I stopped in to see if I could get a quick manicure and I got so much more. Hanna is an incredibly nice woman with amazing attention to detail. She fit me in without an appointment and I left with perfect nails. Highly recommend.
I went there for a pedicure.. very relaxing and Hannah was very nice. My nails are beautiful and my feet look good too, and that was with the basic. She assured me that if I had any problem I could come back in and she would fix it.
I’ve gone several times to get pedicures here and she does an awesome job. Previous places that I visited cut my toes or over scraped my heals leaving me in pain and bleeding. So, needless to say I was terrified to try anyplace. She is so gentle and has not hurt me ever. I highly recommend her.
Went and got my eyebrows done here a few weeks ago and just made an appointment to get my nails and eyebrows done again! Very polite professional and they do a good job. Will write a review after my nail appointment at 5.
I had the greatest mani/pedi yesterday at Aurora Nails. It’s been bought by a lovely woman, Hannah, who is so meticulous with her nail care. She has transformed the salon into an immaculate and comfortable spot. It’s not fancy, but who cares when you get a fantastic mani/pedi for a really good price from Hannah!! You’ve gotta go there!!
Highly recommend this place! I previously went to a village nails to get my nails done but they did a very poor job and damaged my nails badly. I have been growing my nails out for a long time and the owner of Aurora Nail Boutique was very kind and helped me find a way to help prevent my nails from breaking further in order to help me to prevent cutting them and did a really good job on my nails! Everything was very clean as well.
Hi Folks,I am posting this today (12-15-18) to let you all know that Aurora Nails has been purchased and the name has been changed to Aurora Nail Boutique. The new owner Hoa (Hanna) Pham has years of experience working as a nail tech in very upscale shops in the Buffalo area, and her English is most excellent. No miscommunications here! Hanna is very excited about bringing her artistry to East Aurora and surrounding towns. She has been busy cleaning 🧹 for the last month and has already brought in new equipment (brand new pedi chairs are on the way) and the highest quality nail care products in the industry. Brand names you know and love like Tammy Taylor, SNS and OPI. If you haven’t been here in years, please stop by and say hello to Hanna and Kim, who will be here for a few more weeks. Today was the second time I’ve had a manicure and pedicure from Aurora Nail Boutique. Hannah and Kim do a wonderful job, and I’ll be back.
After reading the previous review, I was skeptical. But, she was very nice, and did a great job on my acrylic fill. I will be coming back regularly! Its certainly not a high end spa, but neither are the prices! For a $15 fill, I am extremely impressed!
Very friendly atmosphere. I love how great my nails look. I definitely will be a returning customer.
It was very dirty. The water for the pedicure was cold. The seats do not move forward or backward so if your tall or short your screwed. The lady did not cut my sisters toe nails. And when we asked questions they both made us feel uncomfortable. The price was 27 dont feel like I got what I paid for.

Called to inquire about walk ins and she told me to come right in. She gave me an amazing pedicure and she is such a sweet lady. Very reasonable prices as well.

2022-03-28So pleased with how my dip manicure turned out, Hanna was very meticulous and checked to make sure I liked everything before each step. I’ve been to several places in the village and I feel like this is the best experience I’ve had so far. Will definitely be going back!

2022-06-25If I could give 10 Stars for a review, I most definitely would. I had been to 3 other nail salons in the area before finding the Aurora Nail Boutique. This is my third time here, and each time the service has been fantastic. Hannah and her staff spend so much time and attention to be sure that you are very pleased, and you can clearly see that you are important to them from the moment that you walk in the door. My manicure and pedicure turned out beautiful and it is such a nice relaxing atmosphere. It is great to walk into such a clean place and feel spoiled from the moment that you sit down. I clearly see why you have so many positive reviews on so many sites. Another reason why I felt that it was really important to write this review is because I happen to be that customer that was having my nails done when the two young girls walked in that Rose and Celina spoke about in their reviews. They walked in thinking that they would be able to have their nails done together at the same time. Hannah was very sweet and apologetic, as she explained that she could only take care of one of them at a time, as she is the only one there that is trained to do the nails in the style that they wished. One of the girls called her mom, and both girls said they would have to leave and go somewhere that they could have their nails done at the same time. A few minutes later, Hannah answered the phone as a woman was screaming and swearing at Hannah, as she was trying to apoligize for the misunderstanding. I felt extremely sorry for Hannah as the screaming continued, at which time, I told her that she did not deserve to be treated with such disrespect, and that she should hang up. She immediately called back and I asked Hannah if I may please have the phone. My words to Rose and Celina are kindness will take you much farther in life and your review doesnt even come close to the fantastic service that my mom and I have had, as well as the many friends that now have their nails done at Aurora Nail Boutique because the service is so great. ❤

2022-06-24Say you make an appointment at a nail salon for 2 people at the same time; Wouldnt you expect to have both of your nails to be done at the same time? Meaning- not one after the other. Well not the case here- what I was told was Our customers like to wait. Well not this customer. When I make an appointment for 2 people Id expect to have our nails being done at the same time. Not to mention how she was texting me at 11 pm about getting my nails done and what I wanted, then the morning of, sends me 3 text messages saying to come early, just to get let down. I was also told that its $10 extra just for the shape of the nail- like what? Ok.

2022-08-18My friend and I had our nails done last week. Mani/pedi. I have 5 infected fingernails, and my friend has two infected toe nails. The instruments used were in sterilization packs, but the temperature strip had not changed color, so they could not have been properly cleaned. There were also nail clippings all over the floor. I have never had this happen to me after having my nails done. We should never have continued with the mani/pedi. We will NEVER use this nail salon again.

2022-06-24We made an appointment on Wednesday for Friday. 2 girls to get a full set. Asked for 5pm, but said they could not do until 5:30. Which was fine. Drove 40 minutes one way for them to tell us it was a misunderstanding and cannot do both at that time. I called to speak manager and as I was telling her that it was wrong, manager told me her customers like to wait and she hung up on me, I called back and she gave the phone to a customer to tell me off! For East Aurora, Im disgusted!

2021-10-24I am so glad I found this place in the village!! I was never a regular of any salon before, but here is totally different. Hannah and Kim are both professional, kind, provide amazing services and truly masters of their craft. I always leave so pleased with my nails and get complimented on them all the time. Its really nice to be at a salon where the owners actually care, listen to you, and put their all into it. 5 stars, 10/10, must-go-to for nails and other beauty needs. Trust me when I say its the best spot in town!

2019-06-05The new owner Hannah is amazing! Extreme attention to detail, makes sure nails and toes are perfect. Prices are amazing as well! Can’t go wrong with the spa pedicures or if you want to save money the basic pedicure is great too! Hannah does a great job with the dip powder nails as well, including removal that won’t damage your nails! If you haven’t been here since she purchased the place, you should definitely give it a try, you won’t regret it!

2020-09-08Very clean and relaxing nail salon. My daughter and I both got mani and pedis. The owner did a beautiful job. She takes her time and does very good quality work. I was going to another nail salon in East Aurora but now will be switching to this nail salon. Highly recommended! The salon is under new ownership so if you heard negative reviews in the past it was probably from someone coming during the previous ownership.
