Brooke was the best! I had issues with my phone stating my mailbox was full when it wasn’t. I figured I needed a new phone because I had an old one. She set up my new phone but still had the same issue. She helped me fix it as well as recover forgotten passwords. She made the whole process easy and painless!
When I had a problem with my purchase I was talked out of returning the phone. I had tried a number of times to return the phone and was told I would have to pay a fee. After contacting ATT corporate, they said I can return the phone and they would make up the difference. ATT did the right thing. This guy in Babylon tried to intimidate me and is a corrupt scammer. AVOID!!!!
My phone is an AT&T Z221 with a pay as you go account. It became blocked yesterday. After 2 hours on the phone with AT&T technical support the conclusion was to go to the AT&T store to get the phone unblocked. So off I go to the AT&T store. Well it took those guys about 6 minutes to unblock my phone,sync it back to my account and I was on my way. OUTSTANDING!5 stars for the AT&T store.2 stars for the technical support.
The gentleman didn’t even try to help me at all. He doesn’t know what are the wireless plans covers.When I lshop for a new wireless account I would like to ask few questions.If the answers I don’t know I don’t know then no business from me.Please guys put someone on the floor who can answers few very basic questions.WORST!!!
Went to get a phone but couldnt that day , canceled the account before I walked out but got a bill from at&t . Went back and manager a associate where great and helpfull . Waiting on a phone call from them to make sure that I get buyers remorse due to not getting anything that day and cancellation.
I went in with a black screen and met a wonderful, friendly and knowledgable employee named Sierra. Not only was she knowledgable but kind and very patient. She made all of the phone calls to AT&T and made sure I was set up before I left. They are lucky to have such a great person on their team!!

2022-06-30This place is the best store in my area. AT&T customer service on the phone needs more people like this. He lowered my bill nd figured out a way to get me a phone even though my previous phone wasnt paid off. The manager especially is great in that store!

2020-09-25Love this store! I’m understanding that there’s only so much Vinny and Matt can do, they’re only 2 people handling a store of many many AT&T customers. When I have an issue I typically reach out to customer care to have it resolved and they do right by me always. Vinny (manager) is an outstanding employee and he’s also lucky to have Matt (representative) on his team. I will always HIGHLY recommend this location for ALL your AT&T needs.

2021-02-28Went into AT&T in West Babylon 2 months ago and was welcomed very kindly by the employee Matt. We had come into the store to go over a phone bill issue and he helped us out above and beyond stayed on the phone with us and customer support for over 2 hours and got it done efficiently and successfully got it all sorted out and afterwards we even upgraded our phones after he told us about the current promotions and he told us everything down to the drop of a hat. Have to say if your in the area definitely go to this location and ask for Matt he will certainly help you with what you need. Big thanks to Matt and we will keep going to this store.

2021-01-14Just went to the location last week to see why my iPhone wasn’t connected to cellular data and why my voicemail system wasn’t working. We then entered the store and a man who worked there didn’t even know what he was doing, he sat in front of us for 10 minutes and wouldn’t even put on his mask. Then he started playing around with the SIM card dropping it multiple times, letting it fall on his shirt, disconnecting my iMessage and tampering with my phone. Thankfully AT&T customer support on the phone only took 45 minutes and they actually accomplished something

2020-11-26Every time I had a problem, Always went above and beyond to help me out. Just recently At&t messed up my bill and I went in and was on the phone with customer service. The sales associate himself talked to the customer service representative. Explaining what was different on my bill and we got our money refunded to us. Huge respect! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

2021-02-10Staff was helpful every step of the way. From getting me a new phone to helping me trade in my old one. Then when the SIM card was bad in the brand new phone they helped me replace the bad one. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff

2020-09-25I went to this store last week because I wanted to switch my daughters and my phone from Verizon to AT&T. We got there around 530 and we were told by Matt that the porting process would take 2 hours and the store closed at 7 that if we can come another day earlier Matt would be able to help us. We went there yesterday at 4:30 and he was helping another customer. Once they left and we told him why we were there, he told us the system was down and he wouldnt be able to help us, can we come back tomorrow. I had left work early to go there and I couldnt leave early another day. He said that the system being down was AT&T and that there wouldnt be service to complete the port at any other store. We called the Lindenhurst store and thanks to Jamie, he helped us to transfer our phones over. The system was not down at his store. So, I am unsure if it was just the West Babylon store, or that Matt just didnt want to help us. Oh well. 2 lines switched from Verizon to AT&T lost in the West Babylon store. I will never go there or refer anyone ever again.
