Why your gantu from lilo and stitch employee jillian decided it was a good idea to activate my mom and told her she can only get her jobs discount on her plan if she signs up for AT&T tv?? Now they keep charging us and we don’t know the log in. customer service said we qualify for the discount with no need to get Tv service which I told jillian I already had through my building. im livid because NO ONE from the store can connect me to her because she’s always on vacation or left early for the day?? What kind of manager is never in the store?? someone must call me to rectify this immediately. we are about to hit a recession and that $70 a month is HURTING MY MOTHER.

The number that Joshua had me go across the street and buy from boost so I can get a waived deposit doesn’t work anymore. I want my money back for the number that I paid for. I don’t know why I couldn’t just get a new number from AT&T smh. Would have rather paid the deposit

The AT&T sets a high bar when it comes to customer service online and on the phone. The in-store experience tries to meet the standard, but doesnt always quite make it. At times, the staff seems frazzled, but to be fair, this store is The Hub location. And the clientele can be trying and mob-like, even rude at times. The staff however is always courteous and always knowledgeable. They know their stuff and are obviously well trained. If you can stand the excessively long wait times, then most likely, your issue will be resolved, or your purchase will definitely be worth it. Im sticking with this carrier.

Went here to pick up an order I placed online. The staffer was really helpful and friendly when I got there, and she made sure I had the phone and plan I wanted and encouraged me to take a look around to be certain.After I said I was good to go with what I had, she quickly grabbed my order and set me up right away. She also made sure I had a charging base that went with the new iPhone model. I had no idea it was a different type, so I bought that in addition to the phone, even though I’m sure it could have been bought cheaper elsewhere (it really wasn’t that expensive, anyway).I really love AT&T. The calls are clear and unlike Boost, I can actually use my data. It’s very fast around where I live!Thanks for the help. With I had gotten the staffer’s name to give her some praise over the phone to her manager.

Staff was very professional and welcoming. One staff member attempted to cheer my son up during minor oppositional behavior which was appreciated. Service was quick and insightful. Very attentive to customer needs. Dayshaun was very helpful.👌🙂

Stephanie and Bernard smith gave my daughter n I excellent customer service. I asked so many questions and they was very helpful with a smile on their faces. I’m happy to say I would only send customers to them. I left the store very happy and my daughter was very happy as well. I enjoy the conversation and the customer service. AT&T made a excellent choice by having Stephanie and Bernard Smith apart of the company. They deserve a bonus for the outstanding customer service. Thank you so much for the help from S.Carter.

Our experience was actually enjoyable. We arrived at 6:30pm on a Friday staff was friendly and COVID safe attentive. Our associate Shaun was knowledgeable and friendly. We had a bit of a complicated situation and he got right to it.Our visit did lasted over 2 hours but not any fault of the associate. The customer service line for workers had extremely long wait time. However, Shaun’s professional, friendly snd intelligent conversation keep us engaged. We walked out very satisfied. His manager was also attentive and friendly. Great work Julio for a great ATT Team in The Hub!
