2022-05-25A tree branch shattered the back window of my car overnight on Sunday. I called around and glass fitters gave me the cheapest quote and said they could install the window on Friday. Nobody else could do it any sooner so I scheduled with them. They then called me Thursday and said my glass wouldnt be in until Tuesday. I said okay. When nobody called me Tuesday to set up a time I started calling them. I was then told that there were supply chain issues and they did not know when my glass would be in. They basically told me it wasnt their fault, they could do nothing to help me and that I should stop calling, and then hung up on me. By the time I was able to schedule with Safelite who were able to get my glass no problem , it was already over a week without my car. These people are terrible un kind humans who dont know how to treat people. Spend the extra 20 dollars and go with Safelite right away.

2019-03-06Horrible experience. They had me scheduled to replace my windshield and I waited two days after a chunk of ice fell through my windshield. On the day of , they call and say can’t do it to cold and can’t do it for another week. I’m like what. ,, why do I have to wait a week. Would not recommend them there is a a safelite auto in mt Kisco that is much more professional and reliable.
