaid phone that I only use when traveling out of state, my tracfone has difficulty out of state. I like traveling with 2 phones, when I travel solo. I just go into AT&T to activate the prepaid phone and walk out working.
The staff was wonderful. I wish that they had working machines that accepted payment
The Rep Deshaun help me out a lot as far getting the phone my daughter wanted and getting tv service thank you 😊

2022-03-18Why your gantu from lilo and stitch employee jillian decided it was a good idea to activate my mom and told her she can only get her jobs discount on her plan if she signs up for AT&T tv?? Now they keep charging us and we don’t know the log in. customer service said we qualify for the discount with no need to get Tv service which I told jillian I already had through my building. im livid because NO ONE from the store can connect me to her because she’s always on vacation or left early for the day?? What kind of manager is never in the store?? someone must call me to rectify this immediately. we are about to hit a recession and that $70 a month is HURTING MY MOTHER.

2022-06-29The number that Joshua had me go across the street and buy from boost so I can get a waived deposit doesn’t work anymore. I want my money back for the number that I paid for. I don’t know why I couldn’t just get a new number from AT&T smh. Would have rather paid the deposit

2021-07-24The AT&T sets a high bar when it comes to customer service online and on the phone. The in-store experience tries to meet the standard, but doesnt always quite make it. At times, the staff seems frazzled, but to be fair, this store is The Hub location. And the clientele can be trying and mob-like, even rude at times. The staff however is always courteous and always knowledgeable. They know their stuff and are obviously well trained. If you can stand the excessively long wait times, then most likely, your issue will be resolved, or your purchase will definitely be worth it. Im sticking with this carrier.

2021-04-15Went here to pick up an order I placed online. The staffer was really helpful and friendly when I got there, and she made sure I had the phone and plan I wanted and encouraged me to take a look around to be certain.After I said I was good to go with what I had, she quickly grabbed my order and set me up right away. She also made sure I had a charging base that went with the new iPhone model. I had no idea it was a different type, so I bought that in addition to the phone, even though I’m sure it could have been bought cheaper elsewhere (it really wasn’t that expensive, anyway).I really love AT&T. The calls are clear and unlike Boost, I can actually use my data. It’s very fast around where I live!Thanks for the help. With I had gotten the staffer’s name to give her some praise over the phone to her manager.

2020-01-31Stephanie and Bernard smith gave my daughter n I excellent customer service. I asked so many questions and they was very helpful with a smile on their faces. I’m happy to say I would only send customers to them. I left the store very happy and my daughter was very happy as well. I enjoy the conversation and the customer service. AT&T made a excellent choice by having Stephanie and Bernard Smith apart of the company. They deserve a bonus for the outstanding customer service. Thank you so much for the help from S.Carter.

2021-01-23Our experience was actually enjoyable. We arrived at 6:30pm on a Friday staff was friendly and COVID safe attentive. Our associate Shaun was knowledgeable and friendly. We had a bit of a complicated situation and he got right to it.Our visit did lasted over 2 hours but not any fault of the associate. The customer service line for workers had extremely long wait time. However, Shaun’s professional, friendly snd intelligent conversation keep us engaged. We walked out very satisfied. His manager was also attentive and friendly. Great work Julio for a great ATT Team in The Hub!
