Currently in the hospital now (11:50 pm)Arrived at 6:26 pm. Gave my symptoms to the triage nurse and sat in the waiting room for 4.5 hours. I was then called to a room (a space with a curtain). I had a doctor come in and introduce me to his student and he left. She asked me some questions and listened to my chest and then left. So no one for about 45 minutes. I was upset and felt my care was not important. I stated I may want to visit a different hospital to recieve appropriate care. A nurse, I believe it was a nurse, with a snotty attitude came in and told me I could leave if I wanted and walked away. Directly after that the man came back and did my bloodwork and an EKG. It is now 11:58 pm and I have seen no actual doctor and no additional treatment has been done. I came in with very high blood pressure, dizziness, severe pain in my left shoulder and arm and chest tightness. Im still sitting in a bed with no care.
My mother is currently, not to be for much longer, a patient of Dr. Schnapps who is the urologist on-call. She was admitted to the hospital under him and he refuses to take time out of his business hours to attend the hospital walkthroughs and discharges, leaving my mother unaware of anything and ignoring nurses attempts to contact him about her condition. He had performed a procedure that my mother refused telling her he wasnt going to do anything but that, belittling her about her own knowledge about a procedure she has routinely. When contacted through his office nurses he rebuked any malpractice saying hes been watching her condition and was on top of things, despite not being aware of anything, dismissing any concerns my mother had or us. If you like your family healthy and well cared for find anyone else. He is NOT a good replacement for Dr. Forseman. The nurses are nice and all, but niceties dont save lives.
Mother has been to the hospital for extended stays for the past 3 weeks. She collapsed today 24 hrs after being home. The ER choose to ignore any information I presented and did not speak to me (her primary caregiver, health care proxy, and power of attorney). The hospital hung up on me less than 24/hrs ago when I tried to ask for specifics for her care on discharge.I have never been so angry with a healthcare provider. Avoid this hospital if you have any choice...its worth driving an hour to Syracuse or Rochester than this clusterf***.
Medical Records needs to get their act together.Day 1. I have to call MEDICAL RECORDS twice because when I called the 1st time, there was no answer. When I finally talk to someone she says I need to fill out a release form. I ask if she can email it to me. She says she can email it to me and that shell email it out in 2 minutes. I drive to Staples expecting it to be there but it wasnt. I go to their Web site and find the dorm and print it out.Day 2. I go to ACH expecting to go to MEDICAL RECORDS. A greeter out front points to a phone number on the wall. Eventually she directs me to another desk. At this desk I find out that MEDICAL RECORDS has moved. The girl at the desk gives me the new address. Its to late to do anything because they close at 4pm.Day 3. Friday. I get to MEDICAL RECORDS at 3:40pm. Door is locked. No one is answering the phone. I call up the main hospital and ask to be directed to an administrator. I left a voice mail asking why MEDICAL RECORDS was closed early. I never got a call back from this administrator.Looks like Ill be dropping by Monday after work.
My mother inlaw just got out from there and told me how they mistreated her. She broke her Femur bone. After she was admired, they didnt check in on her current meds EVEN THOUGH SHE BROUGHT THEM A LIST! She was give an old medicine that hadnt been on her list in years. This caused her blood pressure to spike 190/60. Her dr even came in and was like STOP GIVING HER THAT! Then her call button was never answered. The nurses didnt help bath her or change her gown! Which is inexcusable! Thats basic care, I know alot of nurses are burnt out, I get that but this is TERRIBLE BASIC CARE! They didnt always tell her what meds she was getting with pill or IV! When she asked the ignored her and gave it to her anyways. They never cleaned or changed the IV and her arm also swelled. Hospital food is never great but when the attendent doesnt even bring it in is horrible. Oh the nurses decided to put her on a Cardiac diet for no REASON! When her doctor asked why, they had no answer. So all in all dont go here unless you are in a horrific accident and have no choice.
What a horrible excuse for a hospital. My wife was scheduled for outpatient surgery. We arrived at 930 for covid screening for a 1120 am procedure. The procedure kept being postponed without explanation. We were told the surgery would occur at 3 pm, again no explanation. She was instructed to have nothing by mouth from midnight and this is unacceptable. She was sitting in the waiting room without anyone even coming by to check on her. This is unacceptable for a hospital. What is the purpose of a schedule if it means nothing? Would not return here if my life depended on it.
They have extremely long wait times for no reason. They disregard HIPAA. They gave me some medicine and on the screen it showed everyone’s names (first middle and last) and what they were in here for. I had my heart monitor screen beeping and I went to called someone to check on it and they did nothing about it!! Even waiting with the door open you can hear the staff talk loudly about other patients.
The doctor looked at my husband one time while the nurse was checking him in. Had a CT scan done on him, blood work and gave him pain meds and that was it. He never came into the room to talk with my husband about his symptoms or what was going on or even for the results of the tests he did. The nurse came in with release papers right after she gave him the pain meds and said take Ibuprofen and go see your primary doctor. I have had nothing but horrible encounters at this hospital the last three times I have visited the ER. I hate going into the city but I will definitely be going to Upstate or Crouse Hospital next time I need to go.
I recently was admitted to Auburn hospital and my experience was appalling. I have photos of finding particles of aluminum foil in my food. I waited countless hours for a procedure without eating all day which never took place until the following day. Ringing for assistance was a nightmare especially during the overnights. I was emotionally in distress during my time. I found myself at one point yelling out for nursing to no avail. It was difficult to sleep in the overnights due to constant laughing and talking with the employees. A formal complaint was made as well on an employee causing emotional stress. Totally disgusted with the treatment. I do appreciate some of the nurses but Disgusted with the treatment and the outcome of my stay. Rating it a one is giving a little too much credit at this point I am appalled with the experience. I would’ve never thought that I would rate the hospital with such low standards as Auburn community Hospital I’m ashamed.
I had surgery at Auburn Community Hospital and am extremely satisfied with the care I received! The nursing team members who cared for me were proficient, empathetic and continually checking on me to see if I needed anything. Everyone from the doctors office, pre-registration, pre-admission testing, patient access, nursing, the surgical team, my surgeon and anesthesiologist made sure I was kept informed of what was happening and the next steps. Most importantly, in addition to treating me with great care and concern, they are highly skilled and did a great job!
This hospital misdiagnosed my son on more than 1 occasion and gave him ADULT medicine and he is not even 2 years old. Im not a doctor so Im placing my whole trust that they are doing the job correctly but clearly this hospital doesnt do that. Even as recent as today, I have called 4 TIMES now for my own personal prescription to be sent over and they have yet to send it over even though I was seen at 5am and its now 7pm and I still have not gotten my meds sent to the local pharmacy even though the DOCTOR says he has sent it 4 times now. Do NOT bring your children here. Take the extra time to go to upstate. Because the doctors here do not care they simply get you in and out with no regard for human health.
A lot of the negative reviews sound like people are upset they had to wait. You take that chance when you visit an ER! Try going to Syracuse where you wait over 16 hours! I have never waited more than 30 minutes at the Auburn ER, but that might also be because I only go when I have a hospital grade emergency. If you have the ability to walk out without being seen because you feel you waited too long, you probably dont need an ER. Its a hospital, not a restaurant! Had severe dehydration at 14 weeks pregnant, could not keep anything down and was vomiting constantly. I was seen and placed into a room immediately. Staff was extremely kind, doctor saw me quickly and started meds and fluids. The doctor even grabbed an ultrasound to check on my baby for me as I was nervous about how she was doing. I was in and out within a few hours, feeling 100x better. I also was brought here after a car accident a few years ago and had a very positive and compassionate experience.
There was no workup. I was diagnosed erroneously unseen. The doctors showed absolutely no empathy compassion or skill. They threatenef would not discuss treatment or any kind of positive prognosis. They traumatized me to the point of ptsd. I received much better care anywhere else. What is wrong with these people? Auburn is truly scary. The doctors were hostile to family, established providers and rabbi. And then you get a huge bill for destructive, abusive care. Stay away from Auburn.
Easy to find, Dec 17,extremely nice young gentlemen in admitting-via phone and even nicer in person and it was genuine not fake. I didnt have to wait long. Bathrooms were clean. The fella doing my PFT was so interesting, patient and kind. Auburn Hospital employees exceptional people that care
Worst visit to this hospital (which is saying a lot) in years. This place has always been bad but after not having to be here for a few years I can see how much worse its gotten. Theres a reason it was listed as the worst hospital in the country. It almost seems like the ER staff take pride in that.
Based on horrible reviews I didnt want to come to this hospital, but I was in so much pain that I didnt think I could make it into Syracuse. Surprise. I got excellent care. First the ER where doctors, nurses, and staff were professional, efficient, caring, and friendly. Then in the medical wing where I found the same care. My treatment was thorough, high quality, and every one was committed to caring for me. Kudos to all, but especially Courtney, Brittany, Karysa, and Liz. Thanks Dr F. in the ER, you were great.
My wife and I had a terrible experience with this facility today. First, her surgery was supposed to only be an hour, but turned into 2.5 hours. Not one person could communicate to me that there were slight issues and it was going to take longer. Second, instead of letting me see my wife, a nurse came out to the waiting room to inform me that they were taking her to second memorial 10B. I asked her where that was and all she could tell me was that it is around the corner from the door. I dont live or work at the hospital so I have no clue what second memorial 10B is. I had to track down a few people in order to find out that she was being taken to the second floor room 2010. Third, we were never given a parking pass by the surgeons or hospital staff either. All the pre-visits, we had been given a parking pass. When we got to the gate, the attendant just stated that he needed a pass to let us out. By this time, I had lost all patience with this facility. We had to manage to find the money as we were not expecting to have to pay for the parking. We should have only been there 5, maybe 6, hours, but were there for 11. It might have been different if the personnel knew how to communicate better.
If I could rate this place a zero I would!!! Staff left me lying in blood for hours and my newborn covered in afterbirth uncovered or dressed for hours before bathing. Room was ice cold with constant draft. 80% of the staff were extremely rude and the amount of care is minimal. This was my fourth child and my only at this hospital I would go the extra distance to go to Syracuse or Oswego hospital and feel much more comfortable.
I couldnt agree more that their should be a zero star option... I have had the misfortune of having to be at that hospital with loved ones friends or myself.Nurses are rude and nasty and lack professionalism and in a lot of cases lack intelligents. Ive worked in health care for several years and I have never given poor unprofessional or substandard care. We all have our own life stress. It does seem that much of the nursing staff should be required to undergo psychotherapy for their personal hang ups. Of course their is always an option for a career change.Even though I highly recommend you seek quality medical care elsewhere if an emergency occurs please pray to God it happens on days. I have few excellent nurses. Notice I said a few. I do believe that this has been internally acknowledgement bec the later it gets the worse staff gets.I could write a book on that facility so Ill stop here.... My step mother was in the ER in need of stitches that after she had bled for so long and still got no help we ended up going to a veterinarian we knew well and was stitched in a matter of minutes.
Wonderful staff, very friendly. Everyone that interacted with me today for my surgery was extremely attentive and made sure I was comfortable at all times. The surgeon was very attentive and made sure I understood everything that was going to happen before and after surgery. Im glad Auburn has Auburn Comunity Hospital.
By far the WORST hospital I have ever been to. I have had the opportunity to travel many different places during my life and I must say that I have seen 3rd world countries with better medical facilities (okay perhaps that is an exaggeration) but thats how I feel after visiting the place. The facility itself is pretty dirty, the floors, the walls, and furniture. It smells of urine and lysol. But here is the thing, the PEOPLE make the experience and it is the people that are employed there that make it so bad. It is very apparent that the employees there just dont care. I was there to be seen for a semi-emergent issue, while I wasnt dying per-se I imagine if I were I would have died WAITING. I was triaged pretty quickly and brought to a room which consisted of an unmade bed and a chair behind a curtain with no light on. There I sat for 30 minutes, then 60 minutes, at about the 60 minute mark a cleaning lady (who had walked passed me about 6 times) finally said to me Do they even know youre here? She pulled open my curtain turned on my light and handed me the red button to push and she said Push this, it should get their attention. So I did, about 3-4 minutes later a nurse came over the intercom and asked What is wrong? I simply asked Is it going to be much longer? To which she replied The doctor will get to you when he gets to you. Another 30 minutes then passes. Finally I got up and told the nearest nurse that I was leaving. She was utterly uninterested in why and didnt even bother to say anything other than Okay bye. She almost seemed relieved I was leaving, so I left. All the while Im waiting I can hear the nurses conversating very loudly about how hung over they are and all about their different domestic problems with husbands and boyfriends and kids and facebook posts and how they cant wait to go home. Not once was I checked on during the 90 minutes I waited, not once was I told anything about the absurd wait time. Its unfortunate that the only Emergency Room in this town has to be so terrible. My suggestion to anyone reading this would be to avoid Auburn Community Hospital unless you are in really rough shape. Even then, good luck! My suggestion to the hospital would be to take a close look at the type of people you have working there and perhaps raise your standards and hire professionals. My suggestion to the employees I interacted with and had to overhear would be find a different job if you dont like where youre working, dont have a bad attitude with the patients, and lower your voice, everyone within that wing of the hospital knows how hungover you were that day, and now everyone knows that Derek is just going to keep lying to you and deleting stuff out of his phone (If youre reading this you know who you are) -Get it together Auburn Community Hospital!!
Six hours sitting in waiting room while a friend was being tended to. We had to ask REPEATEDLY for any information throughout our stay. None came in less than an hour. Receptionist was rude when I asked for last time where things stood: you dont have to stay, she said. When I told her I was the ride home for my friend, she then said, Shes an adult. Were under no obligation to talk to you! Are you f--cking kidding me???
Its a hit and miss with this place but they couldnt help the fact that Rochester was mainly responsible for me waiting from two thirty in the morning to three in the afternoon because they decided to take their sweet ass time to read a ultrasound. But they do diagnosis you and set you up with a appointment for the next day to help your ongoing health issue. The Nurses and Doctor were very apologetic for the such long wait but I hold Rochester Hospital responsible for the super slowness and wait. But I would suggest that the nurses check on you instead of every three hours.
Rude ER nurse no HIPPA safeguards apparently because nurse talks very loudly about patients under her care. Hopefully our heros are just getting worn out and are to tired to give quality healthcare and things will get better after Coronavirus goes away . I hope its the latter and otherwise this nurse doesnt belong near live patients.
My mother worked at this hospital for long time as a Lab Technician, name on Award Board also. My mother did not get help eating while she was intensive cardiac unit .My father had to help her eat . She did not want to Die there. It is the worst hospital . Patients suppose to come first . Nurses at desk loud all night where there should be no noise . My father went there after 13 hours could not find the problem I had him shipped to Rochester and they did immediate surgery on his small intestines . He could of died but he did not there. They really need to make better choices of services.
I wish I could give this place negative stars. I took my husband to the hospital today for severe pain 8 out of 10 in his back flanks. The doctor did a physical assessment of him and dipped his urine said he had a muscle strain and tried to send him home... Now my husband is in significant pain I feel like they need to explore more... Blood work... Anything he told me no mater what the blood pannel looked like he wasnt going to treat him any differently then he is now. I feel like this is borderline neglect of your patient. I am in nursing school and I know the standards of care and this is horrible place.
Told Drs and nurses about medical needs and they neglected them. Made me feel as if my needs and concerns were not important. Second time coming to this hospital and getting neglected. First time for dehydration, they turned off my bell and left me to weak to get up with no fluids. By time nurse came to take blood 4 hours later my veins were collapsed still with no fluids. 2 hours later they came with fluids. Now this, shake my head NEVER AGAIN!!
Depends on the time and day. Hit and miss with the staff. June 9th 2017 i got dismissed from there after my first surgury had to stay the night. Over night staff was okay for the most part. The nurse that day came in acting as though she knew best. Over the morning and overnight staff. Didnt listen or help me get my seizure meds claiming it not being in my files. i had to find it in order to take it. After already moving so much and in pain. Then took a while to get me pain meds so i could bare the pain to get dressed and leave.
Went for a BROKEN shoulder. The Dr. diagnosed as displaced. Really glad I didnt let him put it back in place. Nasty, rude disrespectful , incompetent people. Were going to give me a shot of morphine. I refused. Still billed for a drug I didnt get. Never ever going back again. Went to ortho Dr. Next day. Broken.
Prepare to wait and have the doctors treat you as if youre faking or there for drugs. Most of the doctors dont care about you, your appendix could have exploded and they would send a nurse to give you some ibprofen. Youre lucky if you come in with an emergency and only have to wait 2 hours. Youre almost better off dead or taking a taxi to Syracuse than going to Auburn Hospital for an emergency...
Waited in ER waiting room for 2 hours, finally get called in, they did test after test, telling me Im pregnant, that test was negative so they called it gastritis, 2 days later now in ICU, they still do not know whats wrong, the 4th day i was there i was moved me to a regular room and still claimed i had gastritis. I have been throwing up everything i had, i didnt even have bile left to throw up. Finally a nurse came in and did the rovsings sign and came to the conclusion my appendix had burst. Get hauled away to OR, the surgeon was in a hurry and my surgery went terrible. I was in extreme pain. They were vague on what had happened but I had aspirated fluid in my lungs and my heart wasnt doing good, I had to learn to use the bathroom again, and i wasnt released for 2 weeks. Worst near death experience in my life, took about 4 months to feel almost normal again and 5 years later and i can still somewhat feel the pain.
My mom was taken to Auburn Hospital because her UTI was not responding to medicine. She spent 10 hours there and sent home after the doctor prescribed more medicine knowing very well she was on it before. She is currently at another hospital where they are keeping her until her UTI is cleared up which is what Auburn should have done. Shame on them and never again!
This hospital has really undergone a tremendous transformation over the past decade. Im so proud to see the compliments from patients and families that are given directly to the hospital as well as submitted to the local newspaper, and all of the awards that Auburn Community Hospital continues to receive.
This hospital is absolutely loaded with sub par doctors. If you a set of symptoms that are any more difficult than a common illness, expect little knowledge about combining symptoms. Also, discussions with many of the doctors will include a lot of uh huh uh huh, answers which in which they will cut you off while explaining yourself. And more than likely as in the case of most GPs these days, when in doubt of whats wrong expect to get thrown on a random antibiotic without any testing done whatsoever.
My wife and I have had all our children there and live right down the road but their horrible staff take patients meds and sell them on the st i know a few ive complained but they dont care . also kept telling me my son had rsv come to fibd out he only had asthma thanks. . they suck they wrongfully diagnosis people and keep u to get the extra time n money .
I called up this clinic to try and get a visit scheduled. My knee and calf were painful and swolen from what reason i did not know. They were able to squeee me in even thought they were esentislly booked full for the day.The waiting room was clean and the receptionist very nice. After examinng my knee/calf and we talked some the doctor was concerned enough to have me admitted and get an ultrasound. The whole process was smoothe and very professional.Thankfully the scan revealed that the cause of my symptoms was not what we were initially worried about but rather some vein inflamation. I was sent home with some meds and a follow up visit scheduled. I am dollowing the doctors orders. As a veteran i am very grateful for this local VA clinic and recomend it to any vetersns who qualify for care. Thank you team #1, you are the best!
Sometimes i hate this place and to be honest its because any drama you have in auburn it can continue here, after they find out i made this review theyre going to give me a hard time anytime i come here or refuse to give me care!and note to mixed and blacks one of the security guards used to be a correctional officer and he is racist so watch out for him he usually work at nights
If I could give this place no stars at all I would. If you have an emergency or just need to get looked at, I highly suggest going somewhere else. No one here listens to whats wrong and dont do a damn thing to help. Ive been here twice now for an injury, e month apart! And they told me I was fine and sent me home both times. Its a waste of time and if you are really looking for help, never come to auburn.
There is a Federal organization called hospital inspection; people could check their website to find out a individual hospitals problems, and have better insight and objectives information about a particular hospital. I am sure it will be beneficial to check it out before going there getting help.
Went there after an injury and after a two hour wait in the waiting room they finally brought me to a bed, after sitting another half hour I got a X-ray and a doctor finally saw me, he inspected the injury and was very rude, after this a nurse brought me a medical excuse for school but not one for work, after I told her three times I need a work excuse she never gave me one, I had to call the next day to get one, very poor experience

2022-02-04I have recently had multiple tests and procedures at ACH and all of the visits have pleasant. From Drs. Visits to x-rays and CT technicians, to lab work. All staff were professional, warm and welcoming. I found each to be knowledgeable. Hospital registration was very helpful and friendly as well. Parking was very accessible. Even the greeters at the door were pleasant and they deal with everybody who enters the hospital. Test results were promptly posted on their patient portal. Thank you for providing so many good experiences.

2022-01-26I went to the hospital this morning for a scheduled outpatient procedure.Everyone was polite, professional & thorough from the greeters at the entry, patient admissions staff, outpatient nurses, tech aides, anesthesiologist, OR nurses, physician, the volunteer that brought me out after the procedure and the garage toll man.Hats off to the environmental services staff as the sections of the hospital I was in were clean & well maintained.I was quite apprehensive about the procedure but was quickly put to ease with the competence of the staff.Thank you too all (sorry if I missed mentioning anyone).Keep up the good work. You are appreciated.

2022-05-05The nurses and other staff usually are very nice, at least in my experience. But the care is absolutely unacceptable. Went in to the ER late one night with an imbedded tick where the sun dont shine. Was very scared and embarrassed, nurses made me feel more comfortable which was nice. What happened during the removal was like something out of a horror movie. Legs in stirrups, male doctor cant even see the tick, no idea why he even tried or why he didnt get his glasses. Female nurse had to hold me down forcefully. They spent about 10 minutes ripping my hair and skin off. I felt something burning me but I had no idea what this could be so I just dealt with it. I screamed once I realized they were using some piece of equipment that is used for looking internally, it has a light on it but its not meant to be used like a flashlight. THERE WAS A HUGE SURGICAL STYLE LIGHT FIXTURE RIGHT ABOVE US ON THE CEILING!!! AND THEY DECIDED TO USE A PIECE OF RANDOM EQUIPMENT AND BURNED MY THIGH WHILE RIPPING MY HAIR AND SKIN OUT. I seriously dont understand why this happened, it makes no sense. They were trying to use some plastic tick tweezers you can buy at Walmart for hiking or hunting. After I yelled at them that they were burning me, we took a break and they went to find actual hospital grade tools. Finally got it out, they did not sanitize the area before or after. They did not save the tick for testing. Seriously I hate this place and I have no idea how its not been shut down

2022-02-23My mother worked here for 35ish years and prefers this hospital. That being said, shes been here for several days for pneumonia, chf and had a stroke while hospitalized (I know, its nobodys fault) BUT we cant talk to her, and patients here are limited to one visitor per day between the hours of 4-6pm. My dementia ridden mother is alone and scared and today we were turned away for visiting hours.

2022-07-02My husband was at the ER on June 30, 2022. He has a bad heart, in fact had a myocardial infarction in 2020 after bladder surgery at same hospital! He lost two of his PRESCRIPTION 15mg tablets of morphine, he did not take extra!!! We drop pills in the toilet and on floor constantly and can’t find them, and his fill wasn’t until the first of June. Dale (my husband) was made to suffer in waiting room and er room with horrible and I mean horrible withdrawals, they ignored him. As a result of no attention to him he was hallucinating really bad and fell down against gurney and injured himself. No one came in until I really stressed the urgency, now mind you the triage nurse was great, the check in saw his condition and did not care!!! The ER made this sick (could die)man SUFFER FOR OVER TWO MORE HOURS AFTER OVER TWO HOURS IN WAITING ROOM FREAKING OUT! I have NEVER HAD SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Shame on you Auburn Community Hospital!

2022-06-25My 15 year old recently joined the dietary department for employment and was not treated well or fairly. She was not trained and was thrown in and had no clue on what to do. She was getting yelled at for standing around too much because she honestly didnt know what to do.Renee and Tilly are not good people in opinion are rude and inconsiderate. My daughter was told that she would have 30 days of training to have none at all.I find out the next morning by another dietary employee that Tilly was talking bad about my daughter to other dietary employees. So I had my daughter quit.Disgusting employer and people at Auburn community. Id rather have my daughter have no job then be treated poorly

2022-03-25If you believe in God and wish to receive services from your priest or pastor, or you wish to get your affairs in order while in the hospital. I strongly encourage you to go else where. Auburn Community Hospital violates MYH, RCO, and Constitutional law. They will speak for you against your wishes. Lord Jesus, protect thy sheep and have mercy upon the wolves.

2021-12-09I drove over an hour to have outpatient surgery at Auburn Community Hospital. From the time I arrived, to my discharge, I was treated with friendly smiles. The staff seemed caring and competent. I will be happy to schedule any future surgery at Auburn.

2021-10-08I had an extremely negative experience in the ER here. A triage nurse flew off the handle and shouted at myself and my husband for trying to ask questions about the medication she was giving me, before telling me to “go get someone else” and leaving the room in a rage. It made me feel unsafe and nervous and I ended up leaving without treatment that time.HOWEVER, I updated my review to 3 stars just for Dr. Weiss, his student, and his surgical team. They were absolutely amazing and so compassionate. I would give 5 stars just for them if I could.
