We have never had such efficient & friendly service. Hiltong sold us our first Genesis. I am not sure if the genesis manufacturer actually knows the car as well as he does. Hiltong walked us through all of the features, has checked in at least three times since we picked up the car on Wednesday.Genesis made a great vehicle & chose the right Autogroup to sell it.

I was more than happy with my service technician, Jonathan. He went above & beyond to help me out when I was running late for my appointment from Connecticut. Yes, I drive down 100+ miles for service because I have yet to find a service center for Genesis cars in my area of CT that treat me like they would their sister or a family friend. (I had a nightmare of time in Milford & they took 5 hours for 2 tire changes even though I was 1st car of day!) That wasnt even why I refuse to go there anymore, but worth money + tolls, gas to go somewhere I trust. I dont get discounts or any free stuff, but they are helpful with what I need & in past have helped me decide between crucial & less urgent type of problems. Occasionally an advisor not there anymore has gone above & beyond to see if there were deals or warranty protections for parts I needed & people like that are who you want at your service center. I know at least 5 really good mechanics, in area but since this is my 1st new new car, I am taking to dealships only for service & paying that premium, I expect better service & time spent without my car, its getting full look over before I drive away. Right now, Jonathan is going to look & see if my last tire just changed is still around the garage because I DO have warranty on it & want to file a claim but need pics. I paid them already. He doesnt have to help me, this time I failed to ask him to apply my warranty coverage when car was there.I was burned so bad before, I was expecting to hear Sorry, but.... but he is trying to help me save some $$ & thats important to me.
