What a surprise. Just like other reviews they were CLOSED. Almost 11:30am. The management needs to see what is happening. Put in some cameras so you can watch your employees chatting and texting on their phone instead of opening the restaurant..lights were off and employees were pointing and laughing at people in the lobby. Not a good look, auntie.

Didnt get to try a pretzel as the woman behind the counter was very rude and snapped at me she wasnt open. It was after 11am?February 10/22. I hope management reads this!!! Very rude!!! Angola NY service center on the 190

This was the strangest experience we had on our entire trip from Ontario to Cleveland (which was otherwise amazing!) There were 2 staff working, but they both treated the customers waiting as if they couldnt see them - completely ignoring everyone for a solid 5 minutes, going about there business.Finally, the most disgruntled person I may have ever encountered took our order. The pretzels were great! Ive never been to one of these restaurants before and Im not sure if its a chain or not, but my overall sense is that its a completely miserable place for the employees to work.

If you are checking reviews for this stop, I highly recommend trying something else.Normally when I read reviews, I assume that some people are exaggerating because they are upset about something. This was just legitimately bad overall.Terrible service from young kids to just could not care less. The pretzel tastes accordingly.Walking up to the counter, the girl who is working the register nonchalantly walked away from the register, behind a wall.The other was within visual range… Although too involved than her phone to bother to look up.Took one bite… Placed the rest behind the driver seat… After trying a second bite later… I just cannot bring myself to eat a pretzel this bad.Do you agree? Collectively, we decide which businesses surround us. Try to support businesses that make better food, treat their employees better, and hire the right employees for the job.Cheers,

Food and customer service is very subpar. Employees show no teamwork, poor communication to customer, very very slow. Burnt food for sale in display case, portions are all over the place, no consistancy, Did not offer or wipe off exterior of cup, total mess.

Closed at 6. Clearly states 8pm closing time on Google. Employee was still in the travel plaza but the store was shut down. Get it together people.
