The lady who answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional and did not want to be bothered to answer any question even though she is getting paid to do so. The website is also not very clear when it comes to pricing and the use of the sauna.
The best korean scrub in the town! Very clean and good service.
Very clean and professional, we had reflexology but they gave us saunas, robes, use if showers if we needed it

2020-08-01Ok my boyfriend wanted to treat me to a massage .we were so excited. When he made the appointment he was under the impression that the crystal package came with the sauna champagne and fruits nope. When we arrived she tells us its no sauna. I asked her does she think.it was right for no one to mention that when making the appointment. 2 we are still excited so we ask if they could work with the price do to the miscommunication of course they said no. 3 my boyfriend then say its fine no sauna its ok I still want the package. 4 then she tell us it was no fruit and no champagne. What was suppose to be a nice afternoon turned out disappointing. My boyfriend then decides we will just do the massage,that was very expensive and not worth the money. My girl name was lisa she was really good.. but what we paid wasnt worth it.

2018-11-17Excellent! Facilities are clean & relaxing. The massage bed was heated and plenty of heat packs put on during the massage. Nicole was awesome in relieving my neck pain. Going to try the infrared sauna next. Highly recommend it.

2014-01-17Called 2 weeks in advance for a Saturday appoint for the Couples Jade Package. They didn’t have a time that worked for me so I extended my stay in NYC for a day and booked the appointment for Sunday. I figured I’d be a hero with my wife.The gal who booked the appointment warned me 2x about the NO REFUND if canceled within 24 hours. NO EXCEPTIONS! She wasn’t very friendly during the reservation process but I wasn’t too concerned.My wife and I show up 10:45 for an 11am apt. the gals asks if she can help us. I tell her we have an appointment. She tells me she has no available appointments. I explain we are 15 minutes for our 11am appointment. Oops I guess they forgot to put me in the book.Do they apologize? Nope!Do they offer any compensation? Nope!A discount for another time? Nope!Even appear to feel bad? Nope!I bet there services are great but with some of the other reviews you’ll read is it worth it? I bet there are tons of great places worthy of a shot.

2017-10-13Located on 33rd near Broadway in Korean town. Me and my wife did a couples package that included a traditional 60 minute Korean scrub, an hour massage, and 30 minute reflexology. We had a private suite for our scrub and massages. The also gave us a sample bottle of champagne and some melons. Everything was great. The only thing authentic was the Korean scrub. The massages were great, but I do not believe the therapist were licensed. They also have the various saunas that are coed, but they do not have any plunge pools.

2017-04-24Construction was being done during my visit. I was unable to use the sauna area and toxic fumes were present throughout my massage. I requested to speak to a manager and sent a follow-up email. Two weeks have gone by and I have not had any follow-up. Extremely unhappy with the lack of customer service.

2013-05-28Generally I like the atmosphere along with only certain Therapists but the front desk is HORRIFIC! Please, I repeat PLEASE do NOT go there if and when the receptionist named Reeze works. She is a Pakastan lady with absolutely no manners. Its as if she hates her job and all the people she works with. She always has an attitude with clients especially male clients and apparently her staff dont even like her. Ive called almost everyday to find out when she works so that i dont go there because the unprofessional-ism kills the relaxation of the spa. So far she definately works Tuesday mornings, so if you dont want to deal with an unwell mannered little girl, definitely dont go then. Its a shame because the spa has so much potential especially with high end potential, but when you happen to bump into a sore thumb such as Reeze, you feel as if you ruined the whole point of getting unstressed from a long day at work.

2013-07-19I thought that Aura Wellness Spa gave me EXACTLY what I came for. I did not expect a relaxing experience, I expected to receive a wonderful exfoliatation and I got it. Yes, the loofah was a bit abrasive but is that not why I went there? Tons of dead skin cells were removed and I came out of this experience with baby skin. Georgia B

2020-01-28AWESOME EXPERIENCE , NICE STAFF , CLEAN LOCKER ROOMS , MY BACK WAS IN HORRIFIC PAIN I LEFT FEELING LIKE A NEW PERSON . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOUR HAVING BACK TROUBLES , SAUNA IS PRETTY COOL AND INCLUDED WITH SERVICE .

2019-12-24Very disappointed all round. No English other than the surly receptionist and steam room was dangerously hot. I’d be surprised if this place was licensed.Avoid!!!
