I visited Audi Hawthorne for the second time since I got an Audi. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience again. The first time it took half a day for an oil change and today was the worst. When I arrived at the only service consultant available, he without hesitation, told me he couldnt attend me. Then, I went to the next service consultant available and he TOTALLY IGNORED ME but assisted the lady that just arrived after me! Totally disrespectful and unprofessional (@Jeffrey Garceau)- he didnt even apologize or say sorry I need to help this other lady first.On top of that, I went to the next consultant who just came to one of the front desk service stations and asked if she could help me, and again, another: no, I cant. You have to wait for the next service consultant. So, I waited patiently -even though I was on time for my cars service appointment- and finally, a service consultant took my car for the service.I think this is unacceptable, moreover when we pay a lot of money for the service. It will be my last time having my cars service at Hawthorne. I will definitely find another dealer to do the service from now on.
I originally walked out of Audi Hawthorne as a relatively content new car buyer. However, since my purchase this Fall my experience with this Audi location has been anything but enjoyable.There has been a list off issues with my vehicle within the first month of ownership that I trusted Audi Hawthorne would remedy. Especially considering I paid for the car in full and purchased the pre-owned certified warranty (THINK TWICE ABOUT THIS OPTION AS EVIDENTLY, AUDI ATTEMPTS TO SUBTLY WEAVE IN PLENTY OF NON-COVERED ITEMS). Needless to say, I feel as though the 300+ point inspection Audi claims to conduct as part of this offering is likely a farce. It has been about 2 months since I purchased my car and I have not been able to drive it without issue to this day.I have made multiple trips back to this dealership and had many calls back and forth about an ever growing list of vehicle concerns culminating with safety features being disabled on the car. Audis proprietary Audi Pre-Sense software de-calibration is supposedly the main cause of why my dashboard lights are malfunctioning, the traffic warning mechanisms are broke and why my airbags will not deploy. Audi Hawthorne claims the cost of repair is hundreds of dollars but they cannot identify what caused the issue and even assuming I continue to drive responsibly, they still cannot guarantee this wont happen perpetually.As Ive owned the car for 2 months, Im not only concerned for myself and passengers safety in the car but also for why Audi cant see the harm in seeking funds from someone who just bought a vehicle (in full) when they cant explain the reason for why the car requires extensive vehicle service so close in proximity to the purchase date. I wouldve thought this Hawthorne location would prioritize customer safety over minor corporate profits but it appears I was unfortunately incorrect.Multiple family members have been Audi drivers for a decade or more but have used the Mohegan Lake Audi location. They were appalled to learn of Audi Hawthornes decision making up to this point as their experience has been a delight elsewhere over the years. I truly hope things turn a corner when it comes to my first Audi buyer experience.
After fifty years and eleven cars, I once again had the misfortune of needing car dealers and their managers. It’s a universal belief, fair or unfair, that the customer will be in for a “ride” after the initial test ride. One car dealer tried to convince me that the tires were responsible for the “loose” steering. I didn’t buy that excuse (whooper), did some research, and discovered the hydraulic steering went completely electric in that model. It’s not an exaggeration to say that being guarded and informed are necessary once the test drive is over, and you’re sitting at the dealer’s desk.Recently I met Angie Harrsch of Audi Hawthorne in New York. What a surprise! Because of Covid and my senior plus years, Angie and I discussed the transaction on the phone, and since I had a baseline from another Audi dealer (mandatory to be in person in that showroom), I knew her deal was the best one I was going to get. On the following day, wearing a mask, she came to my apartment, and I signed the papers. After all these years, I’m complimenting a car dealer and Audi Hawthorne.Angie is a professional who knows her product is excellent and, as important, knows her competition. No arrogance, no games. Our experience at Audi Hawthorne was truly the best we ever had in either leasing or buying a car. We worked with Rafael, who was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and honest. There was no hyper salesmanship, just straightforward talk and clear information. The entire process of trading in our old car to leasing a new car, was seamless and easy. The staff at Audi Hawthorne is professional and knowledgeable. Rafael was patient in giving us instructions about the features of the car. He even followed up to offer additional help if we weren’t sure of something. I cannot speak highly enough about this dealership and Rafael.
We sought to upgrade our Audi Q5 to a Q7 and Jason, Nick, & Paola seamlessly assisted us with processing all the paperwork necessary to get our new certified pre-owned vehicle. Jason was not pushy at all and totally understood our situation. He was genuine in his approach and was willing to work with us on making sure we made a purchase that fit within our budget. Since we couldnt close our deal in the same day due to timing conflicts, Jason came in on his day off to see the deal through & continued to follow up with my wife and I following the deals closure for anything we needed. Paola & Nick assisted with making the deal seamless with paperwork and pricing as well. They allowed us the time we needed to sufficiently read what we were signing up for and running our numbers to make sure everything was correct with our budget. They were not the typical pushy car salesman and quickly responded to any questions or issues we had. The process took a couple hours but it was worth it. When the vehicle was ready Christopher assisted us with showing all the features and answering questions we had related to the cars functionality. He was really nice, patient, and he seems like hes got a bright future. My wife and I love the new vehicle and it was an awesome purchase. Thank you Audi Hawthorne for all your assistance and putting us in a great position for our future. We truly appreciate everything youve done for us & will continue to refer people to you as our experience was totally positive.
Recently leased my first Audi from the team in Hawthorne. Ali in sales from appointment one was transparent and understanding about the end goal we had in order to get a deal done and found just the truck I needed for my situation. Jason in finance conveyed everything on the paperwork from front to back upon pickup. The turn around time was also extremelyefficient - picked up my new car in two days. Great dealership all around and I expect to have many future cars to come from this location. Thank you Ali, Jason, and team.
Very disappointed by this dealership. Customer service is not their first priority. I wanted to purchase a $50k car. I had to drive 400 miles because they would not deal without seeing my trade in person. When I got there their car had undisclosed damage. Since the first phone call I never asked for a reduction in price. Even after seeing the damaged car, I was willing to work with them without a price reduction. After all was over they refused to repair the damage, they refused to transport the car 4 hrs. away, they refused to close the deal the same day, and then they offered me 2k less for my car than all the other dealers I had been talking to. Hawthorne Audi is a take it or leave it kind of dealership. I’m sure they are a successful dealership, that’s how they built a billion dollar show room, but my experience was disappointing.
Completely over exceeded our expectations. We visited various dealerships of different makes of cars and none came close to the friendly, hassle free, and professional sales service that Audi Hawthorne provided. They work so well as a team and all are prepared to answer questions or find the right person to answer them.Rafael was our first encounter and he was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and most importantly- not pushy. He met with us a few times before we finally decided to purchase and at no time did he make us feel like were were wasting his time. He was eager to help us find the best car for our family and for the right price. He did not steer us wrong. We love our new Audi Q7.Jordan was very thorough with our financing options. Very open to hear our thoughts regarding additional package options and did not make us feel pressured at any point in making decisions. We were very comfortable and relaxed working with him and making the right decision that worked best for us.Christopher was extremely knowledgeable on all the bells and whistles of the car (and there are many). Extremely friendly and patient as he explained all the details. We are also very comfortable knowing that if we cannot figure something out a week from now, that he will be happy to assist us again.The managers- Nick and Alfred - were very professional and ready to answer questions and help us close the deal.Aside from the outstanding service, the dealership itself is gorgeous. Clean and bright with comfortable seating and waiting areas. We took a peek of the service area and we know we will be taken care of the same way during routine maintenance care.Thank you, Audi team! I have encountered challenge after challenge with my new Audi. Ultimately the dealership is there to offer customer service and support. They have one job: to care for the client. The dealership struggled to resolve each issue I have had, and when I respectfully voice my dissatisfaction they have nothing to offer. They may respond to this review with we are sorry to hear of your experience. The fact is they do not care. I have offered multiple opportunities for them to make me feel like a respected client. The issues I experienced were as follows:> My drivers side door would not close properly. It took three visits for them to rectify it.> After setting up my new vehicle settings I needed to bring in the car because the screen was blacking out. In the service process all personalized parameters we wiped out.> The My Audi system was down. Few people at the dealership knew the system well enough to support me and it took over a month and multiple visits to finally activate it.> I received my first recall notice in the mail within three months of ownership. The service was supposed to be a one hour service. I dropped it off at 7:00AM, received a notice at noon that the inspection was complete, went to pick the vehicle up at 4:30PM and the vehicle was not ready. My vehicle was done at 5:30PM.I have voiced my opinion. I have offered opportunities for them to make it right some how. This dealership has shown a pattern of not caring. Its that simple.
Ive been buying and leasing cars for 10 years now and I have seen dealers in many different states, including north and south of the Mason Dixon line. I love cars, but Ive never enjoyed a single second I ever spent in a dealership. Walking into Audi Hawthorne was like walking into a spaceship. Everything was clean, a salesperson (Aniello DeVita) saw me within 2 minutes of arrival on a Saturday. I knew what I was looking for, but I had a strict budget and a fiance who was very particular about the car we were getting.I test drove two vehicles by myself the first Saturday. Aniello and I emailed all week and found cars that fit my profile and scheduled the test drives. I showed up the following Saturday with my test drive and Aniello had three vehicles gassed up and ready for us to drive. We each drove the Audi S5, SQ5, and the S3. After we test drove them all, my fiance decided she wanted to try the S5 again and Aniello gladly obliged. We decided that the S3 was our best option for our budget and performance needs. I also had two months left on my GTI lease, which Audi Hawthorne helped close off and take in early. VW->Audi is a logical upgrade.Next came the options, and boy was that difficult. One of the main concerns was the sound system. After having custom audio in all my cars, I was a bit spoiled with sound quality. We tested out stock and upgraded audio system on various models, even blasting music on the dealership floor to make sure we liked it. No issues from anyone! They understand that when youre buying a $50k car, every little bit matters. Aniello and the General Manager, Nick Belli, worked hard with me to find vehicles that had the options that I wanted, and we found one.. Unfortunately, that dealership refused to ship the car over. Nick and Aniello knew how much I wanted the S3 on the showroom floor, and they made me an offer on it that I accepted.All in all, we exchanged a quick phone call and we had a pickup date. The car was in the bay ready for us, license plated and all. We had a quick chat with Paola in finance and purchased the additional AudiCare (you should really do this, highly recommended). Paperwork all signed in less than 20 minutes and we were ready to go.Chris Gelletich was really nice and helped walk my fiance around all the options of the car. Luckily, I already read the manual before even picking it up! He walked her through bluetooth, camera, GPS, options, etc. He was really nice to work with and will surely end up in sales soon!All in all, a truly fantastic experience at this dealership. Ive been to quite a few and dealt with so many unprofessional sales people. Not once did I receive an unwanted phone call. Not once was anything pushed on to me. Not once did I feel like my request was too much. The coffee is delicious too, so I wouldnt mind waiting there for Service.Thanks Audi Hawthorne! Aniello, Nick, Paola, and Chris, you guys are stars!
Although there was a check-in line, the process was smooth. The waiting space was nice and clean. I received an update on my car and even a follow-up plan. I lived near Audi Hawthorne when I purchased the car. I have since relocated to Monroe, NY, and will travel back to this location because of the customer service.
I live in norwalk CT and i have many audi locations near me but i am going back to this location for service or for future vehicals. i dont think so i coud get better service than this location anywhere else.I bought my first audi from this location and I had good experience with whole team, John was great and Jason answered all my questions concern and jassie explained all features of the car.Overall it was nice experience cant complain.I am going back for future purchases.
Loved my experience with Audi. My salesman, Ali was amazing. Before I even decided to buy the car, he spent hours with me going over the inside of the car and how everything works. He was honest, not pushy and patient. He knew the car inside and out and answered everyone of my questions with so much knowledge. The people in Audi are wonderful. Picking up my car was just as easy. I came from Mercedes for 20 years, and I am truly impressed with Audis service, technical team and sales. They found a customer for life.
My interaction with Audi Hawthorne was fantastic. Rafael and the team were great. All of the team member were always professional, courteous, down to earth & jovial. They made the car buying experience enjoyable by not putting pressure on you to buy. The management team also was straight to the point, no hassle with I most definitely appreciated. I will definitely go there again. I will recommend my family, friends and strangers to go there.
Rafael Rosario is a terrific salesperson. He is responsive by phone or email, and when we met at the dealership, he spent a lot of time with us as we selected a new car and traded in an older one. He went over all the paperwork and numbers with us, and was friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend him if you are in the market for a new Audi. He is the best!
If you like going in and feeling completely uncomfortable and dissatisfied this is the place for you. Firstly I went in with my boyfriend and walked passed a very young lady standing outside smoking with a see through shirt giggling and laughing as if she owned the place. Second when going inside which there was not one sales person available(which I find hard to believe) the receptionist went out to grab the young girl to assist us. As Yasmin was helping myself she acted as if we could not afford an Audi and made me feel super uncomfortable because the entire time she kept trying to get my boyfriends attention instead of helping me because I was there to buy the car myself. Once we decided enough was enough the sales manage Tracey didnt eve come to say goodbye or even try to make a sale. I would not recommend anyone to this place at all. I went to Audi Nyack where even though it was an hour drive didnt feel like I was being assisted by a child.
There is customer service and then there is CUSTOMER SERVICE. As a long time Audi Owner- 5 Cars, A7- I recently visited this dealership for a minor service for the first time.Previously, I had patronized another dealer in the New York City metro area, but my service advisor, Joe Sackson, had left that dealer for a new opportunity at Audi Hawthorne.What a difference in a new service facility. Everything was polite, professionally done , and of the highest quality. Joe, himself, can never do enough to make you feel like a valued customer.As a medical professional, this standard of service is much appreciated and should be a blueprint for other dealers.I suggest that if you want a first class experience to care for your beloved Audi, you visit this dealer, 35 minutes north 0f Manhattan.
I got my Audi at this dealership in 2020 and service has been good until I went for a state inspection. My appointment was 2:40pm and I got out 5:30pm. A simple state inspection which the service rep told me was 1 hour took almost 3 hours. I waited at the showroom and no one even came to me to make me aware of the delay. I went to the rep 4:00pm and he said their was an equipment issue but the car was in the wash. By 4:19 I sent a text asking if it was complete. They said it was still in the wash. By 5:20 I insisted that my car be brought to me. It wasn’t washed and the time stamp on the work order was …. State inspection completed 4:45pm.The thing is I just went for a state inspection since my car was just serviced June. Since it wasn’t a revenue stream, I wasn’t prioritized. I had a 5pm zoom appointment that I missed. Had they told me it was going to take 3 hours, I would have backed out.Never bring your car at this dealership solely for a state inspection.
I can not express enough appreciation for the Audi team in Hawthorne. I had previously gone to a different Audi dealership. Simply put, I just was not happy at all with the customer service. I immediately drove to Audi Hawthorne Sunday, less than half an hour before closing. I was honestly not expecting to find a car that day or to be helped out very much because of the late visit. However, I was greeted and treated like a top priority from the moment I came in. Mark, one of the brand specialists walked me through all of the models I might be interested in, and worked with me to find the right fit for the right price. He suggested various ways to get around to the budget I wanted, and have the car that I would love. The rest of the team was great too! From mark to the managers and servicemen, everyone was just great. I will definitely stay with Audi Hawthorne for future leases to come!
Hawthorne had trouble finding me the exact make/model car trim I was looking for so I went to another dealership for my new car. That said, Avery was still in touch and was able to go above and beyond to help with a technical issue I was having with our wifi when the other dealership was being non responsive. Truly superb salesman and very knowledgeable. 5 stars all the way. Thank you!
I bought a used car from this dealership, and the experience was pretty awesome! Mark Ferguson was my sales rep, and he was very detailed and professional in his approach. I never felt pressured at all, and he answered all my questions. Hes definitely an asset to this dealership. The whole experience was more than I ever expected. 5 star for sure.
Called at 7:30am and asked for immediate service (same day) because the headlights on our A-5 were misaligned and night driving was practically impossible (the lights only shown about 25 ft ahead of the car; everything beyond 25 ft was blackness). They were wonderful in accommodating us and taking the car that Morning at 8:45am.They were very thorough and went thru the car to find any other “issues” and also found a nail in one tire and a small amount of oil “somewhere from the engine area”. The source of the oil leak wasn’t discernible so we asked that they leave it as-is. We had just had the oil changed the prior week so felt it might have been spillage at that time. We left it for another time and further checking.Unfortunately they would not ‘plug” the tire despite that it had plenty of available tread (apparently they will only sell us a new tire; no plug repairs). The car was needed that evening for a long trip from NY to Virginia so we took it back by about 1pm. All in all, we were happy they addressed our car the same day and realigned the headlights (over$300) but, honestly, it felt like they were constantly trying to sell us on doing more and more work. But I guess, as a “dealer” their goal is to provide a complete and thorough assessment to separate themselves from a typical non-dealer repair shop. I guess you need to expect that when working with a dealer.We will use them again.
Scheduled an appointment for a diagnosis on November 16 and to have a loaner. I was told on the day of appointment no loaner was available and they delayed me almost another month to December 8th.... okay. I than wake up on December 8th go to appointment just to hear when I get there that there’s still no loaner available for me ??. Me being so frustrated because I needed this diagnosis done I just went through with appointment and told them to get back to me when one is available and struggling to commit to work without a loaner , I later on hear that they are still giving out loaners to people who had appointments after mine which I think is ridiculous but I guess it is what it is
The word amazing doesn’t do enough justice for Rafael. He wasn’t just a car salesman, he became a friend and inspiration to me and my wife when going in to buy my new 2014 Audi A4. He went above and beyond to please all of our needs. We drove 4 hours and I would do it again just to receive his service.

I highly recommend Audi of Hawthorne. I purchased a certified pre-owned Audi from out of state, and Hawthorne came through. I was trying to complete the Audi survey, however it expired, but I still wanted to make sure I submitted my feedback. If youre on the market from Audi, and everyone should be, give Audi of Hawthorne your business.
My experience at Audi Hawthorne has always been a good one! I have been with this dealership since it opened and honestly have never been disappointed. The service is great and the people are all very nice. I have always dealt with Lindsay Wolff at this location though, he is an awesome salesman, he is very attentive to his clients and is always very willing to put in some time and effort to make sure his clients are satisfied. I have been with this Audi for the past 3 years and will continue to rely on them for as long as I have an Audi!
It was a great experience. We went on there knowing what we wanted and Jonathan so nice and knowledgeable about every feature. Within an hour we test drove the car, agreed on price and I was out the door. 2 days later we picked up a beautiful A-3 for our daughter. Upon pick up we were greeted by our names, the car was ready and Jonathan went through all the features explicitly. It was detailed and once again out the door within an hour or so. This dealer is professional and courteous and I highly recommend them.
Just recently purchased a S5 from this dealership. GREAT EXPERIENCE from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left with the car! The sales associate Rafael Rosario was fantastic, very personable and knowledgeable. Even the used car manager ,Aniello Devita, was with us the entire way to make sure we got the best deal possible. The finance manager, Jason Spencer, was very knowledgeable and broke everything down to make sure I understood everything when it came down to paperwork. Overall fantastic experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Not happy with my experience at Audi Hawthorne. I did not purchase my vehicle at this location, and I can’t help but wonder if that had something to do with quality of service I received. I came in for an oil change and filter replacement. The man I spoke with from the service department suggested that I go for the “Audi care” (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) which sounded like a good idea, but I wanted to consult with the Audi dealership where I purchased my vehicle before I committed to that. So I declined the “Audi care” and waited for my oil change...or so I thought. After 45 minutes of waiting, I was told that “your car is back up”. I assumed that meant it was done...nope, turns out that they didn’t do the oil change or the “complimentary” car wash (which I asked for when I arrived). I told the Service rep that I wanted the oil change and he insisted that I “have time” before I need the oil change and that I should get It with the Audi care package at a later date. I then explained that I have a long commute 5 days a week (the miles add up quickly) and that I need the oil changed for that reason. Again I was told “you have time”. At that point I didn’t feel like I should have to beg for the service that I was SCHEDULED for and left. Complete waste of time.
Hawthorne Audi made it easy to repair my A5. I was able to speak to someone to explain my problem on the phone and make an appointment right away. Tim checked me in and was helpful in conveying information about my vehicle status. The service and waiting area was large and clean, with space for social distancing. And, my vehicle was returned when repaired exceptionally clean! What a difference even from other Audi dealerships. I’m coming here from now on.
It started a bit rocky as the call center was unresponsive and not very friendly. It took a few follow-up calls to set-up an appointment.—However, from the moment I arrived at my appointment, my experience was exceptional. I worked directly with Jonathan who greeted me when the business opened first thing in the morning. He listened to all my concerns about my car and was able to identity what the issues might be and noted that everything would be looked at. I received shuttle service to the local train station to get to work, which is a huge plus! He kept me in the loop throughout the day by phone and text. I was picked up at the local train station in the evening, again by their shuttle service! I picked up my car around closing, where we reviewed the report line by line and all my questions were answered. Service was fantastic from start to finish, morning to evening & I would highly recommend Audi Hawthorne. My car was returned to me squeaky clean on the outside and inside - absolutely full service. Best experience I’ve had taking my car in for service.
I used their service department recently. This was my first experience with this dealership. Nice facility, clean & spacious. Drive in service made things easy. Loaner car provided for routine maintenance. Service rep. courteous & helpful. Overall, this place seems much better than Mohegan Lake Motors, where I have gone for the last 13 years, so I probably will go here instead when my lease expires.

Had an amazing experience here. They are all very patient and can help talk you through whatever youre thinking. My wife and I felt zero pressure to buy, but we still walked away with a certified pre-owned 2017 Q3 thats in such great condition people have assumed its both a 2020 and a new car. Love this location, especially the service department. They are very attentive and willing to hear your concerns. The location is easily accessible and accommodating.I recently took my car for service and I love the video updates that the mechanics record which are sent to you by text. That makes it feel more personal, so I appreciate the quality of updates and care.

The best part of my experience was with salesman, Rafael Rosario. He cares about making the car acquisition process as smooth and professional as possible for his customers. Called dealership Monday morning and was told I had an appointment for Wednesday 10:30. I arrived on time to find just 1 service advisor handling all customers.Then I waited over 20 minutes as 2 customers who drove in after me were called to the podium before me. I spoke to the service advisor who informed me I didn’t have an appointment. Huh? Is that why I spent 10 minutes on the phone Monday with a rep who had trouble finding me in their system? To his credit, the service advisor took the car in and had it completed by end of day. But instead of waiting I had my wife spend an hour driving back and forth from the dealership, time she wasn’t intending on spending that way.I was just having a winter tire/wheel combo put on the car. Simple enough. When I picked up the car the wheels were dirty, not washed. Is this expecting too much? Your car gets washed. Why not the wheels they remove to make handling them easier.The work appeared to be performed properly.
We just picked up a brand new Q8 from Nick Belli at Audi Hawthorne. Besides the fact that we totally love the car, it was a true pleasure dealing with Nick from the moment we walked into the showroom “ NOT TO MENTION HE GAVE US THE BEST PRICE “ When it was all said and done it was honestly the best car buying experience we have ever had. Jhon A. did a great job on our CPO purchase 2018 audi. he was honest and didn’t play any games and was upfront about that. For my trade in, they gave me a great price. other dealers didn’t come close to that price. and the manager came out when i gave the car and gave me an additional $150 so that my loan was closed out.they beat my bank rate as well to stay in house. so i was pleased.
Buying a car here vs other dealerships in the area was night and day. We were getting literally no response from Classic Audi after test driving the vehicle there and had no luck across 3 bmw dealerships either. Yasmin found us the car we wanted us right away, negotiated via text and email so we didn’t have to take time to be there, and had everything set up when we went to pick up the car. We were in and out in under an hour. Wish we had just started here as we could have saved ourselves weeks of trying to chase down replies from other dealers, but now we know!

We arrived for our 9:45 AM appointment on time to get the New York State inspection done, and we were told it would take about 1 1/2 hours including the free multi check and car wash. That was fine with us. We also mentioned that there was a particular issue with the way the map was displaying on the navigation system and so we asked if someone could also take a look at that. About two hours later we asked whether our car was ready, and we were told that they had not even started working on on our car yet. We asked why, and we were told that the person who was needed to look at the navigation system was not available. Of course we responded that we only brought the car in for an inspection and we expected that to be finished by now and that asking for someone to also look at the navigation system was simply an additional request to be done only if they had the time to do it.Our car’s inspection was not finished until about two hours after that. If looking at the navigation system was resulting in a significant delay, they should have told us about that at many points along the way so that we could have responded (as we did) that all we really needed was the inspection. We will return some other day for them to look at the navigation system, but it was very poor service that resulted in our having to wait 4 hours for a simple inspection and for which we had an appointment.
Very clean facility, easy to schedule service, and friendly staff. Every time I go, I’m greeted promptly and am made aware of all the details up front. They always review the multi-point inspection with me after service, and offer recommendations for the future (like when my tires might need replacement in a few months). Before the pandemic they had an assortment of snacks and coffee in the lounge area; I went yesterday and they told me the CDC made them remove it all. I’ve been to a few other Audi dealerships and this one takes the cake.
I love Audi Hawthorne. I recently began receiving offers to turn in my Audi lease early. They were great offers. I was not confident that the deal would actually be true,but I went to the dealership to check out. Happily,the offer was real and I was able to get a 2021 Audi. My salesperson Sebastian was very helpful in the process and easy to work with. The rest of the staff I encountered were helpful as well. I bought my 2019 Audi at Audi Hawthorne and had no complaints during the years I drove that car. I expect a similar experience now.
We bought a user car at this location and have been very satisfied with our experience. We would like to particularly mention Mr. Sebastian Montenegro, who helped us throughout the whole process, making it smooth and easy for us. The whole team, including Mr. Aniello Devita and Mr. Percy Montes, were a pleasure to work with. We had to visit the location a few times after the purchase because of issues with the tire unfortunately. Mr. Joseph Downs from the service dept. was very helpful and quick to fix a new tire/taking care of nitro refills. Overall, we had a pleasant experience would highly recommend this dealership.
I had a superb experience at Audi Hawthorne, where I recently leased a 2020 Q3. Aniello provided excellent customer service from our initial contact/test drive to picking me up from my house and bringing me to dealership to sign for and get my car. He was courteous, personable, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Other staff members were great, too. Jessie provided an extremely comprehensive orientation to my car and its many high tech features. Kurt made the paperwork easy, and the entire experience was seamless. We recently purchased a used vehicle from here. Such a great experience! I would definitely recommend coming here for your car purchase. (Ask for Chris C., he was great!) Everyone was really friendly, and prices were fair. We didn’t feel like we were getting ripped off or played with. I’ve been to other dealerships, and never felt as good about a car purchase as I did coming here.
Excellent customer service: Ali Nijem, in particular, gave me all the info and help I needed to exchange a lease and drive out in a newly leased car. Total turn-around time was a few hours, understandably, but they did their best to expedite everything and make it a positive experience.Would return / recommend.

I brought the car in to fix a couple of minor but annoying software glitches. Audi Hawthorne diagnosed the issues correctly and kept me apprised of progress. This is based only on my most recent experience. I have had excellent experience with my audi service advisor Tim P., and that continued through this service.The issue in this case was with either the tech or delivery team. My repair involved a new radio. Vehicle was brought to front for checkout, but new radio had not been tested/paired with vehicle computer, so only right side speakers were working. In addition, my entire interior hatchback cover assembly (removed to make repair) was lying, in pieces, in the back seat row. Waited while both issues remedied, relatively quickly, via service team staff, but no way that should be happening at an Audi dealer. Floor staff was helpful, tech acted annoyed that he had to come out and address his mistakes.
Recently I visited Audi Hawthorne to have a scratch on the interior panel repaired. The scratch was caused by the removal of the passenger seat when Audi removed the seat to replace a power seat component. Kris and Joanna helped accomplish this repair.When the repair was completed I inspected the repair and decided that I was not satisfied with the cosmetic repair of the interior panel.I discussed my dissatisfaction with service advisor Kris and He informed his supervisor Joanna.She discussed the issue with me and promised to look into the possibility of replacing the panel in question. Soon after I received a call from Joanna who informed me that the panel would be replaced with a new genuine Audi part.When I purchased this Audi5 in 2019 I met the the Audi Service Management and they told that I would receive top quality service.Well Joanna and Kris have provided super quality service for me as promised.I am one hundred percent completely satisfied with the repair to my Audi.Promises made, promises kept by Audi Hawthorne.I want to commend Joanna and Kris on their courtesy ,professionalism, and respect on their service delivery.Audi Hawthorne Service personnel were right, they deliver top rate five star service to their costumers. Our salesman Miguel was very helpful with the used car buying process.The dealership listed the car at a fair price.The buying process went smoothly.My only complaint was that we were told (twice) that the vehicle prep included an oil change when it clearly did not. The car’s information screen shows the oil life at 63% when we got home and noticed it. Not cool.Otherwise it was a good experience.

We bought a brand new 2021 Q7. This car was brand new, still in the wrapping and right off the truck. The buying process was pleasant. Our salesman was knowledgeable and helpful. Things went smoothly. Then, when we worked with the financial rep, he pushed service packages which we turned down. Once we did that, he became very rude and short with us. Furthermore, 3 weeks after we brought the vehicle home, we noticed a ding on the roof rail. It looks as if something grazed an entire chunk of metal off. Let it be known that we have only driven thecar home and it has sat in the garage since then and only driven a short distance once. We called Audi about this and our salesman said to send pictures and they will call back the next day. It has been a week and we have left 3 more voicemails to no avail. We are quite disappointed with Audi and their lack of communication and treatment of customers after our purchase
Last year in December I purchased an A3 from Audi Hawthorne. From the minute I walked into the dealership, Rafael made me feel comfortable and wasn’t “pushy” like other car salesmen I’ve encountered in the past. He made the process easy and really looked out for my best interest. Unfortunately, after a month the car was totaled. I went back to Rafael and this time I got an A4 with way more features for only a little bit more a month. The second time around was even more pleasant than the first and I really felt confident in my purchase and that Rafael had my best interest once again. This is especially refreshing coming from a more local but largely disappointing Audi dealership (the sales team is great but the service was horrendous: incompetent and rude). I just leased my first Audi (a 2018 Q5) which was delivered to me today. The Audi Hawthorne was the forth Audi dealership I visited and eventually stuck with. I must mention how impressed I was with the great looking looking facility, the service I received and the friendliness and welcoming smile of each one of the staff I met-even in passing. Nick, the dealership manager and Paola were professional, very helpful and accommodating. The GM Percy was great he catered to my needs and got me the car I wanted at the price range that I was most comfortable with. I walked away from the car at first because it was too expensive and not at the price I wanted but he immediately called me back once he found out I left and got me a deal I couldn’t refuse within five minutes. Needless to say I went back and when I got there he actually gave me two options that were both great. It was a great experience. I am a very happy customer now with my 2019 Q7. The service department in Greenwich that Ive dealt with in the past was horrible! I was so pleasantly surprised to have my first service at Audi in Hawthorne. The facility is absolutely beautiful and the people there are the best. I absolutely loved my service advisor, Jonathan! Jonathan went above and beyond to answer my questions, keep my updated with the status of my car, and make sure that my experience was the best. Jonathan is truly an asset to your team there! My loaner was brand new (800 miles) and was spotless. I also opted for the express detail of my car and I love how well it came out.
I recently picked up my first Audi the A5 Sportback. Beautiful car. The dealership is very modern and inviting. The sales people Ken & Marty were very knowledgeable and friendly and did not pressure you to make a sale. I research a lot and they took a lot of time to answer my questions. Everything was handled very efficiently. Not being knowledgeable about tech things I really appreciated, Chris, the delivery specialist. He has a great personality, obviously very knowledgeable and very patient taking much time to review everything. I have been in customer service for years and David has the perfect personality and enthusiasm you need to make the customer feel like he really cares about them. I have an Audi dealership 5 minutes from where I live and decided to go here. Audi Hawthorne hands down was the best dealer experience I’ve probably ever had. These guys need to teach lessons on how it’s done. I found them very transparent, no games were played, and no time was wasted. I’d especially like to point out how Frank in sales and Jason in finance really made my experience so positive.
The customer service rep Timothy explained everything thoroughly with the recall and when their multi point check up also showed the need for an alignment as well, he explained the test results and made sure I knew the cost before they went ahead. The car was washed and the floor mats cleaned when delivered. The recall work took about an hour longer than expected, but the waiting area is very nice with free coffee, water and snacks.
Just a great car buying experience in a beautiful new dealership. From agreeing on price to completing all paperwork and learning about our new car, everything was excellent. The people working there want customers to be pleased. I very much enjoyed working with our salesman Rafael Rosario. I have not a negative word to say about this place.

From the moment we contacted AH over the phone, the process was nothing but seamless. Due to COVID-19, we needed a vehicle as soon as possible to avoid using public transportation and Aniello, our sales rep, made that happen. He was extremely kind, informative, patient, and got things done unlike other dealerships we had contacted, who were surprisingly rude and never followed up with us after stating they would. When we arrived at the dealership, the process took no more than 25 minutes. A young lady by the name of Jessica, reviewed in detail all the paperwork, and like Aniello, she was kind, informative and patient. I had an exceptional experience at Audi Hawthorne on a pre-owned Audi A4 purchase. When I placed my initial phone inquiry, Jason, my sales advisor, promptly returned my call and answered all my questions. When I scheduled my visit, the car was ready waiting for my inspection and test drive. Ken, finance mgr, was very helpful in processing the paperwork and finalizing the transaction. I had an excellent experience purchasing a pre-owned Audi A5 Sportback at Audi Hawthorne. Jhon was an absolute pleasure to work with. When I initially visited the dealership in late December, I was unable to find a car that was a great fit, but Jhon remembered that I was interested in the A5 Sportback, and when one became available in mid January, he immediately reached out. He made every accommodation to work around my busy schedule and even stayed late on a Friday night to make sure I could test drive the car after work. After I decided to purchase the car, he was able to arrange for an early pick up— I drove off the lot with my new car the Monday afternoon following my Friday test drive. Did not repair all my issues for my 2018 SQ5. They held my vehicle for two days and could not resolve the issue I’m having with the radio randomly restarting. I was then told to contact my sales person. I would appreciate if someone could help me understand why the service center would refer me to my sales person to resolve an issue with my radio randomly restarting. I was scheduled to go on a road trip and was forced to change my plans due to the fact that my vehicle was held for two complete days. I normally don’t complain but this is time wasted that I will never get back.
One of the best car shopping experiences I have had in my 30 plus years of spirited driving. As always excellent service and courtesy extended whenever I come in. An example, I picked up my car from repairs at the closing hour, but, despite the lateness of the hour, and Im sure the wishes of the employees to depart for home after a long day, they remained to fill the car with needed oil--at no charge. Due to staff turnover, my initial experience with Audi Hawthorne wasnt great, but when Raphael stepped in to manage my Sept 2018 order (for January 2019 delivery) he kept the sale alive. His timely follow-up was consistently excellent, as he enthusiastically addressed the details of my purchase. Kudos as well to Luis for his thorough and friendly introduction to my new car on pick-up day!
Almost comically unsatisfactory. Bought in A6 with broken AC. They charged $200 to diagnose problem, and recommended new pressure sensor, plus purge and replace freon, for $1,117. Separately recommended new plugs and wheel alignment, for $850. Went to another well-recommended mechanic, who diagnosed for free, replaced pressure sensor for $450, and advised against freon purge. Wheels had just been aligned, and plugs were 6 months old. I appreciate that dealers charge more than independents, but this is pretty outrageous.

My husband and I wanted to buy our first car during COVID, which I assumed would be extremely difficult. Luckily, Audi Hawthorne made the whole process extremely simple and straightforward for us. Frank in sales set me up with the best offer in 450 miles on a used 2018 A-5. Frank made it very easy to trade in my older A5 and taught us the new features on the car. Better than the price is the customer service and the facility they have there. Its huge and futuristic looking. Would certainly recommend this Audi, and I live right next to the gold standard of customer service of Fairfield Audi and Haththorne is definitely up to par.
I will never go to another Audi dealership/service center after visiting the Hawthorne location! Not only are they extremely organized but the customer service is beyond expectations. Jonathan is my new service advisor and I highly recommend him! The customer waiting area is comfortable and even has a coffee station! The issues of my car were looked into and actually addressed unlike other Audi service centers. Im leaving the service feeling confident in the work completed!! Other Audi dealerships need to improve their business otherwise Hawthorne will take your business!!

Great service, was nice that my salesperson from whom I bought the car (Sebastian) stopped by to say hello while I was waiting for my first service, 10,000mi. I was very comfortable in their excellent waiting room, great WiFi - allowed me to get some work done. Car came back pristine, I was very pleased.
We came to Audi Hawthorne as previous Audi owners from another dealership. Lindsay noticed us as we stood unattended and immediately made us feel like we were the most important people in the room. His approach was respectful, articulate, patient and friendly. In the following week or so, once the deal was agreed upon and papers were smoothly signed with Kurt, Luis spent an inordinate amount of time with me on everything technology-related and left me with two phone numbers to reach him if ever I needed refreshing or had new questions/concerns. Could not have asked for better attention!
Poor communication from service representative Timothy. Took my car there for service. Car was kept at the dealership for a week without any explanation. I was told that I would be getting my car back in a day or two. I made several attempts to contact the service representative Timothy, but he never returned my call to explain why my car was being held. I had to contact a supervisor before I was finally informed that my car was ready. To date I still have not heard from service representative Timothy.
From the minute I walked in the showroom until I drove out with my new car, the service was by far the best car buying experience Ive ever had. My salesman Raphael Rosario was top notch not only in his knowledge and expertise but in handling every detail which included securing a hard to find limited edition vehicle within days--not weeks of searching.I highly recommend this dealership and Raphael...it was an enjoyable experience from start to finish!
We were so happy to find this Audi dealership. We have been going all the way to Greenwich to buy and service our cars. Their service department is friendly, professional and proactive in their approach. Their team contacted us about getting a free service we had paid for as well as noticing our inspection was up and getting it done for us. This saved us time and convenience. As soon as I walked into this dealership (Audi Hawthorne), I felt something special about this place. Yes, the place is beautiful architecturally with high ceiling and huge panes of glass and very well-laid out inside, but the best part may be the people who work there. I bought a used Lexus there and am very happy with the experience. If there are no issues, and everything goes well, then that’s good. But if there are problems, and you still love this dealership, then that’s a mark of a truly great dealership. From the beginning and on several occasions after I took delivery, I had some problems and dealt with Nick Belli, the General Manager. It was amazing how much Nick wants to help you and is able to help you. He’s very capable, I saw him work in front of me, very resourceful, very knowledgeable, very personable, very professional; and the way he was dealing with his team and others, you can see he’s an excellent leader and an excellent problem solver, an asset to any organization. I am very grateful to have bought a used car at Audi Hawthorne. The owner should be very proud of Nick and his team, including Frank Omidi, exemplary salesperson who’s very thorough, professional, kind and patient; Jason, very thorough and detail-oriented; Jonathan, Alen, and Joanna in Service, all very knowledgeable who all treat my car like it was their own car. This dealership is gorgeous, has all the modern amenities that a dealership should.My only gripe against it was the fact that my purchase experience was slightly jaded by the fact that the sales team Rushed my delivery so they can make their quota for the month. I was slightly turned off by the rush and it required me to come back a month later to finish the services that should have been done the day that I receive my vehicle.Other than that, they were responsive and resolved my issue.
The only reason why I chose 4 stars instead of 5 is because we had a rocky start. But Audi Hawthorne more than made up for it with their service yesterday. I purchased a used Q5 in October 2017. The sales representative, Rish, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was honest and didnt try to play games. However, the night we picked up the car, service lights came on. My husband took the car in for service one week later. That was a fiasco. He went back and forth a few times but due to miscommunication, nothing was done. I then got involved and starting emailing. It took about 6 weeks to get it resolved. But finally, the dealership did the right thing. They covered the repairs plus gave us extra service. Once we got over the hurdle of getting the car in there for the repair, the whole team at Audi Hawthorne was excellent. I spoke with the Service Manager, Joanna several times. She was very friendly and just wanted to make me happy. The GM Nick also reached out and went over and above for us. I will definitely use Audi Hawthorne for service going forward and when I am ready to buy my next car, that is where I will purchase. They have made me a loyal customer.
The service was prompt, professional and very much appreciated. I requested an A4 as a loaner, but got a brand new A3. For your information between the two is the difference between a Chevy and a Cadillac. Made me grateful that I opted for the A4. Your loaner was clean and serviceable and I am very pleases about how the whole appointment worked out. Thank you.

Place is beautiful and lots of great cars. Bought my car there and love people when I started. Had great experience servicing my older Audi. Til last vist. They are growing quick and think them may have people over charging in service. And not very experienced and that could be problem. Hoping for a better experience next time.
I was impressed by this dealership right when I walked-in from the fully stocked kitchen, Lavazza coffee machines to the kids room. I worked with Lindsay to purchase my vehicle and he was made me feel comfortable right away. He’s honest, great with my children while we waited for the car and very smart. We recently bought a new Q8, and everything about the experience was just what its supposed to be. Rafael Rosario was friendly, attentive and helpful, and we will see him again if we are ever in the market for another Audi (we already own two!). We love the fact that Audi has opened up this dealership close to our home!
First of all, it is a noticeably beautiful facility - easily the best of any dealership I have ever visited. More importantly though is that the staff at Audi Hawthorne are by far and away the most courteous, professional, friendly and helpful staff you could ever meet. From beginning to end they have been extremely patient with all our various questions and concerns. We have very specific criteria for our vehicles, so we were definitely not the easiest customer theyve encountered but they have been first class and literally have gone out of their way to accommodate our needs and requests. I cant really single out a particular staffer for specific praise because theyve all been brilliant, from the Sales Managers Ken and Nick, to the Business Manager Paula, to the sales staff Rafael and the technology specialist Chris who did a great job explaining the various tech capabilities of the car. Its also worth noting that after visiting other Audi dealers in the tri-state area beforehand, we were not fully convinced that we should get even an Audi, but after our exceptional experience at Audi Hawthorne not only did we decide to get an Audi, but we decided to get two of them (a Q5 and a Q7).
Today was the first time I have ever been to Hawthorne Audi, I CANNOT say enough good things about my experience with the service department. I live 2 miles away from another Audi dealership and I will gladly drive the extra 25 mins to get to Hawthorne. The service advisors are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and willing to help you decide what is the best bang for your buck. This is my third Audi and the best experience Ive had.
I am a first time Audi buyer and while Ive probably bought 15 cars in my lifetime, this experience was easily the best. To start with, the dealership itself is huge and beautiful. But the key was the experience working with Jason S. , the online specialist. I bought a 3 year old Q5 that came off lease, and their attention to detail in prepping this car was phenomenal. I will be back as soon as my 2010 Acura has a few more miles on it.

I trust coming to Audi of Hawthorn for two main reasons. One reason is my service advisor ( Joanna Bell) , she is always thorough in giving me the best maintenance schedule. This helps me keep my vehicles in top running condition. I trust her completely. The second reason I trust Hawthorn is the maintenance crew, they very careful with my cars (exterior/interior ) and spot any potential problems I might have down the road. Luis Guiterrez helped me find just the right Q7 for my family, patiently taking multiple test drives with me and talking through the many options with patience and expertise. I have purchased many Audis over the years from multiple dealerships. This was probably my best experience to date. My sales guy Aniello was knowledgeable, quick to respond and did not waste my time. Al, the Sales Manager gave me a fair price without a lot of the typical back and forth haggling. By fair price, I mean that I spent the better part of a week searching Audi dealerships websites within a 2 hour drive of my house, and the price I paid was a couple of grand less then the advertised price of similar cars I saw. Kurt, the Finance Manager did not waste my time trying to sell me a lot of warrantees and packages that I was not interested in. There were absolutely no shenanigans while dealing with them. It was a great experience and I will shop there again.
Audi Hawthorne Service Department is the best.. I have always had great service and felt like the service manager Joanna Bell and her advisors valuemy business. They go out of their way all the time to make sure i have a loaner car and they always get my car back to me in a timely manner.
Amazing car buying experience from beginning to end. This was a total white glove service and unlike anything Ive experienced with prior car dealers. They were all very accommodating and fair, my sales guy Gianluca and team along with technology expert Chris who spent close to an hour with me were wonderful to deal with. Great Experience... and I didnt buy the car.Signed a deal for an Allroad to be built in Germany, but my circumstances changed and I could not go through with the purchase. Got my deposit back no muss, no fuss. Audi Hawthorne goes above and beyond for their customers. The staff is polite, courteous, and professional. The service department is also a pleasure to deal with. This should sum it up.. a different Audi dealership is located 5 miles from my house but I make the 21 mile trip to deal with this staff.

2022-02-17If I could give this dealership less than one star I would. I was given a very high estimate for brakes on my A4. This made me suspicious right away. I was warned about this place by a previous customer but wanted to see for myself being located close to my job. The building is beautiful which is why I suppose they have to charge so much. My suspicions were correct after getting another quote from a shop close by. They did a great job for $1500.00 less!

2022-02-25Found myself in an emergency situation with a newly purchased used car as I was passing through. Contacted Hawthorne Audi, not knowing what to expect. They put me at the head of the line and although they were short staffed due to holiday, I had help from no less than five gentleman from the parts and service departments. I wanted to pay them for their time and diligence but all they charged me for was the oil because that was my most pressing issue. Thanks guys. Five stars all the way around.

2022-02-25Lousy service at their parts window. I was the only customer at parts and it took 20 minutes to buy a battery for my fob because they had a trainee at the window and he didnt know what to do. This should have taken 5 minutes tops.SUGGESTION TO AUDI HAWTHORNE...Train your employees on your own time and do not let them train on customers!! It was an unbelievable frustrating visit as I was now late for a meeting by 10 minutes. They kept wanting info and it took me a while to realize that they were creating a bio on me as it was my first time there instead of just selling me the battery. Id give the parts experience a 0 stars if I could.

However, I unfortunately was NOT able to support my local Audi dealer and purchase a vehicle due to an unreasonably high markup, to the tune of almost 50% of the cars value. Tough to make a sale when thats what you have to sell to a customer. No Bueno.

Everyone up to the service manager doesn’t really care are beyond slow even when you make an appointment, inconsiderate and rude.They missed several problems with my car that I had to keep bringing it back in to be fixed. Don’t feel safe taking my car here with the people working in the service department. Audi New Rochelle is by far way better than this location.

2022-05-08Recently purchased a used Land Rover from Audi Hawthorne and they went the extra mile to take care of us both during and after the sale, even sent a runner to the DMV so we didnt have to go. The used vehicle couldve been cleaner, but in the end we are happy with it after having it professionally detailed and feel like we got a great deal from Audi Hawthorne.
