The absolute BEST experience working with Atlas. I had a leak in my house, so naturally I called my insurance company. They sent someone out to assess the damage and give me some low ball estimate on what it would cost to repair. I tried my best to negotiate with them, but had no luck. I consider myself a pretty savvy negotiator too, but I was really striking out... thats when I reached out to Atlas. The claims director, Kayia, did an amazing job for me. She sent out an adjuster within a few days and provided me with updates throughout the process. They wrote up a comprehensive estimate and completely took over from that point. Mike negotiated with my insurance company and in a few weeks I received a check that covered all of the damage! I cant thank the team at Atlas enough. Im a true believer in the value they bring, and I would happily recommend them to any of my close friends and family. Theyre the best in the business - period.
They came as a recommendation and they were superb. Called them the next after a flood in my basement. Found me a restoration company that came within a few hours later after every company said 2 weeks. They made my insurance claim super easy. I just sat back and they did all the work. On April 26th I got a devastating call that my house was on fire in the Bronx, this was one of the worse feelings I ever had, thank God no one got hurt. To make things short the insurance company did not want to pay. I met with Anthony Fico from ATLAS ADJUSTMENTS and they fought for me like it was their own home was on fire or destroyed. They resolved the issue and gave me the money for all the repairs. I could go on to describe some more how great the ATLAS TEAM was to me and my family but it was simply a relief to be treated with respect when you feel like your world is crumbling around you. 10 months ago during the midst of COVID-19 a fire destroyed my home and I felt hopeless. The morning after the fire I prayed and asked God for guidance . Later that day I was contacted by Christian, who introduce himself as an adjuster form Atlas Adjustment, I had no idea what that was but then he just told me that he will take care of everything. My adjuster, Christian, negotiated everything for me, and won an excellent settlement. He and his team, the names I remembered are Michael, Anthony and many others did all the work. They contacted everyone, (the builders, insurance, movers and more) who went above and beyond in the restoration, and did it all with the amount of the settlement. The best part was knowing that the people they choose to complete the job were professional, proficient, and experienced in what they did for me and my family. There was no fretting, no worries, no anxiety, they just did the job set before them with awesome results. That was the BEST that anyone could have asked for. I am so thankful for Atlas Adjustments, they have helped me with multiple incidents in two of my properties in the Bronx and in Brooklyn! I cant recommend Atlas Adjustments enough, I unknowingly started my insurance reimbursement process without a public adjustor and after getting my initial (not nearly enough) payment I couldnt get my insurance company to respond to me at all. We had a major leak from our dishwasher that led to extensive damage to our kitchen and basement. The amount the insurance company gave me didnt even come close to what the actual cost was. I contacted Atlas and worked with Christian and from that moment on the process was seamless. Christian was always available and kept me in the loop at every step. In the end Atlas ended up getting us over double the initial payment and we were able to do all our needed repairs with no problem at all. Working with Atlas was hands down the best decision we could have made.
When we had a fire at our home, one of the firefighters recommended we get a pubic adjuster. Without that endorsement, we would have been skeptical of the whole thing, but we are so happy we listened and Atlas found us. Atlas has been with us every step of the way making us feel completely taken care of and completely in the know.Junior was the first person we interacted with. He held our hand from the day he came to tell us about Atlas and had his colleague on the phone with our insurance adjuster within 15 minutes- someone we had been trying to reach for over 12 hours. Atlas Adjusters in an excellent company to work with. I recently had a flood in my condo. Atlas was immediately there to help. Kayia handled my claim from beginning to end with great efficiency and knowledge. Dealing with fire in the house can be very distressing Atlas associates were all extremely helpful, professional, reliable and courteous. They dealt with my insurance claim from start to finish, did not leave any stone unturned to get every cent needed from homeowner insurance, handled every detail and communicated with me along the way. They also made proper recommendations for mitigating company, contractors etc, and got us situated during the work when we could not safely stay in the house. Always going out of their way to provide top notch service. I could not recommend Atlas more highly!
I tragically lost my grandmother to a house fire in December 2020. She was 96 years old and had lived in that home for almost 60 years. My mother was pulled from a window and my little cousin barley made it out. My aunt succumb to worsening health conditions 6 weeks later! Our family was completely devastated. Stricken with grief we started the insurance process and then a friend suggested using a public adjuster and gave my aunt the phone number to Atlas!When I first met Anthony my first question was why do we need you? I quickly came to understand....homeowner beware......DO NOT SETTLE AN INSURANCE CLAIM WITHOUT A PUBLIC ADJUSTER! The role of the public adjuster is to comb through every item in your house and make sure the insurance company pays you for everything they owe you, including contents and building structures. My insurance company initially offered me about 300k. I thought it was a great offer, little did I know that the expense to fix the home would be so much greater and we were entitled to so much more! Atlas was able to help secure almost 3 times that amount!The last thing that anyone needs after such a horrific event is a painful lost to an insurance company that takes advantage of you.....but thats when we met Anthony and Myra! Anthony and Myra became my friend! Sometimes they were just a shoulder to cry on. I am sure that there are many public adjusters out there but I am NOT sure that you will get the service that Atlas provides. I would highly recommend them to anyone experiencing a home emergency! We didnt think we needed the help of an adjuster until we realized that we were not equipped to negotiate when the insurance company came back with a number that clearly didnt cover the cost of rebuilding our home after it was gutted by a fire. I almost gave up when a couple adjusters informed me that we were too late in the process for anything to be done. Luckily, I called Atlas. They said they could help and they came through: they got the insurance company to pay about 40% above the number they first gave us. Anthony and his colleagues were consistently pleasant, professional, responsive, and reassuring (without overselling). We would have saved ourselves a lot of stress if we had called Atlas right away.

I wasnt reffered to Atlas, I did an internet search and found what turned out to be the best thing I could have ever done. My loss occurred about a year ago and is just reaching completion. I dont know how I would have made it without the help of Atlas. They handled the insurance and also helped me with my contractor in getting proper documents submitted. I believe I got much more out of my claim with there help. Never have I heard about public adjusters, but as I was sharing the devestation that happened at my home in a small group Alan Reached out and let me know he could assist me and my family. After my insurance gave me an estimate Alan & his team were able to get my insurance company to negotiate double what they offered. I thank God for Alan and his team because during the stressful time my family had to stay in a hotel for a month they were there to guide us and comfort us through this hard time. We will forever be grateful for the work Atlas Adjustments has done for us. When our house caught an electrical fire within the 1st week of purchase, we were at a complete loss. Practically, no one can really be prepared for a devastating fire and the anxiety that follows. We had no clues about -- what to do, and who to reach for help. I stopped taking all the fire chasers calls to approach the disaster in somewhat calm manner. I thought life can’t stop while my house is rebuilt. In retrospect, it was such a great thing that I called Atlas to help me navigate that extremely difficult time and circumstances.My public adjuster Anthony Fico reassured and guided me every step of the way. With Atlas at my side, there were many unknown, unpleasant, difficult tasks I did not have worry about. After a major fire in a rental house I own, I contacted Atlas Adjustments because they had a professional-looking website. It proved to be a wonderful decision. My adjuster, Christian, negotiated everything for me, and won an excellent settlement. He put me in touch with a fine builder, who went above and beyond in the restoration, and did it for the amount of the settlement. The best part was knowing that someone with far more experience and expertise than I was taking care of things--no fretting, no worries, no anxiety. This, to my mind, was well worth the fee, and my advice to anyone who has an insurance loss is--hire a good adjuster. I did!
I want to thank Anthony Fico for his quick response on the day I lost my store to a fire. He was highly recommended by my daughter’s Godmother Tania. He goes above and beyond, stayed with my husband for more than 4 hours that day. He cares about you and we are more than fortunate to have met a great person. My insurance broker was so rude to him and I do apologize for that guy’s attitude. Never experienced this type of situation but that day I got to see that Anthony cares to help hard working people. Atlas was great. I recommend them highly. Thank you Mike, Anthony and Kayia.I had a very unpleasant experience with insurance company ... all they did was prevaricate, deny and delay for about 6 weeks ... until they heard I had hired Atlas. Then ... as if by magic ... the insurance company had 3 different executives with important sounding titles call me, tell me they were my friend, advise me that I did not need an adjuster and assure me that they were there to take care of me. It was a master piece of BS. Mike, Atlas reputation as someone insurance companies should fear is well earned.Special thanks to Anthony who knew all the games the insurance company plays, hired a structural engineer and worked the various insurance company adjusters until the insurance company went from trying to cover about 15% of the repair costs until they agreed to cover all of the repair costs.Special thanks to Kayia who took care of all of the details with patience and a smile and made coordination with the insurance company, the contractor and the loan servicer easy.Atlas is the best!!!
Overall I had a fantastic experience with Atlas through everything! My business caught fire and we had to shut down for a long time but Atlas helped us get everything straight and everything is beginning to work well again. I recommend that anyone who has these sorts of issues should use this company! They work so well with the customer to make sure everything is right.
Anthony and Talissa from Atlas handled my complicated insurance case. My neighbors house had a massive fire and my house suffered heavy smoke damage. Unluckily me and the neighbor had the same insurance company and same insurance adjuster. The insurance company dragged their feet for months and it was 4 months before I realized they were purposefully dragging out the process.Thats when I called Atlas. Honestly I don’t know where we would’ve been without these guys. We had what appeared to be something called an “puff back” meaning that the boiler did not ventilate properly and caused soot throughout the house. What might’ve been considered a minor loss with my insurance company got me a $43,000 settlement. We can now repair our house completely into our satisfaction. Thank you atlas!
Just as PSA in case you ever have damage to your home. Our recent damage was a learning process for us, but basically when you have damage, the insurance company tries to figure out how to payout as little as possible. We had a fire sprinkler malfunction and dump a ton of water water all over our 1st floor. After we filed the claim, our first minor request was denied. I read up on public adjusters (something I knew nothing about...its like hiring a defense attorney to make sure that the insurance company reimburses you what youre entitled to), and decided to hire Atlas Adjustments. Anthony showed up the next day, and explained all of the issues that get missed if you dont understand the process. We hired then and didnt have to deal with anything from that point forward. They handled all communications and paperwork with the insurance company. My final estimate was ~4x what was originally being discussed by the insurer. I only wish I hired Atlas earlier in the process. They dont get paid unless you do, so its no risk. If you find yourself in a similar situation...keep them in mind!

Atlas adjustments was instrumental in bringing us some peace of mind after my moms basement was destroyed by an electric fire. They showed up within 30 minutes of us calling the fire department, provided us with great counsel and knew exactly what needed to happen and took care of everything. They successfully negotiated on our behalf with the insurance company and got us much more in terms of reimbursement than we would have gotten on our own. This is because they are knowledgeable and know how to work the insurance system for optimal results. Anthony was our point of contact. He is amazing. We had a flood from a bursted pipe in our first floor. A family friend told us that if it was his house he would hire an adjuster. At first I didn’t think it was necessary, but after a couple of phone calls with the insurance company we realized we needed help. We did our research and decided to call Atlas. We had a water/sump pump back up in my new home, which flooded our whole brand new finished basement with 6 inches of water. What a pleasure it was to work with the WHOLE team. Atlas Adjustments team saved us from the DOB and insurance foolery to give us less than what we deserved. when our house got burned down in (2019)the DOB gave us an outrageous fine that totaled (900,000), with false claims in an effort to make our family loose are home. But, god had other plans. At first we didnt want to work with Atlas (fear, anxiety and feeling overwhelmed) from our home just burning, but the representative their named Junior and the Supervisor made us feel comfortable. they were the firs faces at the scene of the fire.they were relatable. they werent talking money and pushing their services, instead they SHOWED us through their actions what was important to them. they were with us the whole day as we spoke to different people .They seemed to make sure our needs were first. As a result we kept their services.Through the process they worked hand and hand with us without issue. They are ALWAYS available and if busy they will contact you right away. Anything we needed they assisted. Atlas started on our home right away, taking pictures and video of everything. The 3D video technique used we were able to take to court against the DOB and prove what we needed to in order to save our home. that was a great day. something we would have not been able to do without them.In addition, Christian and Junior educated us on the process and what to be expecting . we made constant phone calls to them but they showed us nothing but professionalism and desire to make sure we got what we needed. Our settlement was more than what we expected. they fight. and fight and fight. The insurance company wanted to give us less than what our policy allowed and they made sure that didnt happen. Atlas helped me immensely. After showing my insurance policy to a local adjuster and was told that I was going to have problems with insurance coverage, my brother recommended Atlas. They were able to work with my insurance company and help me get payment for all of the damages. They did virtually ALL of the work, all of the settling, all of the discussions and meetings with the insurance. It is an extremely distressing experience when you have thousands in bills and it seems like there is no hope but they were there. Extremely professional and everyone I have spoken to was very kind and patient. If I were to do it again I would let them handle the repairs as well because that turned out to be a huge hassle. On 7.11.2021, 2000 Square feet on my millwork shop [the main production floor area] went under 30 of water. This was no small disaster, the dozen pieces of equipment were very sophisticated German and Italian machines. Wide belt sanders, CNC, Moulders, numerous shapers etc. I started out going it alone, as I am a Complete Control Freak when it comes to my business [not so much at home, wife in charge]. Anyway, when the insurance company began to run me around a bit, Atlas was recommended to me by a friend and I called Anthony. Short story, best call I ever made. It was difficult to relinquish control for sure, but Kayia took over and and her team went far above and beyond the call of duty. They brought in specialists to access the equipment damage, loss of materials [1000+ bf of mahogany and other domestic hardwoods floating around] and so many other things I would have dismissed. I would have caved to the insurance company far sooner, but they were tough, stayed the course and got me, arguably, double what I probably would have settled for [given the pressures of needing to get it behind me and move on with my workload]. They made sure I had progress payments in hand to make critical repairs to resume production throughout the process. God has special place for people like these...its called Heaven
I suffered a loss at my house last year and StateFarm outright refused to pay a reasonable amount to repair my roof. After they completed multiple inspections they kept saying that their “expert contractor” felt there was no storm related damage and that the damage was due to lack of maintenance. This simply was not true! Atlas Adjustments demanded appraisal and the settlement came back over four times higher than the insurance company’s offer. Atlas’s entire team was helpful and and we’re able to help me. Don’t wait until it’s too late! Atlas should be your first call.”
I worked with Atlas over 15 months from April 2018 through June 2019, following a disaster where a huge tree fell on a house, coming through the roof and the ceiling of multiple rooms. This event precipitated problems involving mold, asbestos, replacement of sheetrock, moving of personal effects and so forth for a six-figure insurance settlement. They were fantastic, tracked innumerable tasks, were on top of all communications, and I couldnt recommend them more highly. You will be armed with the best of the best, when you hire Atlas!
We honestly can not thank Christian and the whole Atlas Team enough for all the hard work they have done. I give Atlas Adjustments 5 STARS and a PERFECT 10!!! I would give them 10 stars if I could!! We had a major flooding issue with our Yonkers home and thankfully we found Atlas. Atlas was a life saver and their help allowed us to keep our home without going broke!! When you are dealing with a large insurance company it can be daunting. Insurance companies are huge and their goal is to keep your reimbursements as low as possible. If we hadnt hired Anthony at Atlas our claim probably would have been rejected. If we were rejected it would have cost my family almost $100,000. Atlas was able to get us about 90% of the money for our claim and they had to work very hard to get us that amount. The insurance company made things difficult but Atlas never wavered. Anthony and his team were very diligent, extremely professional, polite, so patient and most of all determined to help in our time of financial need. Anthony Fico is Amazing!! Im no genius but after hiring Atlas Adjustments I feel like the smartest guy on the planet!! HIRE Atlas!! No, Im not related to Anthony, but he fought for my family and made me feel as though I was his favorite brother. Its a no brainer. It doesnt cost you a dime to hire them because they are reimbursed by the insurance company so you never deal with that part of it. We had a significant amount of water damage to out property and the insurance company wanted to walk away with bare minimum. I recieved a referral to Atlas and glad I reached out to them, was way more than what I expected in terms of responsiveness and execution. I highly recommend them for any insurance related claims. No one would help me, tell me what to expect or explain how to begin to recover. This company worked substantially and hastily to get my family of six temporarily settled not more than a mile from our home. This allowed us to keep our original life schedule. In January, 2019 a fire completely gutted our 1960 house in Northern Westchester, where our family had lived for 45 years. We were underinsured due to our insurance carrier’s policy of looking for asbestos in all fire-damaged buildings, and finding it. The “asbestos cleanup” and demolition, put us under.Thanks to Mike Bilt and his team (Christian, Teuta, Hawthon) from Atlas, we survived – both financially and psychologically (!). They worked extremely hard to facilitate collecting the maximum allowed by our policy, were prompt and available when needed, helped with pointing us in the direction of relevant/honest contractors, and were always professional and friendly. Notably, they seemed to maintain positive relationships not only with us, their customers, but also with the insurance company reps. I suffered a large fire in my house last year which originated in the neighboring building. The damage was immense and the entire home was effected. I immediately got in touch with Anthony and his office after a family friend highly recommended them. From that day theyve worked closely with me in trying to settle a fair claim with my insurance company. They treated me as their client which is what you would expect your insurance company would do, but unfortunately its not the reality. They guided me through the process and worked first hand with my insurance company (Allstate btw), and contended with them any time they felt an estimate was too low or a evaluation was taking too long, etc. In the end they helped me settle with my insurance company for more than what I thought was fair and expected. Nobody expects nor wants to have to face an uphill battle with their insurance company to settle on funds to fix their house to the condition before a fire (or other event). That is what you pay them for in the first place, correct? Well Id definitely recommend Anthony and his company if you find yourself in that unfortunate position.

Atlas Adjustments and Michael Bilt are very good at what they do. I had a terrible water leak in my coop kitchen from an upstairs apartment. It caused mold in my kitchen to which I am highly allergic. My own insurance company dragged their feet and low balled me on the costs of repairs. Without Mike I might still be fighting my insurance company.
When something happens to your own it is beyond devastating. Having people on your team to help is so important. Atlas supported us in receiving what we needed and wanted. Thanks so much.

I’m writing this review to highly recommend Atlas Adjusters, Mike and Jalissa went above and beyond for me and my family, we had a flood in our home June of 2020 which damaged all three floors to our home, within days Mike was at our door offering his services, which included getting us out of our now mold ridden home and into a hotel immediately… They fought tooth and nail to get us everything we were entitled to..Our insurance called in Servpro to place dehumidifiers all over our home in the middle of June, never tried to find us hotel accommodations, Mike and his team had us out in two days once hearing of this..Jalissa was in touch frequently keeping us informed every step of the way..We now have a newly, beautiful renovated home thanks to Atlas!!Five Star Service⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

On November 6th we experienced a serious puff back in our house. Essentially our boiler backfired causing the house to be engulfed with smoke and soot. I called a friend for advice who recently experienced the same type of problem. I was urged to call Mike Bilt from Atlas adjustments. Mike is a public adjuster and EVERY home owner should know what a public adjuster is and what they do! Mike and his team arrived at my house within hours and quickly started the process of getting my house cleaned and back in order. Mike took charge of the situation which in turn put my family at ease and helped reduce some of our stress from a very awful situation. I can not find the proper words to thank Mike and his team as they truly helped my family through a disaster!!!
We had a busted pipe that caused pretty serious damage to our flooring and drywall in one of our rental properties in Westchester, county. . There was a lot of mold inside the frame work, and the insurance company wasn’t very helpful and said they would only cover $4500 after our deductible keep in mind the general contractor gave us a quote of $35,000. A friend of mine knew someone that worked with these public adjusters and got me their info. I had no idea what public adjusters were or what these guys did, but apparently they were able to get the insurance company to cover all of the damage which exceeded The original quote from the GC. If you ever have any damage at all, do yourself a favor and talk to these guys before excepting what your insurance company is going to give you. It literally saved us over $30,000. Highly recommend Atlas... these guys are our heros. If you live in Yonkers and have a fire or any other insurance claim, these guys are awesome.

Liz at atlas was amazing. Explained everything that I needed to know. My family and I had suffered from a pipe that bursted from the 2nd floor all the way to the basement. This is something that has never happened to me or my family and I didn’t know what to do or how to Handel anything. My insurance company did help me with explaining the process, what I felt the insurance company lacked was when they had to pay out. I felt I was going to be taken advantage for my lack of knowledge in situations like this. This is where Liz came in and got me quadruple the amount my insurance company initially gave me. Liz not only got me more for my claim but explained why and how she was able to come to these results which is what I needed. Liz handled talking to my insurance company, and all the other parties involved (claims processor, my insurance adjuster that was assigned to me). We had a devastating fire last year (July/2018)..a total loss. We were up to date with all of our home owners insurance and payments but when it came time to be covered for our losses the insurance company balked and came up with a ton of excuses and road blocks in hopes of not paying out on our claim...In fact, the insurance companys adjuster boldly refused to pay out our claim at allWe needed immediate help and through a good recommendation thats where we met Anthony Fico and the good people at Atlas Adjustments. With a heavy heart i announce today that on October 12th, @_edennyc_ was completely burned down due to the Landlord fixing the roof using an illegal torch. The building will take months if not longer to be fully renovated and able to be used for operation again so we had to relocate. Although this was devastating, and has had me feeling lost and discouraged i can finally see the light again. Thank you to @anthonyf914 and @atlascares i was able to get fully refunded for every dollar i spent and more then i could ever have imagine back. I highly doubt if it wasnt for Anthony helping me get through this and deal with my insursnce i couldve overcame this. Forever grateful for what youve done for me! 2022-05-12I worked with Atlas Adjusters as they were referred to me by my trusted real estate agent. My home caught fire due to an improperly built chimney chase. After speaking with Anthony the following morning -- he was at my home within a few hours to inspect the damage. The most important step was to ensure there was no further damage. With my roof and chimney exposed, there was risk that rain would enter the premises as it was in the forecast for inclement weather over the following 2 days. It did POUR the next 2 days, but due to Atlas competent business practice, the chimney was waterproofed and boarded up THAT DAY. After that, it was all Atlas -- coordinating appointments, getting estimates and ensuring that the repairs were done in a timely fashion. An incident that could have been a lot worse was made much easier thanks to Atlas help. With our busy work schedules, there was no way we could have gotten through this claims process alone. Thank you Atlas. I recommend their services to anyone who is unfortunate to suffer a loss.

2022-03-25After having my home destroyed from a electrical fire , Atlas Adjusters came to the scene as if God was holding me in his hands . This was my first and only experience of being completely displaced from a tragic fire . I had know idea what to do and how to handle this situation .Atlas Adjusters told me not to worry , we will handle it from here . They did exactly what they said . They helped me get the Contractor and worked with the contractor throughout the entire process , scheduled all of the Insurance inspections and coordinated with every aspect of the reconstruction process with the contractor. I was very grateful to have these people handle this case , when the insurance offered only a little settlement , Atlas advocated and got almost five times as much as the original offer to cover all of the items and household appliances that were not even covered in my policy. After all said and done I was able to move back into my home completely restored better than it was from the beginning within 11 months to the date after the fire .I would Highly recommend this company to anyone who has to deal with a disaster of a fire or any other atrocity that involves their home . Atlas will stay by your side , from the beginning to the end....

2022-08-19Thank goodness I found Atlas, because as my insurer is telling me not to use an independent adjuster, they failed to tell me that I cant negotiate with my own insurance company directly. The adjuster they hired for me to do this would not answer my questions and stopped taking my calls. The staff at Atlas will ensure you dont get ripped of by your insurance company. A lot of things were messed up but the staff at Atlas was able to get everything on track. I highly recommend getting Atlas involved at the beginning of the process!!!I had a house fire February 2022. My homeowners insurance company gave me the run around and tried to low ball me on the estimate. When the fire first occurred the adjust was super nice and told me not to use an independent adjuster. The adjuster my insurer hired also stopped taking my calls and he stopped responding to my questions.Thanks to Anthony, Destiny and Kayia, These are fabulous people and they treated me like family. I cant say enough.

2022-08-01We had a fire about a year ago. We heard about Atlas through the restoration company that came out. We never heard of a public adjuster but on the recommendation of the restoration company we reached out to Atlas. It was, without question, best advice we ever received.Mike Bilt met with us and explained how the process works. He, Kayia and his team worked with our insurance company and handled the negotiations of the claim settlement for us. As laypeople, we had NO IDEA how to navigate the process. Mike and Kayia went to work on our claim and negotiated a settlement that we NEVER would have been able to achieve without them. They were professional and top notch throughout the entire process.Its difficult to adequately put in to words how much of a benefit it was to have them on our team. They were responsive, reassuring, extremely knowledgeable and they went above and beyond, even providing services that were not in their contract.We had some issues with a couple of the contractors we originally hired. Atlas intervened to assist even though it was not in the scope of their contract to do so.I can say for certain that our outcome would not have been nearly as favorable had we not hired Atlas. 2020-01-02From the day of the bus crashing into my house and causing a lot of damage, Atlas was there for me. Whenever there was any problem with any part of the repairs and my stay at a hotel for almost 8 months, they were able to get things done as quickly and efficiently as possible. It was a long ordeal for me and at times very frustrating but Atlas always came through. I could call on them at any time and they acted quickly. I would hope nobody would have to use their services in the way that I did, but if it happens, I would highly recommend them. They will be in your corner and put in the effort to get things done right for you.
