1st time using their service dept. very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. They had me in and out. I will from now on use their service dept. they blow my local Honda service dept away. I drove an extra 15 minutes compared to having a Honda service dept two minutes from my home but worth the drive.
Had my 2019 insight service for 30, 000k MI checkup. The entire staff is always professional and super friendly and Incredibly honest. they tell you exactly what you need, what you dont need, and explain everything in detail so you can make an educated decision on whats the best approach you need for your car..
When service advisor came to me telling me what was needed it was not discussed that I would do filters only gave me a price on transmission oil. But service was done and I was charged $400 for total job did not Consent to changing air filters in my vehicle only transmission and oil change. But wound up paying for everything not happy at all and not coming back again very dissatisfied with customer! I have never had this problem there at your dealership until now! Very unhappy!!
I just purchased ( on 3/22/2022) a 2022 Honda CRV. My Sales Consultant was Justin Adams. He was professional, extremely helpful and a gentleman. My wife and I love the car. Justin spent so much time explaining all the features the car has and was very patient with us. The entire buying process was a positive experience! I came in for routine service. I knew I needed a wheel alignment and I was due for a oil change. I also mentioned a issue with left driver side wheel how the tire pressure light was on (mind you tires were full) and I feel it rattle sounds like I have a flat. After car was returned and was told everything was good , I drove off the tired pressure ligh6 was off but still felt wheel was unstable like it wasnt even looked at. Now I have to take another day off to get that checked because I know somethings not right.
I just went down there on Thursday the 10th interested in a car. Joey took care of me, he was knowledgeable and honest, no funny business. He showed me around the lot and didnt rush me at all in my decision. Everyone there was friendly. I bought a 2019 honda civic and the car was extremely clean and in amazing condition. After I bought the car Joey took me out to it and showed me how all the features worked, they treat their customers very well. I would recommend them to anyone.
Car was incomplete @ purchase. More than 4 hours waiting after test drive. Filling out info on website ahead of time was a water of time... had to refill out everything again! Purchasing process needs to be updated. When I was called for an appt... I was told I didnt need to bring anything... upon arrival totally different. My salesman & his trainee were fine. Car wasnt cleaned prior to taking it!! After purchase I was told I would get call back and follow up..NOTHING!! AVOID THIS PLACE... You can find better!
I went for an oil change. Got there at 9:15 am. Checked in and waited. 2 hours later I was walking around stretching my legs. I asked and the guy checked. He did to give him time and I said ok. Then 3 hrs later I told the guy just to give me the car back. He came back and sits that my car was next. I told him I didnt care and to give me my car. I waited 3 hours for them to just about to start.... an oil change.... never going back.... wasted 3 hours of my life
They really do exemplify that stereotype that if you are a woman and you dont know anything about cars, you WILL be financially taken advantage of here by sleazy scam artists. On 10/26/2021 I purchased a replacement mirror for my car with Nicholas Frank at Atlantic Honda for $510.53 before labor costs. Upon leaving, a friend told me I could buy the same part on Amazon for $40. I immediately contacted Nick and asked for a refund, and after playing phone tag for months, he agreed to refund me, minus a $100 restocking fee. I went to collect the refund of $408.42 on4/7/2022 and despite having a receipt for this refund transaction, therehas been no deposit to any of my accounts or cards as of today5/26/2022. The last 8 months of trying to resolve this issue with them has been an absolute nightmare and I will NEVER go to or recommend this dealership to anyone after this is over.
First time leasing a vehicle from Atlantic Honda and it was the first time that I had a pleasant/stress free experience while getting a new car. Tajmel Jacobs did a great job quarterbacking the deal! He was knowledgeable and upfront during the whole process. I highly recommend Tajmel and Atlantic Honda!
They did a good job. Easy to schedule and took my car right away. However, I thought it was taking an extra long time and then noticed my car was finished and in parking lot. I went to desk and asked and they said the woman I was working with would be back soon but my paper work was on her desk. 15 mins later, still not back. I asked if someone else can check me out and was told no. I went to waiting area. Came back 15 mins later and she was there just chilling. Then saw me and was like oh your car is ready. Other than that one thing, they’re always first class.
The staff made sure both the car and I were good to go. They answered every and all questions I had and were able to give me price ranges for every question that popped up. They made sure to keep me updated on my vehicles condition. Overall I was extremely happy with my visit to Atlantic.
Overall ok experience.Make sure you call for a price on the phone before you go in. I called every dealer on Long Island as I shopped for the car I wanted. Atlantic gave me a competitive price on the phone so I went in. Didnt mention anything to the sales rep about the call to see how fair of an offer he would give. He offered me a price $4000!! more than the price I got on the phone. When I told him that I got a phone price, he scrambled on the computer to see what price I got. Immediately 100% trust lost.He decided to honor the phone price but I left to see another deal and got an even more competitive price in person so I went back to Atlantic and they honored that price BUT as I continued negotiations the salesman apparently wasnt happy that I was getting such a good deal, at one point he said, enough is enough to which I flipped on him and almost walked away from the table. Not happy about that at all. Poor negotiation skills.In the end I bought the vehicle, above msrp but at a comoaratively good deal.Love the truck so far. Lets see how they do when its time for maintainance.
This particular dealership, customer service is above standard, however wait times for your vehicle (Routine Service) is extremely dragging even with an appointment. I have been there 2-3 hours waiting for your car to be serviced. I would like to see those customers with appointment to have priority before walk-ins as they have an online scheduling system. In addition, I had ordered a piece 2 months ago (12/16/2021) and they told me they would call to confirm the part has arrived (Which it DID NOT OCCUR) I had to call to see if the part arrived in February 2022 and it did when I called. I also chatted with a representative and she said that they would call me to confirm that the service department has my part. This also DID NOT happen.... I had to call and get an update myself. I highly suggest management to consider some ideas to reduce wait times and also contact customers about there orders they have placed which have been backordered, especially when the part was already paid for.
90 minutes for oil change and inspection- not bad but not great. The mechanic DID NOT RESET my dashboard Service notice. Have to drive back!!! Also, I watched the mechanic drive the car through the car wash and sped through the DRY CYCLE. My car was wet and dried spotty. Dont let them do this to you!
We had an appointment for an emissions inspection five months in advance. And they spammed us with texts to remind us. Two weeks before, text. One week before, text. Day of, text. They really wanted to make sure we weren’t wasting their time.We waited 80 minutes after our appointment for an emissions inspection. Come to find that they hadnt even looked at our car yet.80 minutes.They hadnt even looked at our car.The whole thing took two hours for the emissions inspection to be completed. $37. No comp, no half off, no free air freshener, no nothing. They really care about you wasting their time, but when it comes to them wasting your time, they just don’t care.
This man you see in the photo is a great car salesman hes name is Eugene, he had and dedicated his time to convince me to take my new Honda Civic Ex. at a very low price and below many other dealers in long island. thank you Eugene. I highly recommend this man who knows how to do his job 100% ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Great job Eugene Im so happy with my new car.
It was a cool experience at this location. Mr.Gian attended us and made us comfortable. Though at the initial stage the discussion was a bit debatable, but thats part of the price haggling. He did his best offer the best prize from his end. He also took us for a test drive with the choice of ours.This dealers has a whole lot of pre owned certified cars with some great specifications. They also provide servicing. There are quiet a lot of representatives, so you dont need to wait much for your turn.Atlasr got the car from this dealer. Gian was very helpful and reasonable guy. We came to a mutual consent on the price of the car that I bought. He attended us very well.The paper work process was a bit lengthy and time consuming. Me and my boss went to get the car and have been there for more than 2 hours. We got only coffee to drink and was expecting a better handling of guest in respect to the food offered.Anyway, i will suggest other guys out there to visit this place atleast once before finalizing your pre owned certified car, because these guys do offer something that you cannot refuse. ;-)
Several friends bought Honda had problems with motor & transmission,while the car was being check honda did not have courtercy vehicle,honda on north shore treat customer different.will never buy a vehicle here.if you like honda vehicle go to a another dealership.you will thank me.
I was very pleased with the work and the timeliness of the work.It was my maintenance that had to be done but there were over10 of us on that 7:30 line and my car was finished at 8:34 plus my tires were rotated and washed.For a Saturday morning I was pleased and the team was on point.A special thank you Anthony that handled my ticket
It took them a while for my car to be done but it is understood they are busy in mornings. I appreciate the techs for their hard work and Alex Tinirello was my service advisor was an amazing guy he gave me good information on my 2017 Honda Civic. Will definitely be going back to him soon !
I brought my car (2010 Honda Civic) to the service department because my check engine light came on. After an extensive review they found a lot of issues. Nick was very helpful and recommended I have a sales person look at the car as it didnt seem worth it to repair. I cried because I am very attached to my civic and my husband is out of work and I have an infant. He connected me to the sales manager Dave that heard my story and wanted to help me get into the set car possible. When I got their he set me up with Zaid and he walked me through the cars. When we settled on one and they didnt have it he had me look at the accord and I fell in love. They did everything for me and I was able to get my car on Friday! I am so happy to have a 2022 Honda Accord and to know my family and I are safe! Thank you for everything and I highly recommend them!
Philip Ward, who was the salesperson that helped me was excellent. I’ve been in sales for over 40 years and he was as good or better than me. I had really no intention of buying that day but Philip was so knowledgeable, courteous and professional, I felt an obligation to listen to him. He made me feel like we were good friends and that he cared about my needs first. That’s all you can ask of a salesperson. Please care about me and not the SALE. Well, Philip did just that. Where do I begin…. First time customer, first oil change. Car leased from your location. Made our appointment over the phone for this service. Was told I could wait and that I’d be in and out in a short period of time. Upon checking in for this appointment I saw the service writer putting “WAIT” on the service order. He was very nice and professional. 2 hours later we still did not have our car!!! Upon asking at the 1 1/2 hour mark all he could offer was “I’m sorry”. At the 2 hour and 15 minute mark we got our car. This frustrating experience could have been easily avoided had the appointment taker simply stated that the car would need to be left.
Atlantic Honda is THE place to buy a car. They are welcoming, knowledgeable and use the soft sell approach to selling automobiles. From the second we walked into the showroom, we were greeted by a salesperson that was charming, intelligent and hardworking. Di Lin went the extra mile to get us our perfect car. He left no stone unturned and when he finished describing and showing us the features of the car we had no questions or doubts about buying the car. Do not pass go-run, not walk to Atlantic Honda if you want to buy a car. From the salespeople to the finance managers this dealership gets a 1000 out of 10.
I have been bring my 2013 Accord since I purchased it from Atlantic Honda, and their service department is awesome. I am treated very well, repairs and service are performed promptly and at a reasonable price. I have been provided with occasional discounts and the work is performed flawlessly. The manager and staff go out of their way to explain what is needed and how they can best serve me. I am very happy with Atlantic Honda and would strongly recommend them.
AWD light was randomly coming on and wouldn’t shut off til engine shut off in 2015 CR-V. Took it to my local mechanic. Got quoted $800 + tax and special order of the EDPS part. Electronic differential pressure solenoid. I wasn’t surprised as I had done some research and that is a known problem in the CR-V. There’s a 12 page service bulletin for it. Most people said it was $600 to fix at the dealer. So LUCKILY I called the dealer. I was quoted $260 (parts and labor) + tax 😳But I would need to bring in for diagnostic test $155 and that would be applied to cost if necessary. The problem was a loose nut and all the differential fluid had drained. I did not need the EDPS at all, let alone for $800+While it did cost $155 for the diagnostic. My total bill was under $200(incl diagnostic charge). I bought my car from this dealer and did all my service with them but always thought I was probably spending too much. WRONG!!! I am just so impressed with absolute level of professionalism and honesty!!! I will never take my car anywhere else!
Di Lin is such a wonderful salesman! I’ve worked with him for 4 years now, and just found my second car! He is so personable, makes you feel comfortable and well tended to, and always checks in throughout the year. I know when I come to Atlantic Honda, even for a simple routine service, Di will find me, say hello, and make sure that both myself and my car are doing well :) His positive attitude and genuine care for his customers is greatly appreciated.
Absolutely the worst experience of my life. Till this day I wish I would not have purchased my vehicle from this location(Atlantic Honda). Now let me state that the civic type R I purchased is an extremely fine piece of automotive engineering,I am in love with the product that Honda has put forth. I would recommend to everyone to purchase a Honda. Now in regards to the people that work at this location,horrible.They price gouged me,but that wasn’t the biggest issue. The issue was the absolute disrespectful attitude that the Manager had towards me.I believe I was dealing with the financial manager,not 100% sure. I do have to say that the sale woman I was dealing with was a good person. Maybe management should take pointers from the employees.
Went to Atlantic just going for a test drive and to compare pricing. It’s hard to get a fair deal with all the chips in the supply chain held up. Phil was great from the start. Zero pressure, no BS! All around great experience. Plus during the process shared many laughs with Phil as well, very personable and friendly and always smiling.

I have been a customer since 2017, due to poor customer service is time to take my business elsewhere. A little over two months ago I decided to take advantage of the tire and rim insurance I pay monthly and replaced the rims on my leased car, a few weeks ago, I noticed what looks like shattering/peeling on all of the rims, I am no expert but this doest seem right. I attempted to schedule an appointment to drop off the car and have the rims looked at.The lady on the phone suggested transferring me over to someone for a recommended product I could use to fix my problem. My response; Umm no, I prefer to drop off the car, this should be cover by the insurance.Then the lady suggested, I take my car to a different dealership. My response; Ummm my lease is with AH, why would I take the car elsewhere?And last but not least, the lady suggested I drop off my car. My response, sure do you have a loaner available? The lady NO WE DONT HAVE ANY LOANERS My response; Wait, what? Can you please transfer me to your supervisor- puts me on hold for 26 minutes, and of-course the call dropped...
I would never ever recommend your service to anyone. You replaced a rack and pinion on a DTC code that showed an EPS system was the issue! Misdiagnosed the car and failed to honor the repair.I will be reporting this to BBB AND CONSUMER AFFAIRS. Your company is unprofessional and a rip off
I was promised a complimentary car wash. It wasn’t done. Appointment was at 10am. Didn’t leave until 1pm. They didn’t go by the appointment. It was first comes first served. My son had to come along and there is absolutely no space to have a child in there for that long. He is only 1 and gets bored very easily. People are friendly but space for seating is definitely not big enough for COVID regulations with the amount of customers there all at once. Work wise done to the car I think they do great.
Had an appointment to get a tire changed that was “covered under road hazard for 2 years” Was not actually true because the tire that I bought from Atlantic just 8 months prior was not covered under the warranty. Had to pay full price for the tire and on top of that my appointment was pretty much useless too. Waited over 3 hours for 1 tire to be changed. Will never be going back here again, please do yourself a favor when thinking of getting your car serviced here and don’t. Was quoted 2 hours max to get my car back. Place is ridiculous, such a poorly run service center, Do not go here.
I have always had positive experiences at this place. My fiancé has gotten two cars here and I just got my first car here ! Everyone works so hard to give you exactly what you need and to answer any questions you may have. Carlos helped me choose my car and showed me all of the features it offers! He even called me the day after to see how the car was and if I had any additional questions. Purchased a car from this dealership. I live in Connecticut while the dealership is in Long Island. When I arrived they have the vehicle out and waiting so I could take it for a test drive. They allowed me to take it on my own. That showed that they were more looking for me to buy the car instead of selling me a car. I really appreciate that. I felt 0 pressure to do anything other than what I was there for.June and Shamil did everything in their power to make my purchase and pick up extremely easy. So much to the fact I was still able to catch the 630pm ferry to make it home.
I had a oil change, New York State inspection and I asked for the tire rotation. When my car was done the technician said that I didn’t need a tire rotation to me that’s being very honest where they could’ve made money and just change the tires they said it was not needed at this time also the service person said you are getting a free car wash then you could go out to your car and pick it up it’s about done .excellent service

I have visited several different dealers and Atlantic honda always get my business. Best service provided in the whole NY state. From the secretary to the managers, amazing offers, always work out with you and make sure you leave happier than never. When you go in, ask for Janne... SHE’S THE BEST!!. I have bought two cars from her in less than a year and she continues with her outstanding customer service. I spoke to her several times about the car, the payment and all the details I needed to know, all over the phone which helped me since I have a busy schedule. I went in, and in a very few hours left the dealer with my new car and happy face. The business manager exceeds his job as well. Very honest and transparent people. The car was clean, waiting for me outside and with a full tank! Keep it up Atlantic honda staff, y’all rock!
I got my car back in December. I had a really great experience at this dealership. I was lucky enough to be paired with Di Lin. What I love most about working with Di is that he truly cares for his customers. He always calls me to check in with the car and make sure everything is good. I highly recommend seeking out Di if you plan on going to this Honda!
This place is a joke, I went in and a salesman approached me introduced himself, I told him I knew what I was looking for and that I was shopping for a number. He told me he had what I was looking for and lets go look at it. I told him I did not need to look at it because I already seen it and test drove it. Totally ignored me and made me follow him out into the back. He showed me the car and I told him once again I do not need to drive the car I am just looking for a price. He then told me his manager would not even talk numbers unless I took the car for a test drive. I told him 3 or 4 different things and he totally ignored me. I purchased three vehicles from Deena over at atlantic chevy and never had this problem I will never go back to atlantic. I hope it was worth ignoring your customer.
Since purchasing my 2020 Honda crv and having service it twice prior to this last time , my experience was good. This most recent one was a 3 hr servce maintenance. Everyone who came in included myself early morning left. I was there with everyone from noon appointment. When i ask they said car was almost done. Well i saw 12:30 and was very disappointed along with different price quoted for wheel alignment in addition when they finally said car is ready and gave me keys i had to asked am i supoose to service work area to retrieve my vehicle??? Horrible experience.
Just left Atlantic Honda BayshoreCame in for service and the girl behind the counter was braiding another girls hair. Waited and I watched untill she was good and ready, sorry to inconvenience you at work (just check out the video from my check in time and you will see). On a side note Bought car less than a year ago and have been in 2-3 times with issues that have been taken care of satisfactorily.Had an oil change (free)Tire rotation (I paid)The low tire pressure came on as soon as I got on the parkway headed home (I live 20+ miles away) What the? Isnt checking the tire pressure part of an oil change or at least a tire rotation?I was told also when they where taking off the front drivers tire that the nut and stud snapped due to someone cross threading it. They fixed it for free but how do I know if they werent responsible in the first place. I thank them for not charging but it still took a long time and then for tire pressure light to go on I mean what the?Also just noticed my inspection is up in July, hey wait isnt it July? I dont believe in my 30+ years of driving I have been to any service center and not been told that its time for an inspection if an inspection was due. The simple things that are overlooked cost customers time and I can tell you dealing with Atlantic Honda, they dont care about the customers time.I wish this were the first time I had an issue but its not, only the first time I decided to write about it.Initially when I got my 2018 Honda clarity I was very happy with my salesman Di (still am happy with him)But even though the service dept tries to be nice there comes a time, things add up.First time I took car in for a factory defect in seat to be fixed they gave me a loaner car that looked like very bad things were done inside of it, it was disgusting. I brought it to their attention 10 mins after I took it from lot. It smelled and was filthy.Second time I had to bring my car back because the hood had spots on it and of course had to be done on a different day than the first svc. Spots never came out and basically was told I had to live with it, even though those spots were documented by my salesperson DI on the day i took possession of it. From my experience if you want loyalty from a customer you should also be loyal to that customer.I am truly sorry I have to leave a review like this.
Overall I had a great experience shopping for my beautiful new car. The staff was very kind and informative which made it easy for me to make my decision. Only downfall was the amount of time it took to wrap everything up; but I guess that’s to be expected at a busy dealership on a Sunday. I left something in my old car by mistake and Q was kind enough to hold on to it for me until I was able to make it back to the dealership. I would refer my friends and family to Atlantic Honda and I will be returning as well.
Man, I can’t say enough about this place! It’s like your royalty here! They take such good care to pay attention to your needs! Service is the best on Long Island! You go anywhere else, your setting yourself up for some disappointment! From the free coffee, hot chocolate, small breakfast foods (bagels and such), complimentary nail shop, computer room, play room for the kids, a quiet or meditation room, clean bathrooms, very helpful, and friendly staff!!! If you go to any other Honda Dealer, your missing out!!!
I had an amazing car shopping experience. John Marshall was more than helpful. He understood my budget and my needs and delivered on an excellent deal. I couldn’t have been happier with his service and skills. I would definitely recommend John and Atlantic Honda and look forward to using them in the future!
I would’ve loved to have given Atlantic Honda a higher rating but unfortunately my visit was lackluster. I had a simple inspection on Saturday around 12pm. I arrived at 12:03 and one of the drivers took my civic right away which I was very happy about! Unfortunately, when I went inside is where the problems started. I stood there for 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me and my paper in hand (for the Inspection). The lady wasn’t the nicest of people but I brushed it off. After everything was taken care of I sat down for about 2 hours waiting for my civic. If my boyfriend had not had asked about my car they weren’t going to call me anytime soon!! Apparently my car was already completed and thankfully someone went to go get him. Really dissatisfied and disappointed since I love Atlantic Honda.
Although I am very happy with my vehicle I am not happy with the service or lack there of I received. The entire process felt very rushed. I understand they are there to make money but having some compassion and consideration would go a long way. I was there to buy a vehicle and had I have had a wonderful experience I would’ve recommended them to many of my friends and family looking for a car as well. The sales person kept viable information from me which has left me feeling robbed.
I had an issue with my 2020 Honda Pilot radio/bluetooth which they seemed to have fixed. However it would have been nice if they washed my vehicle. Overall the service was pretty good and Nick explained in detail what was being repaired on my vehicle and what to expect.
Considering i had an appointment to buy out my lease which they knew beforehand, all information should have been ready for me to review. I was told when i set appointment it should take approximately 30 minutes. I was there 2 12 hours which is ridiculous. I like my salesman Ive dealt with ;him on my last 3 leases however he set me up to answer questions on computer then disappeared. Came back printed and then disappeared. Honestly feel 3 hours sitting in a dealership is a bit much. Should come up with a better system. I wasnt the only customer there that day with same complaint.
SO rude and dismissive. I asked for a specific car and got called little lady while being interrogated about why I want that specific car and why dont I want a hybrid or this or that. The sales manager and a sales person debating my car preferences with me was not what I expected when I went looking for a Honda Fit. It was gross.No sales ppl in masks either, despite the mask required sign.
Went for an oil change. Work was done well and satisfactory as far as I know. However a simple oil change with an appointment took over 2 hours, and I needed to specifically ask about the carwash I was meant to get with my service (therefore extending the wait time). Very dissatisfied with time management.
The worst thing I could find, to sell you a car they serve you super well and when you are the first buyer supposedly they try to help you, but it is not like that, against Hispanics they are terrible but with Americans or another kind of person they serve them wonderfully, Now we are going to repair the Vehicle or whatever you take it to, with an appointment you have to wait between 2 and 3 hours, without an appointment I have been there more than 4 hours and giving you a bad service, and if they do it, they damage your car It comes out with some damage or something is done for you to take it back. Bayshore Atlantic Honda is the worst of the dealers. Pitifully. I do not recommend it, find another dealer.
Each person was extremely nice. Diego was very helpful, knowledgeable & even a little humorous. I told him I needed an AWD, V6 BUT the ride was the MOST important thing for me. I thought I would get a Passport but was THRILLED to end up in a Pilot! The ride is incredible and just what I told Diego I was looking for. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!!!
I have been buying cars from Atlantic Honda for years and have always had a great experience. Everyone is so helpful professional and friendly. It was a take it or leave it price.My only complaint is that once he knew the sale when I came back not personable. On the phone he was great. The finance department was wonderful. Absolutely horrible, the salesman was great but the manager was HORRIBLE. This dude whoever the closing manager was on 8/29/2021 was, had the nerve to come tell me that Hey we are 2 hours passed closing, whats the hold up, we all got families at home, then proceeded to stand over us as I spoke with insurance. If its wasnt for my wife, I would have walked out and went somewhere else. Next time you cant stay passed closing time, tell your sales people not to sell cars at 4pm on a Sunday. Horrible attitude and never buying a car from Atlantic Honda again. Still regretting the experience.
Service was great and seamless. The service tech who accepted my car as well as the service tech desk attendant who took my service request were nice, pleasant & courteous. The work was completed in a timely fashion. The attendant at the payment desk was expeditious and courteous and made sure I knew where to find my car.Thank you to the entire team for a job well done.

Bought a 2021 Honda Passport today and Joey Naim(our sales rep) you are the best!! It was by far the best. experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle! Spent an excruciatingly miserable week car shopping at other dealers and really thought I was not going to buy anything. So happy with my car and service at Atlantic Honda of Bayshore.
Usually pleased with the service. Not so much, this last time. I had an appointment for an oil change for 8:00 Friday morning. I dropped off my car Thursday night around 6:15. On the paperwork, I put that I needed the car at 10:00. I did not get a call from Honda, and called around 9:30. They said it would be another 30 minutes. I called again around 11:00 and they said maybe another 45 minutes. No communication initiated from them until 11:43, when I received a text message saying that they would update me via text. At 12:23, the texted again to say it would be ready in 10 minutes.When I picked it up, I commented at the cashier that I could not understand how it could take so long for an oil change that I had an appointment for. The cashier responded that they were running behind. I restated that I had an 8:00 appointment. She said - in a very condescending tone - What, youve never had to wait at a doctors office? I replied that I would not expect to wait for four hours if I had one of the first appointments of the day. I was really put off by the whole experience, but especially by the cashiers attitude.
Was able to get appointment for the following day for an inspection. Was seen as soon as I got there and waited in the socially distant waiting room. When told that I needed new tires, I opted to get them that day. Was not pushed into getting them right away. He kept telling me it was my choice. Was ready in a timely manner. I find everyone there very respectful and mindful of your time. Starting coming here a few years ago, after having to leave the dealer where I bought my car because they couldnt accommodate me (and Im retired!). I never had any issues getting appointments whenever I call here. Happy with the service department here.
We had to bring our 2021 Pilot in for routine service and brake inspection. Atlantic Honda/ Nick Frank took care of everything at minimal cost and with superior service. The facility had ample seating to wait, was clean, and had free WiFi so I could work while I waited. We were very pleased all around!
We went to buy a Honda Odyssey. Joel Nuñez, the salesperson, was extremely helpful. He showed us the models and told us about all the features. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He helped us get a new 2021 Odyssey for a great value. They assessed our trade in also and gave us a great price. Juan, the finance manager, is very helpful and did his best to get us the payments we wanted. Thank you so much!! Ample room between seats and plenty of room to work remotely while I waited (bring your own laptop), but free WiFi a huge bonus when taking work on the road! Cashier was pleasant and efficient and check out was quick. I was sort of sad to have to leave after the service was done. Honestly, most relaxing experience I’ve had in months! Visited Atlantic Honda for a persistent issue in the rear of my 2016 Honda Odd-essy.After diagnosing the issue, the tech informed me that he is 75% sure of the problem and that he would have it fixed by the next day and waived the $185.00 diagnose fee and i would only pay to correct the issue.Sure enough, in true Atlantic fashion, my issue was not fixed and forced to pay $600.00 for a part that was not broken!I will be sharing my experience with the Honda Corporation.I have bought 5 cars from this dealership and will never, ever step foot in there again.
I used the night drop to leave my car for service. Jessie was my advisor the next morning and she was so kind and informative. She let me know the worst case scenario in fixing my AC and she responded quick. I haven’t had the best luck at Honda dealerships but thanks to Jessie, I know I will return to Atlantic Honda. BAD PLACE TO COME.. CUSTOMER SERVICE HAD A BAD ATTITUDE BAD MANNERS. DONT COME TO THIS ONE. SALESMAN ARE ALWAYS HAPPY (off curse they want to sell) BUT WHEN YOU BRING THE VEHICLE FOR SERVICE IS ALWAYS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE .
AMAZING EXPERIENCE! In all the years of car shopping Honda In Bayshore was by far the best experience I’ve had. I met with Salesman Phillip Ward. I felt so lucky that he made me feel at home and comfortable. He treated me like a family member and truly understood and respected all my needs in a vehicle that I was purchasing for my son! The transaction was not only quick but most importantly Phil was efficient, patient, understanding, and took the time to explain everything to me to know that I was comfortable and happy with the deal. I went in to Atlantic Honda for an oil change and an inspection. one of my tires failed, but I had to run to a home therapy job for an autistic child that I could not change. A wonderful service manager named Anthony went above and beyond to accommodate me and make sure that all the work was completed. He was kind, friendly, and so respectful to me, which as a teacher I value so much.
I just had my car serviced at Atlantic Honda. As always the service advisor David Schweitzer went above and beyond to service and repair my car. Customer service and support is excellent. The technician who serviced my car resolved a hard to find problem as well as performed the usual maintenance I needed done. The technician and repair performed was outstanding and my car is working like new.
I went to this dealership to buy a used 2017 Honda Civic EX (Stock# U07687T) that was originally advertised for $17988. I liked the vehicle and offered $17000 for it which was rejected and that was perfectly fine. However, later in the day I noted that vehicle was actually reduced to $16988. When I called the dealership back asking them why they rejected my offer which was more than their currently advertised price and that Im interested in buying vehicle for advertised price; they noted that $16988 was in addition to $1995 down payment noted in the fine print. However, I told them that it is clearly written on their website that price is $16988 (See pictures below) and it is legally required to disclose total price upfront, they refused to adhere to it. In reality, when I look at the price of other vehicles at that dealership (Id looked through several other Honda Civics at this dealership), it was very clear that they did advertise this car of $16988 and its just that they didnt want to sell me at that price because they didnt want to look like idiots for rejecting my very fair offer in the first place and were using down payment as an illegal excuse for it. So, beware before you go to this dealership as they may engage in advertising malpractices to waste customers time and to trick them.
Professional no-pressure atmosphere!!! this was the fastest and easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. Shamil was very knowledgeable about the car I was buying. I already came in with the idea of what I wanted to get but he definitely help me get a better decision he went above and beyond to make everything go smoothly and Everyone is so nice and friendly highly recommend!!
I love dealing with Atlantic Honda in Bayshore. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable. From the sales team all the way to the service department. I was having some difficulty with my 2020 Honda Pilot as the radio was being fussy at times. A woman named Jessie B helped me check the car in. She was kind and able to understand what I was trying to describe the problem I was having. The car was dropped off at 7:30am and the car was repaired, including oil change by 11am. A++ employees, highly recommended for sales and service.
The staff was inviting, they’re great with answering questions. If you’re going to schedule to service your car, plan ahead at least a 2-3 hour wait time. I scheduled an inspection and took over 2 hours, and staff can’t do anything about that wait, unfortunately. Honda Atlantic in Bay Shore gets busy, plan ahead!
In the midst of the current chip shortage i was having my doubts that the car I had been searching for would even be a possibility. However when I arrived at Atlantic Honda I was greeted by Di who was both informative and inviting. He was able to work with me to get a price I was satisfied with and they even had the exact car I wanted on the lot. If you’re looking for a headache free car buying experience I’d recommend Asking for Di at Atlantic Honda.
Sales person Gene was good listener who responded to my questions accordingly. He understood what I was looking for and helped getting what I needed. He gave me all necessary information on vehicle and explained what was necessary going forward. All in all everyone I dealt with was helpful. Would have no problem recommending Atlantic Honda.
The service advisor was the best part of my experience which is the reason for the 1 star. He was upfront about the 2 hour wait for an oil change lol. Shame on me for going to the dealership for that. Anyway the wait that their loyal customers experience every single time they go there will be the reason for max 1 star. Theres a simple answer too, stop over booking. No matter what work Ive had done on my car, no matter what time of day or day of the week its always the same story for over 3 years lol.
The check in for service was fairly quick. The check out to get my car was kinda slow. The cashier was quick but I waited like 20 minutes and no one came to bring my car to me. So I had to return back to cashier and she got someone to get it for me after waiting for a bit more time. Otherwise people n service was good.
Alex, the service personnel kept me updated on the progress of my car. The waiting period was acceptable. Service department waiting area iis clean and friendly,, while set up to adhere to social distancing protocol. I love going to Honda service to get my car done. I wouldnt change going there for anywhere.
I had an 8:15 appointment for an inspection and oil change. I did not leave until 10:30. It was very crowded, not enough seats for all that were waiting. During the pandemic there was less People and I did not wait as long.Service was good my car runs great but car wash was not working so I didnt get a clean car back.
I met with Alex E. for a my vehicle purchase and he walked me through the process with kid gloves showed me several vehicles within my budget until we found the right one. He was very upfront and honest and no hidden fees or costs there was no pitchy salesman thing going on and I was very comfortable. He was very professional and knowledgeable and such a sweetheart. I had an absolute amazing experience here. After going to three dealer ships (Paragon Honda, Hillside Honda and Valley Stream Honda) trying to purchase a car and walking out disappointed and empty handed. John Marshall was able to help me walk out of the dealer within 2.5 hours with a brand new car! It was the best straight forward experience. John worked hard to assist my car needs and get the process going as quickly as possible.
I was very disappointed , i had a 10am appointment on Saturday for an oil change and i was there almost four hour, three hour and forty five minutes to be exact. i think thats not acceptable especially when i had an appointment, then i was told my brakes are bad at 2mm and i wasnt even giving the opportunity to change it then and there
My service technician David was fantastic! He went above & beyond to help get my car repaired. Now that I think of it, my car was having these issues within my first year of the lease every time the weather was bad. I thank him for listening to my complaints as finding someone to properly diagnosis the problem.I will definitely will be purchasing my next vehicle from Atlantic Honda. Service used to be good when i bought the car in May 2015. Now, i hate to go there but i have no choice.You have an average waiting period of 2hrs 30 min, even if you are having an OIL CHANGE.Service representative are extremely poor when it comes to communications/customer service.They wont answer your queries in a simple but rather confusing manner. NOT VERY GOOD AT CUSTOMER SERVICE.I think once they sell you the vehicle, they just dont care at all.I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

I bought a 2021 Honda CRV that is giving me problems since day 1 of purchase. My CarPlay is blurry all the time. when I use the maps I constantly get lost because of the quality of the vision of the screen. I have to unplug and plug back my phone so many times to get the screen to work properly. The screen and headlights had gone on night mode on me 3 times during the day, am and early afternoon and again I couldn’t see a thing on my screen just that those times it was a different problem. Also the sound on the speakers while playing music went crazy, it worked fine on Bluetooth but once I connected the phone to CarPlay it sounded like a pillow was blocking the sound. I called the salesman John Marshall right when the blurry screen started to happen (when the SUV had 70 miles on it) and he said it was my phone connection, ok I let it go and kept checking on the connection. Phone was full of reception and kept happening. So all this time they blamed it on my phone so I decided to upgrade from iPhone 11 Pro Max to iPhone 12 Pro Max to see what happens, same thing!!!! I tried with my friend’s phone and same problem!!!!I went for service to Atlantic Honda in Bayshore (where I bought the car) and after 3 long hours now they say that my iPhone will have to be updated and that the problem would get fixed. Ok, I left and the same blurry screen came up as soon as I started driving home. I called and they said they were fully booked for the day and that they would book me another appointment, just imagine after the 3 hours I was there and with an unsolved issue, do you think I’d like to go back??? No right? Ok. Ohh and they didn’t want to provide a loaner because ‘’ they were going to finish real fast’’ they kept saying that for 3 hours.I’ve been driving with a blurry screen and car that goes on dark mode on me during the day till my second service is up. 2nd time I went for service first thing I asked for was a loaner because I knew how long it was going to take, they said they didn’t have any. Ok I waited 1 hour and half and still my car was not touched at all, still sitting in the parking lot.I went to the sales building and asked to speak to a manager, Sales manager Fred Mcdaniels assisted me; I explained to him my situation, how unhappy and frustrated I was because of the defective car they sold me and the fact that they weren’t even providing me with a loaner and I got one right away! So they had a loaner all the time I was there, I guess I just needed to speak to a higher up. Soooo ridiculous! I wasted 1.5 hours with no need. I drove to Shirley from there 30mins and 45mins back in rush hour with againnnnnn a blurry screen and with a possible dark mode in daytime. They said they fixed it and is happening again! Please note I’ve spent 2 days off work dealing with this. Is important to mention that service agent Anthony drove my suv with his phone connected to CarPlay and same blurry screen came up and he witnessed it.****** Update!!! 06/24/2021******After leaving this review I was contacted immediately by the Service Manager Chris to address the situation, he asked me to bring the car back to perform a throughout investigation of the problem, he offered me a loaner which is great and a relieve.After Manager Chris contacted me the screen stopped going blurry and the night mode during day time hasn’t happened and same with the sound. So it seems like whatever they did the 2nd time needed some time to work. They reseted the screen. I decided not to bring the vehicle the 3rd time because the screen seems fine now. Chris called me because I didn’t show up and I explained to him that everything is working now and that I didn’t want to look stupid. He told me to contact him right away if the issue starts to happen again. I’m very pleased with his treatment and service, he seemed very interested in helping to resolve the problem. So from 1 star I go to 4 because of Chris’ effort and customer service.
I’m not really too sure where to start with Atlantic Honda other than the worst car buying experience I have ever had in my life (used car sales) I wish I can give this dealership the 0 stars they deserve starting with the financing department. If you do buy a car from here, read and re read and have someone else read the contract because they are infamous for adding fees, changing the price of the car and double charging you things. Sadly this is how they do business at Atlantic. The salesman was great- obviously because he wanted to make a sale. Once you get to financing your world is going to be turned upside down- I have a 780 credit score so I can only imagine what they do to people who have lesser credit scores. Do your research and stay away from Atlantic Honda they still scam you till you walk out the door, sadly I learned this hard way!
I leased a car 6 months ago from Atlantic Honda who failed to include a wheel lock in the bag of lug nuts. So, when I got a flat tire this week I was told I would need to have roadside assistance tow my car to the dealer. Ok fine no problem. Only they also never signed me up for the roadside assistance that is supposed to come complimentary with the lease. I had to pay out of pocket for a tow back to the dealer, which was $250. Then I was told when I got there my tire would be $230 to fix. I have been calling every day to speak with a manager about getting reimbursed for the tow, since it was due to their negligence that I had to pay their expense. I finally received a call, 4 days later and was told the manager didn’t have the power to make that decision. He told me he would speak with his boss in 30mins and call me back. Which didn’t happen. Then I received a text to leave them a review. LOL
David was excellent. He explained everything and went out of his way to serve me. I was seen on 1/25 at the Atlantic Honda Bay Shore location. I would go back again and have him help me. All my needs were met that day with great follow-up advice to keep my car running beautifully
The experience was alright. The good: they knew what they were doing, on top of their car knowledge, they were able to help with certain parts of the process that got sticky. The bad: our agent kept dissapearing and the whole thing from start to finish took forever. No one went over my financing options with me. I had been prequalified at a rate that was a percentage point and a half lower than what i ended up getting, and have to now go refinance. The warranty guy was pushy and rude. But the car is amazing, clean, works well, and the guys were helpful with showing me the bells and whistles. All in all it was an average experience, not one Im hoping to repeat anytime soon.
I dropped off my car at 9:30am for an oil and filter change. I wasn’t waiting there and didn’t ask to use the shuttle or a loaner car so this should have been easy. Five hours later, at 2:30pm, after not receiving any word of my car, I texted and called. I was told my car wasn’t done yet. I let them know I was coming to pick it up anyway, complete or not, as I have 3 kids to pick up from school buses and that over 5 hours for an oil change was ridiculous. I got there 10 minutes later and miraculously, the car was now finished. Not really sure if the work was done or not. They charged me $57.95. No new “next oil change due” sticker was in the car either. Strange. In checking out, the cashier was on a phone call with her mother and it took 10 more minutes to check out. She never got off the phone. I have had 2 prior issues with this service center and will not be returning.
Smooth and quickest purchase experience.zaid alnasour was my sales representative and he was very helpful . I went to multiple dealers before making a stop and and had to back out of the deal when it came to sign all the fees/warranty was added without telling me but not at Atlantic Honda. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a smooth experience.
I was referred to Atlantic Honda by my sister, who delt with Diego. She purchased a 2020 Pilot. My appointment was for 9:45 a.m. I got there at 9:20 a.m. and was greeted by Diego right away. My experience with him was amazing. He is patient, kind and straight forward. I checked out 3 cars, and for each car, Diego explain every detail of each vehicle. My husband and I recently purchased a car at Atlantic Honda, we were treated amazing as soon as we walked in we felt welcomed. Eugene was excellent!! He was very friendly , professional, made us feel very comfortable from beginning to end. Treated us like friends . I have never met such a nice car salesman like Eugene, he even bought us pizza while we waited . He’s a blessing! Financial team was very professional and pleasant also. Overall I am extremely happy and satisfied with my new car and thanks to Eugene and the entire Atlantic Honda team for making this process as pleasant as possible.
Second time I have been to the service dept since leasing the vehicle. Next time I will go to another dealership for service. I had an appointment for NY state inspection. I waited over an hour an a half before I was called and told that they recommended rotating the tires. I asked how long it would that take. I was told 10-15 minutes. So I said ok well it took another half hour. Two hours for an inspection with an appointment is ridiculous!Meanwhile there were a lot of people in the waiting area and during my 2 hours there was no one that did any cleaning or sanitizing of the chairs or tables in the area as people were coming and going. No regard for customer health and safety.
I dropped my car off to get the steering column greased due to a clicking sound when I turned the wheel, I asked them to also rotate my tires, I was always under the assumption that when your tires get rotated they should also be balanced. That night while driving I noticed a shimming in my front wheels once I went past 70 mph. Due to my hectic work Schedule I had to bring it to another auto place to get my tires balanced, hence to say once that was done there was no more front end shaking. You think the mechanics at Honda would know what to do. Needless to say I’m done with Atlantic Honda.

2022-03-01I work overnights and my car began shaking while driving home one morning. My usual mechanic advised me to use a dealership because of my current warranty. From the first phone call Atlantic Honda was so easy to work with. They were able to get my car in that same morning and completed it by 1:30pm. They guided me through the entire process using my warrantee and answered every question. Nothing was done without my approval. When I went back to pick up my car the gentleman saw me checking out and came over to review the work that was done and make sure I was happy. This will be my go to shop for as long as I own my Honda.

All was covered under Warranty and you even washed my car. Wonderful customer service and nice clean airy facility- I hope to be a return customer of the service department and maybe even the dealership- I am on my 3rd Honda after transitioning from Toyota. 2022-02-05As I walked in for an oil change, I mentioned to David (sales rep) of my heating not working properly, David looked at me like I was crazy , I know the obvious it’s cold outside , but the heating is more delayed than normal.Second problem, I asked David for a courtesy car to get to my appointment being my car was going to be there for a while . He didn’t want to give me a courtesy car and had several lies about it. Then I asked Kris Hernandez (sales rep) and she was totally understanding and willing to help me. Then I double checked w Alex the manager and he also was understanding. Them both combined helped me to get a courtesy car. Then David tried to sugar coat it. When my car was ready to be checked out he tells me to give him a good feedback on the survey. Like really? No. I will say the truth of the service I received. He definitely didn’t set the right tone to represent Honda and I would highly prefer to not have him as my sales rep For my next car maintenance appointment.

2021-11-24My husband has been purchasing and leasing cars from this dealerships for the last 5 years, and while the sales employees are nice, the service center is an absolute joke. My husband brung my 2021 Honda passport for its first oil change today. When he got it back, he noticed this dent and scratch on the hood of the car that wasn’t there before. My husband is an car enthusiast and notices every little thing on cars. He takes my car to work daily, and would have noticed this prior, or heard if something hit it while driving. When he approached the service department, he asked to speak to the manager. They brung him to some lady after some time, he doesn’t even know who she was as she never identified herself. She was waiting with camera footage to show him when he first arrived to see if they could see if the dent was already there. She showed him the footage and proceeded to tell him the dent was already there. From the camera footage, you couldn’t really tell, he asked her if she could zoom in or make it clearer and she responded, how much clearer do you want it. She also began to explain that if someone did damage it, they would report it. But that’s a lie as 2 vehicles we have received from here we’re damaged previously while in there care. Our first car we ever leased, they went to go detail and the guy scratched the whole rim on the curb and didn’t say anything. We had to point it out Before we even left the lot. And my husband bought a type r from them as well, and he was getting a tire changed and they scratched the whole rim again without reporting it. So I have no faith in these employees reporting any damage they do to cars as this would be the third time. I guess it’s our fault for still using them after all the times they have disappointed us. Lesson learned.

2022-03-29I arrived at Atlantic Honda for my appointment on time I was greeted Wright away told the service person what I was there for he also suggested a few things that I overlooked and would never thought of told me what the price would be before the work started. I waited about 1 n half hour in there waiting area very nice by the way called me on my phone told me I was done.great job. P.s.i always learned never rush your mechanic I left with my car running as smooth as the day I bought it

2022-01-18From the lady @ the front desk as soon as I walked in the door, to the first salesman: Zaid to approach Me, to finance office, to the ladies assisting with all the paperwork procedures, Bay Shore Honda has treated Me so great with concern, care and professionalism, I will most definitely be purchasing another vehicle from them in the future. As well as recommending all My friends & family to do so as well. Bravo! Oh, and a special acknowledgment to staff from all throughout the dealership such as: Samantha Vargas, Kris, John + James. 2022-02-18It would be nice if they honored appointment times. Waited 3 hours for an oil change, inspection, tire rotation and wheel alignment. Also, when they take you in, they send a text to your phone letting you that you’ll be updated regarding service. Never got a reply when I texted after the 2 hour mark asking for an ETA, so you can chalk this up to a communication breakdown. Paid $278 for an oil change, inspection, tire rotation and wheel alignment for a 2020 Honda CR-V … I may have to weigh the decision about continuing to have Atlantic Honda service my vehicle or find some place local.
