2021-12-03I have been sending money to my mother in Colombia for a long time and I have also sent boxes, I had never had a problem until the owners decided to change and use the services of Serranoga it has been the worst I send 3 boxes and all have been problems they charged me an extra 70 dollars why The box was spent for 20 dollars, another box is lost, they have spent it traveling all over Bogota and it still has not reached its destination. The comments about the services of servntadorga are the worst irresponsible, they never answer unfulfilled and the people are very rude to attend the People after this bad experience I will not use your services anymore I do not recommend them 😡😡😡👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
