Be aware that this dealership exercises discriminatory practices among its customers. If you are no longer within your warranty and attempt to service your daily driver vehicle here you will be denied a loaner vehicle even if loaner availability exists. New customers who intend to finance vehicles or would like to invest in and hang onto their vehicles in excess of the manufacturer warranty should consider this as well, Audi Albany does not represent the customer attention to care expected from this reputable German brand. Today a Kia dealership will take better care of your service needs than this Audi location. As the only location for dozens if not hundreds of miles in some directions, Audi owners nearby should lament that the cars they bought not too long ago have lost the guarantees that demanded price premiums to be taken care of properly as they age and wear. When asked their advice to customers who’s older daily driver vehicles have aged and seen considerable use during the pandemic, their advice was quote, “ask a friend or family member.” Next time my motor goes out I’ll ask 325 horses for help, not Audi Albany.
Unresponsive Service Dept. I currently own two Audis. One is an 2014 S6 that this dealership continues to send me emails and letters wanting me to trade in. The other is a slightly modified 2001 S4 that is a blast to drive. The 2001 S4 has a safety recall on the Driver Front Airbag. Since November of 2021 I have called three times to schedule the recall service. Each time I am told a Service Advisor will call me to schedule. The latest was yesterday. I was told the Service Advisor would call me first thing after they got off their current call. No call. I am moving on to try a different dealer. I will be buying another Audi in the future, but I can guarantee it will not be from this dealership.
My husband is disabled. We needed to drop off our audi and continue on to lots of therapy appointments. Audi was able to service our car and drive it to our house in the afternoon, as they did not have loaners available. We live 40 min from Latham. When we returned, our car was home!!It was much appreciated. Thank you, Audi Albany!
We stopped by after checking out Mercedes-Benz to compare how Q5 drove differently. We made an appointment with Jessica. When we entered the place, two sales guys were chatting with each other and walked right by us and didnt acknowledge us. When Jessica finally came by, she showed us the car and gave us the keys for a test drive and told us to Keep it under 15 minutes. This was so different from the warm welcome and hospitality that we were given at Keelers so it took us by surprise at the contrasting customer service. When we came back, we wanted to see the pricing and perhaps other options and she reluctantly threw an estimate and asked us to fill out sheet if we wanted actual numbers. The sheet was about covid exposures or symptoms, which was funny because if they were so concerned enough for all potential customers to go through the trouble of filling it out, why wasnt anyone there wearing a mask?Regardless, thanks to (?) Jessica, who made it easier for is to make our decision, we went with Mercedes. In 14 months, we will be replacing our 2nd car and for that too, will be taking our business elsewhere.
Consumer buying options are changing fast, and the other day I called to Audy Albany looking for price information and financing options available for a car that I wanted to buy. At the end, they followed the traditional channel and I had to visit the dealer in order to get the information that I wanted. At the same time, I didnt like the fact that they added to the MRP price a market adjustment fee of $2500...In the other hand, the same day, I called another Audi dealer few miles away, it was more customer oriented, they didnt know Im from upstate NY ,but they send me pricing and financing options to my email account, also they offered a trade in amount for my previous Audi, how did that end? I bought the car the next day with them. I hope all car dealers regardless the brand are open to new ways to do business....
NEGATIVE STARS FOR AUDI OF ALBANY/LATHAM.MY 2019 Q5 was taken in for a Recall. My car WAS NOT put together properly. On the highway going to the city WITH MY BABY INSIDE, the under guard peels back underneath my car and throws my check engine light on. I pull over look under my car and see that they left their testing clip (part of their tool) still clipped on. THIS DEALERSHIP DID NOT TAKE THE TIME TO PUT MY WARRANTY COVERED CAR TOGETHER PROPERLY.
Not terribly impressed with the service department, bought a Q5 tdi from another dealer they took it to Audi of Albany for some work prior to sale that required engine out. Many fasteners are missing, the ac system wasnt recharged, all I can do is hope they did the engine work right, but if they couldnt even put the nuts that told the coolant reservoir back on Im not confident.
HORRIBLE. would give 0 stars if I could, within 5 months of service oil was completely empty, my engine could have jammed. I had to put in 2 quarts just to get it to the minimum level. Washer fluid low, Coolant light came on. Not due for oil change for another 5000 miles The original customer service rep I met was great once you are bringing business. Once its time to make a complaint, they decide to blame me stating maybe I used up my oil, and am using more fluid/coolant. Dispicable.I have been coming to audi for years, just moved to Albany, extremely dissapointed.
Ive been trying to get a quote from this dealership for 3 weeks now!! My girlfriend has even called trying to get a quote on having timing done on a 2007 Audi S4 with the 4.2 V8. They have taken the information TWICE and promised a call back with a quote.. Both times no call back whatsoever!! When we called yet again we were told that there was a quote but it seemed wrong.. so rather than call us with ANY information they just didnt bother to call at all!!! Im assuming Ill finally get a call once my car is BLOWN UP due to needing the timing serviced!! Extremely disappointed is an understatement at this point!!!
Call Stephen Clark at Audi Albany for all your Audi needs - from the moment he met us in the lot, he was courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He made sure that the entire experience was enjoyable, took the time to listen and followed up after the sale to check in. In fact, we were driving by on Sunday, saw him out front, gave a quick honk to say Hi, he texted to acknowledge and check in again. Can not say enough good things about him. Happy to provide him with a well earned 5-star review!!!
We have had a difficult time finding a really good Audi mechanic. After trusting a local service location, we ended up stranded with some faulty repairs and a huge emergency repair. Even though Albany is an hour away, we decided to bring our car there for an oil change and to hopefully establish a good working relationship. Quickly the computer diagnosed a more serious problem. John explained the problem with our car very clearly, showing me the computer read out and then providing some additional pictures and information. The repair was necessary. A loaner car was provided, as the repair was going to take ten hours. I met the mechanic, Mario. I felt like our car was in good hands.I could feel immediate improvement. The car is running the best that it ever has and Albany Audi has earned a new customer. Thank you. One comment: I would appreciate outdoor covered waiting space in these times.
Just came in to take a look at the inventory or windoow shipping but the staff was very friendly and seemed to be very educated on the cars they are selling.not that I can afford one of their cars but If I was in the market for an Audi I would definitely suggest this dealership to a friend. This is Also a Beautiful new faculty.Other dealerships in the area should take notice of what Audis accomplished with this location .
I cannot say enough good about this dealership. From the service department, to sales, Audi Albany offers stellar customer service. From the great service of John or Angie in Service, to the authentic and honest Joe Cassia in sales, I cannot recommend this dealership enough. If you are looking for a new car or service for your Audi, this is the place.
Appointment was set, however when I arrived I was told service to my car would take 4-5 hours. No one mentioned that when I scheduled, nor was this length of service mentioned when I purchased the auto, (only 37K miles ago). The customer service was also lacking....they seem not care that they caused the problem. Guess I made a bad choice in choosing Audi Albany and if you want trouble free auto maintenance, I would suggest you look elsewhere for a vehicle and certainly look elsewhere maintenance/service.
Overall a good low pressure auto dealership. My sales agent was Jake, and hes very courteous. knows whats important to his buyers and helps get them into the right vehicle.I ended up purchasing a Chrysler 200 Limited Convertible, loaded. My buddy and companion Ruger took the test ride with me.
Marcie went out of her way to make my husband and me feel valued. She made it possible to switch loaners when our needs switched, and helped us load the equipment we needed out of our own vehicle. Always impressed with the customer care at Audi Albany, I would definitely award both Marcie and Anisa five stars.
By far the WORST and we regret purchasing a car here. For a luxury car dealership, you’d expect a professional experience, but that is NOT what we experienced from the Sales Manager, Adam. After just spending over $20k on a used Jeep, we are being told to take it to a Jeep dealership for the issues we’re having. They are not willing to stand by what they sell. Then my partner overheard Adam referring to him as a “little kid” while the salesman was speaking to him about the concerns. When I confronted Adam about his disrespectful remark and demanded he apologize, he wasn’t the least baffled, quickly denied saying it, and refused to apologize. You’re a liar Adam and you should be fired! We will never step foot in this dealership again because of Adam’s unprofessional behavior. Unless you enjoy paying a lot of money for broken cars and being disrespected, we suggest you also avoid this dealership!Dear Rick,Actually your service team refused to look into the problem. They said to take it to a Jeep dealership, simply so you don’t have to eat the cost. You don’t stand by the vehicles you sell! And what about the apology from Adam? You didn’t address that. I’m aware you are the General Manager and you know how to reach us. If this is what you consider every effort to provide outstanding service, you’ve completely failed and the problem comes from the top. I’m not stupid. I worked in the car biz for 15 years and have purchased over 30 cars in my lifetime. This is by far the worst experience and completely unacceptable. If you strive to provide an excellent experience, then do so!
Marcie Walsh Was an excellent service advisor. She introduced me to Audi Albany and she help me arrange for a full inspection of my car, installation of license plates, adjustments to a undercarriage shield and diagnosing the car for needed repairs. She also had my car washed and assisted me with syncing my smart phone with the car. She was friendly and efficient and professional.
I don’t even want to give 1star since there’s no option that’s what it is. Very very bad experience since the time i entered the dealership with my family to get a car all the employees sitting on chair with LOADS of attitude chit chatting but doesn’t care about customers? No greet or stand up for help SHAME on AUDI what’s the point to have such dealership if you or your employees does not want a business or respect customers! I will suggest HEAD OFFICE of AUDI to better take a serious action before everyone hate going there.
Audi Albany has exceptional service and outstanding personnel. I can’t be any happier. My Audi Q5 is an excellent choice for anyone that wants a great driver and it’s excellent on gas mileage as well. I’m a big guy and I am very comfortable even on my three hour trips to NYC.Buy Audi!
I recently bought a car from Audi Albany and had the best experience with this dealer. Big Big thanks to Joe!I was an out of state buyer and started the buying process with Joe over the phone. Joe was extremely transparent and professional. He truly made me comfortable with the process and assured me that he would closely monitor the preparation of the car and to make sure it was detailed to my standards (which are high!).After going through all of the details, paperwork and figuring out my trade in value, we decided that I would come pick up the car 4 days later in that same week. When I arrived and got to see the vehicle in person, it wasnt just as it was described but even better.I would highly recommend working with Audi Albany, especially with Joe! I will definitely be a repeat customer - even though they are out of state.
I came to Audi Albany after having a poor experience at Audi Cicero (Syracuse). I was IMMEDIATELY won over by Stephen @ Audi Albany who worked with me to find EXACTLY what I was looking for, quickly. I was kept in the conversation about acquiring the vehicle & never made to feel stupid or less than when I would ask questions. Coming out to Audi Albany was also a great experience. Stephen met me at the door, offered me some water, & let me see my new Q3 that had just come in. Stephen helped me set up everything for my Audi & then I was assisted by another equally professional man who helped me do all the official paperwork. I left feeling satisfied with my purchase & pleasantly surprised that my time was honored and respected so well, given how incredibly busy they were that day of pickup. I encourage anyone considering Audi, to take the drive to Albany— you won’t regret it!
I have had two Audis in the past; and came back to Audi Albany for my new Audi as I feel their service department is excellent. I worked with Stephen Clark, Audi Brand Specialist, who answered all my questions professionally and politely. He allowed me to test drive three different cars before I chose the Q3. His manager, Mark David, was also very helpful; and Justin thoroughly reviewed my financing with me. I would highly recommend Audi Albany to anyone!
Been trying to have my vehicle recall service. I had a confirmation for an appointment, service dept has no record. Indicated that a service specialist will call me back. Left 5 messages in 3 days and no one will return my call. Finally had someone on the phone a few minutes ago and they hung up. Left a message for the service manager. We’ll see what happens. Terrible customer service! May trade my vehicle so I don’t have to deal with them anymore. Shame because sales dept was excellent.
My daughter purchased a lease return vehicle in February ‘21. The vehicle was a mess when she first was to take delivery. This should have been the red flag to not follow through with the purchase. It was cleaned up and she closed on on a 2018 Q7. When she took it it for service in July she was informed that she would need tires and brakes sooner than later. This news after she was told that the dealer preps their vehicles as if they were certified but Audi Albany doesn’t actually certify any of their pre-owned vehicles. It’s now September and she picked up a screw in a tire. Turns out that all of the tires have dry rot and the brakes needed to be replaced. She had a $3,000 bill after owning the vehicle for 7 months. Needless to say another Audi from this dealer won’t be in her future. My recommendation is to buy a certified vehicle at a more reputable dealer.
I would like to say thank you to Stephen for getting me into a beautiful A6!! The transaction was very smooth & I would highly recommend anyone that wants to get into a vehicle quickly, to work with him as he got the bank approval very quickly & got me into the car very fast!I love the car Stephen thank you so much again!!!
Had a issue with the airbag, 4 repair attempts to get it working. Last repair my seat was damaged by the dealer. 6 months later the replacement seat leather hadn’t come in, again 100% their fault for causing damage. This is all after they failed to repair my car and at 3,000 miles they took it back under lemon law. The same car the GM said had no issues and blew me of.The issue was the digital dash would just go black with no warning and they could t fix it.Honestly if there was any local competition they would be out of business.Don’t bring your car to these people they can’t be trusted to fix it and pry will damage it.
Service drop off and pick up was quick and easy. Staff maintained social distance and wore masks. Staff were pleasant and communicated clearly. No surprise charges or fees associated with this service appointment. Room for improvement: I have a Q5 hybrid. Maybe next time you could charge my car battery after having the car the entire day. Charging the battery would have been a nice , thoughtful touch. After all, I was required to refuel the loaner vehicle for the minimal mileage used. I returned it with more than I used or what I started out with, a nice thoughtful touch on my end.
Highly recommend Audi Albany to service or buy and Audi. Was having issues with my Audi that was still under warranty. Brought it in with a weird dashboard alerts popping up on the dash while driving. The team at Audi service were able to recreate the issue and tried some fixes; however within a day of getting the car back all the alarms/ alerts came back on while driving. I brought the car back to the same service specialist (John) and he was extremely apologetic and helpful he understood how annoying this was for a relatively new car and worked hard with the services technicians for over a week trying to diagnose and fix the issue. It eventually went away by itself after being turned off overnight. With the issue happening multiple times we ultimately decided to get a new version of the same car to avoid future headaches. This is when Joe from sales helped us out. He was extremely helpful, was was Rik, to help us through the whole process quickly and painlessly. They really went above and beyond since they knew we were frustrated with the issues with our current car. The whole team at Audi Albany is exceptional.
“Average Joe” Cassia is way above average when it comes to selling a car. He is quick and responsive to answering all my questions and unexpected test drives. He came up with creative solutions to get an Audi in my price range. He made car shopping a fun experience where I felt comfortable and knew I was getting a great deal. Would highly recommend Joe when you’re looking for your next car!
Extraordinary customer service at Audi Albany. While I have only had a few visits since purchasing my Audi, each occasion has been remarkable. My recent NYS Inspection was a very quick visit and very efficient. Service consultant John Whalen jumped into action as soon as I entered the service bay and he kept me informed of the progress. While waiting, Stephen Clarke from Sales, came right over to greet me and inquire if he could assist with anything. He has also checked in a few times over the last year to answer any questions or offer guidance on navigating the high tech functions. My experiences have been very positive and I highly recommend them to all interested in a new or pre-owned vehicle.
Horrible horrible horrible!!! What they think is legal but it’s not. Don’t bring your car here, they will make you spend unnecessary money and still have the issues with the car still going wrong. I brought my Q5 in with zero lights and after $3400 my dashboard looks like a Christmas tree. It’s absolutely wrong! Have both managers involved Ryan and Rik and they have zero clue on what’s going on. They broke the break harness because the technician didn’t know what he was doing they said they would replace it and they also put it on the receipt they replaced it and after having someone else look at everything they supposedly did was informed that nothing was touched. The oil is leaking and paid $1800 for that to be fixed and still have spots on pavement from where I parked. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! They will scam you.
As always, service was efficient and thorough. I didnt take advantage this time of the offered transportation to my home instead of waiting but I often do.Service having to do with recalls was done within the time specified and my car was returned to me washed and sparkling.
I just leased a 2021 Q5 SUV from Audi Albany earlier today, and my overall experience was fantastic. My salesman, Joe Cassia, was very knowledgeable, kind and professional. Joe took the time to answer all my questions, and made the leasing process so straightforward and easy. He went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience, and I would highly recommend Joe for all your Audi leasing or buying needs.
My past experiences with any dealership had been less than desirable, so I tend to avoid them.To my surprise, Audi Albany was a great experience from start to finish. My husband and I made a last minute late trip on a week night about an hour before they closed. Igor the Sales representative we had was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and willing to stay as late as needed to ensure that every question we had was answered. From start to finish he was great. We had one issue with the car that needed to be addressed. Vinny the sales manager was quick to act and very accommodating. Angie from parts is the sweetest and most helpful person I’ve met. She stayed in touch throughout the entire process. All in all, I highly recommend Audi Albany.
I purchased my vehicle from Audi Albany and I actually flew to New York from Virginia to buy the car outright with pretty much all my savings. After driving back to Virginia, the low oil notification came up on the display and after bringing it to the dealership in Virginia they said the oil separator needed to be replaced. Then after a couple weeks it happened again where it said add one quart of oil. After speaking with an Audi mechanic from a dealership and doing some research, it turns out this vehicle was part of a major oil consumption lawsuit with engine code CAEB. My biggest question is, why was this vehicle for sale when Audi was clearly aware of the oil consumption lawsuit for this specific vehicle and engine code?I had been speaking with Mark David who is the sales manager at Audi Albany and he was a nice guy, but he recently decided to stop replying to my emails. Our last communication was that he was going to speak with the service manager.Be careful when buying a used vehicle from this dealership and do a lot of research which is a mistake I made. Now, I have an Audi that goes through a quart of oil every two days and it is over $8,000 to replace the pistons and piston rings with the revised parts to correct the issue. Which, due to being in a pandemic, I don’t know when I will be able to afford that. It will be better to buy a different vehicle.Personally, I still feel it should be done free of charge, but as we all know the world doesn’t work that way.Dishonesty and greed prevails I suppose.
Audi Albany is wonderful dealership and the staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be bringing my Audi back here for future services - even though their is a dealership in the Berkshires that is closer to my house, the service at Albany Audi is worth the drive!
I purchased a car recently and from sales person Bob Carberg who was informative and patient as I had a lot of questions. Mark David the sales manager and I were able to agree on to a few minor things that needed to be addressed on the car. He saw to it that it was in perfect condition upon picking up the car. At my first visit to the service department I was assigned to service advisor Sean Balough, who had a loaner car for me upon arrival and was polite, professional and kept in regular communication with me. Well done Audi.
Audi Albany is an outstanding dealership. Their new facility is unbelievable, their salespeople are outstanding, and everything about my buying experience was above my expectations. My salesman, James, worked with me from beginning to end. He was very professional, but also personable in realizing that I wasn’t the typical “business suit” buying a $100k car. The entire dealership was also great in helping when I caught a nail in my tire the day after I picked up my car. They immediately put me in a loaner, and got me a new tire in a timely manner. I highly recommend Audi Albany to anyone looking for a new or used Audi.
As someone who used to work for Toyota years ago, I find Audi of Albany to be a professional and fast-paced operation. I came in for a recall and was told itd take 1.5 - 2 hours. Within one hour, my car was updated, washed and ready to go. The staff was pleasant and diligent, and the office was clean and inviting.
The service advisor did everything he could to assist me . He explored options to troubleshoot and address my concerns. I brought in the vehicle due to certain parts failing after my recent visit to the same dealership. I was told that my vehicle would be looked at to address the root of the problem. If it was caused in error, they will own up to it , if not, I’m responsible for the repairs. I was told that the issue was caused by a rodent and wasn’t caused by them, thus I’m responsible for the 2 hours of diagnostics, which wasn’t a surprise. The extended warranty had recently expired and leaving me with a 3k repair bill.I have zero complaints about the service I received. I’m aware they charge for a service and nothing is ever done for free .
Updated review - This service area is extremely clean and the personnel are very attentive and not pushy. Complimentary multi-point inspections are detailed and informative. This is the gold standard for service, to go along with the quality of Audi vehicles today. Highly recommend!
Just had my car in for its annual service appointment and was very impressed with John Whalen and the Audi Albany service department. They knew who I was and why I was there almost before I exited the car. The department was clean, very technologically up to date and all the employees were following proper Covid protocol. John was organized, pleasant and engaged and we had a nice chat about some of Audis vehicles while checking out. Thanks John for the great service and have a Happy Holiday!
Our experience with Audi Albany has been nothing short of a nightmare. We recently purchased a 2012 A5 Cabriolet from another dealership, and we had it inspected my a few mechanics, who couldnt believe the incredible shape it was in, despite its somewhat older age. About a month ago, we went to close the convertible roof and it wouldnt shut all the way. We got a top not secure message, so I took it in to Audi Albany. They claimed to have repaired it $3200 later, but when I got home from the dealership and tried to close the roof, it happened again. I was furious, as they said it was fixed.I spent so much for the problem to be fixed, so I asked them if they could look at it again. They wanted to charge me over $600 just to take a glance for a problem that they didnt fix the first time around. I found it extremely unacceptable that they wanted to charge me for their lack of a repair, AND that they wanted to charge me to find their own mistake. They finally agreed to take another look without charging me, and they said they fixed it this time with another part, didnt charge me, and delivered it back to me.Here we are, 24 hours later, and the roof is stuck gaping open, in a position that makes the car unsafe to drive. They are delivering a loaner to me now, but I have a feeling that this isnt the end of the miserable Audi Albany experience, their deception, and their ability to overcharge for every single thing without fixing the problem. If you are looking to buy an Audi, Id seriously consider another Audi dealership, and if youre looking for Audi service, Id find an Audi specialist in your area with a good Google rating. Theres no way I can recommend this place.
I went in for my yearly oil change as a first time owner, and the process was simple from start to finish on a Saturday. I called in advance to schedule the appointment, came at the appointed time, found they needed to more than anticipated so was provided a loaner car (and that process was simple and easy), and got a text when my car was ready. Check out was quick, and my car was at the curb ready to go. A great experience!
Very poor experience having a back up camera replaced! My vehicle was 100% functional and safe upon drop off. After waiting 33 days for a camera replacement my vehicle was returned unsafe, illegal to drive in NY, and had two faults not previously present. One fault 1) break light 2) air suspension. Initially the service rep told me that she would not contact my extended warranty company because there was water damage to the camera. The dealership had already ordered the camera so I asked the rep to cancel the repair completely so I would not have to pay out of pocket. After five days I did not hear from the rep so I called for a status. While the rep was out sick the camera was in fact installed! Appears to be a large lack of communication. The night I picked up my vehicle I had to pay the cashier. The cashier incorrectly charged my credit card $1034 despite the bill stating $250. I spent hours on the phone with my credit card company to resolve the $1034 because my credit card has a chip reader. It gets even better, the next night I was pulled over by police because my rear left brake light was out. So for the next two nights I paid Uber for transportation until my bf had time to repair the light. After removing the panel we immediately saw the connection for the light was disconnected! How in the world did the service techs not see this? The service techs would have been in the exact same area of my vehicle to replace the camera! We also noticed paint scratches from where the techs removed the panel. So we applied a sealant to prevent rusting. When I spoke to the service manager regarding the unsafe condition my vehicle was returned to me and asked if Audi would run diagnostics for the faults, he invited me to pay for an $180 diagnostic fee. He failed to apologize. He also claimed zero responsibility for the faults claiming there was no way of verifying the faults were caused while my car was in Audis care for 33 days. Right, that makes a lot of sense...the faults magically appeared after the service techs reprogrammed my vehicle. I decided to bring my vehicle to Audi Rochester for the major 115K service because I do not have faith in the service technicians, representative or manager at this location.
Audi Albany has always gone above and beyond my expectations in customer service. They have been attentive by listening to my questions, responsive in a timely manner in responding to my questions, informative when it comes time for me to service my vehicle, very polite and courteous. There is never any pressure to sell me something and I feel that they always have my best interest at heart. I would recommend Audi Albany (and I have) to anyone. Everyone that I have referred to them has come away very appreciative from sales to service. I will continue to be loyal to Audi Albany when it comes to purchasing my next vehicle. I thank them.
Audis service department is exceptional. The entire experience is easy - from driving into the immaculate garage, being greeted immediately and directed to a customer service representative. Mike was my rep, who was ready to handle the recall issue and a couple of other items that needed attention. I like the texting service to give status updates as well as the phone calls to clarify any issues. The loaner car is a fabulous benefit by owning an Audi. The loaner was the same model as mine in for service - all was familiar and seamless transitions. Great job service team!
We worked with Joe. He found the perfect car based on exactly what I told him would work for us. He was patient, intuitive and genuinely non-stereotypical car-sales type. Would recommend him to anyone looking for an Audi. The financing dept. was super. Ive purchased a lot of vehicles in my time and this was by far the best experience doing so. Great dealership. Thank you.

2022-06-17Ken made our experience at Audi a positive one. He was honest and upfront about pricing and time frames. Ken stayed in communication through the day for updates and promptly answered every question I had. I felt comfortable knowing he was taking care of my car and trusted his input. My car was fixed and I was given input on what else could be maintained or replaced so I can prepare for that expense down the road shortly, instead of being shocked in a few months that I need something else replaced. I appreciated the offer to complete all work at this appt or just the essentials.Very positive experience and would recommend

2022-04-28I just purchased a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L through this dealer, completely online! Mark David, sales manager, couldnt have been better to work with. He was knowledgeable, straightforward and was swift to respond to my emails and text messages. I got a great deal and am so happy to have completed this deal on my own free time! It a hassle-free experience from start to finish!

2022-01-26The staff did a wonderful job of checking me in and confirming what I needed done to my car. After diagnostics they informed me of the issues they found and gave me the estimate of how much it would cost and how long it would take so I can make informed decisions. They were very accommodating and didn’t try to force anything on me. Over all a wonderful experience, which is why I trust them and always use Audi Albany to take care of my car.

2022-01-31Recently took delivery of my Q8 Prestige that was ordered back in July 2021, and I couldnt be happier with it. Dealer kept me informed along the way and ensured the vehicle was ready for me once I arrived from a 3 hour drive. Bob, Mark, and the entire team have been amazing. Would definitely come here if I need another Audi!

2022-05-05I had to make a service appointment because of a pesky speaker rattle issue in my Q5 that I had to get resolved. They ordered new speakers from Germany and got it taken care of ASAP. Nikita was a pleasure to work with as well. The previous owners of my car agreed a maintenance contract on it so I had to know what that entailed. Nikita walked me through what was already done on the vehicle and what work was still left within the contract as well as exactly when my factory warranty expires. Everyone else was also very respectful and professional. I can definitely recommend Audi Albany.

2022-06-17My wife brought her car in for 2 recalls. Posted pics, left review and and contacted Manager. He responds on the review with feel free to contact me WHICH WE HAVE BEEN DOING and also says there was no reason to go to the undercarriage. We also asked for them to look over the vehicle (knowing there will be diag fee if not doing work with them) If a customer asked for this, how do you inspect a car without looking underneath ? AND IF SO AND YOU DID NOT LOOK UNDERNEATH what exactly is your testing clip doing underneath there when it was all in tact to begin with ? General manager is no longer responding. Audi needs to fix this !

2021-12-15My experience with the service department at Audi was amazing. My car had some unforeseen issues(from a third party) which resulted in the car having to stay at Audi for two months. Lily was amazing and very understanding about this issue. Lily worked diligently to ensure my car was being worked on and to receive payment from the company who caused this mess up. Her manager also was very kind and empathetic to this issue. I could not be more thankful for Lily and the Audi Service team. I highly recommend anyone coming here for service!

2021-11-30Purchasing a vehicle can be hassle but not at Audi Albany. Stephen helped me find the right car and fast. The entire experience was excellent. I’ve bought cars from other dealerships before and this was the best experience. I really like how they provided the information I needed without trying to oversell it. Stephen is highly knowledgeable and I’d recommend him and Audi Albany to anyone.

2022-02-04This was my first visit to Audi Albany. Your staff was helpful and attentive. Sean gave good advice and checked in with me regularly during my cars 55K Service visit. All in all a great experience.
