Auto Expo in other cities:
How are you gonna sell me a $7,000 car with a headlight and a blinker bulb out? How did it pass your inspection with those problems? What did you spend 7 days doing between my deposit and my picking the car up that these werent fixed? Dont say detailing either because the inside is disgusting.
Let me start off by saying don and cliff are completely unprofessional and extremely rude. They rush u thru the sale so you dont see all the problems with everything about the place. I had gotten a 2010 jeep grand cherokee less then a year ago and now it been in the shop for three weeks and now Im being told it need over 3000 dollars worth of work or it need to be junked I would never recommend going there for anything.
I left a good review at first but now I have to leave the real one. Don’t let these ppl comment under your review about the 4.1 stars because most of these good reviews were asked to be done . Like mine was as I was signing papers . I’ve had my car for less than a month and the moment I left the lot , my car was already leaking oil . They had my car for over a week after I left my deposit, I should’ve never had any issues. I’ve brought my car back 3 times and it hasn’t been fixed . The first time I waited 2 hours and it wasn’t fixed. I brought it to another mechanic who found the issue within 60 seconds . I brought my car back to auto expo upset bc the owner DON told me my car was fixed and it was still leaking . He told me I shouldn’t be mad after I spent a few thousand dollars on this car and was promised everything would be in tip top shape . He shrugged his shoulders at my disappointment, he ignored me while I spoke . And he tried to lecture me because I was upset. When I declined the lecture he stated he won’t do business with me . I don’t know the man from a hole in the wall and that’s not how you conduct business with a PAYING customer. Cliff asked me to bring it back the 3rd time and still no fix on my issue . I have filed a complaint with the ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE OF CONSUMER FRAUD and I would advise anyone else to do the same . These ppl are selling junk cars just view the REAL reviews and are rushing for these sales . Don is nasty as a person . The inventory on the site is FAKE . I have a 1 year old son who I have in my car daily and one wrong thing happens and my child can be seriously injured !!!
Bought a 99 Cherokee, and everything has been such a pleasant experience from picking up the car, they put in a bluetooth radio for me, car runs great and they put in brand new muffler, struts and the car was overall in immaculate shape. They did everything they said they would and more.
Stay away from this place. Its a rip off. I got a jeep from here and a year later ive put in over 5gs in repairs that they clamied they fixed already. Lied on paper work just to make a quick buck. Stay away. Told me my interest rate was 10 percent. Time went by and found out it was 20 percent after i called to pay the note.
Seem like nice people in the beginning but after dealing with them on multiple issues they’re ordinary crooked dealership guys. If you’re not knowledgeable about cars bring a mechanic so you can inspect any vehicle that you are buying from them.Trust me, it will save you headaches in the long run. Don’t bother getting the warranty with them it doesn’t even work. Every time I call about a issue, they just say it’s not covered by the warranty. I’m spending so much extra money after the purchase of a Jeep Wrangler from them. Good luck!
*updated after about 1 year*Don’t shop here, if you want a used jeep, buy private.Absolutely terrible experience, just another crooked dealership. First off, when you buy your car, they force you to write a good review, and pressure you into writing a good review, which is why mine used to be 5 stars.I purchased my jeep for approximately $8,000. After less than an hour of ownership, the rear axle started grinding, I called the office, and I was told “ignore that, that’s a regular jeep sound”. The wheel fell off on the Souther State Parkway doing 60+mph less than a week later. The jeep also had a terrible shake to it when you hit any type of bumps. After having to pay to have the jeep towed back to the dealership, they fixed the rear axle with used parts, and after pulling the fill plug, I found WATER inside it. Within the next 6 months, the clutch failed catastrophically, the radiator failed, the heater core failed, the air conditioning failed, the passenger door lock failed, one of the interior control modules failed (rendering the truck undrivable), the front wheel bearings failed, the steering box failed, the radio failed, one of the tires developed massive bubbles in it, the brakes failed, and I had several check engine lights for various electrical failures.I do my own work on my vehicles, and so far, I have spent a total of $14,000 on this vehicle, including purchase price.Upon working on this, I discovered many issues that should not have passed New York State Inspection. My truck was missing hardware on the BRAKE CALIPERS, it had emissions problems, and it had substantial damage to the steering and front suspension. Additionally, some of the work I did required welding, and when grinding the frame to prep for welding, I found pink dust… Body filler… On the frame, covering cracks and crash damage, sanded smooth, and sprayed over with their in house “undercoating”. The only reason why they undercoat these vehicles is to hide damage and to sell the car for more money. For the condition that it’s in, I believe I overpaid for the truck by about $7,000.It is now nearly a year and a half later, the jeep runs poorly, no longer is drivable due to the shaking, the undercoat they put on is flaking off due to poor surface prep, and I have driven the car less than 3,000 miles, nothing further than 20 minutes from my house. I had to find another car elsewhere, and the jeep is now getting sold for less than 25% of what I paid for everything.DONT SHOP FOR CARS HERE
Inventory looks great online. Called multiple times, inquired via website & Cars.com multiple times about used Jeeps they advertise as on their lot. Finally got ahold of an actual person at this location. Rep insists their sold out and have nothing on their lot. Was interested in making a sale, rep didnt sound the least bit enticed. Disappointing, inventory looked solid...
This place is awesome! Clifford and Don are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did they help to find a perfect car for me, but also helped to take care of the car itself and ensure its safety. They are reasonable and really take care of all of the car’s needs.
These guys are highly professional. I left a deposit on a Jeep but had several questions. They were informative, helpful, and above all else- patient.I ended up calling a few times before picking it up. If they werent available, they called back in a reasonable amount of time.Once they knew it was going to college with my kid, they made extra sure everything was in working order.I couldnt be happier. Thank you Don, Tucker, and Cliff for all your help. Ill be back in a few months with my other child so keep an eye out for another good one for me.
Originally I had posted a good 5 star review when I picked up the car. I felt pressured at the time. My experience was less than parr. I think what is lacking is a major communication between the mechanics and the sales reps. For 4 weeks, albeit communication was good with the sales reps, but I waiting for the car to get fixed of an issue. I was told so many things were replaced and the car was in better shape than ever before 4 weeks later, which they did reimburse my first months payment on the vehicle since I was waiting for it, the problem that they claimed to fix was still there. None of the parts that they had claimed to change out were in fact changed out. It is almost as if they just cleared the problem on the computer because they had enough of the car and wanted me to take it off of their hands. I was told MULTIPLE parts were changed and in fact, either old parts were exchanged with old parts, or they werent swapped out at all. It is not even 24 hours later and I have a check engine light on with the same issues that they claimed to have fixed. The owner and sales reps were excellent. HOWEVER, I was sold a car that was broken. Whether they knew it or not.
Great guys. Straight forward. Good prices. Bought a vehicle from here a month ago. After the first day. Had problems with my catalytic converter. Still waiting to get that fixed. Hard to get in contact with them. Phone just rings and the voicemail is always full. Ive been up there to show them. They say they are short staffed. I can understand that, but its been too long and no set date has been set up to fix the problem. I have a fresh inspection sticker on a vehicle that shouldnt have passed. How does that work? Im not telling anyone what to do. Im just sharing my experience with auto expo.
Dont bother getting excited about any vehicle you see listed on their website as it will not be there because they do not update their site. Ever. We drove 5 hours from PA to look at the supposed 20+ jeep wranglers listed only to find out there was none at all from the site and only jeeps waiting to be rot repaired on both frame and body so that they could be sold. Extreme waste of time and perfect example of why used carlots have the bad reputation they do.
I highly recommend this place if you’re looking to get into a used reliable vehicle. The have a great selection of Jeep’s and their customer service was phenomenal. Cliff and Tucker helped me with the process from beginning to end, they were super helpful and very honest which is rare to find in the car selling industry. Thanks so much guys!
Shady dealer. Not an internet business they say. They had none of the six, yes six Jeeps on their website which was very well made. They obviously thought I had never bought a vehicle before, so silly. All of the ones they showed me were more expensive and not as good condition. You have to pay to recondition their vehicle that should be ready for sale on their public lot. Non reconditioned cars go on the non public lot, right? On top of that bad customer service. Pushy and assertive, as if I am going to buy just any random Jeep without looking at some presentation of it first (on an updated website in 2018). Do not buy from here. I was so excited to buy from them. What a shame.
Looked at a Jeep for my son was not happy the salesman Don kept asking for a deposit . Even though we were not sure we gave him a $ 100.00 deposit he was asking for $500.00. To make a long story short we did not make a purchase from this dealership.I have called many times to get a refund buy no one ever answers the phone .Since this all ocured over a month ago you would think they would refund my son his deposit. I would not recommend this dealer at all they dont do business the rite way
My brother needed a new vehicle at a reasonable price so we checked out Auto Expo. Not only did they have a nice Jeep Grand Cherokee that we wanted but it was within our price range. They kept us up to date with the time frame on when it would be ready. We were very happy with the Jeep and would definitely use Auto Expo again for our future Jeep vehicle purchases.
If I could give this company 0 stars, I would :) I traveled from Baltimore, MD in hopes of buying a jeep based off of the website and speaking with a representative. As soon as I got there the owner suggested a 2006 Jeep Commander which was appealing to the eye. I knew something was off as soon as he suggested I purchase the vehicle and then it could be shipped to me within a week. It was a good thought at the time but not when he wouldnt allow me to test drive the vehicle. He danced around starting the car and allowing me to test drive for all but 3 minutes until I said I was no longer interested if I could not see how it ran before purchasing. He then gave in and allowed me to drive around the block. I do not know what was worse, the brakes that had absolutely no grip or the smoke that followed the car about 1 minute after pulling off. All the lights were on the dash as well as the gauge meter needles going back and fourth like they could not be controlled. I am certain this owner thought he could get over on me because my fiance and I are 2 young black people. Once we pulled back into the parking lot Im sure he immediately knew he made a mistake. I was hoping to purchase a decent vehicle today right off the lot, but that didnt happen due to the ignorance of the staff there. I look forward to buying a vehicle tomorrow, and I will never be returning here.
I had a very positive experience here! The place has a ton of inventory at affordable prices, pretty much all models of Jeeps, with some Dodges as well. I personally picked out a 2003 Jeep Cherokee which for its age is in good condition and relatively low mileage. While the car wasn’t ready for me until a week after the agreed upon date, my sales rep Cliff kept me updated daily, which was immensely helpful. I’m happy with my purchase and thought the staff was helpful. Sometimes it was hard to get a rep on the phone just because the place is so busy, but Cliff went out of his way to call me regularly about the status of the car. I’d definitely recommend for the large inventory at reasonable prices.
Trouble with seatbelt clasp on 2007 car. Don and Cliff had my back and immediately took care of it - not just with a can of oil but seeing to immediate replacement (on a Friday afternoon, I may add). Their shop can handle anything in-house. Family and safety first here! Efficient with paperwork and no-pressure sale; fair prices in tough market.
Update: Everything was fixed the way it should so I gave another star.Overall the whole process seemed rushed and they didnt seem to really care for quality for the customer as they do with just making the sale and getting you gone. So for that they will not be receiving anymore stars.Do youre homework on the car youre buying before walking into this door and take your time inspecting it before you sign anything or give any money. Thats all I got for you.So far not so great. Just bought a car at above kbb value with the assumption everything was going to be in tip top shape.Same day I got it the check engine light came on. Took it to a mechanic and find out there is alot of things wrong with it making it unsafe to drive and shouldnt have passed the nys inspection. Waiting to hear back to see if they actually honor their 30 day warranty.
When I tell you customer service is a skill... these people know exactly what they’re doing. Anything I could dream of for my Jeep Wrangler they made me feel extremely confident before I made my purchase. Definitely not your “car salesmen”! These guys I consider family now for how well they made my experience. Worth it 100%
Great experience! Everyone at Auto Expo was very knowledgeable about the Jeeps the have on their lot. They worked with my mom and I to get a safe and reliable car within our price range. They are constantly get new cars in, its definitely worth stopping by and taking a look.
I’m so happy I finally found the jeep that I wanted at a very reasonable price. The staff was extremely helpful, especially Cliff, in guiding me through my first time vehicle purchase. I definitely would recommend taking a look at their vehicles. You may just find what you’re looking for.
When life gives you lemons you open auto expo in Huntington and sell them! My son bought a 2000 jeep cherokee from this dealership. We were told that if we gave $500 bucks as a down payment, they would totally revamp the jeep. They’re really friendly until you give them your money, then they stop answering phone calls. It took longer to get the jeep ready than what they told us and when we went to pick it up, all the things that we were promised (full car detailing, fixing the upholstery, fixing rips in seats, fixing rear view mirrors, multiple things needed to be fixed mechanical wise) all not done upon arrival to pick the car up. The interior of the car was covered in dog hair and dirt. After getting the car, check engine light has come on over 10 times within 6 months, car has broken down not able to start at least 4 times, if you try to call them about these issues they do not answer or they give you the run around. Within first month of having car we had to bring it back 2 times, both times they were very slow to get the car back to us and would not answer phone calls to give updates about the car. It got to the point where things kept breaking and they would either duck our phone calls, or they would take the car in to “fix it” and they would keep the car for 2 weeks + with no updates and no sign of getting the car back. Our mechanic said that these fixes were obviously seen but ignored by the original mechanic at the dealership. I would never consider them again, we are still having to fix things on the car. I understand it is an old car but they did not fix anything they promised, we were given the car with multiple problems that they put a bandaid over and we’re still paying to fix it. It got to the point where he could not afford to go weeks without a car due to work so he’s had to just take it into his own hands. Please consider this when looking for a car
I have found that every dealership is different and buying a used car is always a bit of a risk. We decided against the first car we had picked out, after the rehab and test drive. We ended up with a better deal instead (a relatively clean 2008 GCH with 65K miles). Here are some things that you might find helpful in your car search and to help keep from disappointments:1) Websites cant be expected to be constantly up to date, especially if cars are being sold quickly, so go there in person to see what is available. If you dont find something you are in love with, dont settle and just come back next week when more cars have come in.2) Look at what you are buying very carefully. You can tell if the previous owner(s) took care of it or not (rips in upholstery, filthy seats and head liners, uneven body panels, botched up wiring and installations, weird looking modifications, missing parts etc).3) Get everything in writing. For us we insisted on a REFUNDABLE deposit if we didnt like the car. Read the paperwork that you sign and agree to. If you agree to a NON REFUNDABLE deposit, then dont expect to get it back (simple).4) For peace of mind, we also hired a mechanic to come and take a thorough look before paying our balance and taking delivery. Come up with a list of things that need fixing and have it taken care of before you sign on the line.5) You can always get a used car warranty plan. Not cheap, but might be worth it in the long run.6) Expect to have to fix some stuff, when you get the car home. If you want perfection, then go for a brand new car.I found this dealership to be easy to work with and we got what we came for. The best time to call and get a live person on the phone, I found to be shortly after opening hours. I dont rely on e-mails nor voicemails.
The entire experience was easy and pain free! They worked with us to make sure we walked out with the exact car we wanted. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a Jeep.EDITED 9/10Just took my car for routine maintenance only to find out that their was more than 1600 dollars worth of damage that was overdue. They said it was clear it should have been done months ago. Please save your money and dont be ripped off by this scam of a place. Youre better off burning your money.
Auto Expo has come to my rescue 3 times in the last 7 years while I have had some bad luck with accidents. Very helpful team that actually cares about the customer and they bend over backwards to help those in need get a car as soon as possible. All 3 cars have been quite reliable and they are willing to make sure anything gets touched up after purchase. I highly recommend for anyone trying to buy a solid used Jeep and wants the best bang for their buck.
I was looking to purchase a new vehicle and trade in my car for something of my liking. I found a car online but when I called it was already purchased. When I contacted Auto Expo I spoke to Don as he mentioned there was another vehicle I wanted that just came in. Came in to see the car and Cliff was absolutely helpful! Not only did he give me instructions on what I needed to do in terms of if I was doing a cash/loan but made me feel certain things would move forward. Few days later my car wasnt ready because of a part but Cliff assured me things would be good and was ALWAYS honest about was going on with my car along with updates. Cliff is honest, sweet and easy going. I recommend if your looking for a vehicle in different years come here! Thank you SO much Cliff for the wonderful help and Im so excited to drive my new car ☺️
Avoid this place. I had several major issues within a few weeks of buying a jeep here. It had a violent shake while driving and the transmission was not shifting properly. After they had it for a few weeks and told me everything was all set I went to pick it up. The check engine light was on and all they said was youre lucky we fixed the transmission and shakeEdit: I emailed them several days ago since the jeep is leaking a large amount of coolant as well as all of the other problems. No responses of any kind, extremely doubtful Ill ever hear anything
Cliff was amazing to work with and such a nice guy. He got me approved for a car I love even with my bad credit. Unfortunately for them my Uncle ended up giving me an old car of his instead. Even though I did not go through with a full deal from Auto Expo, they never made me feel bad about my situation and refunded my deposit within a couple days. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a used Jeep in great condition, and if you’re looking for a friendly and honest dealership to work with.
Auto expo is a SCAM! They show you beat up jeeps and say the jeeps will be road worthy when you come to pick it up. I promise you the jeeps wont be. They will put an inspection sticker on your jeep that has no business passing inspection. On top of that the work they do do is very basic. Youll have to spend at least $600 on your suspension. They are scammers, do not trust them or their work.
Worst experience ever!!! Do not waste your time or money here!!Don might be the most dishonest, unprofessional and unreliable person in the business. After not delivering the car in a timely manner as promised by Tucker for three days I decided not to buy the car from them. The lack of communication and professionalism has no precedent!! I called asking for my refund and Don declined despite having the receipt saying that my refund was in fact totally legal. After cursing at me several times in front of his employees he screams at me saying take me to court then.Look for a car somewhere else!! Don’t trust a word from Don or Tucker!!
If you see a Jeep on their website, make sure you call before making the trip to the dealer. The website has hundreds of beautiful-looking cars marked at a great price that they dont actually have. They claim the site doesnt need to be updated because theyre selling so many vehicles, but I believe its only to lure in customers. Upon arrival, there are a few decent looking cars out front and a junkyard in the back, filled with Jeeps that need a lot of TLC and/or repair, starting at $5000-$6000 no less. Save yourself the headache and call first.
Left a rating but didn’t post a comment. Everyone at Auto Expo helped my family tremendously. They provided amazing customer service, were very honest and sold us a beautiful jeep. The process was quick, painless, and seamless. I would definitely recommend Auto Expo to anyone looking to purchase a nice, well cared for jeep and will be returning when i start looking to purchase my own jeep. Thank you all for everything!!
Overall, pleased. They have a cool lineup of those old Cherokees - almost like they have a monopoly of those vehicles in the area! They certainly clean them up and make them look/run pretty well. I chose a 98 Cherokee that didnt start when I put a deposit on it, and I picked it up a week later, and she purred the whole way home (all 75 miles of the journey). She looked absolutely stunning. Should serve me just fine as my familys secondary vehicle. While the nostalgia is nice, be mindful that safety components (airbags, etc) are not what they are now, nor are the emission checks. But as a fun vehicle that Id take around town and on the occasional trip here and there, it should be fine. She certainly runs well, and my local mechanic said she checked out just fine for the most part. There are some minor issues that come with a 20+ year old vehicle. Some speakers were shot, the tires were in rough shape (they worked with me on fixing two of the tires that were extremely worn), the CD player was toast, and some of the internal components are not reliable (locks dont work, etc). Most of these items are things Ill enjoy tinkering with myself - and quite simply, its what you get for a $4000 vehicle that was built before Y2K.So, you get what you pay for. The guys here arent making armloads of cash on selling $4000 jeeps that require some TLC to make look like new. There will be some non OEM parts, some corners cut to quickly fix them - but overall, if youre looking for a reliable old Cherokee like I was, youll get one thats all cleaned up, running well, that should run for many years to come if you take care of it. Just be prepared to get your hands a little greasy too, because theyll probably need a little work even after driving them off the lot. Theres not a lot of room for financial wiggle room, so dont expect to haggle these guys much on their old jeeps. You either want one, or you dont.
I visited the location in Huntington yesterday, and I must say I am extremely disappointed. I saw a number of older model Jeep Cherokees with around 100,000 miles or less advertised on the website, all for sale in the $4,000-$5,000 range and got excited: thats a pretty decent price for those cars. Drove 40 minutes out to Huntington and met with a salesman named Clifford. I asked him about said vehicles and he showed me a few Jeep Cherokees that all had well over 200,000 miles on them. I asked about the vehicles that were advertised at that price point, and he told me they only had one Jeep Cherokee of that style and with that kind of mileage, but it was several thousand dollars more. I asked why the website advertised those vehicles if they didnt actually have any for sale and he actually laughed at me. He said, and I quote you seem like youre smarter than that. We advertise these really exciting deals at these great prices so we can get people in the door looking at cars, but those arent the real prices. You have to read the fine print on the website, you can only get those prices if you buy an extended warranty from us. I asked the salesman if they actually had those vehicles for sale at that promotional price if I did buy a warranty. He said no. I asked if he was aware bait and switch advertising was illegal, or if he had considered that people might be upset when they find out that they had been lied to and had their time wasted and he shrugged me off again and instead tried to show me entirely different vehicles for thousands of dollars more.I wasted almost 3 hours of my time between travel and time spent on the lot, just to be condescended to and insulted. Its nothing new, typical sleazy used car salesman tactics, but I had higher hopes for this place.Oh, and by the way, I tried emailing first before posting this review; the customer service email that theyve been giving out in response to negative reviews doesnt actually exist
Absolutely horrible cars. I brought a car from them in June 2020. I had to “wait a whole week “ for the car to be ready . When I finally went a got the car , they made me wait another 3 more hours , claiming there was a “fire “ in one of their garages .Within two weeks of having the car , I broke down on southern state expressway . When I called them about it , they refused to call back . Within 6 months of having my car , I’ve had to replace everything . An absolute lemon. Horrible sales people. I’ve spent triple the amount of money that I spent on buying the car to fix it
Horrible customer service. They advertise their cars nationally on cars.com. I’ve sent them over 20 emails, and I’ve called a handful of times. All of my communication was over the last two weeks. When I call they put me on hold and never get back to me. They do not respond to emails at all. Why even advertise your inventory on a national website if you’re not going to respond your customers?
So, I stopped by the shop two hours before they were going to close for the long weekend. I wanted a Jeep for my girl as her first car before I dropped 30 grand on a new one. I met up with Cliff whos a good dude and helped us show whatever car we wanted to see. They pulled all the typical sales tactics which was cool, but I had a budget and thats that. We drove 3+ hours from NJ and needed a car that day. We picked out the one we wanted and Don the owner made it happen! I wont comment on the pricing and negotiations because thats part of the business, but going with cash definitely helped. Not only did they get me the car in 2 hours they also priorizited and fixed a few things I needed them to wrap up. Theres a good chance, I go back there to get one for myself. No gimmick, no bs you pick your car, negotiate and they get it ready for you. No problems! Thanks Cliff & Don. Enjoy the memorial weekend!
The reason why they have earned this single star is because they did get me into a car. It was not the one I had picked but still a car (Higher price than what was quoted, a bait and switch.) The reason why this review doesent garner more stars is due to the fact that once they got my signature they did not care at all. Tucker had told me when i was looking at cars that they take it to their shop and make it like new. They gave it to me with a airbag warning light and the car keeps saying it needs maintenance. The car has a sunroof that does not work, and they Gave me a rear tire that has a leak. The E-brake on the car is not connected and they wont fix that or dont care enough to even set up a time for me to come in. Mind you cliff told me to just come in and when I did he turned me away and said to call them. Once I did he seemed as if I was nothing but a nuisance and a bother to him when he answered the phone (even though they passed the inspection with a disconnected e brake which is an auto fail.) They dont care about you after they get the money and the signature and for this I will never return nor reccomend them to anyone.
We bought our daughter a 2012 white Jeep Liberty from Auto Expo in Nov . After bringing the car home we realized it had a transmission issue. We spoke with the owner and he swapped the old transmission with a used newer transmission. So far we havent had any issues with car. She loves her car!!! This place has many jeeps to choose from but just remember they are used and you may have issues. The owner did right by me thank goodness.
Was heavily considering making the trip from southern CT to LI this coming weekend to buy a used grand Cherokee. Fortunately, I am smart enough to read reviews and do my research. This dealership has been deemed nothing but unprofessional and shady. I understand there have been good reviews but those are far and few between. I will not be purchasing anything from this place because the risk far outweighs the reward of a cheaply priced car. Such a shame because I know for a fact I am not the only potential customer that has his doubts about this lot. :/
Spent hours and hours researching jeeps, discovered that most of the ones we wanted were at auto Expo, so came here first, Don was super honest and straightforward, we found a great car for a great price and this was the easiest car buying experience ever. Will definitely come back for our next jeep :)
I bought a 2004 Jeep Overland from Auto Expo. Cliff was extremely helpful in every step of the way from the financing to have the car ready within a week for pick up. They were courteous and even called a week later to check up and see how everything was going. Will definitely be sending people there way
I waited the 30days before posting. Be rest assured, these guys keep to their word. I had a minor issue after 2 weeks and had the car fixed under an hour with no issues / complaints from dealership. Bought a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee for my son. He has put over 1k miles on it and could not be happier. I should not need to tell you when buying a used car - educate yourself, know what you want to spend and then go to these guys with an open mind. They do things a bit backwards, but deliver on their word. If you like the car they THEN fix it up to be driver ready. (So that is what I mean by open mind) cars are not on the lot looking pretty / but you need to know what you want. Everything we discussed was addressed when I came to pick up car and THEN the car was looking pretty. Got exactly what I was expecting and that is all I want. And Yes - if I was in the market for another Jeep I would check out their inventory first.
Do not buy any car in this place. They are a scam. They do not have any of the cars (or the prices) that you see online (they would say they are all gone). The cars they have on site are most of them in very bad shape and very rusty. They would try to make you pay a non-refundable deposit without even letting you try the car first.Don, the owner, will tell you that the deposit is refundable but it is not, and if the day you try the car you are not satisfied - they will not give you any option.
Went in looking for a jeep in this place. All the staff was courteous and helpful . As I was looking around the lot I fell in love with a Jeep Cherokee they had and was instantly sold. The financing was simple and within a few days I was out the door with my corvette. The service was top notch
Owner took me to the back and tried to make advances towards me just so he can take $200 off a vehicle I was interested in, very shady and borderline illegal establishment. I will voice my concerns with OSHA along with the review but I just wanted to make the public aware.
After multiple inquiries in the last few months on several Jeeps this dealership has listed online (on cars.com and their own website), I havent been able to get a response about a single one. They seem to have a large inventory, and fair prices, but apparently they arent interested in selling any of them.
We have gone to other used car dealers in the area and continually felt pressure from the salesperson. At Auto Expo we were greeted with kindness and respect. We told Cliff what we were looking for and he showed us what they had and was real with us about the pros and cons of each jeep. We purchased a 2004 Jeep Cherokee. Cliff said they would clean it up and go over the Jeep and fix any issues it may have. When we picked it up one week later, it looked so good we werent sure it was the same car. And when my husband noticed a rip on the arm Cliff took it directly to the back and had it fixed.
They have a nice selection of jeeps & we picked one for my new driver son & he’s safe & happy.**EDIT**Waited 90 min past agreed upon pickup time b/c car wasn’t ready only to be told they couldn’t issue plates today. Double frustrating because I confirmed both with the salesman yesterday. To sum up not sure if buying a vehicle here is worth the aggravation.**edit 2**1 week later - in the end the guys made everything right.
Great overall experience. Helped work with my budget on how much I could put down and get out of a financial mistake. Happily leaving here today with a Jeep. If your looking for a great dealership who will work with. Come to Auto Expo of Huntington. You will not be disappointed. Cliff and Don are the best in the business here.
Tucker and Cliff were both helpful and friendly. They made the process easy for us and were not pushy. Answered any questions or concerns that we had. Very knowledgeable and will help find something that fits your price and needs. So happy we decided to get a Jeep from them!
Bought a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee there. They say they put it on the lift and check everything out once you leave a deposit( which is weird why wasn’t this done before?) Anyway I went to pick the car up and they said everything was fine. I take it to my mechanic and he says the car should not have been sold like that. The undercarriage was completely rotted, the Front left stabilizer link is broken from bracket that is located with the front diff and it needs rear upper control arms. This is at least $1,000 worth of work. And they told me everything was fine!!!!! Both times I went to the dealer I had my infant child with me and they sold me this unsafe car!!!!!! They said they would fix what my mechanic said was wrong but I don’t even trust them to do it since they tried to get over on me the first time. The prices on the website are not the same when you go to the shop. The warranties they sell which they said any dealership honors-the Jeep dealerships I called never heard of them.
Clifford was the absolute best! He took care of me from start to finish and made sure I was completely satisfied! This company will go above and beyond to meet the needs of there customers! I highly recommend Clifford and his team as I know they will make sure every customer is takin care of! Can’t wait to do business again in the future!!!!
Well ok .. I just want to say , I just read some reviews on Auto Expo ,because I wanted to post a thank you to Cliff for his understanding and kindness when I had to stop on moving forward on a purchase.. He didn’t give a hard time and gave me my refund , in full ! Good experience! 😀I will be dealing with him in the future!
Totally disgusted with this place. I purchased a car for my granddaughter & paid for extended warranty. Yes, it had high mileage on it. but thats what we could afford. I have tried to bring this Jeep back 3x for different problems and each time I was told they cannot do the repair because they were too busy. The first time the car was in her possession not even half hour. I would never buy a car here again.
We had a very pleasant and effortless shopping experience shopping with Jeep Auto Expo. Our salesman Tucker was knowledgeable and honest. On the day of purchase Cliff handled all the paperwork making it a hassle free experience. The Jeep was detailed beautifully, clean and exactly as promised. I highly recommend Auto Expo.
I dont know about the other reviews but I had a Great grand experience at Auto Expo. They got me financed at 10.95% for 72 months even though everywhere else I went for a car was a lot higher. I bought a 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee it had 88000 miles and I love it. This was the easiest winter I had in a long time with my 4x4 drive. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great deal on a clean Jeep Grand Cherokee. I have had the car for 6 weeks now and its just great!! Thank You I hope this review helps in your car buying!!!!!
I came into Auto Expo not knowing what to expect since my past experience with car shopping didn’t always go well , however they worked with me and got me approved even though I thought I wasn’t going to be approved because my credit isn’t the greatest. The staff at Auto Expo , were kind , polite , helpful and VERY PROFESSIONAL. I definitely recommend them and will definitely be coming here again in the future for my next Jeep . Thank you guys so much
Cliff at Auto Expo was great to deal with. He reassured my husband that he would take care of any issues he may have. He hooked us up with some financing and took care of all dmv paperwork. He did not strong arm us or make us feel pressured in any way. The next time we are shopping for Jeep we will definitely come back.
Very disappointed !! My 17year old son has been saving his money for the past 2 years for a car.. unfortunately he found a car he liked at auto expo in Huntington. They asked for a 500 dollar deposit and had said “if you have a change of heart not to worry about the deposit as we sell them so fast we will just pass it along to the next buyer! “ well of course my son had a change of heart! Shocking !! I go back to ask for the deposit back and explained the situation to them. He said “sorry it doesn’t matter it says no refunds on the paper.” So my son lost about a months wages due to the lies and shady dealings at the auto expo of Huntington. The owner is a Heartless, snake oil salesman. I will not allow any family or friend to ever do business over there again.
We got a good deal as far as pricing goes... Day after we picked up the jeep we had to go back because had breaks issues which they fixed. It has been 3 weeks, we had a rainy day yesterday and car has sunroof leaks that we were not aware of... Horn is not working and of course... that is not cover by them but our own expense. Car had a horrible smell and had to do a detailing with shampoo in carpet and seats... pet hair all over the carpet and the smell was cause by the wet carpet. Which wasnt that noticeable the picking up day. All I would say is that used cars are cheap but end up costing more fixing all the details.
Looking for Jeep? This is the place to go! Amazing vehicles and they take care of their customers. I drove an hour and fifteen minutes and got exactly the vehicle I wanted. Cliff, the manager, was amazing and helpful. Cliff is also a man of his word and promised me the vehicle will be brand new and that’s exactly what I received. Bought the car over the phone and when I arrived it was like purchasing a vehicle straight from the manufacturer. Highly recommended and will recommend them to people I know.
They are very nice people but the jeep they sold my dad was not good. Check engine light keeps turning on. I took the car in for repairs to them twice because of the check engine light. When we pick the car up the check engine light is off but when we drive off check engine light keeps turning back on. Also they told me they changed the brakes when we pick up the car the first time now the breaks are done and now we have to change it. Now my dad is stuck with a $8,000 car that we feel like isnt reliable.
I was slightly apprehensive purchasing a pre owned vehicle, but i have always had Jeeps and knew it was time for another. I dealt with Cliff and from the beginning to end and he and the Expo team really took good care of me and my purchase. Like some other reviews their was a minor issue with the car which they took care of no questions asked. Im really happy with the truck. It looked brand new when I picked it up even under the hood was immaculate. The vehicle runs great and feels tight and secure not like my old one. Thanks again Cliff and Don, i appreciate it.
When I walked in there to buy a jeep for my daughter I didn’t know what to expect. Cliff took us under his wing and showed us everything we were looking for as we are avid jeep buyers. He was very polite and personable. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family (as I already have). Will absolutely purchase from him again!
Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. Scam artists. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN. Jeep Wrangler was supposed to come with soft top, when I saw the Jeep and agreed it had both soft and hard tops. When I went to pick the car up after putting down a deposit, they took the soft top out of the GARBAGE and it was BROKEN in PIECES. They would not take the price off of the offer. Car engine light came on within days of purchasing. Coolant leaks and no car alignment. Brought back to have both fixed within 30 day agreement and neither were fixed. Put $1000 down to have it go towards financing the car. Dealership kept the $1000 and did not roll it into the bill of sale. Absolutley awful awful awful experience. Improfessional staff. Again, please stay as far away as you can.
I brought a jeep from them in May 2018 they promise to changed everything on the vehicle and also ensure me that its was a all wheel drive but guess what it was all lies. My horn doesnt work the key that they gave me wasnt the original I had to get a new one because it broke within 2 months of using it and I could on on and on.Every mechanic that I took the jeep after it started giving trouble told me nothing was changed from the vehicle. I have already spent have of the cost that I paid for the vehicle in repairs. Its a total rip off.
At first there were a lot of problems, and I mean a lot, not gonna lie. But at the end of everything, Don and Cliff made sure that I left with my 2006 jeep liberty a happy camper, as any establishment should. My car now runs fine and although my expierience wasnt perfect, they worked with me to make sure I was satisfied. Hope I dont have to come back for anything other than to buy another car in the future.
Big fat ZERO. For a $249 fee we were told of a long list of items that would secure its road readiness. After driving it for three days, it was clear that the OIL and coolant were significantly LOW, and the washer fluid tank was cracked. We brought the car back, those issues were addressed BUT brake pads needed replacing also. CLEARLY THE WORK WE PAID FOR WAS NOT DONE PRIOR PICK-UP, and my son was driving a car with that was unsafe based on the fact that they NEVER CHECKED. No apology. No compensation. Just a run around and a nasty phone conversation with the owner who said they did the work for free. FREE? REaLLY?Go anywhere else but here. Awful business practices.
I just bought a truck from this place, didnt get 2 miles from the lot when I had issues with the truck. Took it back the next day, was promised it would be fixed. They kept my truck for 9 days and told me it was ready, NOTHING WAS DONE, same issue as before. The warning signs are everywhere, dont egnore them, do not give them money. Complete joke.
I recently purchased a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Auto Expo and had a really good experience. I read a few not so complimentary reviews on line before going so I was a little skeptical. However it turned out to be a great experience! All the guys that work there are really nice and helpful and the price was great! I live in Connecticut and the price I paid was much less than what I could find in Connecticut for the same vehicle. I recommend checking this place out if you’re in the market for a used car. Especially a Jeep. I would shop there again.
Auto Expo falsely advertises Jeeps all across the most popular car sites and applications; they advertise over 200 Jeeps for sale, but I was told that they had sold everything on their website during COVID-19 pandemic and economic collapse. A quick internet browse revealed that customers were having similar issues back in 2018, so the person on the phone was lying to me.
I had a great experience with Don and Cliff at Auto Expo. I rushed them through their process because I needed a vehicle that wasn’t ready for sale yet immediately that day. They helped get me financed when the bank wouldn’t approve me. They helped set up my insurance at a low rate. When the vehicle needed some TLC (because I rushed the shop) they took it right in and fixed everything I asked and then some. They were very nice and understanding through the whole process. They did right by me and we love our “new“ 2010 Jeep Patriot. We plan on returning this year for a second Jeep from Don and Cliff at Auto Expo. Thank you guys — we love our Jeep!!
Great guys at Auto Expo. Don and Cliff were very nice and helpful. They gave me more for my trade than it was worth and also came down more on the price of the Jeep I bought when I came up short with cash. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Jeep. Great selection and fair prices.
My husband and I came.here last Friday. We left a deposit on a used Cherokee. We ve just picked it up and they have done a beautiful job getting it ready for us. Our salesman Cliff has been very informative. We would definitely recommend Auto Expo to our family and friends.
I purchased a used Jeep from here and am very happy with it. Thier were a few minor issues with it and when I called them they just said bring it in I did and they promptly took care of everything I was concerned about .My salesmen was Cliff he was very professional and stood by his word I would recomend them to others.
Thrd car I’ve gotten from them. I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Don and Cliff. Both professional and not pushy which I love bc I’m the type of person who will just leave if that’s the case no matter how good of a deal it is. Cliff made sure that my third buy was well taken care of and aimed to please. Very happy and strongly recommend it to any one looking for a Jeep!
Place is a rip-off. Will sell you car that has problems and say the vehicle is fine. Also terrible customer service. They say they’ll look at the vehicle and schedule an appointment but they never pick up calls or have availability that works for you. With the amount that was paid I should’ve received a vehicle without any problems.
TAKE NOTICE. The majority of the reviews left for this business are 1 star and bad reviews. These guys are the reason why used car salesmen get a bad stereotype. They tell you that they will do everything to help you but it is all a lie. The cars that they have and sell are lemons, dont just take my word for it, read all of the other reviews. BUYER BEWARE. These guys basically do zero actual mechanical work. They give used cars a nice car wash then sell them for more than they are worth and tell you that the car has no problems. I wish I read the reviews, and realized how sleazy these guys were prior to me going there. If I had, I wouldnt have given them my business. Hopefully, someone reads this and I save them the headache from dealing with these no-good, dishonest car dealers. BE CAREFUL, BUYER BEWARE. Generally if a place is a good place they have few reviews, but the ones that they have are 4 or 5 star. This place has 70+ reviews and the majority of them are 1 star. At the time of leaving this review they have a 2.6 average. That should tell you something! BUYER BEWARE! SLEAZY, NO-GOOD PEOPLE (the owner and the one car salesmen). Good luck and take your business elsewhere.
I have to admit, this place is kind of a joke. If you dont know much about cars then dont buy from them however I was able to get a good deal when I purchased my car with my father. Its a business and they know what there doing to get the most money for the least work. The workers are very nice, at the time cliff and Madison were the 2 main people helping me and my parents out finding my first car however the owner doesnt really car much about their customers. I love my 2001 Cherokee and it was worth the money after my dad had a yelling match with the owner to throw in a couple of extras. The car was rolled out with 4 different tires, a broken front driver side window button, REPAINTED not new breaks and shocks, the trunk wouldnt stay propped open, and a broken rear defroster button. even though everything was checked a week before. (All was fixed after my dad insisted on leaving right there) use your money wisely and double check before signing that down payment paper.UPDATE- got pulled over with 3 friends in the car because the back wheel of the car was rubbing against the bottom dry wall. Every bump that I hit the wheel bangs into the bottom of the car there are dents at the bottom of my car now. This car is now deemed undrivable and if I was old enough to take this dealership to court then I would. If I could get a refund I would probably do that as well. I love the Cherokee name however with the conditions that Im facing now Ill have to borrow my parents car till further notice.
Very pleased with my purchase. So here’s the things to be aware of.... You are buying an older vehicle. It will have problems. Please remember that and don’t be too critical of minor problems. In my case I bought a 12 year old Jeep. I had a few issues but worked through them with Don and Cliff. End result is a reliable older vehicle that I’m happy to let my kids drive.Be realistic about what you are buying. An older car can be working one day and have problems the next. Work with the guys to get the result you need. All in all I would buy again from Autoexpo. Don’t be put off by the state of the cars in the lot. My Jeep had new brakes and Muffler on delivery so very pleased but, be prepared to fix minor problems yourself. It’s an old car so will have issues. If you need near 100% reliability then buy a new car, if you want a great vehicle at market price and are ok working through a few issues then buy your Jeep here and be surprised at the quality of these older vehicles.
My experience with this dealership was not pleasant. I’ll begin by saying that Cliff the manager was actually very helpful and easy to deal with. Having said that, Don was very stressful and not helpful. I took the car for an intial test drive and I expected some minor issues and was correct. The main one was the A/C didn’t work and just blew hot air. I mentioned this and I expected it to be fixed. A week goes by I pick up the car and the A/C still doesn’t work. Don had no idea which shows me that he cares about the money and not the customer. So he said he’ll have a mechanic fix it in an hour. I comeback and still broken but he said it was fixed. When I told him this is ridiculous he comes with a story about not having a part which I understand being an engineer myself however they should’ve told me this during the week they had the car. Finally we agree to bring it back another day to fix it but it was very stressful dealing with him. Didn’t even apologize for any of it and was very curt towards me and my mom. You would think after paying 10000 for a car I’d get a little more respect. Would not recommend buying from here as I also had problems with my key fob that they said they fixed only to make 10x worse. Luckily I fixed it on my own and didn’t have to get it replaced. Wouldn’t trust Don or the mechanics he employs because I found a number of things wrong that should’ve been fixed.
I was considering buying a Jeep XJ here as it seems like a great selection - but I can’t believe how management responds to reviews. I can tell many positive reviews are fake too. Now I feel uncomfortable and like I cannot trust them, so doubt I’ll spend the cash here. No used car especially 10+ years will be perfect & maybe that’s what people expect and when that doesn’t happen they drop bad reviews- but the practice of not listening or caring about the people who support your business and livelihood is gross. I’m not going to 1-star because it does nothing. By being shady you lose tons of customers. it’s 2020 the Fargo used-car salesman days is over. Just be honest and transparent and professional. If sooo many people leave the same bad reviews (like on Yelp) its YOUR business’ fault not the customer.
Great experience... Ive been looking for a jeep for a while when I was recommended to this place from a friend of mine who has bought 2 different jeeps from them with no issues and they love their cars. They had so many great options and the staff was so friendly and helpful and cars are a great price. I love my new jeep and will definitely be reccommending them to everyone I know.
This is my second car Jeep from auto expo and the service is outstanding. They are not pushy or try to sell you something you dont want. Cliff helped me this time and listened to what I wanted in my used jeep and my preferred color. He searched their inventory and found just the jeep I was looking for with just what I requested nothing extra. During the entire process Cliff did not try to sell me other features. He was kind enough to explain some other options but did not push. The owner Don also came over and introduced himself but here again he was not pushy and stated he just wanted to say Hi. The experience at auto expo is like none I have ever had before. At other dealers I have visited they try to push you into a sale and extra options and then the sales Managers comes over to push you to but right then. None of this happens at auto expo. As I mentioned this is my second experience buying from auto expo and I couldnt be happier. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a jeep or SUV to go to auto expo as you will get what you want with no pressure and have a great experience from the time you walk in the door until drive out with your pre-owned jeep of your dreams.
This dealership/autobody shop has a lot (and I mean in all senses of the word, jam packed, many, with all models and years) of Jeeps! The guys here are nice, and just trying to do their job: which is sell second hand cars. I had a good experience with Tucker, so I feel must explain why I gave this place the rating I have.First off, this is a used car dealership. If youre looking for a shiny car with warrenty, no potential for failures or issues, look elsewhere. For the prices of these cars, youre getting a good deal. Part of the purchase is they will restore the vehicle to a state which you could comfortably drive it, without any major mechanical failures. This doesnt mean you can assume all mechanical failures are guaranteed. Its still YOUR job to inspect the car to make sure youre not buying anything you cant handle! As someone who has restored a Jeep XJ prior to this, I am familiar with XJ issues, and know how to handle myself when any new ones arise. So this place is totally down my alley. However, as a business, this place needs work, hence my 3 star review. To give you the background (so you dont get any surprises) I came to buy my second XJ. Id seen one Id liked on Cargurus, and so I called them. First point of improvement (and Ill highlight them with little bullets for convenience going forward):--> Their phone system requires you to listen through a 20-40s intro, before you can press 1 and be redirected to a real person. There is no way of avoiding this intro. Ive tried, I havent succeeded. If the phone rings you might not get someone on the line, because these guys are super busy and constantly being called regarding their car selection! I can say this from experience: I understand why they may get frustrated with their callers because its 3 of them for their massive selection, and having sat there in the office, talking to these guys, trying to get paperwork done... the phone is ringing con, stant, ly. And I mean that in the literal sense. Which sort of brings me to a tip for them, and for you reader of this review:--> If you call, you will most likely be redirected to their voicemail box. Which is full. The car I called Auto Expo about (I was fortunate enough to get someone on the phone, whom I very much like after all) was already sold. Which brings me to point three:--> Auto Expos online inventory (no matter what website you look at) is out of date. The rate at which they sell cars and buy new ones means they cant update their advertising fast enough.Best thing you can do, is go and have a look at what theyve got. I know its not an option for everyone, but in their current state of business, they cant handle the massive flow of online inquiries: and so you wont get what youre looking at online.Which, as businesses grow, they should learn to handle increasing volume, yet this place fails to do so. Hence once again, the three star review. After finding out the car I saw was already sold, I planned to drive down to LI, and there I saw one which I liked and put down a deposit.--> The deposit contract is nearly illegible. Take your time and read it through, or ask for a clean copy.A week was promised to have my XJ up and running, it ended up taking two. When I went to pick it up, I arrived near the end of the day (my fault) but I was hurried along to get the paperwork done and WAS NOT GRANTED A TEST DRIVE. I had asked to see the Jeep up on a lift, and was told when I got there no lifts were free.--> The pressure to accept the car as is, is very high in this place. They painted the car, which I would have preferred them not to (I hadnt clarified). The undercarriage as well, which is extremely hard to remove. They did upgrade a bunch of the car, which I am grateful for. All in all Im happy with the vehicle as is. The person who sold me the car was great, but the business is tearing at the seams and so its apparent in their workmanship. I would buy here again, with more prep in hand.
Cliff was totally amazing!!! I went with my daughter to JEEP AUTO EXPO to buy a car on her own. Cliff greeted us with a warm smile and provided us with great details about the vehicle and the car buying process. If you are looking to purchase a car for yourself or have your children learn the process of purchasing a car, I highly recommend Cliff.
Cliff helped me out in the search for a used Jeep. He was beyond helpful and made sure I understood every detail of the process. Being that I am doing this on my own I couldn’t be happier with his service. If you are in the market for a used Jeep I highly recommend using Cliff, you won’t regret it.
I am not updating my review....Yet another update, and my 04 jeep is still going. The rust, which I mention below, did come back to become an issue. It impacts my ability to have an alignment and thus makes it more probable for the death wobble. Overall, still content, and no major engine problems. So, I do highly recommend getting on the floor and take a look underneath.I mentioned previously that there naunces which were on me to accept. My car is now at 163k. I still run into issues which were simply not done correctly upon initial delivery. They promised a complete tune up as part of getting the car ready, however I just learned that the spark plugs were all wrong. Again, yet another issue with the ownership not delivering on what was promised. Overall still, outside of maintenance, the car runs......I have had my 04 jeep for just about 30 days. The overall quality of service is ok... why?The owner will be pretty resistant to a test drive. This defies logic, and the owner would not attempt to schedule test drive. If you really want a test drive... then this is not the place for you. Because I had done so much research in advance I knew what to expect from the car. Overall, I would rate the quality of a car good (for 147k miles) however there were a few nuances that I thought should have been addressed prior to purchase. The owner will tell you that everything is covered during a 30 day period, but actually its major components of the engine. All those little nuances (signal not flashing properly, driver key hole hard to turn, tires too small for rim... just found that out prior to post, grinding metal sound ... bearings or transfer car) were on me. Maybe Not a huge deal, but its worth mentioning as I am sure there will be others issue later drive.Overall for the quality of the car (given the miles) I would purchase from them again based on what Ive experienced for the first 30 days. Set aside any customer experience which you deserve and do your homework.I would recommend bringing a mechanic with you. Have the engine turned on, and listen to all aspects. Rev it up as much as possibe. Inspect the car for any rust.If I could give the service as a separate rating it would be 1.5 stars. It took a while to prep, about 2 week from when the down payment was given. I gave a 3 because in the end, what mattered the most the car.
Purchased used jeep looks good, time to take it home and see how she does. The jeep was not ready to drive. Hit a bump at 40 mph and whole front end was shaking. Brought it back to the shop twice at pickup to resolve the issue which the on-site mechanic tried to fix which was nice. Car seemed highway ready but found when i was driving through nyc highways it was not. Luckily rush hour kept me driving slow. Upon research found its a common issue with the suspension called death wobble. Still have not received my title to register my car as it was in the owners safe at home. O2 sensor needed replacement for emissions. Car needs tires. $$$. If the title doesnt come in another couple days it will also cost more to register as I will not be able to transfer my plates. Wish they tested the car on the highway as i am an out of state buyer. Hard to get ahold of them on the phone
Worst used dealership Ive ever purchased a car from. Should have used my better judgement from reading other reviews, but son saw Jeep he really really liked. Not even wasting my time to write a full review. Just would tell people to stay away and not waste your time shopping at this place. Worst service after leaving initial deposit. Lots of mechanical issues wrong with Jeep that shouldnt have been like that when buying from a place of business who says they fully inspect every truck that leaves their lot. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
Called 3 weeks after we bought the Jeep for $8500.00 and explained there was no A/C and interior lights not working. Took a week to get someone on the phone and at that point, I was told, sorry, 30 day warranty. Here we are 8 months later and the transmission is shot. I would NEVER recommend this place. Beware and read all the reviews. We won’t discuss there being no heat and no A/C from the 2nd day we bought it.I’d like to now add, it’s been 9 months and just today, spent 1200 on a new transmission My son, today, got on the ferry and the captain asked everyone to put on their emergency break. There was no tension as he pulled it and it ignited the ABS and ESP lights in the dash. Could have something to do with the speedometer and RPM’s dropping to ZERO while he drives, which we also told AutoExpo about 3 weeks after we bought it and he said it was a fuse. He said he would pull one out of another Jeep (as they do with Many miscellaneous parts) but we decided not to be a part of this “sh@& Show” any longer Just learned that it isn’t a fuse, it’s another $500 repair. So, in total, this $8500 Jeep is now $10,000.00 but it has a new transmission and heat. He will have to not drive in slippery conditions until it comes back to Long Island where I can drop another few hundred into it.Folks, I ignored the bad reviews and shame on me. I wanted my son to have safe and reliable transportation and these guys knew that. They don’t care what they sell you. They don’t anything about any car they have. It’s a year color and a number to them and you are just a person, giving them cash. Please, please, find someplace else to buy you or your kids a car. They are ruthless thieves..it’s a Jeep factory junk house. Need a tail light, they rip it off another, need a tire, rip it off another, even wiper blades, they rip it off and other one sitting there. Musical parts, manipulating numb and lies they swear by. Your warrantee will not cover anything so just forget about the extended. There is none.As far as cliff goes, his friends who post reviews for him, who say he is amazing, I will agree. Amazing actor who pretends he cares and understands. I assure you, there is nothing compassionate about your needs, to him, or his son, whatsoever. 3 times i we t in there, customers were trying to get their money back and they were told, sorry, can’t do that. All 3 times, I saw customers crying that they had given them all of their money, begging him because the Jeep doesn’t work and he says, read the contract..it’s not my responsibility. End of story. Buyer BEWARE and believe amy earnings that are good are from his people. In response to the owners response: Clearly you dissected my review, just like you do your Jeeps, to fit your needs. For the record—My review had nothing to do with transmission. When we replaced it, our mechanic was kind enough to replace the parts that were needed so my son had a blower and heat and the electrical issues have also been taken care of.Your 5 star reviews come from your own people and I stand behind my review, 100% There are too many hard working people who save their whole lives to buy a safe car for their child, to be scammed by people like you who make quick easy cash off vulnerable honest people. Fortunately I’m one of the lucky ones who was able to afford not only this uneducated purchase, but to also have the repairs done so my son was safe. You put for sale stickers on whatever rolls into your junk yard, and my review is to help educate the people who like me, decided to ignore your bad reviews. Seems like you’re having difficulty submitting 5 star reviews of yourself on Yelp. Buyer, read all the bad reviews, on here and Yelp...everyone is saying the same thing. Beware!
I must say I read all the reviews on Auto Expo of Huntington prior to purchasing a Jeep, some good some bad, I decided just to go and look anyway. I am ecstatic I did I couldnt more happier the process was a breeze I went in on a Friday met with Don he showed me the Jeep I took it for a test drive there was a shake in the front Don advised that would be taken care of if I purchased the vehicle no lying he put it right out there honesty thats refreshing. I loved it so much I put a deposit was approved on Saturday picked up my Jeep on Tuesday. How awesome was that no hassles, no fuss just straight up professionalism. I have recommend Auto Expo of Huntington to my friends and family. on a side note about their service after you purchase: two months later I had a tire going flat due to the valve needing to be replaced called Don who had Cliff call me no problems. Anyone who writes 1 star reviews must need metal help or brain surgery, these are used vehicle with years of wear and tear on them , go buy a new one instead of writing cowardly 1 star negative reviews, you all need to get a life and go climb a tree..brought the car in again no hassle not fuss Jeep fixed Don and Cliff what else can I say but thank you and I will see you for my next Jeep !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was looking to buy a Jeep about a month ago and stumbled upon auto expo. Its always nerve wrecking when you buy a car, especially with agressive car salesmen. Don, the owner of auto expo, was everything but that. He was not pushy at all, extremely knowledge and honest. He was able to get me approved for an auto loan and gave me a fantastic deal on my Jeep! I would highly recommend him to anyone :)
I bought a 2003 jeep grand Cherokee from them today with what they say has 115000 miles on but like everyone else I went there looking for a wrangler that was on the site. But it was not there no wranglers where . I pick up my jeep next week and if something is wrong with it I want my money back as I have my whole conversation on record thats says if something is wrong with my jeep I can get my money back. And just like the first time was taped when I go pick it up will also be taped
Horrible experience .i would never reccomend a car from them first the buying experience you leave a deposit and than they make the car road ready . Ive had my car 290 miles and have brought it back 3 times , yes the car has over 100k but still 290 miles and they only guarantee the major motor and trans .They replaced the brakes then 20 miles the calipers seized up . Returned the car replaced 2 calipers . Picked up car and than enginge light came on and now returned and said fixed and drove 91 miles and yet the engine light came back on. for same code , so didnt fix . As per the owner they only in a conversation its over 100k we dont fix any issues.Stay away
So it hasnt been a month yet and just like a few other posts on here - car came with issues. The car had electricial issues and missing parts that should have been fixed the day of pick up. They said that they fixed all the issues, but not really. The day after, I had to go back to get the headlights fixed. They supposedly fixed it but they didnt because the issue came back the next day. A few days later I took it to professionals to look at the lights and turns out that there were a lot of wires unplugged. As well as the covers were missing. Tried to contact them and still no response. I just feel that once they got the money, you are no longer a priority. For all of the trouble the price of the car shouldve been reduced significantly.Anyone looking to get a car from them - do your research and bring someone that knows about mechanic! It will save you a lot of headaches.
Absolutely terrible. Dealing with this place was such a lousy experience, I would never do it again or recommend it to anyone. Its really a shame that I cant give less than one star. The salesman was rude and sarcastic, and not a pleasant person. We bought a used Grand Cherokee, and as soon as it made it home the check engine light came on. The next day the starter died. The dealer pretty much said it was our issue to fix. So, after bringing it to our mechanic, he told us that the check engine light was still on AND there was a void inspection sticker on the car. Because the check engine light was on it could not pass inspection. We brought the car back to them and they said, yea well fix it and call you. OVER a week later they had not called us so we had to call them to see what was up. The car was finally ready to be picked up. When we picked it up there was garbage from McDonalds and straw rappers all over the car. When we made it home we discovered that the hood latch was broken, which it wasnt when we brought it in. This place is shady and dishonest. I would advise anyone to not go here and deal with a legitimate dealership where theyre not looking to take advantage of people.Update: Instead of trying to make things right, they called asked us to take down the review. A few days ago the alternator from the same car went. Don’t make the same mistake we did, and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
Im only give a 3 star cuz i dont know them and there website needs to be updated cuz i talk to two ppl on the phone had a few questions but it seemed like they cant be bothered which is fine it just a few questions about jeep wranglers and how many they had but please update ur page and get rid of the ones that are sold thanks have a great day
I wanted to buy a car here im from out of state, they texted me back using a third party but cant call or email me back, im not driving 3.5 hours to find a rotted frame on a car but cant even ask basic questions phone went to VMEDIT: I went up yesterday wasted me entire day off driving from RI, 40 keeps on the website and they had 2 beat ones well over 200k for more than ones they had posted online with 100k miles. they asked me to email them about what happened and it was not even a real email..
Cliff did an awesome job on my 2008 grand Cherokee. I absolutley love it. They did what they said they did and beyond. Originally came in for one that was sold out but they redirected me to a similar one and all worked out great. Highly recommend them. Dont fuss so much about website availability they have many many other there to choose from
Started my search for cars about a week ago. Came across this website based on search on another website. This site seemed to give me hope to find a decent Jeep, under $3,000 with low miles. Needless to say, the website is very misleading. Now, I do understand that there are disclaimers within literature of the cars that are pictured on the website, HOWEVER, you can not call and check availability because they are not staffed to answer such inquiries. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by a salesman whom was actually a decent person, no discredit there. As far as the selection is concerned, they are about 600 years behind theyre marketing updates. I asked to see the jeeps that were under the price range of $3,000. Abruptly I was told that this inventory would not be in the front of the lot. I was walked to the back of the lot, where I was introduced to a Jeep that had just been taken into inventory. I was told that they only had ONE Jeep on the lot for under $3,000. The jeep had almost 200,000 miles. I was then advised that for an extra $195, they would replace the brakes, rotors, ball joints and replace all fluids. Seemed too good to be true. Went into the office to speak with the owner of the business. Very fast talking, slick gentleman. We started talking about the paperwork. The owner advised me that he would put a rush on all the work to be done by next day, even though its a week long process (first red flag). Then I asked how much of a deposit would I have to leave in order get the process started. The owner said $500. I advised the owner that my bank wouldnt authorize any transactions over $250. Low and behold he said ok, I proceeded to hand him my debit card and what did he do.....try to process the card for the $500 (second red flag). So I decided to continue and the third a final straw was the actual paperwork. While reviewing the paperwork, another customer left the office displeased with the representation of the website. The owner gave me a deposit agreement form and was extremely pushy for me to sign it. However, he wrote down a charge of tax for $275 which I wasnt supposed to be charged for due to being a NJ resident. Needless to say after that, I was definitely turned off. When I asked for my deposit back, the owner said there was nothing he could do until my money went through the system. I immediately asked him for a contract that would guarantee my money be returned and MAGICALLY he was able to void the transaction. Based on the overall interaction with the staff, the incredibly out of date website, I would HIGHLY advise against doing business with these people. Overall, regardless of how long youve been in business, your practices are really for those who may be dimwitted, have no sense of business and or have no idea what buying a real car entails. The owner disclosed to me that he purposely leaves the inventory on the website in order to stay at the top of the google listings because of competition. I understand the business practice, but the dishonest representation of inventory is not the best way to attract, keep and gain new customers. Reading the many reviews left on this website, I can say that I believe that the positive reviews are probably scripted, thats why they all basically look the same in structure and overall opinion. I hope that this post educates anyone looking to buy from this place, tread lightly and be educated about the practices and procedures that this company has.
I am going to take them to court if I dont get to trade my vehicle or get my money back. I bought jeep with CarFax report that said it had passed emmissions in NY. After reading it further it passed 15 miles after we Purchased the Jeep. CAN YOU SAY FRAUD. Drive approx 5 miles check Engine light comes on. We drive back and they said it was airbag and they would take care of it when part came in. We drove back from Connecticut 2 weeks later and it was also the CO2 sensor. Drive approx 5 miles and check engine light comes back on. So we drive back and they Sid he would let owner know. They said we could come back with the parts and they would replace them. We since have had it to our mechanic and replaced CO2 sensors and Catalytic converter still light is on. Thats not the only problem. Im calling DMV and an attorney, enough is enough.
Horribly run dealership. Called the other day for some info on a jeep and was told it was no longer in stock. I asked Don to check another vehicle and he hurriedly got off the phone with me as there was someone who arrived at the dealership. I dont have a problem with helping people out but I have not recieved a call, email, or text back. Its been 2 days. I have emailed and called since and no response and they are absolutely open. They cost themselves a sale. Be weary of this place.Update: Still no call but someone took the time to respond to my review. They didnt apologize, try to reach out again, or even make some sort amends. What kind of people take the time to respond to something but avoid the entire issue?
We bought a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Auto Expo for around $7000. Within a few days it started having issues turning on. Wed frequently get stuck places for long periods of time because the car would just not start. The guys at Auto Expo wouldnt help us, even though we were still covered by warranty, because they didnt consider it a major issue. Eventually we took the car to the Jeep dealership, and they figured out we needed a new fuel pump, but we had to spend about $2000 total to diagnose and fix the problem. The Jeep dealership guys told us that they arent even allowed on Auto Expos property anymore because theyve had so many issues with their cars. Since fixing the pump, the car has been running pretty well.Overall, it might seem appealing to buy a cheap car from Auto Expo, but youre really taking a gamble. Id recommend just spending a little more and buying a good car from an actual dealership.
Worst possible place to go for a automobile. Cliff, the so called guy in charge who goes from I can do anything for you to let me call my boss as soon as they’re is a problem. He PROMISED a 100+ point inspection and a full work week to get the vehicle showroom ready and repair any problems that came up during their so called platinum inspection. Well, where do I start. The Jeep came back filthy inside and out.It looked like someone wet the car with a hose to make it look like it was detailed. As far as the so called professional 100+ point inspection. They pull the Jeep up and the door locks don’t work, there’s no heat and the power steering is starting to squeal. All of which CLIFF said he would fix, NOT his boss, HIM. AND NOWAfter almost a full month of sitting, we either get ill let my boss know, cliffs not here but we’ll make sure he gets the message or nothing. They don’t call to work this out as promised and have a happy customer for life. Instead they FU*@ you over, hope nobody reads the reviews and move on to the next victim. By the way the 1 star is for being allowed to place a review.
Got an 03 jeep liberty sport from here on March 24th 2019. The process was simple. They were helpful and quick to answer questions. They claim to do a full check up on all sold vehicles prior to handing them to the new owners. When I was handed the vehicle, the check engine light was on. He simply got it off and I left the lot. One week later, on the 31st, upon starting and warming up the vehicle, it shut off and the check engine light and oil light came on. After restarting, both lights were off and it was running fine. While using the heat, a bad smell of oil filled the interior. 30 mins later while stopped at a red light, it shut off. So on the next day I went to pep boys to check what was going on. I was told theres oil leaking behind one of the engines and that may be the reason for the bad oil smell and the stalling/shutting off issues. Also a bunch of unnecessary/unconnected wires all around. So the following day, I called the dealership to state the problems Im going through and after cutting me off, Im told to come on Wednesday on the following week. Or Tuesday in the evening, no specific time, because theyre busy. I asked if that meant their mechanic was busy the whole time but no answer to my question. Simply urge me to come on Tuesday evening or Wednesday. On the 5th, upon starting the vehicle, the check engine light came on and is still on now. While driving without the heat on to avoid the smell, it still happened and smelled much stronger than before. At the end of my 15 minute drive, there was light white smoke coming from the vehicle and the smell became unbearable. On the drive back, I was at a large intersection, and while waiting for the light to change, the vehicle shut off again and I had to turn the key twice to get it started. And now Ive been calling incessantly and each time no answer. Yesterday I received my registration and after opening the envelope, I noticed that the registration was ripped with one end missing. I thought I might have accidentally ripped it but no, I received it that way. Today, I call again and the person I spoke to didnt even let me finish explaining the issues but rushes to get me off the phone by stating that the owner isnt present. You work at the dealership, sir, so whether the owner is there or not, you treat me like any customer and make sure you understand the issues that Im explaining to you. I understand they always want reviews so this is for them to understand that conducting an honest and effective business is what warrants positive reviews. Im told the owner will give me a call tomorrow so until the issues stated are fixed, I will not change this review.
It was a different experience. Third time buying a used vehicle. When I initially came in to look at it all was well. I came on a Saturday and was told that car would be ready for next Saturday. Then when I text that day I was told plates weren’t ready and I couldn’t pick up the vehicle but I could still come in to sign papers. Paperwork for DMV was processed that same day. I was just a little frustrated with the fact that I was told I would have the car in a week and that didn’t happen. Just hope I could’ve had my car sooner. Do appreciate Cliff and Tucker staying in touch with me.
DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. My wife an I bought a Jeep here and we were prevented from test driving, but we were assured everything is in good condition. We drove the car off the lot and within 1 hour the water pump broke. We had to argue with Don to repair this at his cost, but this involved driving it back from NYC (and taking a day off work) with no water pump which is terrible for the motor. After this fix, less than a week later, the car stalled in the middle of an intersection. We had to take it an authorized Jeep service in Queens (I did not trust Don to touch this car anymore) to diagnose and had to have idle control replaced at 500$ plus another 250$ for towing expenses. After driving back to AutoExpo to confront the dealer, we were told that it is not his responsibility. To add to this experience, the registration we paid for has not arrived yet (it has been 2 months). We received a ticket for expired provisional registration in our parking spot (another $65). We love this car, but everything about our experience with AUTOEXPO and Don was downright awful. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS or TIME. Save your money and buy from someone honorable and trustworthy. This was the WORST customer experience we have had in our lives.
I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didnt even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. Don Rahim took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a car that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly . I highly recommend Auto Expo. It was worth the hour drive to get there.
This dealership was recommended by my friend that also bought a car for their daughter last year.I was looking for a inexpensive jeep for my son to take to school they had plenty of jeeps some out of our price range we;my son picked out his jeep. We wanted ..new brakes oil change new wipers they did all they promised good people understanding and fair .i can highly recommend them..
Every jeep you see listed is not actually what they have. do not expect to find any jeep from the 200 listed theyve got about 30 specifically through any website. these guys are con artists buying used jeeps from auctions and over pricing them. who in their right mind would pay $7,000 plus dollars for a 2004 jeep grand cherokee thats got 125,00+ miles and has rust all over and an engine thats just been sitting, with their $200 dollar service fee to clean the car up like you are a used car dealership this is something you include with your over priced jeeps. somewhere located between a junk yard and maintenance shop
I strongly advise going elsewhere. The inventory listed on Auto Expos website is not kept current, and we received no response to emails inquiring about specific Jeeps. So we drove 30-45 minutes to this dealership, only to find the vehicles we were interested in were not there. Beyond that, the salesman told us, We discourage test drives, adding that a customer must typically commit to a purchase before test-driving a car, and that any repairs or maintenance needed will be made only after that point. This seemed 100 percent bizarre to me. On a lesser note, the salesman was not particularly polite or pleasant, and the small lot was jam-packed with no real place for parking. We had much better results at Westbury Jeep, which was preferable in all respects.
Wish I could give 0 stars. Like many others, was told that I couldnt test drive until the car went through their shop. After the test drive, the 4WD needed to be serviced, the AC didnt work, they took out the navigation system and put it in another car and replaced it with a generic radio, and the suspension was horrible. I was told I couldnt get my deposit back and they signed to replace all of the parts. When I dropped it off for repairs, they told me all was ready and to come get it. The AC still didnt work, they replaced the radio with a broken touch screen, the 4WD was still not fixed, and the suspension was making a bad grinding sound. They then told me they would still need to work on it, after telling me to come in to pick it up, so I wasted money on an Uber, and had to take off of work the next day because I had no vehicle. Now, the AC works, they put on a generic radio again because I didnt want to wait, and the transmission is crapping out. They promised a warranty on the engine and transmission for $20/Month, and then called and said it would be $140 with a $500 deposit for the warranty. Nothing but scam artists, and my finance company is looking into this place, and hopefully with all of the other horrible reviews, these guys will finally be fined for being con artists. They say everything is covered for 30 days because they rig it to work for a short time. Im convinced all of these 4-5 star reviews were faked. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
One star is too much. Drove in from CT after being told there were nine SUVs with the specs we needed and when we got here they only had one and it wasn’t even the one the said they would save for us. The lot was so small there was no parking so I was told to move my car from in front of garage and I ended up in the back lot staring at stripped Jeeps. Here is a theory, they must buy from auctions and Frankenstein the cars together. The vehicle we looked at had rust coated calipers and rotors, all of them did as I looked to see if it was normal. Antenna is missing, Front tires bald and back ones newer. Front hood did not line up right and Teetered and we asked to take for a test drive and Don says let’s go talk numbers. Nope not happening. What burns me the most is this web site and people sounded professional and the dealership was not. Be ware of what you are buying and which sites don’t represent the actual business. I recommend using google maps to look at place before traveling there. Good luck
These guys are sleazy scammers. DO NOT believe any good review you see on here. These guys will take advantage of you. They “did my inspection” at their garage and the night i picked it up the check engine light came on. I brought it back, and when they gave it back to me he check engine was still on they refused to fix it. The car has had a ton of problems. terrible place and again do not trust any good reviews you see. Horrible people. When we went to fill out paper works to finance the car they also purposely put the wrong name as the main signer in order to give a better interest rate WITHOUT consulting us. We noticed shortly after final singing and they refused to change. DONT RISK BRINGING YOUR BUSINEESS HERE!

2022-03-02Excellent experience! Tucker, Don and Cliff made this experience incredibly easy. They were honest and straightforward and honored their word. I’m very happy with my new vehicle! I highly recommend and plan to return to purchase a vehicle for my daughter as soon as she gets her license.

2022-06-08My son purchased his first car from Auto Expo, a 1999 Jeep Cherokee Classic. This is the second car weve purchased from Auto Expo. Cliff, Tucker and Don the owner have been very accommodating and provided my son with everything they promised and more. Great experience and would highly recommend. We love Jeeps and they have a great selection.

2022-04-22I have been at several car dealerships in the past few weeks and this one was by far the most enjoyable . Not only do these fellas have a very sizable inventory, they are straight shooters. Cliff took the time to walk the lot with me, and answer every question I had, and Tucker was fantastic.

2021-12-29The sales men are extremely unprofessional from start to finish. They will tell you anything to get the sale. I bought a car from them with a 30 day warranty and my brake lines snapped 2 weeks after purchase. I called and called and emailed multiple times saying there were multiple things wrong just for them to say they’ll call me back and then just IGNORE me.I also got extremely overcharged just for me to bring it back in the same condition 6 months later and tell me it’s only worth 2k when I bought it for 6.5k. Also they literally say nothing to you they just take your money. They are so gross.

2022-02-03I bought a 02 Jeep Grand Cherokee about 4 months ago from here and what a mistake. Within the first month I had to replace all 4 bald tires, last month I had to take it back to a mechanic because my brakes completely stopped working while I was driving. The mechanic actually asked if I paid this company to fix it up before they sold it like they said one of the fees was for. The brake lines were so rusted, a simple brake job took half the day. Along with everything else already said, the website showing tons of nice jeeps only to get there and find rusted run down ones to all the problems that people have and try to get fixed that they owners won’t own up too. If you want to spend way more than the cars worth every few months, definitely go check this place out and buy one of these money pits. Can’t wait to see which of the 3 automated answers that don’t acknowledge any of the problems listed I get back in response

2022-02-16I bought a 2007 jeep grand cherokee from AutoExpo on Dec 27, 2021 for approx. $8500. The salespeople were all nice when we were looking and I initially left a good review because they send you the link when they are doing the sales paper work and he asked me 3 times to please do the review now. So I did and I gave them a good review because I was buying a car that appeared to have no issues.A day later we had a gas cap light which they did change but came right back on and then a check engine light and were told they arent responsible for emissions problems. I had to have my mechanic fix it for $400. Then we had two front flat tires and they were MISSING the pressure sensors and we had them resealed and that wasnt enough so we had to get two new tires and pressure sensors. NOW it needs a NEW REAR END! $2000 later. NEVER AGAIN.

2021-12-07Tricked us into giving good review but it was anything but good. Had to take it back a few days later after it was malfunctioning. They did not fix the situation very much and we had to get a separate mechanic to look at it. He fixed the issue but we had to pay which we though the warranty covered. DOUBLE CHECK the warranty if you want to buy the cars because you may not be getting what you expected.

2022-05-26DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. 1 week ago I bought a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee with only 70,0000 miles. 2 days after having the car it started smoking so I took the car to my uncle who is a Macanic and he uncovered that there was a hole in my radiator leaking antifreeze causing the car to smoke and another 3 major issues with the car including the front and back suspension are completely rusted and no good, the engine is misfiring, and the brake cords are about to snap and need to be replaced. So I called this place and spoke to the owner and I asked for a refund but he refused and said that only the motor and transmission is covered under the 30 day warranty. This is completely un professional and ridiculous and a waste of money DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING A CAR FROK THIS PLACE
