I recently brought my Audi A5 in for a check engine light. After paying for 5 hours of diagnosis it was determined that it may need a timing chain.Spark plugs were replaced at what I was told would be no charge. I received a voice mail stating that unfortunately they had to charge me for the spark plugs,And that an oil change was also done without my consent and I would be charged for that as well.I am now concerned about taking the car back for such a big repair .
Excellent service! Had an issue with my Q7 that was diagnosed and repaired very quickly. They were in constant contact with us every step of the way. Matt was our awesome mechanic and it’s running perfectly now. Also the entire repair was covered under an Audi extended warranty that they made us aware of so there was no out of pocket at all. They stood by their product. Won’t take my car anywhere else!
Total liars. They tell you to bring your car back to them to see if a repair is under warrantee and before you get home they call and tell you its not covered. So you ask...why did you need to leave them your car again...well to get you to pay them for the repair ! Then they tell you if you get your own ride back home and not to ask for a loaner they will deduct $100 from the repair. Another lie. Really awful customer service. I will never go back to them or refer them to my friends. Stay away !!
Update: The service department here is the absolute worst! Not necessarily the actual service that is performed, but the way the customers are treated is pitiful. I brought my car in for a routine oil change and some recall updates. Unfortunately, something went wrong while performing the recall update, which left my car undriveable for 1-2 weeks. I wasnt even upset about this; mistakes happen, and things go wrong beyond our control. What I was upset about was how I was treated after being told I wouldnt have a car for 1-2 weeks.Since there were no loaner cars available, it became my responsibility to find and pay for a rental car for $45 a day. I would then be reimbursed when my car was fixed. After much back and forth asking for more than just $45 a day, I had no choice but to accept it because I needed a car. When booking a rental car, I had to select a return date. I called the service department and asked for confirmation on how long it would take for the part to be delivered for my car since I needed to select a date to return the rental car. I was told again 1-2 weeks, but most likely closer to 2 weeks. With that information, I rented the car for 10 days.Less than a week later, I received a call that my car was ready. Now, you must think Im crazy to be disappointed that my car was ready earlier than expected. But now what was I supposed to do with this rental car for the extra days I had it? Audi certainly wouldnt cover the cost for me to have a rental longer than needed. So, I returned the rental car early. After back and forth with the rental car company, I was not approved for a refund for the early return. When I submitted my receipt to Audi to be reimbursed for the full amount of the rental car, I was extremely disappointed. I sent a long email explaining everything that happened and why I felt I was entitled for them to pay the full amount. I received no response, no phone call, no letter in the mail. All I received was a check in the mail which wasnt for the full price of the rental car.In my email, I let them know that if I did not receive full reimbursement that I would have to address the difference in small claims court. Maybe they thought I wasnt serious, but I am. I fully intend to file this week. I will never bring my car back here to be serviced again. The individual service staff was excellent to work with, but the upper management was awful and rude!Original review:After getting into an accident and totaling my car, I thought buying a new car was just going to be another headache to deal with. I was so wrong! Kaitlynn Van Alst helped me find the perfect car and took care of everything for me! From the insurance, registration and financing, I didnt have to lift a finger. It was such an easy process. Not only is she extremely helpful and able to get you your perfect car, but shes just an overall great person to get to know and work with! Highly recommend seeing her next time youre looking for a car.
Went their to enquire about Audi Q3. JESSICA greeted me with warm welcome and after asking few questions, she quoted me the lease prices. Answered all my questions, she has a great knowledge, very fair prices never pushed me to buy like other dealerships do.Definitely recommend this dealerships, and going back again to finalized the lease. This dealerships is very well maintained and has many vehicles on display.
Scheduling the appointment was easy and I was given an appointment for a Wednesday (which was an earlier availability than the other Audi dealerships I contacted). I asked for a loaner but none was available and I work in Farmingdale which is about 4 1/2 miles away but I was slightly outside your Shuttle service which was very disappointing but I dealth with it.My advisor Sean was pleasant and helpful during my initial visit and I was greatful and appreciative with the discount Sean provided for me to complete my work there as I was exploring other options for the repair. After agreeing to the repairs, it became quite challenging to get a hold of him for updates. I would send text messages and a few hours would go by without a response. So I would follow-up with a call and still couldnt reach him and no other person could give me an update when I asked for another person to help. Again disappointing coming from such a high end car dealership..On Tuesday Oct 9th is when my vehicle was suppose to be ready so I sent a text message to Sean around 12pm which he promptly returned my message saying the technician was test driving the vehicle and needed to complete some programming and he would reach out to me the same day and let me know the status. I didnt recieve a call nor message so again I had to text the following day to get an update on my vehicle.I was pleased with the repair job and it was completed a day after the promised date which was not an issue for me. I went to pick up my SUV and to my surprise the SUV was not washed when I was told it would be. I have service my vehicles at other Audi dealerships and everytime i recieve the vehicle back washed and ready to go.Overall this experience was not bad but I fell short of my expectations and I would of expected a little more as this was not my typical Audi experience.
I made the appointment to do some maintenance work about three weeks ago but I just got a call saying they cant do it tomorrow because they are overbooked. I asked if I could come in earlier or reduce some of the maintenance work and just do oil change. Apparently the Manager Joe still said no to the request. I do not understand how come the service department waited till the last min to call me and try to reschedule. I know the fact that oil change doesnt take long to do either so I am not too sure what type of service that the dealership is providing.
Super disappointed as I had an appointment first thing in the morning in which prior to coming in for the appointment I was told the service I needed would only take an hour.I then bring my car in, and after to speaking to Sean he also told me it would take about an hour. After waiting about a half hour already, they tell me my car needs to stay over night because they do not have the diagnostic tool that was needed. They did not offer me a loaner car, nor a ride. As I was waiting to speak to someone a women who worked there approached me and I explained my situation. She than says to me “Yeah it’s a shock when you get here that it takes 3-5 hours”, that was a super unprofessional comment, hence the reason you call before to get an estimated time is so there wouldn’t be a shock. After complaining for inconveniencing my day, the Valet person gave me a ride home.Overall, Sean is very professional and kind, yet it seems there is a lack of communication which can cause many issues.Lastly, they tried charging me over $2,000 for a service!!!! Insane price. I took my car to a mechanic right after and it was a job that was done for less than $200. Really disappointing how they try to rip of customers. Do not get any service done here unless it is under warranty.
Audi of Massapequa went over and beyond to take care of my car! Kathy at the service department was a true pleasure to work with and kept me informed throughout the duration of my car being serviced. I would highly recommend Audi of Massapequa service department for any needs of a car!
Very nice dealership that continues to go above and beyond. I had a minor issue with my leasing sales rep and the manager went out of his way to make it right. As for the service department, everyone has been extremely attentive. Last time I brought my S4 in for an oil change, they didn’t charge me for my NYS inspection and they washed my car. I thought that was pretty cool.
Audi of Massapequa has the worst customer service ever. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. I have been an Audi owner for 17 years and this has been my worst experience to date. They didn’t let me know when the repairs were done on my vehicle. They do not honor the coupons sent by corporate.
Sean at the check in desk is very professional, knowledgeable and informative. He is an asset to the company and a pleasure to deal with. He put his best foot forward for the company and provides a quick and easy check in and check out. The show room & waiting area are clean & neat. Service was good.
My first experience at Audi Massapequa was absolutely amazing. I brought my car in, they diagnosed and fixed the problem and gave me the car back looking and working great. My second and third experiences were nowhere near the same. My second experience I brought my car in for tire service, the problem was diagnosed and they took my car for service. I brought the car in on March 15th. On March 17th I initiated contact again asking for an update, I was told that they still havent received approval yet from the warranty company. He called that day and the approval was in and he said that my car would be ready the next day. It is now Saturday March 20th, I initiate contact again, no response. Monday, March 22nd, I receive a message telling me that he was out on Thursday and Friday due to personal circumstances and that he just needed to have a technician test drive it and I could pick it up that afternoon. I brought up my displeasure with the no contact for 4 days regarding my car and I was given excuse after excuse. Finally ending with they had your keys ready to go on Friday by late afternoon. Not sure if anyone reached out, or just never left you a message. Whatever, things happen and I picked up my car and carried on with my normal life. About a month and a half later I discovered a slow leak in one of my tires, and I had some damage to my front grille from what looked like road debris. I scheduled an appointment and took my vehicle in. They diagnosed the wheel as having a nail in it and after some confusion on my part, instructed me to go through insurance in order to get the grille covered. I reached out to Sean on May 10th informing him that I was approved for coverage and Id like to get my tire and grille done the same day. I received no response. I followed up on May 12th, still no response. I called in on May 12th and finally received a message back from Sean stating that he was going to call my insurance and make sure we are all on the same page. 3 days go by and I receive no communication. Saturday, May 15th, I follow up asking for an update. Sean then told me I was out a few days last week after receiving the COVID vaccine. I am hoping to check in with your insurance today and make sure we are squared away. At this point I scheduled the service for just my tire as I am going away this upcoming weekend. My appointment was for May 19th at 1pm and I was told it would take 1 hour. I arrived at my appointment, again asking how long it would take and was told 1 hour. I said alright and went on my way, an hour and 45 minutes later I went to the desk to ask for an update. Sean went and checked and informed me the tire was down at the Volkswagen building and they just got it here now, should be another 30. During this time I asked about my grille service, turns out he still hadnt contacted my insurance agent. My car was ready at 3:45 pm . 2 hours and 45 minutes later. Needless to say beware when bringing your car in for service here.
The staff at Audi of Massapequa were very friendly and knowledgeable which made the buying process super easy. Our sales representative, Ed was an absolute pleasure. I have never had such a great buying experience. My family and I love our new Q3. Thank you for everything!
If I could leave zero stars, I truly would. I came here to test drive a new Audi and had the WORST experience. It was an absolute joke. They couldn’t be bothered with my husband and I, passed us off to someone who said they “didn’t know anything about the car” because they worked for VW, and didn’t show us anything we were looking for. I figured maybe it was a one-off and a bad night but then I brought my a3 in for service and was “welcomed” at 730am (time of my appointment) with “we’re not open”... then just shut the door and told me to wait. So rude, so unprofessional. Needless to say I won’t be buying my next Audi here.
Jose and ivy were terrific. They made the process easy and comfortableWas disappointed when I contacted Jose about a bubble on one of my tires. I did hit a pothole with the left front tire the bubble was onthe passengers side. Jose told me I probably created the bubble when hit the pothole. Opposite side. Waiting for touch up paint I was promised. Also was told that an alignment was preformed on the car . After hitting the pothole I took it in to Audi service to check out the front, which was fine. The rear which was not hit was slightly out..
After leaving another Audi dealership which I had dealt with for two other vehicles because the sales man was unprofessional. I went to audi of massapequa where the salesman Charlie greeted us nicely and answered our questions and explained the changes on the new Q3. I signed for the new vehicle and took possession a few days later. A much better experience thank You Charlie
We were very satisfied!!! From the moment we walked in Kaitlynn was so attentive. She was extremely knowledgeable. An absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Loved that we were able to see both cars on the lot and test drive the car we actually bought. We will definitely be returning customers.
What started out as a good experience quickly turned bad at the end. The service guy Dave took it upon himself to add a part to my car that I explicitly told him I would come back for. He convinced me to pay for the part and I could come back at a later time to have it installed when I am ready because it was too much for me. He said it would take a day for the part to come in, so they would hold it for me. I did not even know that was an option but he said they would hold the part for me and I would be charged for the part only. He told me my total over the phone and I told him I would pick up my car in the morning. I get to Audi this morning to pick up my car and he tells me he took the initiative to install the part because it came in early. So he did me a favor and saved me a trip. He lied and said he charged me half of the installation fee and gave me a 10% discount. I was confused because the bill came out to way more than what he told me and he never cleared it with me first. You cannot take initiative to charge someone more. That is not initiative. That is taking advantage. I am beyond insulted because he made me feel like I was being cheap because my warranty company covered a large percent of the bill so the least I could do was cough up $490. I explained to him that he should have called me and told me the part came in early and gave me the right to choose if I wanted to go ahead with the installation. I would have told him NO and told him to stick to the plan of me paying my deductible and for the part. You cant just force your will on me because its convenient for you and make me feel like I should be appreciative because you did something I did not ask you for. To make matters worst, he kept saying over and over again he was trying to help me out as if I was ungrateful. I was embarrassed and hes lucky I did not go off on him. I did not want to give in to the stereotype of being a mad black woman but I am convinced that if I were man, this would not have happened. I will upload a picture of the bill later
I am sorry to say I was not very happy with the service I received for my 2008 Audi A4.My appointment was for 10 AM For routine maintenance check up and did not get out of there until after 2 pm . Service man did not come out and explain to me anything that was going on with my car at any time. while I was waiting in the service area waiting room when a woman had explained to me that at this dealership was known letting your car sit in the lot while it’s ready and I should go to the front desk.well she was right .I had to go to the front desk at about 115 pm to see what was going on with my car and I noticed my car was finished and sitting in the lot. The man from the Service department proceeds to tell me that there is a part is broken and needs to be fixed but it’s not covered under Audi extended care. I was not happy about it but fine . I just felt when I speaking to him he was trying to take my money the whole time I was there. So he tells me he can get it fixed by tomorrow morning but I would have to leave the car I said fine. He Did not offer me a loaner car but a ride to the train station so I can get home to Kew Gardens Queens New York. I explained to him I’m a little old to be taking the train and I am 52 years old . He proceeds to tell me that I look like I’m in pretty good shape that I should have no problem taking the train home to Kew Gardens Queens From here. So I could not leave the car with them because I had no ride back from Queens. The salesman said , he would order the part call me when it comes and still have not heard from him yet.Bottom line love the car ! but not the service department!
Great service. Sean helped me out during my visit. It was a simple oil change ended up replacing o2 and temperature sensors. The work was done under warranty. They have a text message information system where you can reach out the service department and get all the information you need.
Dave and all the people at Audi of Massapequa were courteous polite and extremely knowledgeable about the product. Jorge gave me a ride home after dropping my car off and was a delight. The facility was Beautiful very easy to get you. Haven’t had my Audi for 10 years I think I’m gonna buy a new one at Audi of Massapequa.
I gave permission to run my credit again at 1 additional bank due to her “relationship” that increased the chances of me receiving a lower rate. On 4/11/21 I received notice from my credit monitoring app that my credit had been run 7 times at 5 different banks. This was just the beginning of the egregious behavior exemplified by this dealership. To begin, I waited for 45 minutes to see Adam in finance, Adam began having me sign paperwork. I was asked to sign documents to confirm my reported income which he insinuated was “inflated” by the dealership in order to get me approved. I found this to be very insulting. When we reached the NYS form that stated/requested I pay the taxes that day I kindly handed Adam my tax exempt form stating I was exempt from taxes as a Native American Indian with proof of exemption and in addition to my NYS issued benefits card as proof of my heritage. I was asked to leave the office.During my 1 hour wait out of the office , I was assailed by employees telling me that a completed NYS form with matching address to my NYS driver license and NYS issued benefit card was not enough proof to prove my tax exemption as a Native American, because “anyone could just print this form and fill it out”. I was privy to staff loudly question about what I did for work to be able to afford the car in the first place, and at the same time my husband, who stood outside of the dealership, heard other staff members complain about my use of a tax exempt form, while watching basically a staff meeting take place behind glass doors while I sat and waited and waited. Finally, Charles got the final approval from the necessary management that my tax exemption would be accepted. Adam continued to print incorrect bills of sale whilst telling me it was the computer and he was in no way manipulating the numbers. This degrading and downright unacceptable charade went on for an additional hour! The dealership closed at 6pm.I finally; after 2 tedious hours, received the last bill of sale that at the time I was willing to accept despite still feeling terribly uncomfortable with the blatant discrimination. I was finally able to drive my car off the lot around 7pm. I didn’t even know the features or how they worked being that I was never introduced to the car prior to leaving with it.This should have been the end of this nightmare, but it wasn’t. On Wednesday 4/21/21, I received a text message from Adam stating the the bill of sale was incorrect and could not be sent to the bank that way. I had to come back in to sign a new one and bring my paystubs. I was told to “be happy” that I was saving money. When all was finished I asked for the dealership manager’s card, I wanted to relay my experience to the manager, instead I received a card for Ivy, the Credit Specialist and was told that they didn’t have the manager’s card.I am a middle aged Native American/African American woman, and I cannot help but to feel that those facts are what led to what I believe was blatant discrimination and prejudice at the dealership that day.I can only hope that this is not the character of this dealership, but only the nature of a few bad apples who need to be retrained on diversity, NYS state exemption laws, and the basics of customer service. This letter serves to highlight areas of weakness that can become areas of opportunity and to maybe prevent another Black person, another Native American person, another woman from being treated the way I was treated over the course of this ordeal.
Recently bought a new Audi from Kaitlynn Van Alst at Legend Massapequa. I bought my Audi because of the positive sales experience with Kaitlynn. She was very customer focused and went out of her way to make the deal. Kaitlynn made sure all the details were handled correctly and made the transaction right...she knew her customers priorities and had great rapport building skills! She delivered on her promises...followed up on getting the car that I wanted from another dealer and made sure I was comfortable with all the features before driving my new car! Kaitlynn is a pleasure to work with...smart, enthusiastic and her goal is high customer satisfaction. She made the buying process easy...never felt pressured. Thank you again Kaitlynn for making my Audi decision a positive one!! Continued success to you!
This was my first appointment and it was amazing. They took my car right away. Since it was a long appointment I received a loaner car. When the car was finished they called and my car was spotless. I have been to other dealers who could learn from the quality service from this dealership.
Kaitlynn was great! I was dealing with a pressing circumstance and I needed someone with patients and a clear understanding of my situation. Very personable and welcoming. Excellent service throughout, from when I came through the door she was attentive and made sure I left the lot very comfortable and happy and even after a month later I reached out and she still had my back and answered my questions right away.
Great service department experience. Leased my Q7 in Westchester but Massapequa was closer to work; they treated me like one of theirs.UPDATE 5/2021:Just traded in our Q7 for a Q5 Sportback and Jessica went above and beyond making our experience undeniably the easiest car lease we ever had! No high pressure sales tactics, great price out the gate and was able to locate the car we wanted in a time were supply is scarce. 5 STARS! 100%!
Terrible, don’t bring your car there. I had a battery installed on my 2015 Audi S4. During the installation they scratched and scuffed my bumper. Additionally there is a dent in the shape of a scratch that will never be able to be buffed out or suctioned out because of the size. The scratches are deep, so that’s going to be horrible trying to pay someone to fix. During that impact it also slightly cracked the paint above the scratch. My guess is the guy hit it with the 60lbs battery as he was removing or installing it. So I go there and talk to the manager Scott or what ever his name was and he immediately denies it. Saying oh it was raining that day and you can’t prove that it was us. Guy, it’s not raining in your shop, and we’re in the middle of a pandemic, no body’s out driving. My car sat in my driveway for 24 hours until the weather was better for me to give it a good wash. That’s when I noticed the damage. Don’t go telling me I can’t prove it and using that as your standard procedure for dealing with this stuff. I take impeccable care of my car and know for a fact it happened while the vehicle was in their care. There is not a single blemish on my car that I don’t know about. So you get horrible care, terrible costumer service, and cheap salesman “oh you can’t prove it” tactics. The place is a joke.
Amazing customer service. Dave at Audi Massapequa was very helpful and explained all the work done along with pricing. After having terrible service at the Audi brookyn branch, I was happy to see an Audi service center that was honest and reputable. I highly recommend Audi Massapequa due to their customer relations and reliable service.
All the reviews about Kaitlynn are accurate. I had the pleasure of working with her over the last few weeks. I cant say enough about her knowledge and enthusiasm in helping me find the right audi. She was extremely helpful in all phases of the buying process. Overall a very good experience at Massapequa Audi. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
Best car buying experience of my life. KAITLYNN was a gem. I roll in almost at closing on Sunday evening and she welcomed me in. Never once did I feel like I was being rushed out. I told her what I wanted and where I wanted to be. She took my information and called me the next morning to make an agreement and go over the paperwork. I showed up that afternoon and I drove the new car home. Big thumbs up from me. Highly recommend KAITLYNN.
I have a brand new Audi 5 S convertible & I love it. This is my favorite car of all time & the people at the Audi dealerships are a pleasure to deal with! 👌🏼⭐️ & the service is wonderful!Sincerely,Phyllis KropacekI went to Audi for an oil change recently on March 20,2021 & what a pleasure being at the dealership. Everyone was courteous & polite & II sat in the showroom just relaxing & reading my book.Sincerely,Phyllis Kropacek
Previously brought vehicle in due to vibration while driving especially when accelerating or at highway speeds. I was told issue was related to faulty tires which I replaced elsewhere. Issue with vibration still persists and had to return for same problem. This time I was told that it was the wheels that had the issue. Went to a wheel and tires specialist and he corrected faults with 2 of the wheels and balanced wheels. Alignment performed and even though there is an improvement I still have the vibration during acceleration and at highway speed. I paid on both visits and on my last visit I asked if possible to do a temporary test with wheels from a loaner vehicle vs the back and forth that’s costing me since I have to pay them on every visit for the same issue. Takes approximately 3 minutes to remove all 4 wheels with the tools they have. Within 20 minutes they could easily remove the wheels, test drive using wheels from a loaner and see if there is a bad cv joint or some other part. Dissatisfied and still trying to get this right.
Great experience at this dealership. Going through multiple leases on vehicles I usually do my research beforehand on the vehicle I want and dont like wasting much time making visits to dealerships only to ultimately find out that their price is not in my budget or they cant obtain the car for me. I called this dealership and spoke to Kaitlyn who was extremely friendly and very personable. I told her exactly the car I wanted (2019 S4) with specific colors and packages. She stated that even though she may not have it in stock shell do her best to obtain it. She called me back 15 minutes later stating that she found the car I wanted at another dealership and gave me honest numbers over the phone. Most dealerships Ive encountered try to persuade you to get a vehicle that they have in stock but Kaitlyn wanted to make sure I received the specific car I wanted even if it meant she would need to go through the process of obtaining it from elsewhere. I went in and everything went smoothly, I was given numbers on my lease that beat every dealership I contacted (Biener, Lynbrook, Huntington) and at a point was a bit skeptical because it seemed too good to be true. The car arrived a few days later and the entire process was quick and seamless. I strongly recommend speaking to Kaitlyn if you are considering an Audi. Overall pleasant experience!
One week ago, I called Legend Audi, and asked to start the process of ending my current lease & starting a new one. From the minute Kaitlynn answered the phone, she was attentive, knowledgable, and relatable. Despite the current shortage of cars, in less than a week, Kaitlynn found exactly what I was looking for & was always extremely responsive to my questions. I can’t say enough about Kaitlynn’s professionalism & all of her help. When it was time for me to trade in my car & get my new one, both Kaitlynn & Ivy made the process super smooth. I would recommend Legend Audi to ANYONE!Thank you so much, Kaitlynn!
I had low air pressure in my tire. I went in for service. The dealership followed the state guidelines for COVID19. Everyone was masked. The service area was plexiglass/partitioned off. I waited for my vehicle. Chairs were spaced apart in waiting room. I was out at a reasonable time. I was told what was wrong, as they went along. I suggested my tires be rotated, since I needed a new one. They added that service on, as well. Excellent service, as always. They have never let me down.
I went to Massapequa Audi to look at an A5 or A6. Was greeted and introduced to Kaitlyn. The first thing I told her was that I don’t want a SUV and I don’t want White. So after some orientations on the different trim levels and lease deals available, I came back for a test drive. I then went home to discuss with the wife and came back 2 days later to make a decision. What did I get....a WHITE Q8 of course!!! Kaitlyn was a great listener and was never pushy. She let me sell the car to myself (with some influence from my wife). I would highly recommend dealing with Kaitlyn. Her style is very chill and she is very knowledgeable of the technology which was a big deal for me! I love the Q8 and I think Audi just found a keeper!
Just purchased a 2016 Audi Q3 from Legend of Massapequa with assistance from sales person Kaitlynn Van Alst. While the vehicle enjoys a great reputation of its own , Kaitlynns thorough knowledge of the Q3 model -from safety and comfort to road handling - confirmed our decision to buy the car. The paperwork and sales process was a breeze as well making the whole experience a pleasure. Highly recommend.
We purchased our new car in Audi in Massapequa. Our sales person was Kaitlynn. She was professional, knowledgeable and full of positive energy. Our elementary school children were accompanying us. Kaitlynn was really friendly towards them and patiently answered all of their questions. She called us few times to follow up and make sure we were happy with our purchase. She encouraged us to give her a call if we hade any questions about our new car.We are highly recommending Kaitlynn. It was pleasure working with her.
No Covid protection in my vehicle. I had to look for my own disinfectant before I got in the vehicle after service. It felt disgusting... Had to send it detailshop...Customer service did not make me feel like Im a customer. More like a person that needs something...My car wasnt tested correctly after all updates and had issues as soon as I left the dealer ship...
The process of leasing this SUV was seamless. All negotiations were done over the phone and in a timely and courteous manner. From start to finish it was the easiest experience. Had dealt with 2 other L.I. Audi dealers who never even called me back. I will definitely recommend Massapequa Audi and come back.
Went to Legend Audi today to drop off my Volkswagen Jetta that was up for a lease. The minute I walked in, Kaitlynn Van Alst provided me with all the services and information I needed. She was a huge help and made this process go as smoothly as possible. I highly recommend purchasing a car or leasing a car from this location. I also highly recommend asking for Kaitlynn considering she is very knowledgeable and extremely personable. Thank you again Kaitlynn for all your help!
I find it hard to believe the 1 star reviews. I had such an incredibly positive experience with this dealership, that i hope in a month from now i dont regret writing this review. I found this dealership because i had a horrible experience with a dealership called EXCLUSIVE in central valley ny. Totally deceiving scam people. Long story short i returned the vehicle from EXCLUSIVE and got my money back. I found the same exact car (bmw) that i returned to exclusive, at this dealership , fully loaded, and 6k less. This dealership was incredible from the lady who greets you at the reception desk to the whole rest of the staff. Even the coffee was good. I had such a fantastic experience and received such a exceptional price on the car i bought for my wife that i traded in my car and upgraded to a 2015 q5 that just came in with 15k miles. The prices of both cars i purchased were so reasonable i couldnt even try to negotiate the price. The cars were offered at thousands less than book value. This is a first class dealership. Frank was very straightforward and honest and that may be why some reviewers might have a hard time giving him a good review. People dont like to hear you didnt qualify or we cant take your current vehicle because its a wreck. Truth hurts. All i know is my wife and i were treated like royalty. When the team here heard about my bad experience with the previous dealer it seemed like they worked even harder to make sure we had a good experience. I would like to thank the whole team at the legend audi and i will be back in 3 years to upgrade again. Thank you again audi we are both ecstatic with our vehicles and with the dealership.
Well I googled an Audi location today 3/3/2021, figured I’ll go check them out. Went to the Massapequa location about 5:15pm. Upon entering there were two guys out side smoking. I continued into the show room. Stayed about 25 minutes and walked around. No customers in site not one person asked if I needed assistance. When I left 4 guys are now outside and not 1 asked if I needed anything leaving the location. Weird I figured not sure if it was my race or is this the norm.
My experience with Audi in Massapequa was great. My salesperson Kaitlyn V, was extremely helpful even on her day off. She made to purchase easy and I did not feel pressured. Kaitlyn took her time with me and went over every aspect of the vehicle. I would reccomend this dealership to friends and family. John Oddo
Walked in their looking for q7 and guy didn’t even smile or ask our name. I said looking for q7 he goes right hear nothing else he says about the so I’m waiting hmmm ?? Then he goes to give a price for a lease $847 a month. I wanted to say are you kidding me but to be polite me and my husband was like that’s not what it says online. Mean while we’re their fir 15 minutes now no smile nothing just putting numbers in to sell us a lease for way over priced by him.
Ed Jaffe was an absolute professional in every way. He is beyond competent and thorough, making my buying experience an absolute pleasure. He is not an Audi Sales Associate, rather I would classify him as an Audi conisseur. Ivy was very friendly and competent making the financial component of the transaction a breeze. I now see why my mother and father in law have been loyally dealing with Ed for close to half a century (since 1975). Another loyal fan of Ed, Legend Audi, and the Audi brand.
Cannot say enough good things about Kaitlynn Van Alst, a sales agent from the dealership. From the moment we walked in, she immediately put us at ease w the transition of a lease return and a new vehicle. She gave us a great new lease on a Q5, answered all our questions and made the return of the older model and the delivery of the new model, seamless.I would def use her again.
Amazing experience! Kaitlynn was a pleasure to work with! Aswell as the finance manager. They had me in and out of there super fast and made that car buying experience everything id hope it had been in the past when i bought other cars. If you need a ve or Audi hit up Kaitlynn V!!
Amazing staff that were professional and efficient. My sales person Jose Garcia was very knowledgeable and made the whole process painless and quick. Very personal service that left me with a smile and now a lifetime customer.PS: two other dealers didn’t return my calls and I had a pre-approved Audi application submitted. Lynbrooke and BayRidge 👎🏼
Excellent dealership. Sean in service is extremely honest and helpful, he called me back multiple times to fully explain the details of each service I was getting done, the price, time frame etc...my car was finished quick & was given back freshly washed looking great. This will always be my go to dealership!!
7:30 last night I went to Legend Audi (in the pouring rain) to return my Audi Q5, after a three year lease. I was informed by the receptionist that cars can only be returned between 9am & 5pm and that i would need to come back the next day and see a gentleman named Frank. Kaitlynn Van Alst was standing near by and heard us speaking. She said that she doesnt handle lease returns but she will figure it out and do her best to help me. She told me to go out to the car and take a picture of the odometer and bring in the registration. When i got back inside a few minutes later Kaitlynn was standing there, with all the necessary paperwork in hand, ready and eager to help me. Within a few minutes all the paperwork was done and i was out the door, an extremely satisfied customer. It seems all to often that employees at a lot of businesses dont want to do the extra little bit it takes to give outstanding customer service. Kaitlynn is the exception. I recommend Kaitlynn Van Alst to anybody that is interested in buying or leasing a vehicle from Legend.
Im divided between 2 or 3 stars due to an admin error they made with my registration and title when I purchased my vehicle at this dealer. After two weeks of calls and emails without any possible solutions through them, I had to fix on my own by going a few times to both the DMV and my insurance company. However, Tedd is amazing and goes above and beyond in trying to help you.
My husband and I were more than pleased with Audi of Massapequa. Our salesperson Kaitlyn is a fabulous, energetic, outgoing, hard working young lady. She went above and beyond to help us and continues to do so now that we are enjoying our new Audi A5. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful..making us both feel very comfortable and not pressured. I am sure my service experience will be the same. If you are shopping for an Audi ( and we looked at many dealerships Audi and others) this is a great place and Kaitlyn is your girl to go to!
Jose has facilitated my lease for two vehicles over the course of 3-4 years, and all of my experiences with him have been exceptional. He is very earnest, and never gives off the vibe that he is trying to take advantage of of you, which cannot be said for many car dealers. I have had no issues with any paperwork, payments, or the vehicle itself under Joses care. Jose is the primary reason I will likely never purchase a non Audi vehicle for the foreseeable future.
Audi Massapequa is my favorite Audi dealership on the island. Jose and his team were able to get my husband and I into our new car swiftly and at a good price! We have many family members and friends that also love this place. We’ll definitely be back when we need another car!
Horrible horrible!!!!! I had to go back to them at least 7 times for the exact issue for them to not find the issue with my car. I spent over a $1000 for parts that wasn’t needed to replace and was never the initial issue. Dawn also told me that the reason my car was shutting down is because I don’t go to brand named gas stations like mobile. Have you ever heard of anything so absurd? They need to hire new mechanics that actually know what they are doing. Also I would highly recommend Audi Huntington they are rude but actually found out the issue with my car after SEVERAL months of going to this awful establishment. It’s crazy how a LUXURY car dealership is like this.
Dealt with Charles Gore. Really professional and efficiency process. The entire deal was agreed to over phone as I was traveling in from out of state. Everything was transparent and I spent a total of 15 minutes signing paperwork, which was all prepared upon my arrival. Very good experience and I would recommend Audi of Massapequa.
If I could give less then one star I would. I dropped off my 2018 Audi A4 with 3,400 miles on it due to instrument warnings regarding my steering and indicating it was unsafe to drive the vehicle, to pull over, and immediately have the car serviced. The car was left overnight, serviced, picked up, and 1.5 miles into driving the problem still existed. In addition, there was a dent / scratch in my door that was not there prior to dropping the car off. I went back and talked to a service advisor, my issues were documented, and I was advised that the advisor who handled my original service would contact me on Monday as they do not have loaner cars or shuttle service on Saturday. Monday passed, I never received a call, and I called on Tuesday. I was advised that they would not fix the dent and I would have to leave the vehicle with them again, and they would not provide me with a loaner car because I did not purchase the vehicle from their dealership. So now I have a new vehicle with a dent and unsafe driving conditions and I will take it to the dealership I purchased it at. I purchased my Audi prior to this dealership being opened, I live in Massapequa and would have gone to them when my lease expires but after being treated like this I will not be back. This is bad business practice if you want to establish new loyal customers.
Everything looks and feels great until you realize what is being sold and what you actually receive are two completely different things. Do not buy a car from Frank the pre-owned manager, unless you want to have problems with your car 2 weeks later, and all of sudden its impossible to get him on the phone.
This dealership definitely isn’t the place I want to spend my money. Poor customer service. I walked in, with no one at the front desk to greet. When the front desk receptionist finally decided to get off her phone and return to the front desk, all she said was, “someone will be there to help you.” As she sat down to use her phone once again. Not even a “sorry to keep you waiting. Completely careless attitude with the staff. What’s worst is the sales rep she mentioned would be helping me went and helped someone that walked in literally 1 minute ago while she sat there making direct eye contact with me speaking to the other customer. It took them 10 minutes To have someone come out and help me, mind you the dealership was empty. Just me and another customer waiting to pick up his deposit.
This is my 3rd time working with Jose Garcia at Legend Audi in Amityville and will not be my last. Not only is he easy to work with and knowledgable, he is trustworthy, attentive and will go the extra mile for his customers. I highly recommend asking for Jose when buying or leasing an Audi, its a pleasant, easy and transparent experience every time. This type of service is rare in car sales and Jose doesnt play any games, he treats his customers like family!
First I want to say that my dream came true! Ive always wanted an Audi and I finally have one! My A3 drives amazing and Legend offered me the best price! I sent in an online inquiry and the Internet Manager got back to me within minutes. The sales manager and product specialists were so accomodating and it was such a pleasant purchase. Thank you so much!!!
Listen-I never EVER would’ve imagined saying to my wife what I said when we left there Saturday. After going to a dealer, I actually said these words, “Wow, that was a fun day!”After ranking car salespeople right above cockroaches and dentists for most of my life, I finally met a real life human being and her name is Ivy at Legend Audi. It was a fantastic experience working with her. She bent over backwards to get me the car I really really wanted. I was hoping for a nice A3 or A4 and could only dream of a stripped A5. Long story short, she quickly took my trade and a few hours later I drove off in an A5 Coupe Sport, Premium Plus, Optic and Audicare all in my price range. Thanks so much Ivy! We’ll never forget what you did for us! See you in 42 months!(PS-she loves Honda Civic Del Sol’s;))Joe and Danielle Bocchino
Bought an Audi TT roadster upstate, about an hour an a half away. I needed just a little more asistance with the technology in the vehicle. Called Biener Audi, in Great Neck spoke with someone named Drew, called himself part of management. He told me to go back to where I bought car, that unless I bought car from them, he could not help me. I told him I thought that was very poor customer service. I called Audi of America, customer service, and Sean put me in touch with Audi of Massapequa, and Kaitlynn Van Alst over there was very professional and spent time going over the vehicle. I would not recommend anyone go to Biener Audi, despite their advertisements that they care for a customers needs, answer questions respectfully, and treat customers fairly. I clearly explained that I was looking to bring car there for service, in the future, so I would be their customer. So, was not their customer yet, but was customer of Audi, and Biener is suppossed to represent Audi. Thank you again to Kaitlynn Van Alst. Audi of Massapequa is lucky to have an employee like Kaitlynn.
If you’re reading this... Run away!! Do NOT buy a car from this dealership. Especially a certified pre-owned through Frank... I purchased a certified preowned car from them and 4 days later the car won’t start, so I bring it in to fix the issue. Few hours later “Everything is fixed” and supposed to be fine... 4 days later, same exact thing, car won’t start on my way to a meeting in Jersey. I call the dealership to express my frustration and Jose a Sales Rep tells me to go f myself and hangs up twice. So finally I bring it in, and this time Audi of Massapequa claims rodents ate some wires and so that’s outside the warranty, then proceeded to replace the battery which was at 10 volts...Finally, I talk to Audi of North America and they ask for the certified preowned check list to review the car.. Something we never received, because the car was never inspected and the checklist was never given to us. If the car was put through the certified preowned inspection, don’t you think they would’ve caught a battery at 10 volts before letting me drive off the lot? Who’s heard of a brand new car battery being at 10 volts after only 2 weeks of driving ?Like I said, this dealership is full of liars and sleazy sales people. Buying a car from Frank and this dealership is the biggest mistake you can make.Love Audi, great cars, great brand. However, It’s dealerships like these that destroy the Audi brand. People reading this, I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
Poor customer service. I’m looking for a new car because my lease is ending. I live close by so I figured why not just stop by after work and test drive. When I intinally walked into the show room no one greeted me. Then the receptionist came over and said hello. She asked me which car I was interested in and I said a Q3. Her response is when this began to go south. “Oh, we don’t have any of Q3s. But, you can talk to the sales men when he gets off the phone.” Okay this guy finally gets off the phone and tells me the same no Q3. That they won’t have any until possibly June. And that’s it. I understand the car is in production but, he seemed completely uninterested in helping me at all. Never did he offer to show me something else. Never offered to help me. I was taken back. So, I proceeded to show myself around the showroom. Mostly, looking at the Q5. Then another couple walks in and began to look. And this sales man was all over them. Even asked them, could he help. Showed them features on the car and for what I can see he seemed to want to help. But, I wish I could say the same for myself. I began to feel maybe he doesn’t want to help me because of a few reasons but, I’m not going to make it about anything more than he’s just a bad sales person. So, I left and just called another Audi dealership...made an appointment. I explained I wanted aQ3 and they of course don’t have but at least he offered me a Q5 or an A4. Just, plain disappointing customer service.
Oversold maintenance Needs & tried to get me to do rear brakes when 300 miles before @ nys inspection they said brakes were @ 8mm & 300 miles later they were 3mm. Wanted $485 for rear brakes compact car. This service available half price almost any where. Time to report them to DMV NYS.
Our experience at Audi was excellent primarily because of the care and attention of Brian Miller. When we decided to purchase another Audi, we traveled to Amityville Legend, rather than Huntington, to work with Brian again.Throughout the process of selecting and purchasing to the day of driving our new car home, Brian was professional and personable. He was knowledgeable about every feature of the car and made himself available to answer all our questions. We appreciated the opportunity to work with Brian Miller once again for the purchase of our new Audi.Sincerely,Lydia and Anthony Bellino
I leased my first A4 3 years ago. Charlie was my salesperson and he was amazing...was not the typical salesperson. My lease was up so I went back to Legend. Charlie helped me get into another A4 - a total positive experience. The entire sales team even finance is professional, courteous and gives you the time you need. I have referred many friends to Charlie. I will continue to lease through Legend.
Purchased a A3, 2015. Had been searching for the longest time at other places. No one ever was truthful or upfront over the phone. Massapequa was from the very first second. The price I paid was the price quoted. Perfect car, perfect condition. Such a quick and painless process dealing with them. 5 stars to Jackie.
KAITLYN!!! Thanks to her I’m driving my dream car that I bought myself for my 50th... She made this happen for me in less than a day! Thanks girl for your honesty, enthusiasm, hard work and dedication to me during this exciting time in my life. I have been, and will continue to, highly recommend KAITLYN for an awesome Audi of massapequa experience!THANKS GIRL!!! 🏎💯
Absolute joke! We leased an A5 Convertible and in cold weather the passenger window sticks do to water pooling in the window frame. Remind you its only the passenger side. The answer from the service department is that the car needs to be garaged and not left outside in the cold. REALLY? Then I speak with our sales rep Ed Jaffe AKA Fleet Manager and he says yea its a known defect. You can complain to Audi customer service. Nothing I can do So he miss led us and leased us a lemon!! Stay clear of these scam artist!!!
WORST DEALERSHIP IVE EVER BEEN TOO, took my deposit of 500 with promises of bringing me the car I wanted. After they could not locate the car and tried to sell me other models they would not refund my deposit. Went to AudI of Lynbrook and found extremely helpful sales reps. Highly recommend Lynbrook
The service department is completely unprofessional. Yesterday, I waited 3 hours in the pouring rain for a tow truck because my brand new Audi got a flat. The key to unlock the lugnut broke because it is a cheap product. So after being stranded for hours during a work day, I had to ride in the tow truck to the dealer where I was not even greeted with an IM SORRY for the inconvenience glad youre ok. The woman Dawn who works there looks like she should work in a boatyard and is a filthy disgusting pig. She interrogated me over my flat tire without listening to anything I was saying and even walked away while I was talking. After having a verbal disagreement, her entire little crew in the garage came to her defense- what happened to caring about your customer? I was then surrounded by 5 grown men in a garage all yelling at me. They all had this filthy womans back. I will never ever ever go to this dealer again. And I am done with Audi. The point of buying a new tire is not a big deal- but when you get zero respect and the employees care more about their peers than their customers- thats a huge problem. Do not go here ever!
BEWARE .. BEWARE ... CHECK... RE-CHECK..DOUBLE CHECK...DO NOT TRUST THEM.Id love to give them zero stars but that isnt possible.Shopping to lease a car. Entered showroom and spoke with Ed Jaffe. Made it VERY clear that we did NOT want low profile tires on any car he would be offering. Told him why we didnt want them. Must have reiterated that fact four time. NO LOW PROFILE TIRES ED .. dont care ... dont want them.At the October 2017 delivered of the Audi A4, as I looked out the showroom window I said Ed those look like low profile tires .. Ed said no, theyre standard tires. Once outside we were overwhelmed with getting an explanation of how everything worked from the wipers to resetting the entire Audi system.Drove off and within three months had a two tire blow out. Didt pay much attention to that because the pothole the car hit was deep and large and both right side tires were effected. Then two March had a low tire pressure warning. The sidewall of the left front tire had a bubble on the sidewall and at the same time looked at the tire size. IT WAS A LOW PROFILE TIRE, the same tire we DIDNT WANT NO MATTER WHAT.Now my favorite part. The dealerships reaction and action when I told them we were deceived, lied to, taken vantage of,, because we trusted them.ED Jaffe: I never said the werent low profile tires, I said they were standard, all season tires. He lied.FRANK ??? the used car manager: Ill have to talk with Ed and get back to you because I dont know anything about that.JAMIE ??? Audi general manager: You didnt check the vehicle at delivery? ( I guess I should have assumed Id be lied to). No I trusted I would get what I had asked for I said. Jamie gave me the distinct impression that unless you check everything, you might not get the radio you asked for , nor the wheels, nor the tires, nor the spare, nor the color, nor the model .. YOU MUST CHECK EVERYTHING TO INSURE YOU GET WHAT YOU WANT >> DO NOT DO NOT TRUST THEM.MICHEAL SIEGEL Legend Auto Group co-owner with Wayne Siegle:Listened attentively, didnt offer a solution, contended he didnt know anything about the situation and would talk to ED JAFFE and JAMIE and call me back. Just like the dealership .... he co owns, HE LIED .. he never called back. I left daily messages for him for a 10 days in a row and he didnt have the courtesy or class to return my call.NEVER BUY OR LEASE A CAR FROM ANY OF THE LEGEND GROUP COMPANIES. IF YOU ARE FOOLISH ENOUGH TO DO THAT MAKE SURE YOU CHECK EVERYTHING .. EVERYTHING OR YOULL END UP LIKE WE DID AND GET SOMETHING YOU DIDNT WANT .I wonder if theyll have anything to say now ?
Absolutely wonderful customer service from both Charlie and David. They went up and beyond their job obligations and made sure I left a happy customer. I most definitely did and will not hesitate to refer others to that establishment and to Charlie and David as well.
If i can give the service dept a -star i would. Ill start with my intro, I walked in to the audi service are and in general said goodmorning to everyone i got nothing back. I said o,k look at the audi rep and said goodmorning again she said hi i explain to her iam here for my appt she said ok just need some info from my car and she would be rite back. She then tells me you have no tags or registration i said i know i just purchase the car and i havent register yet i had the vehicle towed in (250 bucks ). I have she then looked at me like i was liying squinted her eyes and said i cant do anything for you i said then says is this your car i said yes title and bill of sale in my hand she declines me again. Then someone in the back mumbles something behind a computer and desk desnt give me the respect of even showing there face and states yeah you need tags and reggy i said i never heard of that i legally towed the car in i have proof of ownership on my hand and i still couldnt have my car checked out. She then stated we need to be able to drive the car. I agree your a dealership i never heard of a dealership with no dealer tags i politely left with another 250 tow back home 500 spent on being profiled from the start to end i have a beard and iam dark skinned thats how i felt leaving. I then called several other service dept and they all agree to accept my vehicle towed in so why didnt legend????
Be Careful with these people, I took my A5 there because it was hesitating to start. I had an 8AM appointment for diagnosis, 3PM rolls around and they still arent finished or even have an update. then the tech calls me and says I hope you have time because there are a lot of things wrong with your car He said I had after market wiring in my engine (not true) and that to get my car running they will have to replace my engine harness for 5000 dollars. I knew they were wrong, so I paid the 1 hour labor fee of $165 and took my car back. I took it to a German auto specialist and after running it on the computer he knew right away that the timing chain was out of time, he replaced the tension rod and and chain, and re-timed the engine. That eliminated all of the errors and had my car running like brand new for no where near what massapequa what quoting me. not to mention I wasted $165 for a pointless inaccurate diagnosis. stay away from these people unless its a basic oil change.
WHATCH OUT FOR THE LADY AT THE PARTS COUNTER. Went in for parts. When i approached the counter i asked the women behind the desk for help, even though there is a sign that says ring bell for assistance i figured that is when nobody is behind the counter. With an extreme attitude she points to a bell and says ring the bell for assistance. As if i am a moron. I politely told her the sign should say ring bell for parts assistance because nowhere in the area says it is the parts department. She gave another snotty remark ring bell for assistance is explanation enough with a foul look on her face.

2022-05-30I have a 2017 Audi A4. I went to Audi Massapequa twice. On the first occasion, I had the misfortune of needing help from the sales staff. There were no customers in the showroom yet I was treated like I was wasting the salesmans time. He lacked knowledge to resolve my issue and further was uninterested in helping me. I was basically blown off and left without resolving my issue and feeling pretty disgusted with my treatment. On the second occasion, I scheduled service to take care of two service campaigns and, under contract, regular service including an oil change etc. One of the service campaigns was botched with the 4G module installed in the dash but not plugged in and so not working. The oil change was also sub standard with the oil level reading low when I got the car back. I called and asked to speak with the service manager but was instead put in to voice mail. I left a message for him to call me but, not surprisingly considering my already awful experience with this dealer, I never received a call back.Amenities you say? There were none.Awful incompetent sub standard service and no concern for the customer at all. I dont think Ill go back for service again and I recommend that you dont buy a car from these people.

2022-05-22I would like to say that I am very happy that I decided to walk into Audi of Massapequa and purchase my Q8 from them. The people here know how to treat their customers without having to do anything special other than treat them like a human being and make you feel like your business is actually valued. If you are thinking of buying an Audi or any of the vehicles that they carry give them a try I think you will be quite happy that you did. My salesman Eric was absolutely great, as was Jaime and Ivy. I wish I would have cake here sooner but they definitely gained a loyal customer. Thank you to everyone who helped me.

2022-04-08Bought a car from here as well as a extended warranty. 2 and half years later my Audi A4 blew front axle in a very expensive repair. Not only was I seen quickly no upfront deposit had to be paid. A I worked with Dave from service and he was very honest with what had to be done and what could wait, and tried to help as much as possible. Would purchase here again. Very rare to find a good dealership these days.

2022-05-09Great experience purchasing my Atlas Cross Sport with Michael Paskoff. Very professional, extremely patient and super nice. He kept in contact with me until the car was delivered to the dealership, answered al of my questions & took the time to go over everything on the car. Highly recommend this dealership & salesman. I came from Staten Island to get the car because they had the best price.

2022-03-19I went to Audi of Massapequa based on a very pressed director of customer experience wanting me to come to their dealership to see a Q3. Her emails were pleasant; the actual services was 180 degrees opposite. I dealt with a very unprofessional salesperson with supposedly 36 years of service who didnt even know which has grade the Q3 took. As I reflect on my experience, it is obvious he is racially biased and he let his ideas of what a black woman can do and purchase prevent him from doing his basic job. He was disrespectful and condescending. Trust me as an owner of BMWs 5s and above Im not pressed for an overblown VW. This experience really has impacted my decision with Audi. If this basic person treated a very qualified seller like this I can imagine how he has treated others who were not as credentialed. I do not recommend.

2022-01-27I was in the market for a used Audi and the model/spec I wanted was available at Audi Massapequa. Very pleased with the service I received from the sales team, the buying process and the quality of the vehicle. Would definitely purchase a car from Audi Massapequa again.

2022-06-271st of all they try to get of of their advertised shuttle service all the time. My car is currently in for service, dropped it off 8am. Its now 5 and the service lady jackie tells me that they are closing soon and asked if Im leaving the car through text. Btw they turn off mainline phones before close. Im at work with no ride and no communication from dealer now. Oh and my car is under warranty. They also messed with my recall scheduled maintenance 4x now. They kept telling me they booked me in but upon getting scheduled service they would remind me about a recall to which I reply Im already booked. Happened 4x!Update 6.27.22. Phones are still turned off early. Upon getting my car back the 2nd key no longer works. I called immediately to let them know and they tried accusing me for the issue whe. I told them I already replaced the battery in the fob. I have a nice voice-mail of them trying to tell me how it will cost 160 to diagnose the problem. They just need to reconnect my key. Dont bring your car for service here.

2022-07-05Professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff at Audi of Massapequa. No pressure and responsive. Great experience, highly recommend.
