Went in and asked to borrow hex wrench because my handlebar was loose and the guy said he’d charge me for 1-2 minutes of tightening three screws when I specifically asked to do it myself.Went down the street to Bills Cyclery on Roosevelt and got much better service.Avoid this shop!
You better be a millionaire to buy something here🤷♂️cause they charge you$1 per tire on the Air 🤷♂️when air is free on this planet
This is the worst bike shop I ever been to and I have been to many other ones such as Toga, Spokesman, Spin City Cycles and Brickwell. They overcharge for thier bikes as they are all over a generation old and still marked at full price. They also are not a licensed bike dealer for the brands that they have in the store so they will not be able to honor any replacement of a bike frame in case of a crash.I had my bad experience with them when I walked in to have my front tire inflated due to that my CO2 inflator was not braking the seal on my CO2 cartridge and they charge a me just to borrow their pump. This is the first bike shop out of the many that I have been to that has even charged someone just to borrow a pump. Not only that, they broke my valve on my tube due to that they did not understand the fast that i run Victoria tubes which has a removable core and thus cannot use an presta to schrader adapter to inflate it. No wonder they dont get many customers.If you want to go somewhere, go to a bike shop that is also a license dealership as they are able to provide full warranty and crash replacement for anything that they sell, not this location.If you want good bikes for under $500, go to Spokesman, they sell hybrid bikes from Cannondale for less than that. If you want a road bike between $2500 to $1000, go to Spin City Cycles. If you want to get high end road bikes, go to RA Cycles. And If you are a multisport athlete looking for a TT bike or road bike, or you are looking for a bike fit, go to Brickwell, but do not come to this shop, they lack the knowledge and they do not sell any high end parts for your bike.
Gets the job done but does have a bit of a snarky attitude, don’t go if you are a snowflake. Assembled my bike in about 15-20 minutes.
Says open at 9 am , was there @9:30 am then it has opening sign @10am waited until 10:30 am still closed , would give 0 if I had option, change ur time schedule!!!!!
Nice guy working there was very accommodating in addressing the safety of my bike. I highly recommend this shop to all locals—you won’t be disappointed!
That guy is cheap af. Worst place to fix your bike. He will try to rob your money as much as he can. Also charge a dollar to pump a bike.I wouldn’t recommend this place. Avoid this place.
Refused to sell tools so I could make adjustments on my bike. Said it was forbidden (in Spanish), Im assuming he meant by God since he was alone. Said I had to pay him to adjust things for me.
Best shop in town!!! Always helpful and great work for a great price!!! Always come here for all my biking needs!

2022-07-06The service I received was unparalleled. My scooter needed a tire replacement and some brake adjustments. The owner is the mechanic and knew exactly what had to be done, and did it quick.On top of the maintenance, he was kind and patient, and gave me good advice.

2021-08-25Went in with a flat. The guy was helpful enough and fixed it within 15 minutes.However, he WAY overinflated the tire on a super hot 100+ degree day, and within 15 minutes of riding, the tire got warped and bent into an S shape! I am shocked that it didn’t explode.In addition to this problem, my downtube shifters were also way out of whack and not functioning as soon as I left this shop. The bike was tuned up 2 weeks earlier and they were working fine, so it seems like something happened while the tire was being fixed.I should have returned to the shop, but I was already super late from the flat and just kept riding. Regrets.

2022-01-07Got an electric scooter and have had to do maintenance on it and I have been able to count on this place. They are open until 9pm which has been a life saver. Its also inexpensive and fast.

2021-10-29This guy is so rude, never again I go to his shop, his vibe is totally negative, he changed mi inner tube with so much attitude, then I have to go back cause I realised valve was extremely crooked, he said with attitude that had to go, he fixed it in a min. But dude ! It was your f&$&ing fault! Don’t give me attitude!

2018-06-10This review is for buying parts and installing them. 1st off Jorge is a nice man. He did right by with me and prices. I only spent 50 bucks and he threw in a saddle bag because i mentioned Id like to get 1 in the future. Then on the way out the door I asked him if he thinks i need alittle air in rear tire. He filled both tires and i said i lost my adapter so he gave it to me. For the guy the complained about not lending things maybe its the way u asked. Jorge is a kind a generous man. Hes got a new customer in me. I recommend to all.

2017-08-19These guys are willing to go above and beyond to help out a customer. I needed a new tire and they had to order one because they didnt have my size. They took the tire from a brand new bike and ordered onee from them instead. Ive been here a few times and they always fand some way to hook me up.

2019-06-03I recommend Atlixc Bicycle.Hes a nice guy in there. Ive used him for labour and small jobs only (repairing flats when I dont have the time to get my hands dirty or do it as quick as him), change gear cables (which I dont know how to properly do), and fix up something with my pannier.Ive always found him reasonable and nice.
