2018-06-18I would have given them a 5 if the service I received in store was like what I received on the phone. The woman on the phone was polite courteous and as helpful as she could be. When I walked into the store the service was not the same. I called another Pool Company from their parking lot and they were more than happy to assist me in ordering what I needed.
