Fordham road. Horrible experience, dont go there. All 3 male reps were sitting around chatting. Female rep only one who looked like she was interested in helping customers.Sorry but AT&T this store and these reps arent helping your brand.
This is the worse store i ever visited ! The Worse customer service was provided by Margaret De la Cruz /sale rep. I believe for such a big company like A&TT they should have better people working for them . I told more than 6 people about this place customer service and they definitely are not going to switch to ATT because this bad experience ! I wont give too much detail but be careful giving your social and personal info you may get a bill at home without having any service ! Smh .
Went to this AT&T store to get a new line for my daughter and had the pleasure to get Alfredo Rodriguez who was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant and accommodating and immediately he knew what we needed. Alfredo also offered information on the new AT&T TV and I am really considering acquiring it.
Ive been with At&t for about seven or eight years and theres a particular employee who has been with me from the beginning. Francis has helped me with whatever problems or inquiries Ive had whether it was for my BlackBerry Torch, my Samsung Galaxy S4 or my current Galaxy S8. Shes done her best to get me to upgrade more frequently but, when theres something I like, Im not too hasty to replace it unless absolutely certain its necessary. Shes learned that over the years. Ive recently had less desirable experiences at At&t when the staff that was on-duty at the time were so immersed in their own conversations amongst each other that I wasnt assisted with paying my bill since the kiosk was out of order and I needed a new USB cable. They didnt even say good afternoon or ask if they could help me with anything upon entry. So the next time I saw Francis I made sure to let her know.My following visit showed a bit of progress since everyone greeted me in but all I was looking for was a promotional poster for The Crimes of Grindelwald. At first the employee I spoke to was uncertain of the promotion despite the cardboard cut-out of Albus Dumbledore in the window but the manager mentioned that they had posters in the back. She brought them out and considering they were all still neatly wrapped, I think I was the only one to ask about them. But all in all, it was a better experience than the one before. Im still a loyal customer but Ill keep my visits restricted to only when Francis is there.
Visited the Fordham store (@ Fordham Ave & Jerome Ave subway station) to pay monthly bill. Paid cash at the Payment Kiosk (with a little assistance) and was out in 6 mins, on #4 train and home in less than 15. Sweet! Friendly, helpful staff. Clean store & only steps from the train! Right On!! 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 rating👍👍.
Good place if you speak Spanish, want to hear it spoken, or colored.Rude people. Unprofessional pink colored hair so called representative.AT&T in the hood, what would expect. Like little Somalia in this store. The stink is unmatched to any common dumpster near the fish market district. Corporate must be proud to walk in this store.Look upstate to be treated like an Kings English speaking US citizen properly and with acknowledgement and respect.May the Lord be with whom ever walks in.
I have visited this store 2 times and both these times I have came across a employee that has a nasty attitude. Not only with me but with other clients. Slow slow service. I would not recommend to come here unless you are desperate, otherwise they have fixed my problems.
Erick was rude and refused to give me a sim card for a phone which I had at home. He claimed he could not do that unless the phone was actually at the store although I called an AT&T customer service rep in front of him which told him he could do so. He still refused. I have been an AT&T customer for over 11 years and Ive never seen anyone less helpful then this guy. To top it off its Christmas eve. Talk about a flat out scrooge.
Not worth going back here just a big disappointment Juan had a big attitude and was very verbal when I ask questions he was on the defensive side and I had to beg for help this is not acceptable att should re staff this store with new and friendly staff that are willing to help not mocking their customers and for this reason I give juan 0 stars and I will reccomend new orientation for the staff here ,they act like in Dominican republic like no education

2022-05-10Though its a small store the representative are very organized and are able to help with all AT&T needs. They have a large selection in stock! Julio was awesome and helped me purchase, activate and transfer my data from old to my new 5G mobile phone. They are awesome!!!

2022-04-03I came wit my husband so he can switch from one company to another by the end of the day they gave me a great deal and I decided to switch myself I will be paying less and I was also offered a Watch for switching and knowing that I was about to buy one this turned out to be a great deal it was Amy who handle everything she was Very professional patient and a great person I recommend her to anyone

2022-01-05Manny By far is the worst representative AT&T can Have. He is rude disgusting noisy. After my purchase he proceeded to text me and call me from his personal numbers. Ew. Never again coming here. Started to send disgusting pictures.

2021-08-05I got two apple watches and the guy said to give it 48 hours to connect to my phone, it did not connect. I came back to the store and it they made me pay more than I already paid for! plus tax money, this is a horrible store and the workers need to really do their jobs right! this will be the last time I buy anything from this store!

2020-07-27Loved the way tommy took care of me . He was very Patient, he went over my bill with me and explained everything with detail .. he pay close attention to me while I asked him questions. His mgr was on the floor and she would come and ask me how I was everything going .. love the services in that location .. if anyone ever need anything ask for Tommy he is great, and is very detail on explaining plans .. this is the service customers need reps that takes the time to explain bills and their plans .. ask for Tommy he is a great rep ..

2021-01-14None of the representatives were really welcoming and started talking about fees even prior to knowing the full problem. On top of that they didnt even do the right request based in what I asked and I had to come back a 2nd time only to get more attitude.The problem was fixed the 2nd time but to the cost of a damaged Hotspot I own and the phone in question. It was one of my least favorite experiences at an AT&T store.

2020-11-14We Been AT&T customers for many many years my husband went into the store today to see about upgrading his Samsung galaxy nine to the new galaxy S 20 ultra and asked about how much she would get for his trade in , he asked one person said 700 then one person said 150 When he asked again to clarify ; he was told he can go someplace else. So I had to go to a different store to upgrade my iPhone access to the iPhone 12 pro so they just lost our business at the store

2019-05-24Nice & helpful staff. Quick pay cash, credit and debit card payment Kiosk. Great location (steps from #4 subway train). Convenient store hours. Would definitely recommend this store to other AT&T service users.
