Jade was trying to transfer my number from T-Mobile (more like T-Maybe) and it was not going through. However, Jade was patient, caring, and understanding. She was on the phone with T-Maybe and me for an HOUR. She never gave up!!!! Jade deserves a raise!
Jade is so amazing this my second time at the store in which I puscjased my second iPhone she has patience and exceptional customer service she helped my son Andrew set up his phone which took a long time because he tried to set up his phone with jade the first tine and he put in his information wrong and the next tine jade did it for him I called the same day to come back and purchase my second phone later that day but jade left for the day and i didn’t want to come back to the store because jade was gone so here I am today purchasing my second iPhone with jade Ives trying to set up my phone with my phone with my personal email and it wasn’t working and she decided to use hers and I am going through a debirove right now and she has made a major impact on me and my son life and I would love for the rest of the employees to follow her path I will be forever grateful to meet her and have her as my extended family despite my being broken she didn’t only sell a phone she mienned my heart

In spring of 2020 the Att Pelham Parkway store was renovated and it looks amazing. It previously had a low selection of merchandise.

Went there to add another line in my plan and another phone they told my me next bill is going to be around 200 $ .when i had to pay the bill it came around 320 cause they added 2 lines not one and some other fees .very bad place
They took 21.32 for sim card which is supposed to be free cause this is a retailer shop .Att customer service said it doesnt make sense

2021-10-09I walked in to AT&T and the minute I walked Tarik Taylor assist me with my upgrade for a Pro Max iPhone , he was very very informative with all the products I questioned.This is my 2nd purchase at the same store , I used to go directly to Apple. Now I prefer to go to the store in White Plains Rd Bronx . Well kept store , friendly workers .A happy Customer 😀thanksCM

2020-06-24April was my sales person and she was awesome, she answered all my questions and took the time to help set up my phone and work on discounts I was eligible. Ericka was the manager and she also helped me out a lot and worked a great deal. Very happy with service I would send family and friends to them. Please ask for them if you want full friendly service.

2021-07-28The people at this store were very nice and very helpful. Att Customer service on the other hand need to step up ..I spent an hr on hold at home to speak to someone got fed up so went to the store and spent another hour until someone from so called customer service picked up..was given no explanation why I was an entire day without service. Been with att too long for this negligence, have mine and my daughters acct with them and would ve nore than happy to move on...So very disappointed 😡😡

2020-06-25Recently upgraded my phones @ the att store in Pelham parkway and The customer service was definitely a10. Andrew and Ericka were so efficient and took their time every step of the way. They were very patient and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely choose this location as my go to store and would highly recommend . Thanks guys you were awesome! Stay safe and see you soon

2020-09-26Erica was amazing, she had AT&T sent her a prepaid label and took the pleasure of packing and sealing my package up to ship it out because I lost a label. They are amazing staff.

2021-01-17Good store efficient and they do everything to help you. They can take their time with keeping the customer waiting, but when they do get the time they will do their best and you will probably leave satisfied.
