My experience at AT&T in West Islip 15 Udall Road) has been excellent. I switched from another major carrier to AT&T. Tony went out of his way to make sure that I received the best possible service. I was able to trade in two older Apple phones and get two new Apple 12 minis. I received a trade credit on each phone. Tony went above and beyond in answering all of my questions in regard to my review phone plan and assisted me I. the trade in of my new phones . Overall, I will be saving a substantial amount of money by switching to AT&T. I would highly recommend AT&T in West Islip to all of my everyone- an overall great experience.

I decided to port my family three lines from tmobile last week and decided to come to this store to get some help through the process, the guy at the store was really helpful, everything was really easy and fast, he even sent me the labels to my house so i could ship my old phones out to trade them in with the company. Overall a great experience!

The worst AT&T store that I have ever had the displeasure of going to. Ill outline exactly what happened at this store versus the other AT&T store on sunrise highway that I went to.I recently bought an iphone 12 pro from AT&T and was going to trade in my old iphone 8+ so that I could get the discount on my bill. The 12 Pro came in the mail and I was told by an employee that under no circumstances should I ever send in my old phone in the mail, because if something goes wrong I would be held responsible for the loss of the phone.That being said the only thing that I needed from this store was to take my old 8+ and mail it in for me. The first time that I went to the store I was turned away by the employee (I believe the single employee that works there). He claimed that he was on the phone with another customer and wouldnt be able to help me anytime soon. It was literally a 2 minute process that he made me leave for because he refused to help me that day. I didnt come in at closing time, and I was willing to wait, but he made me leave because he claimed that the customer he was on the phone with would take too long. That sucked but whatever I told him I would come back the next day.So again the next day I came back and he was in the process of again helping another customer, but this time I waited 15 minutes for him and the customer to finish. He took my phone, and started the trade in process which was completely wrong. He made me make an AT&T pin, which I have never had to use before and took 20 minutes because he thought he had to do it, but had no clue how to set it up. Then hes going through all sorts of irrelevant questions about the other phones that I have on my account.So now almost 40 minutes after I came into the store he tells me that AT&T no longer mails out trade in phones. He said that could send me a box to my house and I could do it myself, but again thats exactly what the last employee told me not to do under any circumstances. So two days after I first set foot in the store I find out that this employee is refusing to do something that his job entailed. This isnt that he couldnt do it, its that he WOULDNT do it. There was no commission in it for him and he was rude and straight up lied to me about not being able to mail in my phone.He raised his voice, was rude, condescending, and was literally the worst AT&T representative I have ever met. Again was not only unhelpful, but a genuinely rude human.I took my phone and left because this employee refused to help me. I went to the AT&T store on sunrise highway, and was in and out after less than five minutes after they did exactly what I needed. I would highly recommend any AT&T store other than this one if you dont want to get into a shouting match with a terrible employee. It took me five minutes at a different store to do what this store couldnt do in two days.

Under new management. Great AT&T store. Quick upgrade to my iPhone went very well. Fast and efficient..After a few months I got nothing but spam spam spam and more spam on my phone and consistently shuts down. The guys was really kind there but the phone and new number he gave me was horrible. I got FaceTimes from random little kids and calls and texts from people. Word of advice: no matter how much cheaper it is never change your phone number..The guy also signed me up for directTV Now and promised it wouldn’t be reoccurring payment I’ll just get it free for one month. But I got 3 months of bills until I changed my credit card.

Went there to have my iPhone fixed and the lights were on in the store but it was locked, all the devices including the tv were on. Be careful when you go because sometimes he’s not there and they leave the door locked with people think the store is open. Even if you call them when they are open they don’t answer the phone. Ridiculous

This guy just wanted to make a sale, does not want to deal with customer a when something goes wrong...Bought two note 7s from him before the recall, went back he said not to worry about it because the fires only happened in Europe. I went to the corporate store and they said they cant exchange my note 7 because i didnt buy it from them... Stay away from this store!

I head the best experience in the store Rep Alex cousin of Peter was really good took care of my wife upgrade and all, I will recommend to all my friends & family to stop at this locations for there cellphone needs

Don’t even waste time to go here. He make you wait to for nothing and will tell to go to another branch . Coz he’ll be on the phone for a while. What kind of customer service is that . No star for this store if possible!
