2020-07-22Yesterday 21/07/2020 at 6 oclock in the afternoon I went to make a shipment and the lady who was attending did not send me the shipment because there were many tickets to count that they did not have machines there as in the banks to count and the excuse If I did not agree to send it, it was my Colombian ID. It had no expiration date. I had to go to another place in the estuary where they were not too lazy to count and they sent me the shipment.

2018-12-25The most mediocre box shipping service, I sent two boxes in November, and only one arrived in mid-December 2018, and at the moment I have a box that according to the online tracking system is in their warehouse in Caracas , Bogota. When I come to this office because its my turn, because they never answer the phone, they dont even know where the box is, or when they are going to deliver it ... I advise you to send your shipments elsewhere, Serranoga, Avianca, etc. pay a little more but the service is worth it ... close this business if you cannot sell your product well, now the next step will be to report them to the FAA, here it is not Colombia and customers are respected here.

2021-03-25Before I used to send a lot of parcels through this company and right now and holding things through customs, paying here for the shipping of the boxes in New York and also paying in Colombia thats wrong

2020-02-13They are really a very irresponsible company, they told me that the box was stopped by the Dian in Colombia that I had to send them 60 dollars more taxes and then that we paid them the box arrived the next day, and more than half of the money had been lost. Things we send, please do not send your cargo by this company

2021-09-05Google map is more misplaced than a broken compass.It does not work.They need to improve in many aspects so that Google map begins to work as such.
