This is an especially caring group of doctors. I have brought my dog and cat here for several years. Ample easy parking. Clean and spacious waiting areas. The exam rooms are clean and do just what they should. When I lost my dog due to age related complications, they were amazing. They helped make good decisions. No games and no wasted treatments just because they could have. I highly recommend.
Great communication and follow up. Excellent COVID protocol. My pets were secure with the staff. Price was reasonable. Highly recommended.
Ive been going here for a few years. 6 cats and 2 dogs(it was 7 cats,3 dogs) I spend almost $600 every 3 months for flea meds and my cats pills! I just got meds for mid oct for my animals. I was informed while I was waiting in the parking lot that she refused to fill my cats meds bc she has a regular check up due nov2nd! I never would have drove the 35 minutes out there,sat and waited to cash out and find out the staff think its funny to screw you over. I informed them im pregnant and due nov 1st * so obviously my cat wouldnt be in until her t4 check at the end of December! She had the nerve to ask me when my c-section was and very rudely said you have NO ONE who can bring your cat in thanks but my husband will be at home with our toddler, newborn and me. Thanks for nothing! My c-section was oct 27th! Were looking for a new vet that actually cares and staff thats not rude as hell! The nerve after how much we spend * staff use to be nice :(

This Veterinary office is beyond amazing ! The Doctors and Staff are so kind, loving and very knowledgeable! Our fur babies get so excited to go see everyone and always recieve the very best care. The office is always so clean and the appointments are never rushed. We feel like we are treated as family whenever we go ! Everyone from the receptionists , to the technicians, to the management to the doctors (especially Dr. Meisner) are just mind blowingly awesome and so so sweet! We also enjoy the furry residents we are greeted with and look forward to hearing all their silly stories! Brought my 9 year old, old English here after 18 months of skin issues that her previous vet could not figure out. after meeting with Dr Keem and starting the new protocol he recommended Sophie was improved so much in two weeks she was like a new dog! So thankful for this place!
Very nice vet took care of both our dogs and the staff were very friendly toward our dogs as well as others who came in. Products for sale are pricey but as with most pet items its best to order online or catch when they are on sale. Definitely will bring the pups back here again in the future
I give them 1 star for a clean place and nice people. However, I was only allowed one coupon for a pets first visit. I was told later that its one per household not per pet, even though it was my fiances cat not mine. The wait time is usually very long. Waited in line to sign my pet in and it took a half hour . My other pet had to wait in her crate for an hour before she was seen on her very first visit. Another visit she sat in her crate for 30 minutes. I will no longer be taking my pets here. Just glad my cat didnt have an accident in her crate.
We took our two cats to Dr. Meisner, and our dog to Dr. Keem this past week. We are new to the area, and have used the East Aurora Vet Hospital for treatment on one of our cats earlier in the summer. The experience between the two clinics is night and day.First and foremost, the Aurora Pet Hospital staff is excellent. Our animals get quite nervous visiting the vet, but the techs were patient, gentle, and they knew exactly what to do. In our experience across town, their answer was to sedate the animal in order for the techs to handle it. Im pleased the staff here is able to handle our animals without sedation. Both veterinarians were very professional, and did thorough exams on each of our animals. They were able to quickly diagnose Lyme disease in our dog, and run simple tests on our cats who have had a history of specific health problems.Secondly, the space is clean! Taking your dog or cat for a medical examination should mean the standard of care is still high. When taking samples, or simply examining the animal, the exam room should be clean to prevent the spread of germs. This makes a difference, and it makes the experience of taking my animals for their exams much more comfortable.Thirdly, they are very upfront about pricing, and if there are a variety of treatments for specific issues, they give you a range of prices. In our experience across town, we were quoted $800 max for a procedure on our cat, which turned into over $1400 after the procedure was done, the cat needed to come home, and the bill needed to be paid.If you are looking for a quality vet practice, this is it! Great vets, excellent staff, pleasant and clean clinic, and upfront pricing- this is the best vet practice in East Aurora.
Best pet care around. Top quality service, managed to get our dog in without a appointment, they found out that he fractured a toe yesterday and took great care of him, even if he looks miserable.
First off I really like the doctors and techs but the front desk staff is the most rude unprofessional people I’ve ever met. They are very rude and unfriendly when you call to schedule an appointment or ask a question and for that reason I’ll be finding a new vet. They should invest in sending the front desk/receptionist to customer service training!!!

The employees always take care of your pets like one of there own. Theyre always willing to answer any types of questions no matter how stupid they may seem.
Dr. Kim is always great. The team here is on top of their game. My last experience with a different doctor wasnt necessarily the greatest, but Im hoping she was just filling in while Dr. Kim was out. Wouldnt stop me from recommending Aurora to anybody though.

My family and I recently lost our 13 year old Weimaraner. She was our baby and weve been shattered. Dr. Meisner, Dr. Keem, and staff went well beyond our expectations with their knowledge and kindness to help support us in our time of need and sadness. We inform many people daily that Aurora Pet Hospital are the areas best option for pet care and always hear the same from many others. From puppy to senior, we appreciated all their care they express to our family and look forward to the years to come with our new Weimaraner. Thank you Aurora Pet Hospital - you are the best!

2022-06-08I know vets are pricey but $68 is a lot for less than 15 minutes work and did she really have to make us wait so long? Extra expenses conveniently mounted up. The assistant was nice.

2021-03-29Great pet hospital and staff. I have been taking my dog to the Aurora Pet Hospital since 2013. I am thoroughly impressed with the veterinarians (especially Dr. Meisner) and staff. They have always been receptive to any of my concerns and questions. My dog is very nervous and can be reactive under stress. They have worked with us and have made his visits positive. He actually seems to enjoy going to the vet. I am grateful that I take my dog to them for his medical care. I strongly recommend Aurora Pet Hospital to other pet owners for their pet care.

2021-09-02The vets are amazing- sweet, professional, extremely knowledgeable. The front desk staff is rude at best. Short, accusatory, and unmoving. Its like being in an abusive relationship - you have to deal with the rude and aggrogant front desk staff that will leave you feeling irrated and unwanted to then seeing the sweet and positive vet staff. Its like you have to prove your loyalty by overcoming your anger before getting to see the professional. If I hadnt been coming here for the last 20+ years, I would NEVER come back.

2021-10-27Been here 5 times b4. Felt like a blonde at a car dealership, my dog has a growth on his face, been there 3 years or so, now its a problem. I only go to the vet for problems not check ups, they knew about the growth, tell me to come in, I said ok, he also needs a new rabies shot. Before I knew what hit me I had a $375 bill w/o touching his bleeding face. I didnt have proof of getting his booster shots with me so I had to start from scratch as if my 8.5 year old dog was a puppy. They push/sell real hard but hesitate to tell you how much each add on is gonna be, I felt guilted into the shots and testing. Covid nonsense protocalls there, so I didnt have my gf to help remember what our dogs history is. Life gets busy and hard to figure out when we can make another appointment for him to get the main concern fixed. I show up for the booster shots, they are for Dhlpp? and lyme disease, $81, not rabies, Im so lost, dont sell me stuff he doesnt legally need. They want to do another blood test $160 because I waited 2 weeks to plan his surgery and they are 3 to 4 weeks booked, so dumb.

2021-02-05I absolutely love APH, we take our dog here for all his shots and grooming. He isnt an easy dog and this isnt always an easy job so I commend them. As someone who works in the medical field, we should always be compassionate especially during covid. It is a hard thing to navigate around and everyone is doing their best. The front desk always does their best to find a day and time that works well with my schedule, the techs treat my dog as if he is one of their own and I cannot say enough good things about Dr. M- the best Vet there is!!

2019-03-19Dr. Kim Meisner is exceptional! She really cares! The entire team makes you feel welcome and loves our furry kids! We have 3 long haired Shiloh Shepherds that were just professionally groomed by Sherrie at Aurora Pet Hospital. Sherrie was great!! Our dogs are immaculate now! They feel and look amazing! I recommend this vet and group all the time!

2020-05-26Ive always liked this office. Recently, the customer service and staff have been rude and unprofessional. I told 3 different people that Ive recently been unhappy with the customer service and felt like I was being brushed off when I had an issue with my dog... Not one person aknowleged my comment. Not one staff member who I spoke with said anything like, Im sorry to hear that youre unhappy or offered to have someone speak with me about it. Three separate people completely ignored my concern. So unprofessional. It has really went downhill here lately. I have taken my pets here for over 10 years. Unfortunately, I can not put my trust in this office staff anymore.
