Horrible bank. I have used many banks over the past 10 years, these people are the absolute worst. Use any other bank.This happened at the union tpke locationseems like a nice place ... tellers/bankers seem nice... dont be fooled... sit back let me tell you a story about when i was a broke college kid...how they screwed me...I had about $150 in my account. I went bought a couple of odds and ends soda, chips, pizza a couple about 10 small separate purchases throughout the day. Had about $75 left in my account, and purchased one large purchase for school of about $150 realizing I would get one overdraft fee of $85, since I didnt have enough money in my account.Imagine my surprise when next time I go to the bank, they tell me I had about $360 in overdraft fees. They reversed the charges, so that my smaller purchases where after my large purchase. So the $150 purchase emptied my account, and every small purchase got a seperate overdraft fee.When I asked them how they could do that they said its legal for them to do the purchases whatever time they wanted, even if it wasnt in the order that I made the purchases.I complained to the manager. She told me to bad. So I went to the TD bank on Austin Street in Forest hills, and they said they would waive half the fees. The next time I went to the bank in Fresh Meadows, I told the manager that the other bank was more forgiving and waived half the fees. So I only had to pay $180. She started yelling at me in front of everyone in the bank, how dare I go without her permission to another bank and ask them to waive the fees. I left in embarrassment.After I graduated college I started a business. Now I had my life together and went into TD bank to close my account, because of this story, they were so nice to me asking if they could do anything to make me change my mind.TD Banks tag line should be sickening sweet to the well off. Screw the poor.

One of the worst bank i ever seen in my life, no customer service ethics, they dont care about their customer. they will let you wait for ages and they dont care. poor customer service. Americas most inconvenient bank.
