Mike and Steve are very accommodating. They put a gorilla windshield on my Jeep and their work is done with professionalism. If you need your windshield replaced, Mike and Steve are the guys to go see. Great Work!
Respect. I was in and out of here in no time. I have zero patience, and the thought of going through safelite online, losing a day and paying an astronomical amount for a chip is just not what I wanted to deal with. These guys are respectful and straight shooters. No bs. I like that. Definitely keeping this biz card in my wallet for all future windshield...stuff.
Customer service is above and beyond, car was finished in a timely manner.

2022-03-12I only can give this company 2 Star. Many paints are scratched around new windshield. When removing old windshield, they didnt use masking tape to protect surrounding paint. I dont think providing paint protection service is an option. Its a must have when replacing windshield.

2021-05-10Do NOT use them. THEY BROKE MY CAR!I called and received a quote over the phone, but the bill (after the window was installed) was about $150 more!! The matter only got resolved after arguing and finally settling by listening to the recording of the my phone call.Not only that, but after leaving we realized the car is still full of glass pieces, and the back windshield wiper was not working properly anymore ( we had it checked, and they BROKEN part of the car off completely!!!). On TOP of it, the rear window was not properly aligned with the mini cooppers back lightning frame.So horrible job and a really bad experience, not to mention the additional money and time waisted in order to fix their damages.

Of significance, Steven is very efficient, courteous, cordial and sincere, which are very admirable qualities. I was very fortunate to have Auto Glass Direct address my needs. They are excellent and Steven assisted me with the insurance process as well as my call with Geico. More importantly, he made the experience pleasant during a pandemic and addressed each and every question that I had.Based on the foregoing, I will never use anyone else for my auto glass repair. 2020-09-11Very easy to work with and very accommodating with my busy schedule. Work was done really fast and was finished perfectly. No sign that the windshield was ever changed. They utilize high tech equipment to align all the safety sensors in the glass. Very impressive.
