I had a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE at the west Fordham At&T store location . The store manager, Aqueelah, was absolutely amazing and provided wonderful service and information. Her product knowledge was impeccable and her energy was great!!! She explained all the offers and deals with great passion and made me excited to hear about all offers/deals that I qualify for at the time. The store was very cool and I appreciate the wonderful service. Please keep up the amazing work and service Aqueelah. I am happy customer with AT & T. Thank you.
Just came in earlier today with a broken iPhone SE and left with a purple iPhone 12. The manager, security guard, and two representatives who helped me are the GOAT! Not only were they knowledgeable and helpful in upgrading my phone, but they offered to help my mom save on her monthly plan. Also, they were extremely professional and most of all friendly. Highly recommend! Thank you so so much !!
After having a great experience with the virtual support team, I was advised to visit a local AT&T store for additional support. I bought an iPhone online and would have been more expensive to upgrade my plan. Instead, I wanted to swap out my recently purchased phone for an iPhone 12. The team didnt seem to want to help me and brought up different forms of rebuttals in less than a minute- 1) we dont accept returns in location anymore, 2) return stocking fee of $55, 3) call AT&T for additional support. I just wanted some help.
I went in to replace my daughters lost phone a week before Christmas. My salesperson, Gwen, treated me great and helped me take care of it quickly. While I was waiting for the phone, the manager, Jorden (I believe it was Jordan with an e, but I cant exactly remember right now), asked if I was looking for upgrades or if I needed any holiday gifts for the family. He gave me some great ideas, upgraded my insurance plan to cover the whole family, and I ended up buying 2 Apple watches for the price of one! The whole time they were courteous and made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this location. Make sure you ask for Gwen and Jorden! Thank you for everything!
I stopped by with a friend today at the at&t on Fordham and we requested to port our numbers to this service provider. A beautiful lady attended to us and she was so patient and professional and trust me you dont get much of that nowadays especially out here. I had to ask for her name Aqueelah she answered, please give her a raise 🙏

The Associates here, Aqueelah & Derifer, are superheroes. The hour long phone calls, issues and problems I was struggling with was solved in the matter of 10 mins as soon as I stepped into the cooperates store. I couldn’t be more grateful for the help that I’ve received from these 2 associates. I’m forever grateful
I visited that store last night regarding a pickup, which I completely screwed up online btw, and the manager, along with sales representative, worked their hardest to resolve the issue and to make sure I received my phone!! Outstanding customer service on their behalf & i am so grateful for them! He definitely went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied!
I wish I could give this place a good review, the people seemed nice. I had an appointment but still waited 10 minutes for help.I am trying to switch services and the code to unlock my phone was not working I was told to come in. After 5 attempts, a phone locks permanently to the att network, I told the representative that under the advice of another att employee I had already put the code in multiple times.She tries to put the code in herself which locks the phone. She then told me there is nothing att can do, and to call Samsung. When I asked for the number she gave me the number to AAA towing services, I wish I was joking. I finally got in contact with Samsung and they told me only att can unlock the device! I spent almost 2 hours round trip on my day off to get myself in an even worse position by incompetent staff!
I came in to purchase the new Apple Watch being that I just started with the at&t company I wanted to see all the option I had and when walking into the store not one person acknowledged the fact that I was in there , I then stood there at the register for 5 mins and not one employee helped, they were just sitting around talking to each other . I would recommend every and everyone don’t waste your time with this location just out right disgusting Customer service!
What. A. Scam.Went in to pick up a cellphone, left two hours later without a cellphone and a not one, but two new lines and a Samsung galaxy s6 apparently, that I had no idea that I even had?Anyway all those changes to my account and you can just imagine the amount of pro-rated charges I have outstanding on my account, not to mention the FRAUDULENT activity that at&t employees from this store just pulled on my account for commission.Never, again. Also reporting this to at&t corporate. No way to conduct business. You guys suck!Forever yours,Shirley
Walk in to no greeting, both women busy with a customer, empty store otherwise. One finishes with her customer heads to the counter without saying anything to me. Im sitting there waiting thinking shell call me up. No acknowledgement. I walk up to the counter politely and shes talking to a customer whos sitting behind a wall eating mcdonalds. I couldnt see them. She says shell help me. Long story short, she didnt. I needed the same id to change my pin that i used to open the account? I had a PASSPORT. Wdf ATT. Heading to another location. I didnt appreciate her passive agressive tone. Whole dub.
This is the worst att store i have visit in many years being with this company, i dont know if is because im from the garden state but o feel this is a very getto store and the employees have no respect for customers, waiting time extremelly height with no costomer in store, two employees seems to b hanging out, this store numbers has to be very low because they dont do an effort to make a sale, they have not customer service at all, very disappointed, if any one visit the bronx please dont go to that store if you dont want to have bad expirience with this company

2022-05-10Even though its a small store, its filled with great representatives!!! Julio was great and well knowledge in his field. They have a great selection of AT&T phones in stock. I highly recommend this location for ALL YOUR AT&T needs!!!

2022-01-27Very positive experience when I go into this store to pay my bill & inquire about other services. Employees are very helpful. Julio (manager), Henry & Derifer worked very hard on resolving an issue I had on my bill. Everything was done quickly & efficiently definitely recommend this store 💪🏽

2022-01-12This is the worst store i have ever been to employees were very rude and thr manager told me he have the phone 13 pro max but he cant sell me unless i add an extra line which i dont even need and then he said if i buy a watch with it he can sell me the 13 pro thats his store policy what a nightmare. I got my new iphone from another store without buying a watch or an extra line , they are robbing people DONT GO TO THID STORE

2021-10-03Henry and Aqueelah have been so helpful. they have revised me with the support to repair my billing issues and replace a damaged phone through Asurion. This has easily been my best AT&T experience in years. I’d recommend them to anyone and will be returning for their services.

2021-08-31There was a healthy amount of people BUT way less time than I expected to be there. Mercado (Henry) and AJ are the best two employees Ive experienced in years and weve had AT&T for over 15 years. So helpful and kind! What a vibe! Thank you🙏
